Pastor Matthew Stuckey's Foolish Heresy On 1st John

1st John 5:13, “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.”

Kindly said, Pastor Matthew Stuckey gets the epistle of 1st John very wrong. He plainly says in the video below that the Epistle of 1st John was only written so that believers can have joy. 1st John 1:4, “And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.” So, yes, in part, John did pen his Epistle led (by the inspiration of the Spirit of God) so that our joy could be full as believers.

But then Pastor Stuckey horribly denies that his epistle was also written so that believers can KNOW we have eternal life, which blatantly contradicts the plain statement of John. 1st John 5:13, “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.” Clearly the Epistle of 1st John was written to show us how to KNOW we are saved so that our joy can be full. Stuckey left off 1st John 5:13.

For Pastor Stuckey to deny that the Epistle of 1st John was written for the purpose of helping believers KNOW that we are saved is to blatantly contradict the plain teaching of 1st John 5:13. It's no different than Pastor Anderson teaching that Jesus burned in the fires of Hell for three days, when Luke 23:43 plainly teaches that He and the repentant thief went to PARADISE the very same day they died. Steven Anderson is grossly incompetent in his theology, elevating his Andersonology over the inspired Word of God.

The Epistle of 1st John was not just written to give believer's joy, but also to help us individually determine whether we are saved. Here is Pastor Matthew Stuckey making a total fool of himself, denying that the Epistle of 1st John was given to us by God so that we can “KNOW” we are saved. I am just going by Pastor Stuckey's exact words, he states: "It's not a book written to show to us whether or not we are saved." Those are his exact words! The guy is incompetent as a wannabe theologian. 1st John 5:13, “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.” Pastor Stuckey conveniently left off mentioning this Bible verse in his video, because it contradicts his perverted view of 1st John. I don't see how Steven Anderson can defend him, but he foolishly does, to his utter shame. Pastor Stuckey is WRONG and so are you if you agree with him! Shame on Steven Anderson and Matthew.

I humbly think the epistle's key verse is 1st John 3:24, “And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.” The acid test is whether or not we have the indwelling Holy Spirit; and that is what 1st John helps us determine, individually—if we have the Holy Spirit.

If we hate a Christian without cause, we may not have the Holy Spirit, and thus are not saved (1st John 2:9-11). If we can sin without any conviction whatsoever from the Holy Spirit, then something is very wrong, and we may not have the Holy Spirit, and are not saved (Hebrews 12:6-8). John is NOT saying that we are unsaved if our life is filled with sin; but rather, if we can live like the Devil without being chastised by God, then we may not have the indwelling Holy Spirit. God is not an absent parent. Hebrews 12:6-8 plainly calls someone a "bastard" who is never scourged and chastised by God for our sin. Anyone who does not have the Holy Spirit (i.e., the Spirit of Christ) is unsaved (Romans 8:9; 1st John 3:24).

We have to be very careful when interpreting the Scripture to rightly divide it. Many people read 1st John 2:4 that you are not saved if you don't keep God's commandments. They assume that this means keeping all of God's commandments, but John plainly writes in 1st John 3:23, “And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.”

So, you are not saved if you don't believe on Christ. That is God's commandment. We know from umpteen other Scripture passages that works are not allowed or necessary to get to Heaven (John 6:28-29; Romans 3:20; Titus 3:5; Ephesians 2:8-9; Galatians 5:4). So, we know that John is not teaching that you must keep God's law to be saved. The ONLY commandment that you must keep to be saved is to BELIEVE on the Lord Jesus Christ, which the dear Savior Himself confirmed in John 6:28-29. Many Bible students get 1st John wrong.

1st John 3:9 simply means that the indwelling Holy Spirit cannot sin. The Bible does not say that we won't practice sinning as the new corrupt Bible versions read, it says the man who walks in the Spirit "cannot sin." It means when we sin, we do so in the flesh. When we walk in the Spirit we cannot sin (Galatians 5:16). But we all walk in the flesh every day by default, because we are all carnal sinners by old nature. I reject the heresy that when a person gets saved, they only have a new nature and the old nature is gone. No, we still have the old flesh to contend with. The Apostle Paul makes this clear in Romans 7:14-25.

