EdenFantasys: Bow Mesh Corset

Initial Lust: I love lingerie. It's no secret. I saw this lovely little number show up at EdenFantasys and I wanted to try it. I had previously fell in love with my go to corset (Review here) and this Bow Mesh one reminded me of it, and the fabric appeared to be different.

First Impressions: The first thing I noticed is that the fabric IS different. I ordered an XL, just as I have for nearly every piece of Lingerie from Coquette. This corset is much more flexible in it's fabric meaning it stretches more. Combine that with a recent weight loss and I find this almost a bit loose. I would (like other reviewers have suggested) go down a size. It does stretch, so it doesn't dig in painfully like my go to corset. Other than sizing, the fabric is a vibrant red that should look beautiful on most skin tones.

Specs/Care/Cleaning: All lingerie should be hand washed and laid flat to dry. While this corset is very well constructed, care should still be taken to maintain it's integrity. The only downfall I see with the materials is the boning is plastic (as are most today), so if you bend it during sex or sitting, it is most likely to maintain the bent shape.

O-Power: The entire time I was prepping for the evening with Aidan, I kept asking myself, "Why the hell didn't someone release a mesh corset sooner??" The fabric was lighter, more breathable (anyone trapped in a corset having hot sex knows that it can quickly become too hot), and most importantly - the fabric allows me to move. But along with being all these wonderful things- it doesn't act so much like a corset. It feels fabulous, but doesn't really cinch my waist or push my 36DD's up. The lack of an underwire actually causes me to frown a bit as I need a lot of support. I love this corset, don't get me wrong, I just think girls with smaller boobs or those that are naturally &/or artificially perky will enjoy this more.

Final Impressions: You can find all the lovely statistics and sizing charts over at EdenFantasys- and my advice is to read carefully and if you are in between sizes- go down! This is pretty and in the larger sizes it covers the bottom of my belly- something that as a curvier person I greatly appreciate. I love the fact this moves well with my body and the fabric breathes, but this is the same reason it doesn't function as well as a corset.

Initial Lust: I am always up for trying new products. With Fleshlight coming out with more new products I can’t help myself but want to try every single one of the new Fleshlights that they have. Then they came out with the Fleshlight Ice Lady Bump. It looks basically like every other Fleshlight I own, but with a different inner texture. I had to give it a shot.

First Impressions: It turns out that the only difference between this new sleeve and my other Fleshlights is the texture on the inside and the fact that this is a nice clear color. I've tried the Ice line before and while the materials are technically the same, I can tell a difference and the Ice doesn't feel as authentic as the flesh colored materials.

O-Power: As before I waited until I really felt the urge to get off. After a long day of work and class I was in need of some relaxation before bed. So I went to my closet and got out the Fleshlight and my favorite water based lubricant. I jumped in bed and let myself relax. Feeling each and every bump on the head of my dick. As before it didn’t take long with new style of sleeve to get me to come. This sleeve feels better than previous Fleshlights I've tried. Initial Lust: The sex gurus over at GoodVibes sent over the Tantus B-Bomb for me to try out. I have a lot of respect for this store as they are extremely sex positive. And I was even more excited to know that they were sending me a toy from the well respected silicone company Tantus. Any soft toy, in my opinion, that is designed to be inserted in the anus should be made of silicone. It's the hygienically right thing to do.

First Impressions: I was so excited to see the beautifully tapered tip of the B-Bomb. While I've tried a lot of anal toys and am well aware of what my anatomy can handle, it's always intimidating to see a girthy anal toy with a tapered tip.

Specs/Care/Cleaning: The Tantus B-Bomb is super easy to clean once you remove the bullet. Wash it in the sink with soap and water if you plan on using it again yourself, or run it through the dishwasher to share it with someone that you're not fluid bonded with. The bullet cannot be entirely sanitized, so just keep this in mind. The total length of this toy is 4.25", with about an inch of that not being inserted. With a girth of 4.5", this toy could be used by more adventurous beginners.

