But the current heist is being told across three seasons, and I'm seeing signs of a stretched-out plot forming, especially for a vertiginous series where the stakes couldn't be greater most of the time.

Some of the events in Part 5's episodes 1 and 2 constitute season finale material. Nonetheless, the series has eight more episodes until it concludes. The introduction of fresh antagonists is one of the techniques Money Heist's crew has discovered to continually increasing the ante. Sierra and Tamayo (Fernando Cayo) are my two favorite characters this season; they have some of the greatest and most politically incorrect lines, and they deliver them with enthusiasm. So, if you want to watch La Casa de Papel only to see Tamayo's highly HR-problematic tirades in front of his employees, you won't be disappointed.

As with Lupin, I recommend watching La Casa de Papel in its original version with subtitles. Only in this manner will you be able to properly appreciate the programme and notice the almost ASMR-like quality of some of the performers' voices.

The United States and its allies indicated that they will continue providing humanitarian help through the United Nations and other partners, but any larger involvement, including development funding, will depend on whether the Taliban fulfill its commitments to govern more modestly.

Microsoft forewarned thousands of its consumers about this major risk.

It was found that Microsoft Azure's flagship Cosmos DB database was vulnerable to access from security firm Wiz. They had been able to access keys that controlled access to databases held by thousands of companies.

The company warned thousands of its cloud computing customers, including some of the largest companies on earth, that users could be able to read, edit or even delete their main databases, according to the email and a cyber security researcher.

It was found that Microsoft Azure's flagship Cosmos DB database was vulnerable to access from security firm Wiz. They had been able to access keys that controlled access to databases held by thousands of companies. A former CTO at Microsoft's Cloud Security Group, Ami Luttwak is the Chief Technology Officer of Wiz.

The message instructed customers to reset their keys since Microsoft cannot do it alone. According to an email Microsoft sent to Wiz, it took Wiz four days to find the flaw and report it. Microsoft agreed to pay Wiz $40,000 in compensation for finding the flaw and reporting it.

In a statement to Reuters, Microsoft said: "We fixed this issue immediately to keep our customers safe. We thank the security researchers who worked under coordinated vulnerability disclosure."

According to Microsoft's email to customers, there was no evidence the flaw had been exploited. "We don't believe external entities outside the researcher (Wiz) have access to the primary read-write key," it stated.

The cloud vulnerability, Luttwak told Reuters, is the worst cloud vulnerability that anyone could imagine. It is a secret that has lasted a long time. The centralized database of Azure was compromised. We were able to gain access to any customer database we desired."

According to Luttwak, the problem was discovered by his team on Aug. 9 and notified Microsoft on Aug. 12.

The weakness was found in Jupyter Notebook, a visualisation tool that has been available for years but was only enabled by default in Cosmos in February. Wiz highlighted the problem in a blog post after Reuters reported on it.

Even clients who have not been contacted by Microsoft may have had their keys swiped by attackers, giving them access until their keys are changed, according to Luttwak. When Wiz was working on the problem, Microsoft only informed customers whose keys were displayed this month.

"Customers who may have been impacted received a notice from us," Microsoft told Reuters, without going into further.

Microsoft has been plagued by negative security news for months. The same alleged Russian government hackers that hacked Solar Winds and stole Microsoft source code broke into the firm. Then, while a fix was being prepared, a large number of hackers hacked into Exchange email servers.

A recent patch for a printer vulnerability that permitted computer takeovers had to be completed many times. Another Exchange weakness was discovered last week, prompting the US government to issue an urgent warning that consumers must install updates provided months ago because ransomware gangs are already abusing it.

Problems with Azure are especially concerning because Microsoft and other security experts have been urging businesses to ditch much of their on-premises infrastructure in favour of relying on the cloud for increased protection.

Cloud attacks, on the other hand, are more unusual, but they can be more catastrophic when they come. Furthermore, some are never made public.

All known security weaknesses in software are tracked and rated by a federally contracted research group. However, because there is no similar system for detecting flaws in cloud architecture, many important vulnerabilities remain unknown to users, according to Luttwak.