This is mostly an excellent and needful video by Pastor Stuckey, but he is wrong that 1st John was ~not~ written so that believers can KNOW we are saved.

The day I got saved, the preacher said that if you can commit sin without any conviction whatsoever from the Holy Spirit, you are not saved. I knew that I didn't have the Holy Spirit, because I had never felt bad about my sinning. When I look back now in my mind, before I got saved at age 13 there is only a blank in my mind concerning God. I was spiritually dead. But from the day I got saved until today I have felt the presence of God's blessed Holy Spirit in my life: convicting, comforting, guiding, rebuking and teaching me as His child.

The day I got saved was like a light switch being turned on in my soul. For the first time in my life I heard an inaudible small voice in my soul convicting me about sassing my mother. I started reading my King James Bible in Genesis through Leviticus, and then I jumped to the New Testament like most believers do...lol. There was a change in my life. I remember my mother saying to me one evening, "You've changed." In hindsight, that is a beautiful confirmation of God's Holy Spirit in my life. I had been born again!

To clarify, I do not believe in Lordship Salvation. I do NOT believe that a changed life proves anything, because the false prophets in Matthew 7:21-23 lived a changed life, doing many wonderful works and they followed Jesus while calling Him: "Lord, Lord," yet they were hellbound sinners. They were living the Christian life without ever having been born again. That is Satan's favorite weapon!

There is only one thing that the unsaved person cannot have, and that is the blessed indwelling Holy Spirit, and that is why 1st John was written, to give us the joy of knowing that we are truly saved.

I have heard Benny Hinn preach different plans of salvation to various audiences. When he was in Colorado speaking to Catholics, Hinn praised the Virgin Mary and presented a Catholic plan of salvation. When in Israel, he preached a different gospel. But when I heard him preach in Tennessee, he preached a free grace gospel, which confused me. I had to give it some thought but eventually figured out what he was doing. Benny Hinn is a chameleon, changing colors to appease different crowds to get their money (2nd Peter 2:1-3).

Even though I heard Benny Hinn preach a free grace gospel, I realized that he doesn't believe a word of what he is saying. So, to me, that helps understand why God gave us the Epistle of 1st John.

Pastor Jack Trieber is definitely wrong in his errant views put forth in his book; but this video also needs to be corrected, because the Apostle John did write his epistle to help the Christian KNOW that we are saved according to 1st John 5:13. 1st John 3:24 plainly teaches that we KNOW we are saved by the presence of the indwelling Holy Spirit, by which we were "sealed" the moment we trusted Christ to be saved (Ephesians 5:13-14).

One of the reasons for which God gives us His indwelling Spirit is “𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻” (𝗘𝗽𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝟭:𝟭𝟰𝗯). The Holy Spirit is God's downpayment on His child. No preacher is perfect. I didn't post these comments to shed a bad light on Pastor Stuckey; but rather, to contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints (Jude 1:3b).

As a result of this article, which I had previously posted on Facebook, Pastor Steven Anderson has unfriended and blocked me. Real nice guy, huh? You see, in the NIFB you are not allowed to express your own contrary opinion. Steven Anderson is a hypocrite! He preached a sermon titled: "Only One Viewpoint Is Allowed," and yet that is exactly what he does to people. It's his way or the highway, which is why his four oldest children have turned against him, accusing him of physically abusing his own family for decades. Ask Steven's older brother Clint Anderson and his wife, who harbored his daughter Miriam from his abuse, what they think about Steven Anderson. This is your NIFB's cult leader!

Matthew Stuckey, like all of your incompetent NIFB pastors today, has never attended any Bible college. They are a bunch of rogue wannabe theologians who have no formal theological training. I spent eight long tiresome year at Hyles-Anderson College (1985-1993) earning my degree in Pastoral Theology. That is why by God's grace, unlike the NIFB pastors who butcher and wrongly divide God's Word, I preach the truth. To God be the glory!