O-Power: I have a thing against watch battery bullets. I don't think they provide enough strength, but I have rarely used them in anal toys. I was pleasantly surprised that while the vibration was light, I enjoyed it as the silicone transferred it through the toy well. I think for someone like me who is just getting into vibrating anal toys this is the right strength. The B-Bomb for me was rather comfortable. Initial Lust: I was on a mission to own every toy in the femme Lelo line. I had finally acquired all of the beauties, and then Lelo goes and releases the Mona & Ina. But nevertheless, I was still thrilled to get close to owning all of the femme line when TabuToys allowed me to review the lovely and by far prettiest Lelo, the Iris.

First Impressions: Everything I've come to expect with Lelo's packaging was the same in this. Outer box that matched the color of the toy with a simple "LELO" stamped in silver. This reveals a black box that has a removable lid. The toy is snuggled in a hard piece of plastic. Beneath the plastic is the charger, warranty information, satin bag, and recharger. (*note- with my most recent Lelo product, the inner packaging had changed slightly. I am unsure if this is brand wide or specific to my newest toy). Also, if the pale blue isn't your color, it comes in a light pink as well.

Specs/Care/Cleaning: There are a total of 5 vibration modes in this dual motor vibrator. Continuous vibe (tip only, base only, full toy), short pulse, and then extended pulse. Cleaning should be done with a wipe off toy cleaner (be sure it doesn't contain alcohol to preserve the integrity of the silicone) or use a soap and warm, moist wash cloth. Always take care to not get the dial face wet or get water in the charging socket. Charging is indicated by a flashing light behind the control dial. It is a solid glow when it fully charged. A full 2 hour charge should last for 4 hours of pleasure. The vibrator is able to be locked for travel or simply storage. The battery will hold a standby charge of 90 days.

O-Power: I have tried almost all of Lelo vibrators, including what I consider Iris's sister, the Elise. The Iris impressed just as well as my other Lelo vibrators. The dial button can become a little slick when water based lubricant gets on it. The silicone has a slight matte to it, which means it does tug the skin a bit, this can easily be eliminated with lubricant, but I like the tug when I'm teasing my clit. The Iris in 9" in total length, but the insertable portion is only 5.5" with a circumference of 4.5-5".
For my actual use I added an ample amount of water based lubricant. I inserted the Iris very slowly, the flower petals added a new sensation. The dual vibrations provided an awesome stimulation. The slight curve to the vibrator provided a lot of g-spot stimulation. I require a bit of thrusting in order to have a g-spot orgasm. As soon as I started thrusting I quickly realized the downfalls of the Iris- the texture that felt delicious on slow thrusting quickly irritated my vagina during the fast thrusting I needed to orgasm. The Iris provided great stimulation, but for me wasn't the right fit for my g-spot orgasms.

Final Impressions: While the Iris is a fabulous toy, I feel that the Elise would be a better thrusting vibrator (with dual motors as well) or the Mona would provide better g-spot stimulation (she's the only vibe I haven't tried from Lelo). If you love texture, by all means give the Iris a try- she's a beautiful toy that is beautifully designed. The dual motors feel great and a 1 year warranty is awesome as well.

I wrote this many months ago, in August, when Aidan had just moved out. This has been the hardest 2 semesters of my life. His family has caused me so much pain and emotional suffering that I basically gave up everything and fell into a deep depression for most of the fall and all of winter. Aidan & I fought daily and the distance proved to almost be an obstacle that was too hard to overcome.
Things are finally feeling better for me. His family is still drama, but I am happily getting back to reviewing and back to my life. And the great news- Aidan and I are stronger than ever. I hope to write more posts about myself, my feelings, and my relationship this summer.

Aidan moved out on Saturday. I look around the room we've shared for the last 6 months and it feels empty. I will not be the one that takes that away from him. I'm obviously scared for our relationship. I'm uneasy with being alone. My large home feels empty. I've been a bit pathetic this week and can't even manage to cook, because the idea that I'll have to eat alone depresses me. It's been a lot of take out and frozen meals on the back deck.

Things aren't over for us, I believe they've only just begun. We talk on the phone daily. I should be able to see him every other weekend. But distance isn't something I wanted; distance is something that I don't think is good for relationships. But this is the situation we are in, and we will cope with it the best way we can.

