Chris Brown has made a apology to Rihanna

noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Tue, 21 Jul 2009 22:23:00 -0700

Chris Brown has made a to Rihanna.

The R&B singer issued the message on his official website.

He has pleaded for forgiveness from his fans for what he says is "inexcusable behaviour."

Next month Chris will be sentenced to 180 days of community service for the assault incident which took place on the 8th February this year.

Looking at the camera, dressed in a red top, Chris said: "I wish I had the chance to live those few moments again, but unfortunately I can't.

"I'm not going to sit here and make any excuses. What I did was inexcusable. I have told Rihanna countless times, and I'm telling you today, that I am truly, truly sorry that I wasn't able to handle the situation differently and better.

"As many of you know, I grew up in a home where there was domestic violence, and I saw first-hand what uncontrolled rage could do. I have sought and I am continuing to seek help to ensure that what occurred in February can never happen again. What I did was unacceptable, 100 percent.

"I can only ask and pray that you forgive me, please."

Chris escaped a jail sentence after striking a deal with prosecutors over the assault, which happened when he and Rihanna were driving home from a pre-Grammy Awards party.

Cartoonishly curvy cocos advice for how to keep a man

noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Mon, 20 Jul 2009 22:25:00 -0700

Looking like Jessica Rabbit on steroids isn’t the secret to keeping your man happy, although it couldn’t hurt. Ice-T’s main squeeze of over 8 years, Coco, blogged recently about the ways she keeps her husband happy:

How do I keep a man? Well, I can only speak from experience because I’m not a doctor, just a woman that knows what she wants. To lay out my history with Ice, we have been married for 8 years and still going strong. We met in California on a movie set and have been inseparable ever since. Now we live in NY and at the moment we don’t have any kids together. Everybody says relationships get boring, but it doesn’t have to be that way, its entirely up to the both of you. As for me, I totally remember the feeling when I first fell in love with Ice.

The conversations, the kissing, the touching, the joking, the politeness, the feeling of always wanting to be near each other. Take that reminiscing and apply it to where your relationship is now. It is important to rekindle the moments.

I always like our “Date Nights”. Always set aside a day out of each week and do something fun together and then end the night in love making or just plain HOT SEX! Ice and I also like Sundays, that’s our “Movie Night” where I get cute for him and he appreciates the effort (men do notice..they’re just not always verbal).

Ice and I work all day together on the set of his show “Law and Order”, because I have an office there. But as soon as we get home, I’ll change into a skimpy outfit like booty shorts and heels because it changes the mood from being business oriented. LADIES & GENTLEMEN…the most IMPORTANT advice I can give is to make sure you listen to one another!!!!! TALK A LOT!! I think the reason that Ice and I have made it in the celebrity world for so long is because we constantly communicate. Remember, relationships will always have those bad moments and it won’t be rosy all the time. You have to be strong for one another and don’t chicken out when you come to a bump in the road.

It may seem a little old fashioned but here are some pointers that you can do to cater to your man:

* Make him a cold drink
* Cook him his favorite food
* Give him a body rub
* Dress in his favorite outfit or item
* Draw him a bath
* Watch all his favorite shows for a night
* Play video games with him
* And finally, kiss or lick his feet. Hehe- LOL. - very optional

Third Time's Not the Charm for Jackson Doc

noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Mon, 20 Jul 2009 04:17:00 -0700

Be it stress, annoyance or a slight case of laryngitis, it may be that Michael Jackson's personal physician is so over talking to the LAPD.

Dr. Conrad Murray was first praised by the police department for his cooperation in the wake of Jackson's death, and his reps say that he continues to cooperate. But, it seems the cardiologist has now been avoiding a third interview with LAPD investigators, according to a source close to the investigation of the pop icon's death.

The doc was last interviewed by police two days after Jackson died. However, since then, the LAPD has shifted the focus of its investigation on medical professionals who treated Jackson in the last few months of his life. So, officials want to talk to Murray again.

Not only has the doc reportedly avoided this sit down, but E! News has learned that Dr. Conrad Murray has gone MIA…at least publicly. The cardiologist had been staying in a Santa Monica condo, but has not been seen there in nearly three weeks.

A rep for Murray declined to reveal his client's whereabouts, but unconfirmed reports have placed the cardiologist in Vegas and Houston during the last couple of weeks.

Reps for Murray have insisted that the doctor is not a suspect and has been cooperating with police and L.A. County Coroner's officials.

As for Jackson's cause of death—the verdict is still out. While the LA Times reported that murder charges in the Michael Jackson case are unlikely, sources tell E! News "everything is on the table" with cops, who are still considering causes from manslaughter to murder until all evidence is in.

Gross Kisses

Chris Moyles likes to shock with his mouth. But normally it's the words coming out of it that you either love or hate.

However, Chris and Shane Richie decided to add some spice to This Morning by sharing a kiss. Sweet.

OK, we get it, Noemie Lenoir and Russell Simmons.

You're a new couple, you're in lurve, you've both got that wobbly feeling in your knees... but there's still no call for this graphic tongue/ teeth PDA on the streets of New York.

Call us killjoys, but the detail is making our guts curdle. Have the M&S model and her businessman beau no shame?

Meet The Cricket Wag

noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Wed, 15 Jul 2009 22:22:00 -0700

Ladies contain yourself, the cricket season is here.

But if all that ball and bat action leaves you rather bored, fret not.

It's a game which confuses us at the best of times.

But who said we need to follow the score. We'd much rather follow the women who follow their men.

Stay with us.

As The Ashes fever is in full swing, we bring you the cricket Wags. OK well, one in particular, Jessica Taylor.

Some may remember her from her days in Liberty X, but more recently she's become known as the wife of England cricketer Kevin Pietersen.

But Jess isn't just arm candy for her man, she's a busy woman too. And while her hubby is doing his best to beat the Aussies, Jessica has been busy launching Tesco's new Diamond Boutique Ruffle Lace lingerie collection.

Being comfortable in the spotlight, the singer has bared her taut bod to model the new range saying: "I love the new collection, it's so pretty and really, really luxurious. Every woman loves beautiful lingerie and feeling fabulous and the new collection delivers on both counts."

It also helps when you look as fab as Jess.

Watch this space to see if Jessica can become the Victoria Beckham of the cricket world.