1st Corinthians 13:1-3, “Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.”

Well, Pastor Steven Anderson has unfriended, blocked and turned against me on Facebook. So be it! I have had it with the abuse from the New Independent Fundamental Baptist (NIFB) gang of thugs. If they want another enemy, so be it, I will be their most formidable enemy. I am sick and tired of being bullied, disrespected, called names and derided by bullies in the NIFB. They literally worship their pastors, and anybody who dares to question their false teachings is thrown under the bus. I've been saved longer than all of them have been born, 46 years. I am 59 years old. I got saved at age 12 or 13, I think it was early 13.

There's a reason why Pastor Anderson's children hate him, because of what he is doing right now, hating on people. I have been a good friend to Pastor Anderson, always defending him for over a decade, but he has a hate problem. That's why he has been banned in over 40 countries, not because he preaches against homosexuals, but because he says hateful things like: they should put a bullet in their head, commit suicide and he calls them pedophiles, which is rarely the case. He's a hate preacher, and that's NOT what a man of God is supposed to be, far, far, from it!!!

I guess I'm going to have to start writing a lot of articles exposing the NIFB, and it will be my pleasure. I have had it with those hateful religious people! God is love.

Pastor Jonathan Shelley in Texas preached an entire sermon against me because I do not agree with their horrible false teaching that you cannot be saved without praying a sinner's prayer. The NIFB horribly degraded, insulted and bullied my ministry friend Onorato Diamante on YouTube. They are abusive in the NIFB! And as much as I love and have supported Brother Anderson, right now he is being an enemy toward me.

And unlike him, I actually graduated from Hyles-Anderson College, I didn't quit. I spent 8 years in blood, sweat and tears earning my degree in Pastoral Theology, signed by Pastor Jack Hyles, something that Pastor Anderson does not have!

I am not going to tolerate being bullied, told I am railing on God's man for refusing to silently go along with Mathew Stuckey's blatant perversion of the Scriptures. I had a strong hunch when Pastor Steven Anderson sent me a friend request last year that our friendship was shaky at best, because for many years I have respectfully disagreed with him on at least a DOZEN ISSUES.

Clearly, he has zero respect for my right to contend for the faith (Jude 1:3). I am sick and tired of NIFB thugs! Pastor Anderson doesn't deserve the respect that I and others have given him. With Anderson, respect is a one-way street! I heard him call Attorney David Gibbs Jr. "a fat slob." That's not the way a pastor should talk. Brother Gibbs is a godly preacher and I respect him tremendously. If you ever want to hear some life changing preaching, look him up on YouTube.

If Pastor Anderson wants to block me out for taking a biblical stand against Pastor Matthew Stuckey, then so be it, but I TOLD THE TRUTH. 1st John 5:13 plainly teaches that the purpose for the writing of the Epistle of 1st John is so that we can know we are saved. Matthew Stuckey plainly teaches that 1st John WASN'T written for that purpose; but rather, he says John penned his epistle to give the Christians joy. Mr. Stuckey is dead WRONG!

I rebuked him back, unfriended him and told anybody else who foolishly agreed with him to also leave. I didn't think Pastor Anderson would leave, but he did, so that's that. I didn't do anything wrong, I stood up for THE TRUTH. Pastor Anderson is more loyal to his cronies in the NIFB, than he is to truth and principles. So, I am sad about this.

As a Bible preacher, I am loyal to truth and principles, not to men or institutions, which quality is extremely rare today in a preacher. I am not bragging, I am simply saying that I decided way back in Bible college 40 years ago to adopt Brother Hyles' 5 life's decisions:

Nobody will ever tell me what to preach or where to preach.
Money will never be an object in my ministry.
I will always be a friend to my friends.
I will be loyal to principles, and not to Institutions. In the sermon Dr. Hyles states:

“Students of Hyles-Anderson College, do not give your loyalty to Hyles-Anderson College. You give your loyalty to what we stand for today, and if tomorrow we don't stand for it, you withdraw your loyalty—loyalty to principle, loyalty to right, loyalty to character, loyalty to integrity, loyalty to conviction, loyalty to truth; not loyalty to institutions.” —Dr. Jack Hyles, from the sermon titled, “Filled With All The Fulness Of God.”
I will make the decisions of my ministry on the basis of what I think is right only.