I opened the book not knowing what to expect. The cover is hot, it appears to be a couple embracing. The font isn't in your face but it isn't subtle enough to read around grandma without a book cover. Size is important to me in books- I need to be able to carry mine around with me in a purse. This fits the bill measuring in at 8x5.5x0.8". I found the font easy to read. It's published by Cleis Press and has already won the 2009 Independent Publisher Book Aware for Sexuality and Relationships. And it's easy to see why.

The book is fresh & new but at the same topic has topics around sexuality that I'm sure have been discussed since before I was born.

Sex Is embraces the idea that sexuality should be celebrated in all of it's forms. Rachel Kramer Bussel brings sexuality in a variety of forms together in an easy to read, intellectually stimulating book. I'd readily recommend it to anyone who is looking for a sexy, yet smart read.

Cleaning is the same as any Fleshlight- run a lot of warm water through the Fleshlight. If necessary, a bit of Isopropyl alcohol can be used.

O-Power: I found myself alone and a bit curious about my new Fleshlight. So I hopped in bed and grabbed my favorite water-based lubricant, put some on the Fleshlight and relaxed. As I inserted myself into the Fleshlight I noticed that the teeth of the mouth give a rather pleasant feel to the head of my dick. Babeland has a solid reputation for being an all around sex friendly company. I've been excited with some of the recent kits they've put out as they tend to actually be a good value. For example, this kit (Orgasm in a Box: His) retails for $18 but the contents total $29.50 ($20 for the ring, $8.50 for the egg, and $0.50 for each lube packet). My only initial correction is that I received 2 lube packets, not the 4 that Babeland advertises.

I'm happy with the presentation of this. For me, the target audience is a newer couple just getting into sex toys. I've reviewed and tried a lot of products, so personally I don't get a kick out of a cock ring & penis sleeve, but I would gladly get this as a gift for an experimenting couple.

Onto the bed test and the toys themselves. First we have the cock ring. It's official name is the Sonic Ring. Basically it's a super soft cock ring that is made out of TPE and stretches up to 5". It's material, while stretchy, is delicate though so take care not to tear it. It includes your standard bullet vibe that takes 3 watch batteries. I hate watch batteries and these types of vibes in general as they are never strong enough, but for a couple starting out, cords tend to be intimidating.

The packaging on this toy is quite cute. It's a simple box with the word "tickler" appearing on it, battery is included, and the back has a multi colored back that announces the name of the product, yet again. The packaging is clean, simple, and to the point. As primarily a sex toy reviewer, I've seen the good, bad, and ugly of product packaging and I'm quite pleased with this ones.

The tickler is very quiet with a noise level of less than 50 dB and it vibrates at 80Hz. It's controlled by a simple press on the bottom which turns it on or off. It is coated in a beautiful blue silicone. You should try to use only water based lubricants with this toy for that reason. The tickler is also waterproof, so fun in the tub is an option.

As damn cute as this tickler is, I was curious how well it was going to hold up in the bed test. I anxiously cleaned it with soap and water and decided to just sit on my bathroom counter and go at it. I teased myself into a frenzy with the adorable antennae. But then the frustration settled in. The vibrations through the antennae couldn't get me off. I ended up using the silicone's tug and with a swirling motion of my wrist I was finally able to come, but not the way the vibrator intended. EdenFantasys: Daisy Lace Babydoll Set

Initial Lust: EdenFantasys carries Lingerie and I wanted to try to get something that I could easily wear under a dress to surprise Aidan. Don't get me wrong- lingerie is sexy, but most of it doesn't do enough as far as supporting my breasts so it's more of a dress up only.

First Impressions: My babydoll is made by Coquette- a brand I've had a lot of experience with in the past. I initially wanted a Large, but only XLarge was available, so I went ahead and ordered up. Upon it's arrival in the mail I was glad I did as the bust area looked very small. The fabric was nice, the lace intact, and overall it was pretty damn cute.

