Searching for Yummy Gluten Free Foods Yep, this is my personal story on trying to find palatable, well, even decent gluten free foods that could replace those gluten loaded foods now forbidden forevermore.

I shopped around and found some of the most tasteless drek imaginable. Forget frozen pizzas and other gluten free products like breads. Forget trying to find gluten free pastas, and if you do, try to find the one that won't disintegrate in the cooking water. Little wonder people rebel against eating such stuff as I found myself grumbling a lot when I shopped.

One day, while rummaging through the frozen bread selections, I noticed a package of Kinnikinnick Foods Gluten Free English Muffins, so I thought, why not, they sure did look good in comparison to the other sorry excuses for breads and baked goods lining the freezer shelves.

Next morning I decided to make my killer breakfast sandwich using a Kinnikinnick english muffin. So I toasted it up and coated the two halves with butter.
Then I fried up one egg over easy, loaded it onto a layer of melted cheese on top of a slice of sauteed ham, and covered with the muffin top.

Cutting through it releases the soft flow of egg yolk that saturates the muffin, the melted cheese and ham. Yum. Indeed!

Next, thanks to Kinnikinnick Foods, I was able to sample their frozen individual pizza crusts, both thin and the thick variety. I personally prefer the thicker crusts, and caution you to watch the cooking time carefully and do not exceed it.

Then I sampled the sugar and spice donuts and maple glazed donuts that they do so very well. A dense, almost "meaty" texture makes them a delight at breakfast, or as I love to do, make one a lovely addition to afternoon tea. The rich texture of the Canadian maple makes this almost a candy like confection. Delectable.

Kinnikinnick Foods has many more products that are available online, and hopefully, as they expand their market to the local grocery stores, there will be a greater selection of gluten free foods from this company. I have learned that there is an increasing demand for gluten free foods because so many people have developed allergies which are now being diagnosed properly.

So, here is my special thank you to Kinnikinnick, Edmonton, Canada for the opportunity to sample some of your superb products. I will recommend them to all. As I have done herein.

Gluten Sensitivity: It's real, so Why the Confusion? This topic is very near to this writer. I suffered for 40 years what was diagnosed as IBS. All sorts of allergy tests didn't reveal an allergy to gluten. However, as the years went by, and the amount of gluten bio-engineered to be 90% grains and products saturated the market, it became a very serious problem for me.

Any grain with gluten was now intolerable to me. No more bread, pizza, noodles, pasta, all baked goods, most soups, and every munchable like crackers, and so forth.
It was a big adjustment, but I had no choice. I found some gluten free munchies and other products at a local natural foods store, but much of the gluten free breads and pastry products were pretty bad. That began my search for tasty and top notch gluten free products, as it was my new way of life.

I learned during my research that we are eating GMO grains in all sorts of form. Wheat, oats, corn, barley, soy, on and on are bio-engineered to be extremely high in gluten, (90%). This is in opposition to the 30% gluten content in the grains of our younger years.

Dealing with gluten intolerance became absolutely essential to me. As anyone who exists with these intolerable and exhausting symptoms knows, the difficulty of trying to live a normal life with the limitations that these disorders impose, make each day misery.

Now there is a formerly skeptical California doctor who has found the optimal method of using marijuana for health.

(NaturalNews) One of the most extraordinary documents in human history -- the Bill of Rights -- has come to an end under President Barack Obama. Derived from sacred principles of natural law, the Bill of Rights has come to a sudden and catastrophic end with the President's signing of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), a law that grants the U.S. military the "legal" right to conduct secret kidnappings of U.S. citizens, followed by indefinite detention, interrogation, torture and even murder. This is all conducted completely outside the protection of law, with no jury, no trial, no legal representation and not even any requirement that the government produce evidence against the accused. It is a system of outright government tyranny against the American people, and it effectively nullifies the Bill of Rights.

In what will be remembered as the most traitorous executive signing ever committed against the American people, President Obama signed the bill on New Year's Eve, a time when most Americans were engaged in the consumption of alcohol. It seems appropriate, of course, since no intelligent American could accept the tyranny of this bill if they were sober.