Some of the vulnerabilities of the global order were already noticed, they are now manifested with greater impact. A country that was very powerful suddenly became weak; A moderate nation has suddenly joined the ranks of powerful nations – this has not happened even after the arrival of Covid-19. It is necessary that after the arrival of this disaster, some new methods have been adopted in world-politics and there seems to be a consensus on some global understanding. At the same time, some effects are quite obvious which cannot be denied.

Impact on economy

The most severe impact Covid-19 has had on the world economy. Even just before Covid-19, almost all the major economies of the world were not in a very encouraging position and economic protectionism was gradually taking its place in all the major economies, starting with the US. Covid-19 anyway closed the border and all the countries started busy with their national priorities. Earlier, where the trend of de-globalization was making a place in the world, the pandemic made it inevitable. But in normal days, the policy of economic protectionism can provide nourishment to the national economy, but in times of disaster, it worsened the situation of poverty, inequality and unemployment even more. The way Covid-19 has exposed the infrastructure of developed countries, questions have also been raised on their economic and diplomatic credentials. It is noteworthy that the preamble of many diplomatic relations rests on economic initiatives.

The rise of a fiery China but a headless world

It was clear that China's economic-strategic preparation was to become a major global power. Questions on Global Institutions and Multilateralism

It was observed that global institutions failed to deliver as expected with Covid-19 as well. But their credibility has also been questioned. The functioning of the World Health Organization has been in great doubt. The countries of the world kept trying according to their national capabilities and global institutions could not play their role, at least in the beginning. The multilateralism that was advocated by all countries just before Covid-19, it has been observed that countries have given preference to many bilateral level relations instead. It is going to take a long time to regain confidence in multilateralism once again. Multilateralism is important because it is a natural development in the continuum of a liberal global order. Global partnerships are vital to the health of the global economy, but the climate for this is not yet set to settle. At the same time, it was also seen that many democracies resorted to disaster and either imposed new controls on the citizens or imposed many restrictions. While doing so, national security and health were cited. Its effects will certainly be evident in the times to come.

It is now clear to the countries of the world that the solution to global problems lies in global partnerships. The way India has helped the countries of the world in this disaster, its diplomatic credibility has increased. It is commendable for India to reiterate its multipolar resolve in its foreign policy. However, as the crisis deepens once again, it is only possible that the fulfillment of national needs will be the priority.

Victory and defeat are activities of life, not of life

The Olympics is over. The winners have returned to their home countries and so are those who could not make it to the winner's line. All the people who dreamed of joining the venture have returned from that journey. The world saw him, saw his journey, but remembered whom? Who will be remembered? If someone asks you how many people from India had participated in this Olympic tour, you can hardly answer it, but if someone asks you the names of the winners, then you will count the names falling down. Or maybe you forget some names but your good will is to remember all the names, but for losers this feeling does not come to mind. We only remember the winners in any walk of life, not just the Olympics. The most beautiful words of language, the most advanced forms of rhetoric and the most effective rules of grammar are spent on them. And for those who do not have a mark of victory on their foreheads, some pretty seemingly hollow words and blessings wishing to 'win further' are used. You might be wondering what is wrong with that? When everyone's effort is to win, then the determination of success and failure will also be in the same way? There is nothing wrong with the notion of winning from this point of view, but there are serious difficulties in making losing synonymous with dismissal.

In fact, modern society has firmly established the notion of progress as an ideal of life that the individual is ready to go against himself in order to achieve it. Or going a little further, a person's psyche has been prepared to consider words like success/victory etc. as bigger than his existence and he is encouraged to go beyond his ability for this. You see, not only a person is prepared to face the torture of 'hard labor' for success, but the society also appreciates this preparation. How much you appreciate it when you know the journey of an Olympic champion who was 'working hard' to win, isolated from the world away from his kinsmen. You think that this sacrifice of a person is of a high order and such efforts are required for success. Do you ever consider how appropriate it is to prepare a person for suffering against himself in order to succeed in a single sport? After all, how did it decide that it is best to break away from your world and work hard for success in a vacuum? How is its value determined? How was it determined who was successful and who failed in this process? Perhaps there is no satisfactory answer for this or we never think in this way because only by the reaction of the society, the determination of success and failure is considered fixed and this determination is quite clear.