Unlike Pastors' Anderson and Stuckey, I have never made a single penny from my 24 years of website ministry. They are both drawing nice salaries. I am a missionary to the internet and God has blessed my work for Christ for 24 years. I started my ministry long before there was such a thing as the "NIFB." They have NO RESPECT in the NIFB. They bully, slander and tear down any pastor, layman or preacher who dares to disagree with their heresy. I have had it! No more Mister Nice Guy!

The Most Hateful Pastor In America: Steven Anderson

The NIFB do nothing but hate on the Old IFB. I have never taken sides. I support the truth, and truth-tellers, wherever I find them. I think what Pastor Anderson did to his "friend" Pastor Roger Jimenez is shameful. As if Pastor Anderson doesn't have a Skeleton Closet of his own, he attacks and verbally destroys his "friend" of 20 years. All Pastor Anderson did for months was tear down Pastor Jimenez in his hatred. There's a big difference between telling the truth, versus just looking for any reason to destroy someone. Pastor Jimenez said he stepped down as the pastor of Verity Baptist Church over an indiscretion, but Pastor Anderson derided him for months for not mentioning the specific sin committed, as if it were any of his rotten business. The NIFB have no loyalty for anyone.

I heard Pastor Jimenez say that Brother Anderson was the only reason he got into the ministry, and I am 100% convinced that when Pastor Anderson turned against him (because Brother Roger wouldn't make a crazy video attacking Clint Anderson for allegedly "kidnapping his daughter" Miriam), Anderson turned on him! Clint is Steven Anderson's older brother, who took in Miriam and sheltered her from the Andersons. It was only after that that Pastor Jimenez went downhill. Pastor Anderson is not true friend, he uses and manipulates people to do what he wants or else. Pastor Steven Anderson's own children hate him.

That is why he just unfriended me and blocked me out, because he is so arrogant and proud that he cannot handle being corrected. All this hatred just because I told THE TRUTH that Matthew Stuckey is WRONG to say that the Epistle of 1st John wasn't written to show us how to "know" we are saved. Stuckey is foolish, and so is Pastor Anderson for defending him. Well, as Mrs. Beverly Hyles said when Pastor Jack Schaap tried to buy her off by silencing her, "I am not for sale!"

To Hell with the NIFB! I have been frustrated with their shameful behavior for decades. I feel like a fool for even trying to be friends with a hateful bully like Steven Anderson. He says a lot of great stuff in his preaching, but it is all overshadowed by HIS BLATANT HATRED! His mother and father raised him to hate people, and he does! As Christians we are commanded to hate evil in Psalms 97:10, but never people. The NIFB hate unrepentant sinners, but Christ died for the worst of humanity (Romans 5:6-9).

I have stood firmly against Pastor Anderson's ungodly hatred of a certain class of sinners, homosexuals. He is worse than they are! I wrote this article 7 years ago titled, "How Pastor Steven Anderson Greatly Hurts His Ministry," by hating sinners.

I know how Roger Jimenez feels. Lord willing, I have much writing to do in the future, and I will be exposing Pastor Steven Anderson and the NIFB. The Bible says in 1st Corinthians 11:19 that we need heresies, so that they who are approved can be made known. I am going to use the corrupt, hateful and belligerent NIFB as a canvas upon which to preach THE TRUTH. God is love and anybody who preaches hatred of people is NOT of God.

Although I admire their zeal, their hatred of sinners is unbiblical. SHAME on Pastor Steven Anderson for turning against me, when all I have done is support him while he craps on his family, his former friends, and anybody who disagrees with his NIFB cult. It is a cult. Anybody who dares to disagree with their popish pastors is attacked and demonized. That is classic cult behavior, and Steven Anderson is their incompetent hate leader. Anderson is no better than Fred Phelps (1929-2014).

