"TREMONT, the Bronx — Police are looking for two men wanted for questioning in regards to a violent robbery in the Bronx, police said Friday.
On Tuesday around 1:45 p.m., three men entered a home located near Monterey Avenue and East 178 Street, where they tied two female victims with duct tape, police said.

All three men displayed guns and demanded money from the victims."

Youngstown, Ohio- Arnold Perry(34) has been convicted of raping & impregnating two 14 year old twins along with their 12 year old sister. Yes, you read it right. Perry raped & impregnated all three
siblings.

Perry has been sentenced to 27 years in prison on rape and sexual battery charges.

Assistant Mahoning County Prosecutor Jennifer McLaughlin said before sentencing Thursday in a Youngstown courtroom that Perry abused the trust of the girls' family after their mother allowed him to move in when he had nowhere to live.

The girls were impregnated in 2015 and 2016.

One of the 14 year old twins aborted the baby but the other two girls gave birth to the babies, citing they were too far along to abort.

Prosecutor McLaughlin noted that Perry has a history of similar crimes as a juvenile.

Mark Lavelle, Perry's Defense Atty was the most heinous case he'd ever handled, but that Perry should be sentenced to between 15 and 16 years in prison. Lavelle said Perry suffered a brain injury as a child that prevents him from having feelings about his actions.

Before sentencing Perry apologized.

The girls mother stated that she is receiving no help from Perry's family.

Ok so Saul Mata Vellegas (30) won a large settlement (96k to be exact) in NY from a car accident.

So instead of celebrating with his family and leaving the money in a ugh I don't know bank lo,l he was walking around with the settlement in a briefcase.

Vellegas decide to party hard and acquired the company of three women who work in the oldest profession of prostitution.

After allegedly having sex with the three women, two armed masked men come rushing in and left with the entire settlement at a motel in the Bronx.

Vellagas now confused of an apparent setup says he really needs that money to help move his family and is haunted by the robbery.

The 3 women and 2 masked men are still at large with no trace of that money.

Elgin, Illinois- Ben Hurt(24) has accussed psychiatrist Christy Lenhardt(53) of keeping him as her personal sex slave for 3 years.

In 2014 Hurt had plead not guilty in battery charges against a police officer by reason of insanity. This is how Hurt ended up in the Elgin Mental Health Center. While in their care Lenhardt allegedly took advantage of Hurt sexually in every conceivable way. She took 4 months to allegedly seduce him and their sexualinteractions lasted for 3 years. Lenhardt had found reasons to prolong Hurt's stay which was slated to slated to only last 6 to 12 months.

Hurt's attorney, Joe Cecala also claims there are inappropriate emails, texts, & photos sent to his client by Lenhardt. Hurt's mother D’Anntanette Lee said "They assured me that they were going to help me with my child,” & “What they did to my son was wrong.”

What is very disturbing about this story is that two other psychiatrists & the Center's Director knew about the alleged abuse & did nothing.

Lenhardt's employment has been terminated but no criminal charges have been made against her at this time.

Bridgeville, Delaware- According to Sgt. Richard Bratz, a spokesman for the Delaware State Police (DSP) a mother(30) and her three children were robbed at gunpoint in the driveway of their home.

The incident happened on Thursday, January 11th, 2018. The DSP were arrived to the residence at 9:45pm after the mother called in to report the crime.

The mother and her children who have not been identified pulled into the driveway of the 11000 block of Third St. in Walkers Mill Mobile Home Park. Immediately a dark, four door passenger vehicle came behind the victims car and blocked them in preventing their escape.

Two males emerged from the vehicle, each armed with a handgun. The first robber who went to the driver's side of the car pointed his gun at the mother and took an undisclosed amount of money. He also rifled through her pockets. He is described as a tall Hispanic man with an average build in his upper 20s with a darker complexion. He also had curly hair and hair on his chin that was about 1 inch in length. He wore mechanic-style coveralls and a jacket with a hood that was pulled up over his head.

The second robber who approached the car from the front passenger side with his gun drawn is descibed as a tall Hispanic man with a slightly heavy build in his mid-20s. He wore a jacket with the hood pulled up over his head.

None of the victims were hurt.