The compulsion to live for material achievements in opposition to one's inner connections is the reality of modern life. The irony of this fact is that this compulsion is often taken for granted. When an office worker looking for career heights in his life does not get a handful of time to live, then on what basis can his hard tenacity while seeking height be called success? How can people who are living a cultured life in a foreign geography outside their kin for a slightly better physical environment be called successful even after they have increased their economic status? How to say that the desire to pursue a material goal from a lonely life, except friendship-love, is said to be meaningful? Without inner peace, without the joy of life, it is erroneous to evaluate the worthiness of any attempt at natural participation in this karma-yoga. Material achievements can be piled up even at the cost of being empty of the inner self. Victory and defeat are activities of life, it is wrong to make it life. With the pace of life, these activities keep on being done automatically, but it is wrong to place one action on the forehead and reject the other. Defeat is not acceptable, but it is bad to prepare yourself for suffering in order to win. And even more so when this suffering does not cause any positive interference on public welfare. The coherence of outer life and inner life should be at the root of the field of action. The joy of life, the life of bliss, lies in this. Words like 'move forward', 'success' and 'progress' have to be given new meanings and have internal-external coherence at their core

Can Capitalism Bring Inclusive Growth?

The recent Oxfam Report, 2016 has once again brought forth the debate on global inequality in light of its findings that the richest 1 per cent of the world’s population now own more than the rest of us combined. This debate on global inequality in contemporary times also raises a question mark on the ability of capitalism – the economic system predominantly being followed all over the world, barring a few exceptions, to deliver inclusive growth. Capitalism is an economic system believed to have been born in the aftermath of the industrial revolution in the eighteenth-century Europe. It is based on private enterprise and private ownership of means of production like land, labor, capital etc. as compared to the economic system of Socialism, on the other end of the spectrum, which encourages public or state ownership of means of production. The producers belonging to the elite capitalist class are driven by the sole motive of profit. However, the system of capitalism has been criticized since its inception due to the exploitation of working class under horrible working conditions and low wages and for the very fact that it divides societies into classes of ‘haves’ and ‘have-nots’. Its proponents have pointed towards ills of other economic systems and freedom of choice to encourage a laissez faire system. However, in light of the growing global economic inequality and poor standards of living even among sections of citizens in first world countries that have been following capitalism in spirit and law for centuries, certainly does raise a question on capitalism’s flaws and its ability to deliver inclusive growth.

The concept of inclusive growth focuses on equitable growth for all sections of society. This involves ensuring that fruits of growth and development reach the poor and marginalized sections as well. Capitalism, with profit as sole motive, at times fails to reach areas that require prioritization of social welfare i.e., working on a non-profit basis. For e.g., running of schools and hospitals in rural and underdeveloped areas, building of public infrastructure like roads, rails etc. in rural areas etc. This leads to concentration of development works and industrialization led growth only in urban areas and hence creates regional inequality. Such regional inequality slowly turns into socio-economic inequality as well due to lack of meaningful employment opportunities in areas left out of the Capitalist development model and strikes at the very root of inclusive growth. Moreover, this increases urban migration leading to overcrowding and straining of public resources which in turn results in people living in miserable conditions.

In a race for delivering higher profits to owners, capitalist producers of goods and services compromise on payment of adequate wages and proper working conditions. For e.g., news reports of lack of payment of even minimum wages to laborers in certain sectors of economy like construction, textile etc. is not uncommon in India. Private firms loyal only to the shareholders don’t feel inclined to share wealth with their employees. Resentment even among middle class employees regarding their long working hours and inadequate compensation in also quite prevalent. For e.g., in view of the sixth and seventh pay commissions’ reports many educated youth are contemplating switching to government jobs even if they may be deemed overqualified for such jobs and even if it entails forgoing the corporate sector perks. Such tendency of the corporate capitalist class to squeeze out the proverbial last dollar leads only to enrichment of the already rich sections of society at the cost of the poor and middle class whose labor is undervalued.