This is the law that will cement Obama's legacy in the history books as the traitor who nullified the Bill of Rights and paved America's pathway down a road of tyranny that will make Nazi Germany's war crimes look like child's play. If Bush had signed a law like this, liberals would have been screaming "impeachment!"

Why the Bill of Rights matters

While the U.S. Constitution already limits the power of federal government, the Bill of Rights is the document that enumerates even more limits of federal government power. In its inception, many argued that a Bill of Rights was completely unnecessary because, they explained, the federal government only has the powers specifically enumerated to it under the U.S. Constitution. There was no need to have a "First Amendment" to protect Free Speech, for example, because there was no power granted to government to diminish Free Speech.

This seems silly today, of course, given the natural tendency of all governments to concentrate power in the hands of the few while destroying the rights and freedoms of their own people. But in the 1780's, whether government could ever become a threat to future freedoms was hotly debated. By 1789, enough revolutionary leaders had agreed on the fundamental principles of a Bill of Rights to sign it into law. Its purpose was to provide additional clarifications on the limitation of government power so that there could be absolutely no question that government could NEVER, under any circumstances, violate these key principles of freedom: Freedom of speech, the right to bear arms, freedom from illegal searches, the right to remain silent, the right to due process under law, and so on.

Of course, today's runaway federal government utterly ignores the limitations placed on it by the founding fathers. It aggressively and criminally seeks to expand its power at all costs, completely ignoring the Bill of Rights and openly violating the limitations of power placed upon it by the United States Constitution. The TSA's illegal searching of air travelers, for example, is a blatant violation of Fourth Amendment rights. The government's hijacking of websites it claims are linking to "copyright infringement" hubs is a blatant violation of First Amendment rights. The government's demand that all Americans be forced to buy private health insurance is a blatant violation of Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution -- the "commerce clause."

Now, with the passage of the NDAA, the federal government has torpedoed the entire Bill of Rights, dismissing it completely and effectively promising to violate those rights at will. As of January 1, 2012, we have all been designated enemies of the state. America is the new battleground, and your "right" to due process is null and void.

Remember, this was all done by the very President who promised to close Guantanamo Bay and end secret military prisons. Not only did Obama break that campaign promise (as he has done with nearly ALL his campaign promises), he did exactly the opposite and has now subjected all Americans to the possibility of government-sponsored kidnapping, detainment and torture, all under the very system of secret military prisons he claimed he would close!

"President Obama’s action today is a blight on his legacy because he will forever be known as the president who signed indefinite detention without charge or trial into law," said Anthony D. Romero, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union.

Obama's signing statement means nothing

Even while committing an act of pure treason in signing the bill, the unindicted criminal President Obama issued a signing statement that reads, in part, "Moving forward, my administration will interpret and implement the provisions described below in a manner that best preserves the flexibility on which our safety depends and upholds the values on which this country was founded..."

Anyone who reads between the lines here realizes the "the flexibility on which our safety depends" means they can interpret the law in any way they want if there is a sufficient amount of fear being created through false flag terror attacks. Astute readers will also notice that Obama's signing statement has no legal binding whatsoever and only refers to Obama's momentary intentions on how he "wishes" to interpret the law. It does not place any limits whatsoever on how a future President might use the law as written.

"The statute is particularly dangerous because it has no temporal or geographic limitations, and can be used by this and future presidents to militarily detain people captured far from any battlefield," says the ACLU (http://www.aclu.org/blog/national-s...).

What this means is that the next President could use this law to engage in the most horrific holocaust-scale mass round-up of people the world has ever seen. The NDAA legalizes the crimes of Nazi Germany in America, setting the stage for the mass murder of citizens by a rogue government.

United States of America becomes a rogue nation, operating in violation of international law

Furthermore, the NDAA law as written and signed, is a violation of international law as it does not even adhere to the fundamental agreements of how nations treat prisoners of war:

"...the breadth of the NDAA’s detention authority violates international law because it is not limited to people captured in the context of an actual armed conflict as required by the laws of war" says the ACLU (http://www.aclu.org/blog/national-s...).

In 1789, today's NDAA law would have been called "treasonous," and those who voted for it would have been shot dead as traitors. This is not a call for violence, but rather an attempt to provide historical context of just how destructive this law really is. Men and women fought and died for the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. People sacrificed their lives, their safety and risked everything to achieve the freedoms that made America such a great nation. For one President to so callously throw away 222 years of liberty, betraying those great Americans who painstakingly created an extraordinary document limiting the power of government, is equivalent todriving a stake through the heart of the Republic.