Specs/Care/Cleaning: I was all of my lingerie (and bras) by hand and hanging to dry. I recommend doing the same with this set as the lace may not hold up in the washer and dryer. I ordered an XL like mentioned. While the cup was big enough, it was too big in the band. I wear a 36DD. It seems to may that all Coquette pieces tend to run a bit small in the bust for me and too big in the band. Depending on your own build, you may find this more to your liking. I know my mother wears a 36C and she ended up loving a piece by Coquette I found to be too small in my bust. (Yes- I gave my mother my washed babydoll hand me down! I'm sure my dad appreciated it.)

O-Power: While the top didn't fit well enough for me to wear this under a dress alone (though I did try it with a black bra under the babydoll- not quite as sexy- but it provided the support my boobs needed), I still decided to wear this for Aidan one night. I love the length of this. It entirely covers my front but then is a bit shorter in the back so just the bottom of my tush is exposed. This comes with the "Coquette G-string" (black stretch fabric, extremely low rise), but I found it to be much cuter with a pair of bikini cut lace panties. The fabric tease was great. Initial Lust: So did you read my review on the Spinning Sex Swing? Fun Right? I was worried when I ordered it that there wasn't going to be enough cushion on it for... my own cushions. I weight right around 180 pounds and was worried my weight would cause the straps, as padded as they may be to cut in. I also wanted something non leopard and removable so I could wash it more readily.

First Impressions: I was excited to see that these swing covers are a nice royal purple, not the Barney purple I was worried would be arriving. The velcro seems secure. I, for some reason, think there should be three pieces to cover the three pieces of leopard on the swing itself, but there are only two in this kit. As I have found the foot straps don't seem to gather any body fluid, I have decided to use the covers primarily on the seat area.

Specs/Care/Cleaning: While these could be washed on a cold, delicate cycle, I prefer to hand wash them and lie them on a towel to dry. I feel it helps maintain the shape better.

O-Power: Like mentioned, I use these primarily on the seat. I actually prefer the crushed velvet of these better than the furry black side of the leopard print material on the swing itself because it doesn't stick to me as much. Even gravity defying people still can work up a sweat and I find washing the whole strap set of the swing is a bit of the pain. And because these are removable, clean up is much easier.

Final Impressions: While I am sure that I could live without these swing covers, they make clean up a breeze. I prefer the material and the color over what is on the swing already. They also do add a bit more padding which increases comfort for me. I'm happy very happy with these!!

Specs/Care/Cleaning: To install this, either use a sex swing stand or bust out your trusty stud finder. Once you find a stud, drill a pilot hole, and finally screw in the large included O-ring. Hook the sex swing to it and voila- ready for gravity defying fun!! If needed, I would suggest washing the vinyl piece & leopard print by hand.

O-Power: I've never realized how deeply I could be penetrated until this swing. The positions are endless as the pieces are fully adjustable. It's also extremely comfortable for just lounging - talking on the phone or reading a book. The padded pieces are very comfortable, but if you need some more cushion, there are also padded cover pieces that easily fit over the Leopard ones. The fact that this spins 360 degrees adds even more fun to the sex.

Final Impressions: This sex swing, while I'm not a fan of the leopard print, has definitely added an entirely new element to my sex life. While it is a bit pricey to invest in, it's something that will be used for years to come.

Initial Lust: Let's get this clear. I'm not a fan of pink. I don't mind the color, but I'm not a omgomgomgpinkpinkpink person. When TabuToys offered to let me review this Dancing kit, I read that it was a hot pink pole. Hot pink stripper poles seems hot, eh? So I eagerly accepted.

First Impressions: When the kit came, I was a little confused on the color. The box said Hot Pink. The website image shows a shiny hot pink. But my pole is flat cotton candy pink with a hint of grey. It doesn't take anything away from the pole. But it doesn't match the decor in any room of my house so I've chosen to locate this in the basement.

Specs/Care/Cleaning: Setting this pole up is rather easy. I had initially opted to do the non permanent option (no screwing holes in the wall), but it didn't work so well with my carpeted floors and textured ceiling. My brother did a flag pole and it came tumbling down. We did try the non permanent set up in his dorm (ceramic floors, flat ceiling) with much better results. I have chosen to permanently affix this in my basement as I mean serious twirling business everytime I use it.
I HIGHLY suggest reading the instructions on set up. If done properly this will work without damaging materials. If not done properly, you may have a large mess and a costly ceiling repair bill on your hands. If it is not permanently affixed weight loads of less than 220lbs are suggested and if permanently affixed weight loads of less than 265 pounds are suggested.