Capitalism also attaches great importance to the idea of free and efficient markets to achieve growth and development. But, time and again, it has been seen that markets fail to allocate resources and fruits of growth efficiently and are rather skewed due to monopolistic or anti-competition practices and their short-sighted views on growth. For e.g., the Bombay Stock Exchange lost a number of points the day the Indian government announced its scheme for public food security. The markets hence failed to take a long-term view on growth by not recognizing that only a well-fed population can lead to holistic and sustainable growth for all. Instead, the free-market proponents chose to pressurize government to take back its social-welfare program. The markets, moreover, driven with the sole aim of profit have frequently led the world into economic crisis accompanied by fall in employment rates and growth rates affecting the marginalized sections of developing and least developed economies the worst due to their greater vulnerability. This further serves only to widen the global inequality and the gap between the ‘haves’ and ‘have-nots’. For e.g., the 2007-08 subprime crisis, though originated in USA due to uninhibited greed and unethical practices of investment banks, soon engulfed the entire world economy leading to fall in growth rates across the globe. But the bailout package of developed world economies ensured that the capitalist class largely remained unaffected even though the middle class and marginalized sections suffered due to economic slowdown.

Therefore, capitalism has a number of shortcomings in its implementation and is not necessarily serving the purpose of inclusive growth. But, can the system be regulated and tweaked so as to promote greater inclusion and equitable growth? Capitalists themselves have come to realize that sustained high rates of growth leading to wealth generation for all are possible only when there is greater purchasing power in hands of the consumer. Companies have come to realize that a happy employee means a better bottom line. This has meant gradually paying higher wages and improving working conditions for workers. Along with stricter government regulations on labor laws, this has brought in drastic improvement in workers’ conditions when compared to the days of industrial revolution.

The focus on private enterprise for the sole motive of profit maybe responsible for a number of ills as discussed but it can also leads to greater efficiency. This heightened efficiency and enterprise in turn boosts economic production, employment opportunities, wealth generation and GDP growth rates leading to better living standards and pulling millions out of poverty. For e.g., before the economic liberalization of the 90’s Indian economy was a closed one with the public sector controlling most of the economy. The lackadaisical work culture that it promoted coupled with regressive economic policies of the then governments almost led Indian economy to the verge of bankruptcy. However, since economic liberalization that opened up Indian economy for private sector and limited the role of public sector to only certain areas, Indian economy has grown at a rapid pace and is today not only the fastest growing economy in the world but also the world’s third largest economy by purchasing power parity. Though it has created a class of super-rich Indians, it has also pulled millions out of poverty. Between 2004 and 2012, India reduced its poverty levels by approximately 15 percentage points, in the process pulling a staggering 20 million Indians out of poverty per year.

However, this success story of Indian economy would not have been possible without effective government control via regulations that ensured that the wealth so generated reached all sections of society either directly via the ‘trickle down’ effect or via its numerous social welfare programs. Therefore, the malaise of wealth in only a few hands in capitalism can be corrected by the government stepping in to have a system of taxation that promotes economic equality, encouraging entrepreneurship and setting up venture capital funds to support entrepreneurs from the lower socio-economic strata; running social welfare programs that ensure substantive equality of opportunity by providing affordable quality education and health services. For e.g., Government of India recognizes this responsibility and hence to encourage entrepreneurship among marginalized sections of society and enhance socio-economic equality, it has started ‘Start-Up India’. Enhancing equality of opportunity in order to counter the capitalism induced inequality also requires the government to ensure access to quality infrastructure necessary for running business – both public infrastructure as well as digital infrastructure which is increasingly becoming lifeline of today’s economy.

Therefore, capitalism as an economic system has a number of problems that have resulted in growing global socio-economic inequality. Issues like low wages, poor working conditions, regionally concentrated development, enrichment of only a particular class and blind faith in efficiency of markets result in a skewed growth model that goes against the concept of inclusive growth. This leads to rising social unrest and raises question mark on the very concept of capitalism delivering inclusive growth. However, while the system of capitalism has its flaws, regulated by a government that works on social welfare model, capitalism can lead to improved efficiency in enterprise, enhance private investments and can boost economic production while at the same time raising the capital necessary for a government to run its social schemes for the betterment of the poor and the marginalized.

For e.g., the Scandinavian countries have followed the capitalist mode with a strong regulatory regime and social welfare which led to praiseworthy results. Inequality adjusted HDI regularly rank Scandinavian Countries like Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland among the top ten countries. This shows that the model of capitalism can be made to deliver inclusive growth provided the governments and civil societies across the world know how to tame the beast!

