From Vocal Recording Techniques to Dynamic Drum Processing, Vince shares his knowledge during his daily commute to the studio. Vince is a Las Vegas recording artist, songwriter, and producer. His creative heartbeat can be heard on his newest single VNCE “City of Lights” released December 10th 2015 on iTunes. His Modern Indie Pop sound was cultivated by the musical additions of several other former members of the band Theory of Flight, Stephen Goodrum, Joey McMahon, and Tyler Williams. As a Gibson artist, and a member of BMI, he has received EMI national distribution of his collective works. His singles “Spinning”, “Sinister”, “Set the Night on Fire” and “Worthless Symphonies” can be heard on national CBS and college radio stations across the country. Vince currently serves as an instructor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Music in the department of Music Technology and as the Campus Chair of Technology at SBC/IADT, Las Vegas. Providing leadership and guidance to the Audio, Cinema, IT, and General Education programs. He serves as an accomplished instructor of Audio, Pro Tools Studio Engineer/Producer, and Professional Musician. Through his leadership, Vince has developed curriculum for several degree programs both online and on-ground with organizations such as the Music Industry Institute, The Art Institute, and the International Academy of Design & Technology. His musical accolades include Opening Performances for Grammy Award Winning Train, with additional performances with Everclear, and Marcy Playground, with additional opening performances with Sick Puppies, Lit, Melee, Zebrahead, and Imagine Dragons. He received a “Hollywood Music in Media Award” Nomination in 2009, a “Vegas Rocks Magazine Award” in 2010, National Radio Spins on Clear Channel and CBS Hot AC Radio Stations from 2010 to present date, a Half-Time Performance at the 2010 UFL Championship on the Versus cable channel and licensing for Nintendo Wii’s “Triple Crown Snowboarding” and National Ad Campaigns for “XPOZ”. Vince founded the Vegas-based rock quartet, “Theory of Flight,” and went on to Produce and Record Theory of Flight's first National Release, "Within Reach", which featured some of his most impressive works "Spinning", "Next to You", and "One Last Call". A distribution deal with EMI placed "Within Reach" on store shelves nationwide at Best Buy, FYE, and Zia Records, and provided the usual array of online distribution on iTunes, Amazon, Rhapsody, Pandora, and Last FM. Between 2004 and 2007, he served as Chief Engineer and Producer for two premier Las Vegas Studios and produced hundred of quality projects from audio for commercials and film to full-length albums and theatrical soundtracks. With over 10 years of professional recording studio experience, Vince is a well-respected engineer and producer in the community. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Commercial Music/Studio Production in 2004 from Greenville College in Greenville, IL. During his undergrad work he completed extensive studies of classical and pop vocal techniques, as well as techniques for guitar, piano, and modern songwriting.