In signing this, Obama has proven himself to be the most criminal of all U.S. Presidents, far worse than George W. Bush and a total traitor to the nation and its People. Remember, Obama swore upon a Bible that he would "protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic," and yet he himself has become the enemy of the Constitution by signing a law that overtly and callously nullifies the Bill of Rights.

This is nothing less than an act of war declared on the American people by the executive and legislative branches of government. It remains to be seen whether the judicial branch will go along with it (US Supreme Court).

Origins of the Bill of Rights

The Bill of Rights, signed in 1789 by many of the founding fathers of our nation, was based on the Virginia Declaration of Rights, drafted in 1776 and authored largely by George Mason, one of the least-recognized revolutionaries who gave rise to a nation of freedom and liberty.

Mason was a strong advocate of not just states' rights, but of individual rights, and without his influence in 1789, we might not even have a Bill of Rights today (and our nation would have slipped into total government tyranny all the sooner). In fact, he openly opposed ratification of the U.S. Constitution unless it contained a series of amendments now known as the Bill of Rights (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George...)

SECTION ONE of this Virginia declaration of rights states:

"That all men are by nature equally free and independent and have certain inherent rights, of which, when they enter into a state of society, they cannot, by any compact, deprive or divest their posterity; namely, the enjoyment of life and liberty, with the means of acquiring and possessing property, and pursuing and obtaining happiness and safety." Section Three of the declaration speaks to the duty of the Citizens to abolish abusive government:

"That government is, or ought to be, instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security of the people, nation, or community; of all the various modes and forms of government, that is best which is capable of producing the greatest degree of happiness and safety and is most effectually secured against the danger of maladministration; and that, when any government shall be found inadequate or contrary to these purposes, a majority of the community hath an indubitable, inalienable, and indefeasible right to reform, alter, or abolish it, in such manner as shall be judged most conducive to the public weal."

By any honest measure, today's U.S. government, of course, has overstepped the bounds of its original intent. As Mason wrote over 200 years ago, the People of America now have not merely a right but a duty to "reform, alter or abolish it," to bring government back into alignment with its original purpose -- to protect the rights of the People.

Obama violates his Presidential Oath, sworn before God

Article II, Section I of the United States Constitution spells out the oath of office that every President must take during their swearing in:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

In signing the NDAA law into office, Obama has blatantly and unambiguously violated this sacred oath, meaning that his betrayal is not merely against the American people, but also against the Divine Creator.

Given that the Bill of Rights is an extension of Natural Law which establishes a direct heritage of sovereign power from the Creator to the People, a blatant attack upon the Bill of Rights is, by any account, an attack against the Creator and a violation of universal spiritual principles. Those who attempt to undermine the Bill of Rights are attempting to invalidate the relationship between God and Man, and in doing so, they are identifying themselves asenemies of God and agents of Evil.

Today, as 2012 begins, we are now a nation led by evil, and threatened with total destruction by those who would seek to rule as tyrants. This is America's final hour. We either defend the Republic starting right now, or we lose it forever.

Dow seeking deregulation of GE corn resistant to 2,4-D, a major component of Agent Orange!. God, Almighty, what next? What is wrong with America's government that would allow and enable Dow and Monsanto Chemical Companies, among many others, to destroy our farm lands, permanently ruin the soil of our corn farmers and destroy the health and well being of people all throughout America?

What's most astonishing about this petition request is that if it is approved, the U.S. would then become an "agricultural war zone" where genetically engineered corn is "carpet bombed" with 2,4-D chemicals. Being resistant to such chemicals, the GE corn may then uptake those chemicals into its own structures and grain kernels, thereby creating corn laced with 2,4-D that would be unleashed when you eat your corn-based breakfast cereals or corn tortillas.

I am warning everyone I know to avoid like the plague the internet marketing program called Auto Profit Machine, created by some guy named Max Steigmeier or some such.

Do NOT go near this program. This is a typical bait and switch program. The guy drags around his "consciousness" of God, and blah, blah, blah. He promises that there is a one time fee of $50.00 to "join" and that you need no sponsoring, no learning curve, and basically you don't have to do a thing to collect massive paydays passively.