Yinshi A Lifestyle That Leads To Personal Freedom.

‘While weaving flowers in the garden, I look at the high mountains in front of my eyes. Touching the mountain and returning to the evening air, there is a different freshness. At sunset the birds return to their homes rather than singing. It is just that I have come to understand the meaning of life in such scenes.’

This is a small excerpt from a Chinese poem written by a poet named Tao Yuanming. The creator of this seemingly ordinary poem is extraordinary because he did something that not everyone has the courage to do. Tao Yuanming, a high-ranking government official, abruptly resigned one day.

With all the benefits from the government, he decided to quit his job. Leaving positions and possession, he moved to his village and settled in a small house at the foot of the village. They farmed, sang songs, did their own writing and lived happily ever after. To write poems or to do agriculture, does one have to give up one's fixed income?

In response to that question, Tao said, "My economic prosperity has been conquered by my spiritual prosperity." This Chinese philosophy means "Yinshi". A place chosen to stay away from all worldly strife, social magic and materialism, where the process of spiritual ascent is accelerated. Yinshi basically means solitude or anonymity, but in fact Yinshi's concept is many times wider than this.

Yinshi means voluntary poverty. A consciously chosen lifestyle that includes only the necessities of life. The masonry of the wall between 'Want' and 'Need' is the most difficult task in our life. The task of separating desires from the needs in the sack of the living requires a great deal of spiritual effort and contemplation. If this work is not done in time, the species trapped in the clutches of the planet will fail to understand the purpose of existence till the end of life.

The biggest barriers to accessing personal freedom are 'positions' and 'possession'. When ancient Rome was invaded by a neighboring nation, the responsibility of protecting the state was handed over to the military leader Lucius Quintius Cincinnati. In view of the demands of the times and the crisis of the nation, the Cincinnati, as the head of the defense force, performed a marvelous job and saved the nation. At that moment of victory, he had a golden opportunity to become the head of the nation.

If he had wanted to, he could have easily become the emperor of the nation and spent the rest of his life in luxury, but he did not. He loved his life as a farmer. As soon as the crisis averted, they relinquished all positions and responsibilities and returned to their open fields. This was his freedom. It is said that ‘Money brings freedom’ but sometimes it seems that the activity of raising money is the biggest slavery.

We, enslaved to desires, greed or profit, sacrifice our time till the last breath of life. There seems to be so much interest in the process of collecting that for whom and for what to collect? That is the reason why it is forgotten.

There is a well-known Chinese story. King of China, Were in search of Laotsu. Laotsu (Lao Tzu) is the famous Chinese philosopher who gave the Tao-te-ching, a guidebook useful in every problem of life. The king of China wanted Laotsu to become the chief minister of the state. If an intelligent, wise and prudent man like Laotsu takes over the ministry, the king's prestige and fame will be multiplied. With that in mind, the king sent his troops in search of Laotsu. After much difficulty, the soldiers finally found Laotsu. Sitting by the river, they were fishing. Putting his hands together, the general said to Laotsu, "The king's order is that you should be given the highest honor in the kingdom." You are going to be the Chief Minister.

We’ve come to pick you up. ’Laotsu sat in silence for a moment. He then pointed to a nearby puddle and asked, "What's in that puddle?" Just look! 'As the soldiers got closer, they saw a tortoise walking on its waves in the dirty water of the puddle. Then Laotsu said, "I heard that there is a golden tortoise in your palace." The soldiers said, "You heard the truth."

At that time, the gold-encrusted tortoise was considered a symbol of the Chinese king. Laotsu said, "Go to the swamp in the swamp and ask if it is adorned with gold and worshiped, is it ready to come with you to the palace?" The general said, does it work? 'Smartest' enemy for the future of the world!

The number of people using smartphones in India and the USA has crossed the millions. The world of smartphones in adolescence has engulfed people all over the world.

Researchers at the University of Maryland selected ten countries under The World's Unplugged Project. Smartphones were confiscated for 24 hours from some students in these ten countries. As a result, all the students became terribly stressed. One in three find that they are willing to give up their sex life for a mobile phone.

