I’m confused. The top spot for level 1 is 992,820. But yet that only brings 7th place in the videos leaderboard. There’s a score just above as 993,000.

In reply to Dr O'Neski. Well I may have just cracked it. Not the top score or even the top 10 but on BlueStacks it’s doable. I’ve posted my video on my YouTube channel which has the aiming points I used to get 137k. It’s reasonably accurate most times. Good luck

92,450 with 3 birds. The strategy was about the same as @happyshake described, but for the last shot, aiming for the middle stone square between 2 pigs is where it appears it can give the best results.

Yes 3 birds can get a good score in Classics. 3:rd bird to right tower. Low explosion pushing the middle section to left and down towards the remaining TNTs.

After many years of playing, I got my first ever top score on this level! Same strategy as many others: breaking the box with Matilda and watching everything else come crashing down. I wish I had recorded this, but I at least have screenshots.

Like others, two birds gave me the best results. I am with the consensus that the counterclockwise first shot is best. At least you have a bit of time to line it up after the level starts. Usually Hector and the pig to his left remain. A well placed second shot into the top structure can yield a lot of destruction points.