It is some sort of scam akin to a forced matrix four level deep wherein you get 70% of the commissions generated by others who sign up under you. The other 30% is filtered down to others and it goes on and on and on. The concept is what hooked me in the beginning. That is, until I read all the material involved and realized that unless you market heavily, as I did with You Tube Videos and posts daily on my FB and Twitter accounts, you are screwed. I let it play out for three weeks while I had the flu and watched my investment go - NOWHERE. Not one single penny.

THEN, the pressure starts:

Here is how it went for me: I received a referral from a trusted Internet Marketer names Brian Charles, inviting me to sign up for $50.00, because he thinks the program is the next best thing to sliced bread.

Once you have committed yourself to the one time fee (HA!) as above, you are then continually hounded by sales calls, text messages, promises of bonuses and more blathering, but you MUST attend his next call to get the "special bonuses".

Upon doing so, you find yourself bombarded, literally, with more lies, upsells and "bonuses" which are nothing more than bait to get you to sign up. It keeps going in circles.

The bonuses are worthless. As I found out. HOWEVER, you can pay Max an additional $200. to buy into his ever changing numbers of how many are on his mailing list. HA! First he pitches his million plus mailing list, then it slides down to 800K mailing list. He shows screen shots of income from an entirely different program and, without saying directly, he sneakily implies they are from Auto Profit Machine.

If you are stupid enough to pay him an additional $200. to be on his select mailing list to his ??? (fill in the numbers) I was not stupid to pay him another penny on pure speculation, with zero income on my investment. Also relevant to me, since I am a member of a specific internet marketing forum which has genuine, honest programs and people, with photos, who create them, is the fact that "Max" has no "face" you can see.

Then there is the issue of a REFUND. Just TRY getting one. I have watched this scam go nowhere for 23 days, and I requested a refund. FOUR times to date. What do you get in return? More lies and a copy of their refund policy issued from the ZenDesk which is allegedly the support arm of this "program".

Any true internet marketer KNOWS bone deep that when a customer asks for a refund, you give it to them. Period. So I have had to go to PayPal and file a claim against this fraudulent business. BEWARE. DO NOT BUY INTO THE LIES of his so called profit screen shots, they are not even valid for the site.

Molly Dolly Saved My Life - Flu

Hello Everyone: It's Christmas Day, 2011 for many people, and I am shocked and grateful to be alive today. You see, like countless other Americans who are smart enough to research and learn the depth of duplicity about the poisonous side effects of flu shots, so loudly trumpeted by the government, and Big Pharma, the lying FDA, and other governmental goon agencies, I absolutely REFUSE to allow them into my body.

Dr. Joseph Mercola, and countless other natural health advocates, have published hundreds of articles warning ALL of us about the toxic, killer flu shots that are loaded with mercury and other bio-engineered poisons. Worldwide, those "flu" shots have been proven to be worthless, and for older people, literally one way to be killed off.

So, with all that in mind, and despite extreme care using surgical level hand washing technique (I am a retired Critical Care Registered Nurse), I still got the flu, all thanks to a little kid sneezing in my face while in I was standing in line at the grocery store.

Desperately ill, I could not hold anything in or down. I became extremely dehydrated and ended up with cardiac arrythmias and profound debilitation which required IVs to rehydrate me, and homeopathics to cure the flu, from my most excellent physician, Dr. Corazon Ibarra, at BioIntegrative Health Center International, located in Reno, Nevada.

During the three weeks I have spent in bed recovering, I have had a constant bed companion called Molly Dolly, a tiny, sweet, little runt of a cat whose life I saved after my husband rescued her near death at two days old. She never left my side except to use the cat litter box and to eat. My husband was a wonderful support and made sure all matters that I normally handle were done before he left for work. He also made sure that Molly got extra treats to thank her for her "nursing duties", such as they were.

Several times, I felt my heart stop in my chest. Molly Dolly stood with her tiny little paws on my chest and walked up and down on it. She constantly monitored my breathing, and would bump me repeatedly to awaken when she thought I needed to get something to drink. One night, during the most violent part of the flu where vomiting would NOT stop, she and another cat named Frosti positioned themselves next to my body on each side, purred without stopping, and never left me until I was able to sit up at last without passing out.