O-Power: While this stripper pole is definitely sexy, I still don't have the skills I feel necessary to seduce Aidan. It's a great party piece and my friends love goofing around on it when they're over. I also love, LOVE the fact it's an amazing work out. My arms are getting more toned by the week.

Initial Lust: I love Liberator. I really do. I've hunted through their site countless times trying to find the perfect positioning device for me on top sex. I thought I found it with the Stage, but sadly it's proven to be difficult as I'm too short and it doesn't quite work. Strangely enough the answer was seemingly simple and staring me in the face all along. The Liberator Memory Foam Body Pillow.

First Impressions: So my pillow arrived in the large box that I know always means LIBERATOR!! This pillow was shaped like every other body pillow I own but the difference lies in the foam. It is soft, but doesn't entirely compress when you lie on it. It's firmer and maintains it's shape.

Specs/Care/Cleaning: I couldn't get the Liberator microcover off fast enough. It's the same cover that is on all of their positioning devices. I chose to get the Funky Charcoal and believe it looks much better in person than on the website. Cleaning instructions are included.

O-Power: It's safe to say that I love this pillow. My problem with me being on top is that Aidan sinks into my water bed. My knees hurt from trying to stay so close to him and I feel like I can't move properly. He notices my frustrations so then we try to make a mound of pillows using certain sizes here and certain sizes there to raise him off the bed. This is all very time consuming and kind of takes the spark out of the moment. Because this pillow is one pillow that gets the job done sex has become much more fun. I enjoy being on top and Aidan loves the fact that I'm much more comfortable now.

Final Impressions: I love this pillow. It seems like a pillow, but because of the easy to wash microcover and the fact it's firmer than any body pillow I've found in a store, it means it's amazing. It has completely changed sex with myself on top. It's easier for both my partner and I to get into the right position. Me being on top is now more spontaneous as it doesn't require an intricate set up of pillows. My knees don't hurt and I'm able to orgasm rather quickly. The only downfall is that this a bit pricey for a pillow, but the use it gets in my bedroom makes it well worth it. And even if you're solo: it makes an awesome cuddling pillow.

GoodVibes: Teneo Uno & Duo

Initial Lust: I've tried vaginal balls before. I thought I had found my perfect pair (The Lelo Luna Beads), but the clothe string on them has always grossed me out a bit and I cut it off leaving for a bit of a difficult removal. Fun Factory makes quality products and when Good Vibrations let me know that as a Brand Ambassador I'd be receiving BOTH types of their kegel exercisers, I was elated to say the least.

First Impressions: These are cute. I won't say what the Uno reminds me of, but it's something that also finds itself in my vagina. Maybe they can be friends. Anyways... Already having what I considered the end all of vaginal exercisers I scrutinized the Teneo Uno & Duo trying to find why these should reign superior in my drawer. They include said list for you:

1. Flexible removal band of silicone
2. Finger hollow easy in to assist with insertion
3. Velvet matter structured silicone surface
4. Perpendicular stripes for better sensitivity
5. Flexible Links (applies to Duo only)
6. Body compatible and easy to clean material
7. Odorless

Specs/Care/Cleaning: The Teneo are made from 100% silicone meaning that can be entirely sanitized. My choice of cleaning is either the top rack of my dishwasher or a really good scrub with antibacterial soap and water. The removal "string" is silicone, so this also cleans very thoroughly. Each individual smart ball is 1.75" in length with a diameter of 1.5"

O-Power: I enjoy inserting the Smartballs Teneo more simply because they seem to better fit my body. My vagina is not a perfect ball shap so the slightly tapered tip and oval bodies are much appreciated. To be honest, after a few minutes of insertion I don't really notice the perpendicular stripes, but they felt good going in. Fun Factory includes a sample of lubricant, water based should be used with these.
I wear these most often just when I'm cleaning the house. Especially if I know I'll be having fun later. The light vibration cause by the inner bead is pleasurable, yet very subtle. I forget I have them inserted from time to time, but then I'll move my hips just so and purr as the vibration turns me on.
Now as far as a Kegel Exerciser: only time will tell. I've always done Kegels and have never had kids, so my muscles are rather strong as it is. They do feel very pleasurable though and when I work my Kegels with these in, it's way more enjoyable.

