Al-Wadiah (savings with trust/guarantee)
Al-Wadiah refers to agreement where customers deposit money in the Bank, and the Bank becomes wholly responsible and liable for its safekeeping.

Al-Mudharabah (profit-sharing)
Al-Mudharabah refers to an agreement where customers deposit capital in the Bank, and the Bank becomes wholly responsible and liable in the management and investment the deposits in halal business ventures. Profits gained will be divided and distributed accordingly, based on margins agreed upon earlier.

Bai-Bithaman Ajil (deferred payment sale)

Actually, successful business is a business that get "berkat" (profit, growth and continuous), but is not or is not must get a blessing or "berkah". Berbagai tempat kursus sulap, magic shop dan macam-macam acara televisi yang menyuguhkan soal dunia sulap sudah tak asing lagi termasuk acara The Master. Bahkan konsep mengembangkan magic shop dan kursus sulap saat ini mulai dikembangkan dalam format kemitraan loh..

Indro Julian salah seorang pesulap asal Jakarta yang sudah lama berkecimpung di dunia sulap melakukan terobosan unik. Yaitu ia mengembangkan konsep kemitraan membangun bisnis magic shop dan kursus sulap.

Konsep ini bisa dibilang cukup langka dan belum banyak dikembangkan. Julian mengklaim, bahwa konsep kemitraan bisnis sulap ini hanya baru dilakukan olehnya. Ia mengatakan bisnis toko sulap sangat prospektif, selain masih langka pemainnya, bidang sulap sektor kreatif yang selalu berkembang dan tanpa batas.

"Saya sudah kenyang makan asam garam di sulap, main sulap itu sejak dari kecil. Berawal dari magic show kesana-kemari, lalu sekarang saya kembangkan menjadi magic shop," kata Julian panggilan akrabnya saat berbincang dengan detikFinance, akhir pekan lalu.

Setidaknya saat ini sudah ada beberapa lokasi Magic Shop yang ia miliki antaralain Puri Mall Jakarta Barat, Bellanova Mall Sentul, Point Square Lebak Bulus, Eka Lokasari Bogor dan Giant Mega Bekasi Barat.

Julian menjelaskan, konsep kemitraan yang ia kembangkan adalah membangun toko magic shop dan sarana kursus sulap. Bagi mitra yang berminat setidaknya harus menyediakan modal Rp 40 juta (diluar sewa tempat).

Dari dana itu si mitra sudah siap memiliki satu toko sulap dengan dukungan 2 tenaga sulap terampil yang siap menjadi pendemo, termasuk etalase, ruang ganti dan ruang belajar dan 100 jenis alat sulap yang siap dijual. Bahkan untuk satu bulan pertama, Julian memberikan keringanan dengan penanggungan biaya honor untuk 2 orang pegawai toko.

Barang-barang yang dijual dalam magic shop mulai dari harga termurah Rp 30.000 seperti permainan kartu, trik koin dan lainnya sampai barang-barang sulap seharga Rp 1 juta seperti tongkat ajaib. Semua peralatan tersebut, ia buat sendiri di worksopnya kawasan Halim Jakarta Timur. Ia pun menjamin pasokan yang cukup untuk peralatan sulap bagi para mitranya.

"Kalau toko sudah berjalan, penghasilan minimal Rp 500.000 per hari untuk satu toko bagi mitra sudah di tangan," imbuhnya.

Mengenai kursus sulap, setiap gerai mitra akan menjadi tempat kursus, setidaknya ada beberapa paket khusus untuk kursus, yaitu:

Kursus sulap level 1 seharga Rp 2 juta dilakukan selama satu bulan 4 kali pertemuan. Para calon pesulap setidaknya akan mendapat 15 trik sulap dasar.

Kursus sulap level 2 seharga Rp 6 juta diajarkan selama 3 bulan 12 kali pertemuan, akan diajarkan sebanyak 48 trik sulap tingkat madya. Pada level ini para calon pesulap akan diberikan dasar-dasar sulap untuk di panggung.

Kursus sulap level 3 yaitu tahap hipnotis, paket yang ditawarkan seharga Rp 4,5 juta, proses belajar hanya dilakukan selama 2 jam saja. Kemudian level 4, pada tingkatan ini calon pesulap akan diberikan materi spesial panggung dengan paket Rp 8 juta dengan waktu yang cukup singkat.

Julian mengaku salah satu alasannya nekat terjun ke bisnis kemitraan magic shop karena saat ini konsep serupa belum ada pesaingnya. Selain itu, minat pasar atau masyarakat di Indonesia terhadap keterampilan sulap mulai bergairah

"Sulap itu sangat mudah diajarkan, semua orang bisa jika mau belajar. Kehebatan trik membuat dibuat orang-orang heran dan senang. Sehingga akan muncul di benak orang untuk belajar, disitulah dasar bisnis ini," katanya.

Mengenai pasar bisnisnya ini, ia optimistis dunia sulap diminati semua kalangan dan lintas gender. Setidaknya belajar sulap sudah bisa dilakukan sejak umur 8 tahun hinggi orang dewasa.

Ia menyarankan bagi mitra-mitranya yang akan bergabung lokasi-lokasi yang cocok sebagai magic shop antaralain di mal-mal, plaza dan tempat keramaian. Tempat-tempat tersebut sangat cocok untuk sarana mengenal masyarakat hingga proses belajar sulap dilakukan.

Julian menjelaskan setidaknya ada beberapa aliran sulap yang berkembangan di Indonesia, yaitu:
1. Mentalis - kekuatan sulap ini pada membaca pikiran seseorang
2. Telepati - menekankan kepada kemampuan komunikasi non verbal atau menembus pandang
3. Ilusi - menekankan pada m emanfaatkan memanapulasi pandangan
4. Hipnotis - pendekatan dengan mensugestikan pikiran seseorang.