This is what I consider the greatest gift anyone could possibly receive, no matter if it is Christmas or whatever. The undying, unconditional, non judgmental, total acceptance that only animals can give humans. No greedy grasping for gifts, or carrying on like
crazy people because they didn't get what they wanted. Nope. Just free, generous and selfless love.

Molly Dolly sleeps with her tiny paws on my arm, or snuggled up next to me when I have had relapses, which, now, thankfully are past. She "monitors" me constantly.
Do animals feel emotions? Oh, yeah! Molly's one little eye, which was ruined when someone poured engine oil on the mother and litter mates to suffocate them, was filled with moisture all the time during her duties as my "nurse". She watched my every move and followed me from room to room when I was able to walk. Try and find that kind of devotion, or even interest from humans, no matter how connected you are, and you will find yourself face to face with a wall of self interest, superficial concern and lots of phony platitudes by and large. NEVER will you find the level of love and devotion that I received from my Molly Dolly, unless you pay for it from professional health providers. The honest part of that is you know what you are paying for, and that it is exactly as it is.

Someone had the gall to judge my experience and then tell me I was bitter. Seriously. That's the compassionless attitude that I am referring to when I speak of typical human responses.

My reaction to their B.S. is this: how could I be bitter about anything when I have been given one of God's little angels in feline form there to love me well.

According to a report by Americans for Safe Access:

What Causes Colds and Influenzas?

Both colds and various influenzas are caused by a wide variety of viruses (not bacteria).
While the two ailments typically affect your respiratory tract, there are some differences between them.
Common symptoms of a 'regular cold' include runny nose, congestion, cough, and sore throat. The symptoms of the flu tend to be far more severe, as the influenza viruses are capable of causing severe lung infection, pneumonia and even respiratory failure. They also tend to affect your joints—hence that allover achy feeling.
The most common way these viruses are spread is via hand-to-hand contact. For instance, someone with a cold blows their nose then shakes your hand or touches surfaces that you also touch. However, the key to remember is that just being exposed to a cold virus does not mean that you're destined to catch a cold.
If your immune system is operating at its peak, it should actually be quite easy for you to fend off the virus without ever getting sick. Ditto for flu viruses. If your immune system is impaired, on the other hand, they can easily take hold in your body. So, it's important to understand that the reason you catch a cold or flu is because your immune system is impaired. It's not an inevitable event based on exposure alone.

Eating too much sugar, particularly fructose, and too many grains. Shocking LACK of Evidence Supporting Flu Vaccines

While the flu vaccine is touted as the "best" way to avoid catching the seasonal flu, what many fail to realize is that the science available actually does NOT support this conclusion. In essence, it's wishful thinking that is unsupported by scientific evidence.
Take the Cochrane Database Review for example—which is the gold standard for assessing the effectiveness of common medical interventions—as discussed here in a recent article on GreenMedInfo.com. Here are five Cochrane Database Reviews, published between 2006 and 2010, completely decimating the claim that flu vaccinations are the best course of action to prevent the flu.

A large-scale, systematic review of 51 studies, published in the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews in 2006, found no evidence that the flu vaccine is any more effective than a placebo in children under two. The studies involved 260,000 children, age 6 to 23 months.

Two years, later, in 2008, another Cochrane review again concluded that "little evidence is available" that the flu vaccine is effective for children under the age of two. Even more disturbingly, the authors stated that: "It was surprising to find only one study of inactivated vaccine in children under two years, given current recommendations to vaccinate healthy children from six months old in the USA and Canada. If immunization in children is to be recommended as a public health policy, large-scale studies assessing important outcomes and directly comparing vaccine types are urgently required."

Then, last year, Cochrane published the following bombshell conclusion:
"Influenza vaccines have a modest effect in reducing influenza symptoms and working days lost. There is no evidence that they affect complications, such as pneumonia, or transmission.
WARNING: This review includes 15 out of 36 trials funded by industry (four had no funding declaration). An earlier systematic review of 274 influenza vaccine studies published up to 2007 found industry funded studies were published in more prestigious journals and cited more than other studies independently from methodological quality and size. Studies funded from public sources were significantly less likely to report conclusions favorable to the vaccines.
The review showed that reliable evidence on influenza vaccines is thin but there is evidence of widespread manipulation of conclusions and spurious notoriety of the studies. The content and conclusions of this review should be interpreted in light of this finding." [Emphasis mine.]

