However, the right amount of physical activity per week helps keep the body in perfect shape. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;We should take pride in our bodies, but we also should never overdo it. Eating this dark green leaf will help with weight loss and cause use to feel good about our eating habits. However, too much of it is bad.  &lt;p&gt;When an individual consumes large amounts of spinach, kidney stones develop. I don&#39;t know about you, but I don&#39;t know anyone who wants to pass a kidney stone. Talk about painful!  &lt;p&gt;Keep track of the amount of of this food you eat in a day. Moderation is the key once again.
