Bezares continues to make progress in its Digitization 2.0 project, in this spirit and to make life easier for our customers, we continue to add new tools to our portals in Spain and globally.

Apart from many new internal tools, the latest customer-facing development is a system designed to easily check the status of all the orders they have in Bezares in the customer area.

This new tool is added to the tools previously available in the customer area, which continue to function normally.

Improving Bezares installations for a greener manufacturing

In its commitment to the environment and to reducing emissions, Bezares has just improved the heating system to get ready for a hard winter with possible gas shortages.

After more than 10 years using heating from renewable sources, Bezares has adapted its thermal system to increase its efficiency, resulting in improved consumption and a significant reduction in system emissions.

This new measure adds to the electric vehicles already in the factory, the use of 100% renewable energy since 2020 and the use of solar energy since 2007.

This improved system, according to the latest tests carried out on the premises (not theoretical), can extract between 87% and 95% of the available energy and generating a figure close to 50% less emissions inside.

This, together with the automatic extraction of waste, the variable speed fans and feeders and the SCADA system represent a great advance in comparison to the previous system and a further step in safety, operation control and maintenance tasks, putting it on par with the most modern and efficient systems on the market. Likewise, this contributes to a general reduction in the use of energy and emissions from the Bezares products manufacturing. Bezares will continue to advance in his measures for a cleaner future, because a green world is a better world.

Bezares Mexico will participate in the Expo Transporte ANPACT, in Puebla from the 5^th until the 7^th of October, where the latest advances in heavy trucking will be presented.

Organized by the National Association of Bus, Truck and Tractor Producers, the show has established itself after 18 successful editions as the best trade fair in Mexico and the largest cargo and passenger fair in the whole of America.

In the last edition of 2019, more than 46.000 attendees from 30 countries participated, which represented 1.674 more visitors than those registered in the November 2017 edition. This endorsed Puebla as an extremely interesting destination for the automotive and motor transport industry.

It is the ideal place to do business and create new alliances, since there will be more than 400 exhibitors, and more than 46 thousand attendees are expected. Bezares Mexico participated in the sixth edition of the largest water treatment exhibition in the country: Aquatech Mexico 2022, where we presented our solutions for the liquid waste transportation. The event was held at the Citibanamex Center in Mexico City from the 6^th to the 8^th of September.

The exhibition was held in conjunction with our Canadian business partner Fruitland, a leader in the development and production of vacuum systems for mobile applications. We had the opportunity to learn first-hand all about the new technologies in the sector, and working as a team, we will have more chances to develop new sustainable projects for water treatment.

It was the one-stop industry event that was all about the truck and everything related to it.

After 2 years operating in the UK as Bezares this was our first opportunity to be able to exhibit and showcase products and services.

New Universal UNI 3 output PTO

Bezares offers a new and more compact housing for the 6 bolt universal PTOs, specially designed for pumps built in UNI 3 output flange. It also includes an electric shifting, ideal for small vehicles and very demanded in the market nowadays.

This unit is assembled with the latest version of the 12V electric piston, with a shorter length, maintaining its low consumption solenoid. This shifter can apply a force of 40 Kg during activation. In addition, its spring disconnection system guarantees faster activation.

New Scania G3CM gearbox adapter

The G33M adapter can be combined with any BZ PTO S6-90 model onto this gearbox, offering a great variety of power, ratios and profiles for the different applications in the market.

This new adapter has an additional 5^th bolt to mount our heavy-duty rotated PTO and allow a better adjustment when installing heavier pumps.

Scania's new G33CM gearbox is not based on any previous model. It alone saves 1% fuel thanks to its smaller dimensions and its cast aluminum construction. Despite this, it offers performance of up to 3,300 Nm of torque and about 500 hp of power.

Bezares offers a complete range of Power Take-Offs to install on these new series of transmissions from the North American manufacturer Eaton.

These transmissions are equipped as standard with different possibilities for mounting heavy duty PTOs, both in the lower part with an 8-hole opening, and in the rear part, with a 4-hole opening.

Lower Window (8 bolts)

	*4100 Series* Reinforced PTO designed for very heavy-duty applications, with different internal ratios and output types.

New MF4D motors for agricultural work

We are proud to present our new vane motor optimized for agricultural vibration applications (tree shaker for harvesting olive trees, almond trees, etc). It was developed to deal with the continuous changes of direction and sudden braking, very common in this type of applications.