Last year, Cochrane also reviewed the available evidence with regards to protecting the elderly, and the results were equally abysmal. The authors concluded that: "The available evidence is of poor quality and provides no guidance regarding the safety, efficacy or effectiveness of influenza vaccines for people aged 65 years or older."

They also reviewed whether or not vaccinating health care workers can help protect the elderly patients with whom they work. In conclusion, the authors state that: "[T]here is no evidence that vaccinating health care workers prevents influenza in elderly residents in long-term care facilities

Feast Like a Caveman and Watch the Pounds Melt Away. All I have to say is "holy cow"! I thought I was well informed and well educated about the garbage diet that Americans are forced to choose from these days.

That is, until I read several articles and a book on the Paleolithic diet and "got a clue". I have been on this diet plan for nearly 3 months now and the difference in my overall health is stupendous. PLUS! I have lost 25 pounds in 10 weeks, and am back into my size 4 clothes, simply by ditching all gluten loaded grains, most definitely wheat, and sugars.

The way I figure it is that if God had intended us to garbage up on the very toxic high fructose corn syrup loaded foods they would have been provided in God's master plan for human health. I pity the kids most of all. They have no choice in what they eat. Little wonder that children today are monstrously obese, unhealthy and dying of unnatural causes due to a health destructive diet at increasingly early ages. Looking at their obese parents advertises to everyone that they are uninformed about nutrition and "don't give a you know what" about their health, longevity, appearance and long term medical costs to name just a few variables.

"CBS recently ran an excellent series of reports about the Paleolithic diet movement. Of the mainstream press, Dr. Kim Mulvihill was the sole member present at the recent Ancestral Health Symposium in Los Angeles. She ended up taking part in Dr. Lynda Frassetto's scientific study on the Paleo diet herself.
As reported on CBS:

"You can eat anything that would be able to be eaten without being processed," explained Dr. Lynda Frassetto. That means no grains, no bread, and no [pasteurized] dairy but does include lots of fruits and vegetables, some nuts and oils and lots of fish, poultry and lean meats.

By eating foods that are concordant with your genetic ancestry, you can avoid many of the diseases associated with our modern diet. As Dr. Loren Cordain, author of The Paleo Diet and one of the world's leading experts on Paleolithic nutrition, states:

Why the Paleo Diet Works for Weight Loss

A common "side effect" of rebalancing your body's chemistry is weight loss, as the two tend to go hand-in-hand. One explanation for this is that you don't really get fat from eating too much and exercising too little. Nor do you get fat from eating fat.
So what does cause your fat tissue to accumulate and hold on to fat?
In a word: carbohydrates.
In essence, overeating and excess weight could be viewed as a symptom of an improper diet, because when you consume too many sugars and carbs, you set off a cascade of chemical reactions in your body that makes you hungry and craving for sweets:

First, fructose is metabolized differently from glucose, with the majority being turned directly into fat because stimulates a powerful “fat switch.”

This rapidly leads to weight gain and abdominal obesity ("beer belly"), decreased HDL, increased LDL, elevated triglycerides, elevated blood sugar, and high blood pressure—i.e., classic metabolic syndrome.

Dietary carbohydrates, especially fructose, are also the primary source of a substance called glycerol-3-phosphate (g-3-p), which causes fat to become fixed in fat tissue

At the same time, high carb intake raises your insulin levels, which prevents fat from being released

Fructose further tricks your body into gaining weight by turning off your body's appetite-control system. Fructose does not suppress ghrelin (the "hunger hormone") and doesn't stimulate leptin (the "satiety hormone"), which together result in feeling hungry all the time, even though you've eaten. As a result, you overeat and develop insulin resistance, which is not only an underlying factor of type 2 diabetes and heart disease, but also many cancers

The resulting equation is simple: fructose and dietary carbohydrates (grains, which break down into sugar) lead to excess body fat, obesity and related health issues. Furthermore, no amount of exercise can compensate for this damage because if you eat excessive fructose and grains—the primary ingredients NOT found in the Paleo diet—it will activate programming to cause your body to become, and remain, fat.