Final Impressions: So the Teneo grew on me. I personally prefer the Uno simply because I like smaller toys for long term insertion. If you enjoy a fuller feeling, by all means go for the Duo. If you're not sure and can afford it: spring for both. They can be used during sex (oral, anal, solo- though only insert these in the vagina!) and should last with proper cleaning. Quite honestly though, both are quality, both are good choices, and the differences between the Uno & Duo will come down to individual preferences.

Babeland: Body Essentials Kit

The folks over at Babeland were kind enough to allow me to take one of their Body Essentials Kit with me on my latest trip. They come in four brightly colored plastic boxes and the scents included are coordinated.

Enjoy the warm, rich scents/flavors of Love (pink), the refreshing lightness of Pleasure (blue), the sweet citrus-y notes of Romance (orange), and the delicate florals of Delight (yellow).

I'm a citrus-y person so I went for orange. What is included in this kit are small, travel sized samples of some of Babeland's yummiest smelling products. I was initially worried about how it would hold up during the 24 hour car ride, riding my luggage onto the cruise, or the 24 hour ride home. I'm happy to say none of these products leaked. And even if you have absolutely no intentions of traveling, the small sizes are a great way to try a variety of products for $24. And the container is cute!!

Upon it's arrival I was sure to tear into it before actually leaving. I enjoy the scent, it's light but definitely citrus.

The staple in most kits is massage oil, to be exact: Babeland Body Massage Oil. The Orange Blossom is very similar to the spray with the exception it comes in a flip top container and the product sample is larger. I enjoy as much as the spray and it beats the spray out when you want a large sample of oil for a deep tissue massage. The scent does linger lightly on your skin and smells delicious.

Babelicious is a product that I've always been curious about, but never had a chance to try. Now the chocolate orange flavor is mine. This lubricant is water based, but it is surprisingly thick! I hate using it for blow jobs as it doesn't seem to glide as readily as the lick able oil, but this one is condom compatible. My partner enjoys the taste though and while it is a bit thick initially it makes a decent enough lubricant. To be honest though, the taste is what's going to sell you and the fact it is latex condom compatible.

Oh how yummy is the Babeland Lickable Oil in Chocolate Orange? Pretty damn yummy. This is my new go to blow job lubricant. I love the fact it's oil as it's much slicker than water based lubricant. The flavor is awesome. The only down fall is that oil base lubricants should try to be avoided for vaginal penetration and they are not latex compatible.

The Babeland Massage Oil Spray in Orange Blossom. It smells very similar to the cube, but with a sweeter scent (the oil is sweet almond oil). The idea of a spray able massage oil is genius. The pump works well and the consistency is right so it doesn't get clogged up. It's so much easier to use as it doesn't drip. While it's not edible, it's definitely one of my favorite products included.

The Babeland Body Massage Cube that is included in this kit is actually a flying saucer shaped- which I believe works immensely better in the palm of your hand than a cube would. The scent in my kit was Orange Blossom. It is definitely the orangiest scent in the entire box. I'm not sure whether my skin is too cold or Aidan has a bad technique, but this didn't melt down on my skin as easily as I thought it would. It did make for one really great deep tissue massage as Aidan tried to get it to melt though.

The included candle is a 1 ounce sample of Babeland's Massage Candle in Citron Fig. Both my partner and I really enjoyed the scent. It pours on nicely and makes a great massage aid. This size candle was good for 2 massages. It doesn't pour as easily as other containers, but because it was a sample size, the mess was quickly cleaned up and the container recycled. Matches are included with this kit.

It's safe to say I am very pleased with this kit. There were a few samples I liked more than others, but none that will go to waste. I find that it's hard to do that with a kit: especially one that has six different products. I recommend this to anyone traveling or for those who just want to sample different Babeland brand products in one easy container.