Los Gatos, unincorporated township of Santa Clara County, CA.-

Sheriff’s Sgt. Richard Glennon gives the detail's of the incident.

Three home invaders broke into a home located at 19000 Bainter Ave. at 4am on Wednesday. They assaulted & stole the homeowner's personal property at gunpoint.

Jose Talavera(19), & Maritza Lopez Perez(19) both of Sunnyvale, CA. were arrested. Also a 17 year old youth from East Palo Alto, CA. whose name is being withheld due to his age has been arrested as well.

It is still unclear if the homeowner knew his home invaders. The owner also claims there were four males & one female.

After the robbery the home invaders stole the homeowner's Mercedes-Benz SUV. The injured homeowner called 911 from a neighbor's house & they were apprehended 8 hours later at the Vintage Faire Mall in Modesto, CA. by the Regional Auto Theft Task Force. The third person arrested was not formally identified as a defendant.

A semiautomatic pistol and a revolver were recovered by police after the vehicle was searched.

The home invaders are facing felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon, robbery, kidnapping, and vehicle theft, according to the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office.

Salt Lake City, Utah- Michael Bruce Peterson(39) was shot & killed in The Maverik Parking Lot. The fatal shooting has been declared "justified" by Salt Lake County DA Sim Gill. The officers involved in the incident are 8 year veteran Gregory Lovell (the responding officer) & 20 year veteran Lt. Andrew Oblad (who was working his last shift before retiring) who shot & killed Peterson.

Peterson who allegedly trespassed & harrassed workers at a massage school at 363 S. 500 East, where he also allegedly grabbed a woman's buttocks. Officer Lovell tried to descalate the situation by following Peterson & telling him to stop & talk to him. Peterson ignored they officer's communication by continuing to walk away. The whole incident was caught on officer Lovell's body camera. Peterson continued to walk to the Maverik Parking Lot then proceeded to enter a vehicle that did not belong to him. Officer Lovell then commanded Peterson to exit the vehicle at which point Peterson shouted profanities at the officer. Lovell then deployed his taser which had no effect. Lovell's body camera shows Paterson exiting the vehicle. Peterson managed to retrieve Lovell's baton & began striking him with it. Lovell then radioed for backup & officer Oblad responded. Officer Oblad's camera was being charged (for it was the end of his shift). Oblad can be heard giving Peterson commands to sease & desist but Peterson then turned to attack Oblad. Oblad fired 10 shots in total to take Peterson down.

Both officers suffered injuries. Lovell had a broken ankle, broken nose, & lacerations. Oblad received contusions & lacerations but it's not immediately known how he received them.

It must be noted that Peterson has a history of arrests. In 2007, he’d been in and out of prison due to several parole violations, according to prison officials.

Most recently, he was at the prison for a parole violation from March to August of this year, according to prison officials. In August, he was paroled to the Fortitude Treatment Center in Salt Lake City.

According to his grandmother, who relented about her grandson — a father of two — was caught using drugs and was sent back to prison for a month. He was released from prison to a halfway house on Sept. 26, two days before the shooting.

The state medical examiner’s office hasn’t yet released a toxicology report, Gill said.

St. Gallen, Switzerland- Renate Langer(61) has filed rape charges
against Roman Polanski(84) on Tuesday, September 26th, 2017. This
allegation stems back to 1972 when Langer was 15 years old & was
allegedly raped by Polanski at his Mountain Chalet. A Lawyer
representing Polanski dismisses the claim calling it "absurd" and says
"This is an attempt to generate media attention."

There was speculation as to Polanski being prosecutoed since the
allegation happened nearly half a century ago. But Switzerland says
there is no statute of limitation for sex crimes for children under 12
years of age.

Langer is the 4th woman th accuse Polanski of sexual assault in their teens.

In 2009 Polanski was arrested by Swiss authorities in Zurich while he
was receiving a lifetime achievement award for film. The reason for
Polanski arrest was for a 1978 U.S. rape conviction of Samantha Geimer
of Los Angelas who was 13 years old at the time. He was released 2
months later on bail & placed under house arrest at his Gstaad Chalet.