Deepening the deception is the fact that none of the studies on fluoride actually used the far more toxic hydrofluorosilicic acid that is added to the water supply. Rather they use pharmaceutical grade fluoride, so the health hazards are likely FAR worse than any study has so far discerned.

So as an example, fluoride is used in the ceramics business to make ceramics more porous. Well, it does exactly the same thing to your bones. Once they have learned all the other uses for fluoride, it becomes very easy to see how it does the same thing to your own calcium-rich tissues."

Being American it hurts us to write these words: If we want the choice to choose to eat real food, we are going to have to fight for it.
We are Monte and Laura Bledsoe of Quail Hollow Farm in Overton, Nevada; a small, organic, sustainable CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) farm that feeds over 100 families in Southern Nevada. In addition to our CSA, we also serve 2 farmers markets each week and provide hands on training and teaching to interns and WWOOFer’s (World Wide Organization of Organic Farmers) who want to learn the skills of organic farming so that they in turn can run their own organic farms in the future.
Recently on our farm we invited over 100 guests to celebrate the bounty of the harvest with a 5-course dinner on the farm with food provided directly from the farm to their fork. While our guests were arriving a local health district employee arrived and deemed all of our food unfit and threatened police action against ourselves and our guests if we did not only throw out all of the food but to make it even unfit to feed our pigs we were ordered to pour bleach on it. The health district justified this with several reasons that are all arguable but one. The meat that was provided did not come from a government approved source.
That we are limited to purchase, supply and even to consume only government approved (USDA certified) meats that have co-mingled with countless other animals from countless other farms carrying countless numbers of contaminates is absolutely absurd! That we are not only unable to provide these foods to an educated public but are not able to make that choice for ourselves is absolutely despotic!
This incident as well as innumerable incidents like this throughout our “free” country is a call to action! If the heavy-handedness of our government officials concerns you please take the following actions.
1. Share this information and this video and others like this with all those who you know. Get them involved.
2. Know your county, state and federal laws.
3. Call your local, state and national representatives and tell them how you feel about the government intrusion into their personal food choices.
4. Eat & buy local! Support your local farmers and local economy by attending farmer’s markets and/or joining a local CSA (see http://www.localharvest.org). Patronize stores and restaurants that use these local sources. Your dollar has more clout with Congress than your vote does!

Fifty Percent of Americans Suffer from Silent Killer. One of the things I personally eliminated from my diet completely is all wheat products that contain gluten. There are hundreds of articles on how toxic the current bio-engineered wheat grown contains 90% gluten! is. Enlightened countries like Spain, India, The Netherlands and countless other European and Asian countries have refused Monsanto's poisonous GMO wheat and other grain seeds because they have seen the damage to the ecosystem and humanity.

Point being: Getting rid of an allergen like gluten that causes your body to go into defensive mode and messes up your blood sugar levels has also had the added benefit of causing me to lose 27 pounds in 10 weeks. Effortlessly. I feel a million times better and have zero gastrointestinal problems that gluten caused me. Plus the scale is my friend once again.

Diabesity describes a continuum of disease from from optimal blood sugar balance to insulin sensitivity to full-blown diabetes. This biological imbalance is our modern plague. It affects 1 in 2 Americans and is the leading cause of most chronic disease in this country including type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke, dementia, and cancer, not to mention its leading role in weight gain and obesity.
Despite this fact, there are no national recommendations from the government or key organizations to advise screening and treatment of it, and most doctors don’t know how to properly diagnose it. The result is that 90 percent of the people who suffer from diabesity are left undiagnosed and untreated.
The instances of diabesity are increasing at an astonishing rate. 20 years ago when I started practicing medicine, not a single state in the nation had an obesity rate over 20 percent. Today, not a single state in the nation has an obesity rate under 20 percent. The prevalence of type 2 diabetes has tripled in since the 1980s. There are now 27 million diabetics in the country.
The question is, “Why?” Why are we facing a diabesity pandemic? Why are our current treatment approaches failing so miserably? And why is conventional medicine floundering when it comes to diagnosing the biggest health threat of our time?"