According to a survey conducted in India, 98% of Indians sleep with their mobile phones with them. 57% of Indians can't live a minute without their phone all day. 83% of people keep their phones on hand. India ranks second in the list of countries using smart phones the most. At number one is Brazil. Where people stay glued to smartphones for an average of more than three hours a day.

The Physiological Society conducted research on which moments in life can be the most depressing. The results of this research on 2000 people were as follows. Naturally, in the first place, the death of a loved one or his own death was considered the most depressing thing. A shocking detail came out of this list. The 13th place where people ranked the terrorist attack on the depression list with a score of 5.84, followed by the 5.79 with a score of 5.79 for fear of losing the smartphone! From which psychiatrists came to the conclusion that terrorism and the fear of losing the phone are the same in people's minds! Now think of the horrors of smartphones.

Dr. Lucy Donaldson, chairperson of the Physiological Society's Police Committee, says that 50 years ago today, there was no sign of this type of stress-depression. The term is defined as something like: Fabbing! According to research published in the journal Computer for Some Different Types of Human Behavior, this condition is called fabbing, a combination of two different words, 'phone' and 'snubbing'.

All of these factors have led to a new mental illness called nomophobia. Simply put, it is a type of mental illness in which a person feels embarrassed and restless without a mobile phone. Nomophobia is the world's first disease that has nothing to do with aging. It can happen at any age.

Nomophobia (no-mobile-phone-phobia) has also led to an increase in car accidents in the United States. About 27 percent of older drivers read and send messages while driving. On the other hand, the percentage of young people was 34 percent! As a result, 1.6 million (approximately 1.6 million) accidents are recorded in the American Book every year. A video went viral on WhatsApp. The eye doctor had two cases in which the patient was chatting or watching videos in the dark before going to bed at night. As a result, he became partially blind and in the second case, he lost his eyesight due to insufficient attention by the person.

According to a report by the World Health Organization, the radio frequency of mobiles produces a carcinogen in the human body. Mankind called a condition called "multiple personality disorder" a condition in which two or more individuals had to give way from time to time. In which the original person as well as the like, change in age, a completely new personality with a different mentality is formed, which in some situations dominates the man.

Man forgets his name, original identity, adopts a new identity and becomes another person. There is no definite period for the latter to return to his original personality. One thing that was common among these psychiatric patients was that their childhoods were miserable and horrible. A child who has been physically or mentally abused by a loved one may be shocked by what has happened to him or her. A child who does not understand certain sexual-physical or emotional distractions is suffocated, giving birth to a new person within him.

The first case of personality disorder was reported in 1646. This personality disorder, abbreviated as 'Dissociative Identity Disorder' (DID), is most common in the United States. People became aware of this psychosis in 1950, and in 1953 the first film on personality disorder, The Three Faces of Eve, was released, based on a true story. The film, based on the life of Chris Szimore, was asked to sign a letter of permission from all three of its personalities to get written approval! Hollywood director Knight Shyamalan's film 'Split', released a few years ago, tells the story of multiple personality disorders. The important aspect of such a psychopath is that as soon as he remembers any moment of the past, another personality inside him comes to the surface and suppresses his original personality.

Suppose a young man is beaten and abused as a child, then when such a scene unfolds before his eyes, his mind immediately awakens the dormant memories and awakens another personality to resist it. Famous comedian Rosen Barr first publicly admitted in 1994 that he was a victim of multiple personality disorders. After that, Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj, Lady Gaga also confessed their psychosis. Naturally, the question arises as to how many personalities a person can possibly have together!

According to scientists, a man can accommodate an average of 8 to 13 people at once, but some cases have been reported in which as many as 100 different personalities appeared in a person! Medical science has yet to find a cure for 'Multiple Personality Disorder'! There are many therapies that can diagnose this psychosis in the long run.

With the help of talk therapy, psychotherapy, medication, hypnotherapy and adjective therapy, man can get rid of it to a great extent. In hypnotherapy all the personalities in the person respond to the doctor. Hence, hypnotism can be considered effective. Yet excellent treatments like family warmth, patience and love are nowhere possible. The love given by the family can free a person from the clutches of this psychopathy.