In July of 2010 Swiss authorities released Polanski from house arrest
& decided against extradition because of potential technical faults in
the U.S. request and because he had for years come to Switzerland in
good faith. Ironically Polanski was seen a feww days later attending
the Montreux Jazz Festival given by his wife Emmanuelle Seigner who is
a French actress & singer. The couple also attended this years Zurich
Film Festival.

The New York Times quoted Langer as saying she was speaking out only
now because she had read an account of another woman who came forward
in August and because her parents were no longer alive.

Mineola, NY- Jelani Maraj (38) is accused of raping his 11 year old step daughter. Jelani Maraj is the older brother to rap queen Nicki Minaj.

Dr. Aaron Miller a witness for the Prosecution testified that the medical exam on the 11 year old girl can prove penetration. Maraj is accused of raping the victim up to four times a week. Maraj is alleged to have had vaginal & oral sex with the victim.

Recall that back in August of 2015 Nicki Minaj foot the bill for Maraj's wedding to the victim's mother Jacqueline Robinson at 30k.

Prosecutors claim Maraj is a "sexual predator." While the Defense Attorney David Schwartz accuses the victim's mother is a "gold digger" who brainwashed her own daughter into lying & making up the charges against Maraj. Shwartz further claims the mother was looking for a $25 million dollar payout.

Maraj could face 15 years to life if convicted.

Brooklyn, NY- A 24 year old woman alleges she was raped by a man who gained access to her unlocked apartment door at 10:30am on Saturday, October 14th, 2017.

The unknown suspect gained entry to the building near Halsey Street & Central Ave. When the suspect entered the woman''s apartment he found her sleeping in her bed & attacked her. The woman fought him off & the suspect fled. The woman was treated at Woodhull Hospital. Surveillance footage of the suspect was released Tuesday, October 17th, 2017. The footage shows the suspect smoking a cigarette around the time of the attack. He is approximately 5ft. 10in. tall & weighs approximately 180lbs.

Article by Angela Dewan of CNN. Monday, October 16, 2017London, UK- Lysette Anthony is the 3rd victim to come forward in the UK alleging sexual assault by Harvey Weinstein back in the 1980's. Anthony reported her claims to the London Metropolitan Police (LMP) on Wednesday, October 11 of this year. She recounts how Weinstein pushed himself into her apartment back in the 80's & pinned her against a coat rack. He tried to force his tongue into her mouth but she moved her head. She then just gave up fighting him because he was heavier than her. Weinstein then allegedly pleased himself by rubbing his privates on her leg until he "came over my leg like a dog."

Sally Hofmeister a representative of Weinstein denies all claims by Anthony. Also other representatives for Weinstein dismiss the other womens charges leveled at him.

The LMP received a complaint from yet another woman claiming an assault took place in West London in 1992.

These allegations come in the wake of dozens of American women who claimed sexual harassment, misconduct, & assault by Weinstein. The allegations also claim a complicit cover up by the Hollywood film industry.

Strangely enough in these reported complaints to the LMP doesn't mention Weinstein by name in any of them.

Soon after Anthony's complaint another woman emerged claiming Weinstein raped her in 2010, 2011, & 2015.

Weinstein has been stripped of his memberships by The Oscars as well as The British Academy Of Film & Television Arts. Five British opposition lawmakers have called for "Commander of the Order of the British Empire" to be revoked. He was awarded this honor by Queen Elizabeth the 2nd in 2004. French President Emmanuel Macron said that the process of removing the prestigious "The Legion Of Honor" conferred upon Weinstein in 2012 is to move forward.

Pittsburg, PA- Matthew Darby(21) was arrested in South Carolina Wednesday after his ex girlfriend, the victim, Alina Sheykhet (20) a University of Pittsburg student was found murdered by her father at her of campus apartment.

According to Jennifer Storm, the states Official Victims Advocate since 2013 claims this crime could've been prevented. She outlined several measures that would make it less likely for suspects to commit more crimes while awaiting trial.

Darby was one such individual. Charged with rape of another ex girlfriend in Indiana county back in February of this year.

Several months later Darby was charged with felony criminal trespass for breaking into Sheykhet's apartment on September 26th.