The continuous working pressure has been established at 250 bar, reaching 280 bar in intermittent work.

The new MF4D series has been developed to cover a range from 55cc/rev. up to 120cc/rev.

For several months it has been subjected to a series of field tests, always offering satisfactory results.

This new engine is now available in its standard version with SAE B flange and 13T, 15T and agricultural shafts.

In addition, we offer the possibility of mounting it with an adapter to convert it to SAE C 14T.

Budget PTO and Pump set-ups will often use the smallest possible pumps or the slowest PTOs to make your initial cost as low as possible, but cost you fuel through higher running costs.

Life Test: PTO 8510 on Eaton Endurant Gearbox

The North American company Eaton has monitored the Bezares 8510 PTO by installing it on a vehicle with an Endurant gearbox, in one of the most demanding applications on the market.

After 12 months of operation on the vehicle and 1643 total hours of work, the Power Take-off has been disassembled in very good general operating conditions and carefully studied, component by component, inspecting for possible damage that may have occurred due to wear, thermal degradation or lack of integrity in the tightness. The results have been the following:

8510 inspection after the tests

The Bezares 8510 PTO is a robust model for extreme use applications.
Transmission performance has been enhanced by working in conjunction with the 8510 PTO
The test carried out has far exceeded the initial minimum of 500 hours of work during 12 months
The proven 8510 PTO could continue to work for the next 12 months with minimal preventative maintenance as stated in the user manual

Test conditions:

1200 engine rpm
Output speed of the Power Take-off: 2016 r.p.m.
Application torque: 262 lb.ft (355 Nm)
Power of the application: 104.7 CV

The result has been very positive, exceeding the customer expectations, where other PTO's from the competition had failed after a few months of work, confirming the quality and durability of Bezares products

Bezares presents its new 3940 PTO for Ford 10R140 TorqShift 10-speed automatic transmissions

The new Bezares 3940 hot-shift PTO with electro-hydraulic shifting is designed in a robust housing with a low-profile, which provides easier installation and significant time savings by avoiding interference with other parts of the vehicle.

With a versatile design, it allows two mounting positions for ISO pumps, although the output can be easily converted to mount SAE A pumps and 9, 11 or 13 tooth shafts by using adapter kits.

It also has two mounting positions for this type of pumps, adding great flexibility at the time of installation.

10R140 gearboxes are currently fitted to newer Ford F-series vehicles.

As part of our Digitalization 2.0 project, Bezares has recently renewed its Customer Area for its Spanish and global portals.

In addition to this renovation, Bezares has added to its Customer Area a system to easily request a manufacturing time for products that are out of stock.

To do so, on the List Price/Stock tab, just click on the red button on the side of the product and enter the quantity you need.

Bezares, in collaboration with its North American partner and distributor, Eaton participated in the largest event for utility professionals and construction contractors seeking comprehensive insights into the latest industry technologies, innovations and trends, Utility Expo 2021.

Bezares showcased our main products launches distributed by Eaton in North America highlighting the Bezares 3940 series Power Takeoff (PTO) unit designed to fit the Ford TorqShift 10-speed automatic transmission with a DIN 5462 output shaft and special output adapters, providing versatility and allowing for direct mounting of high-pressure and high-flow piston pumps, such as the Bezares FR bent axis piston pump, typically installed on medium-duty work trucks to power a variety of accessories, such as sweepers, blowers, cranes and air compressors.

The unique profile of the 3940 PTO allows for a faster and more versatile installation, as it was designed to minimize the number of components that need to be removed from the truck. This permits for pump installation at 45-degree rotation intervals, increasing mounting flexibility and pump options.

The 2019 edition of The Utility Expo, then known as ICUEE, was awarded serious hardware including being named “The Greatest Trade Show” of 2019, the largest non-annual show of 2019, and the second-largest overall show, among other superlatives by Trade Show Executive. With the 7% increase over the record breaking 2019 numbers the 2021 Utility Expo consolidated itself as the Main event on the sector.

New improvements on PTO switches

Bezares is progressively carrying out the replacement and improvement of our switches with the codes 1000070001 and 100070012, together with its connector 906599, which are mounted on a wide group of Power Take-Offs.

Cabling protection against external agents has been improved, potentially increasing its useful life and reducing maintenance costs. The new version also has a cable of up to 1mm2 which allows working with a higher intensity current. The new improved switches have the codes 100070022 and 100070028, together with their connector 9026899