In both cases he was released on $10K. No connection was made by Law Enforcement in Indiana or Pittsburg. This is Storm's argument. If her preventative measures were in place this tragedy would've been prevented.

Police believe that a clawed hammer & two knives were used to kill Sheykhet, who died from force blunt trauma to the head.

Salt Lake City, Utah- Jason Stone (47) is accused of suspicion of kidnapping, assault, & witness tampering of his girlfriend a 45 year old woman (whom Stone tied up like a mummy). Stone is also charged with stealing a vehicle. He is held on $100,000 bond.

Stone & the 45 year old woman were on a camping trip near Dinosaur National Monument which is near the Utah- Colorado border. Sheriff Justin Martinez reports.

The woman fearing for her life texted family members for help. The family in turn notified police to be on the look out. The 45 year old woman escaped from Stone's home in Park City by climbing out of the 2nd story window & contacting local police. When police arrived She was found with bruises & possible fractures to her face. She survived a 3 day ordeal metted out by Stone. Stone was arrested at the Park City residence.

Problems for the couple are not new. They had an incident in April which Stone was charged with assault involving the police that has yet to be resolved. Stone's Attorney for the April incident John K. Johnson has not taken this new case.

The witness tampering stems from the April case where Stone allegedly forced the victim to sign an affidavit to rescind those charges. In May Judge Kara Pettit denied Stone's 'Stalking Injunction' against the victim.

Golf Manor, Ohio- Nazier Elahee is being praised for thwarting the kidnapper of an 11 year old girl. This incident happened right across the street of a police precinct.

Jessie Woodard, Jr. (37) abducted the 11 year old girl when Elahee who is seen on surveillance video stopped the kidnapper. Elahee said he observed as Woodard & the 11 year old girl walked by him she made no sound but with her mouth said "help me" several times. Elahee immediately confronted Woodard by asking the girl 'do you know him?' The girl said no. Elahee then asked Woodard if he knew the girl & he said 'no, I'm taking her home.' Woodard then tried to flee but Elahe called the police & pursued him to the Zee Food Mart. Police arrived shortly later.

Woodard is charged with kidknapping.

Republic, Missouri- Aaron Zumwalt (28) a convicted felon
who shot his girlfriend then blamed it on a bogus 6' 3" black man is
being held in the Greene County Jail on $100,000 bond. The charges for
this case are unlawful possession of a firearm & filing a false
report.

Zumwalt's girlfriend felt pain in her leg, look down and
saw blood on her shirt. Zumwalt drove his girlfriend (who remains
unnamed) to Cox Hospital. The girlfriend suffered injuries to her
stomach, right hip, & buttocks.

When Law Officials questioned Zumwalt he claimed a
"mysterious" black man shot his girlfriend. Zumwalt's girlfriend &
the owner of the home did not corroborate Zumwalt's story. Zumwalt who
is out on bail for a rape charge told police "I'm f*cked."

Zumwalt is also expecting the birth of a child from another woman.

Zumwalt has a lengthy criminal past. In 2009 he plead
guilty to theft & burglary. In 2016 he was charged with 2 counts of
rape, 4 counts of domestic assault, & 1 count of sodomy in
connection with a 2015 rape case. Zumwalt posted $30k bond in December
but was arrested in May for violating court order of protection by
coming within a 1000 feet of his victim's home. Zumwalt posted $40k bail
set by a judge later that week.

Cleveland, OH- Troy Parks (31) has been charged with rape & gross sexual imposition of a 12 year old child.

The mother of the child (whose name is withheld) was preparing to go to bed when she discovered Parks on top of her daughter NAKED. The mother reached for her pocket knife then proceeded to stab Parks five times in the chest & once in the back of the head. Both the mother & child sustained cuts on their hands during the struggle.

Parks told police that the mother attacked him because she believed the child had "feelings" for him.

Bronx, NY- Keith Nembhard (37) is accused of raping a 32 year old incapacitated stroke victim at Bronx Lebanon Hospital.

The unnamed victim who also had multiple seizures has been alleged by Nembhard as being a prostitute whom he had prior dealings with before her admission to the hospital. The woman can barely speak but Nembhard claims that she "smiled" to him as a "come on" signal to have sex. Police found Nembhard on top of the victim at 5:30pm the past Saturday.

Nembhard went into details saying that his sexual act lasted only 1 to 2 minutes & that she wasn't in any pain. Nembhard claimed "Just because the nurse caught us doesn't mean it was rape. She (the victim) is always charging me- even though I'm looking for free sex."

Nembhard found out she was in the hospital by the victim's father. Nembhard claims he's been to their home before.

Nembhard is held on $50,000 bail & has 5 prior arrests- all of them sealed.

Bronx, NY- Helen Hernandez (33) a mother of 3 (all children are under 17 years old) was unconscious at her Anderson Apt building when her teenage son found her. EMS arrived & attempted to revive her & they found rosary beads in her throat. Hernandez died at Lincoln Medical Center.

A person of interest in this investigation who was seen leaving the building earlier naked was apprehended at Jerome Ave. & 167th St. The man was walking & talking to himself about "she's with god now" & shouting about "the devil." This man was Hernandez's former boyfriend.

Martha Carrasquillo who is the aunt of Hernandez's boyfried (he is the father of all 3 of Hernandez's children, they dated on & off for 20 years. Not the man who was arrest for running naked in the streets & a possible murder suspect) had this to say "They (the man who was running naked in the street who was later apprehended by police) were seeing each other for a minute now." Then Carrasquillo lamented "They were trying to keep him away from her. I don't know what happened." Carrasquillo also believes that drugs were involved.

The Law Enforcement Officers who apprehended the naked man believe he may have been on drugs. He also has 42 prior arrests.

The father of Hernandez's 3 children is now rearing his children.

The father remained unnamed for this report.

Manhattan, NYC- Randy Rivera (29) who is an ex con & repeat offender will be serving 20 years to life for raping an elderly lady who is 60 years old. The attack happened on the 207th St. Bridge which connects The Bronx & Manhattan. This judgement was handed down on Mon., August 28th, 2017. The assault took place in 2015.

Rivera is a level 3 sex offender who repeatedly punched his victim in the face, raped, then stole the elderly woman's wallet in the morning while she was on her way to work.

Rivera's DNA matched a database & he was swiftly apprehended.

Give us a head's up as to how you would handle traveling over a bridge that is potentially a self defense encounter.

The goal here at all costs is PREVENTION! The elderly lady may have a dog to protect her- Labrador Retriever, German Sheppard, Rottweiler, Doberman, or Pitbull. If not a dog she may have access to a concerned able body neighbor. Maybe even a grand daughter or son.

Glynn County, Georgia- A brave 11
year old girl who shall remain nameless was assaulted by John Schuler
(40) in a Sonny's BBQ in the women's restroom in Brunswick, GA. The
little girl fought off Schuler who told her to "shush" as he hid in the
restroom to attack her. The little girl let out a scream while running
out of the bathroom. Amber, a diligent worker at the establishment
responded to this crisis immediately with the rest of the staff. Amber
pulled Schuler out of the restroom. The entire staff locked the entire
establishment down.

Glynn County Police were summoned & carted Schuler
away. Schuler is a registered sex offender for child molestation going
back to 2008.

The little girl's mother immediately took to social media
& informed all that she could about Schuler. Her community is now
ever more vigilant to prevent convicted molesters & their like ilk
from committing these crimes.

In this case with Sonny's BBQ he is charged with aggravated
assault, false imprisonment of a child, & enticing a child for
indecent purposes.

St. Petersburg, Florida- Krystina Joy Rivera (27) of Clearwater, Florida & mother of 2, drove over to the home of Ronald Koch, her ex boyfried at 53rd Ave North of St. Petersburg, Florida & assaulted his girlfriend Julie Thomas while they both laid in bed!

Rivera had left messages on Koch's phone for a late night rendezvous. Koch didn't return her messages. Rivera then went & broke into Koch's home, made her way to the bedroom where Koch & Thomas laid. With no warning given Rivera lept upon Thomas & punched her in her face repeatedly.

Rivera is charged with burglary & assault (battery). Rivera also has had prior "run ins" with the law for several marijuana possession, DUI, theft, public urination, & probation violation.