I still love Brother Anderson, but we both knew from the very beginning of our short friendship that we were "tolerating" each other, because I have made it clear from the very start that I AM NOT NIFB, and I would never want to be a member because of their hatred for sinners, people and dissenters. God is love, but you'd never know it from the hatred in the NIFB.

And you know what, I've never once seen Steven Anderson shed a single tear in the pulpit in 20 years. That speaks volumes about his lack of closeness to God. Brother Hyles cried often, using pathos in his preaching, comforting the weary, bereaved and afflicted. With Anderson everything is hate war!

I am broken hearted. All I have ever done is take a stand for the truth. I totally reject the unbiblical idea that you are somehow sinning by rebuking an elder. I have been saved for 46 years, longer than those NIFB haters have been alive! I spent 8 years earning my degree in Pastoral Theology in Bible college, something that NONE of them have. And yet somehow they have appointed themselves as "kings" over God's flock. My soulwinning ministry is just as valid, recognized by the dear LORD, and sanctioned by God as any church.

This is a sad thing. God knows that I didn't want this to happen. The NIFB pastors think much too highly of themselves than they ought. How you treat others matters infinitely more than one's position as a leader. The Word of God warns in 1st Corinthians 13:1-3 that although you can preach the greatest sermons, it all means NOTHING of you don't have LOVE for people. Steven Anderson is a hateful person, woefully lacking in God's love for sinners. He has cruelly thrown people left and right out of HIS church; it's not the Lord's church.

Until Pastor Anderson learns humility, and to love the unloving, he will NEVER be a great man. He is successful to a degree, but he is NOT the epitome of what a pastor should be. I humbly think Pastor Jack Hyles epitomized strength and beauty, denim and lace. Pastor Anderson is all strength and denim, a burning cake unturned.

Please pray for me folks, I am discouraged by this. I sincerely tried to be friends with the NIFB and Brother Anderson, but his malicious behavior toward those who offend him, and his twisting of facts, and his hatred are too much for people to bear. Go look at all of Steven Anderson's recent photos of his family on social media, and you will see that he has DISOWNED his four oldest children. They have been completely removed from ALL photos. The guy hates his own children! That speaks volumes about his true character, which I will be writing about in the future. I've held back my feelings for years, in an effort to promote goodwill and peace, and to try to be a catalyst between the Old and New IFB, but what saith the Scripture? 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗯𝘀 𝟮𝟵:𝟵, “𝗜𝗳 𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗺𝗮𝗻, 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁.”

Honestly, Steven Anderson is a fool! His hatred precedes him everywhere he goes. I am sick and tired of hearing him lie to people, telling them that Jesus burned in the fires of Hell, that it's okay for mothers to breast feed in public with their nipples showing, that God hates unrepentant sinners, that praying a sinner's prayer is the Bible method to be saved when John 6:47 contradicts that heresy, that homosexuals cannot be saved, that the Rapture will happen 75 DAYS after the Abomination of Desolation event (date setting), that the earth is young, that the Church replaces Israel; and get this, Anderson actually teaches that Jesus was NOT omnipotent, omnipresent nor omniscient while on the earth.

I've been exposing him for the past 10 years! Now that he has thrown me under the bus, I have no reason to hold back anymore. So, the gloves are off! NIFB here I come! I won't be exposing them to be vindictive, their not worth time; but rather, to heal the many wounds which have been inflicted upon thousands of people by authoritarian abusive NIFB pastors like Steven Anderson, Jonathan Shelley and others. If you've read this far, thank you. It comforts victims hearts when they hear a faithful Bible preacher rebuking bad pastors.

Right now I have more respect for Eric Skwarczynski at "Preacher Boys" than I do for Steven Anderson and his NIFB. Anderson's true colors came through tonight. His heart was never with me or my ministry from the beginning. With Pastor Steven Anderson, he always has a knife behind his back, ready to cut the throat of anyone who is not 100% loyal to him and his preaching.

Steven and Zhusanna Anderson Exposed For Child Abuse, Violent Threats, and Online Hypocrisy

Say what you will about Eric Skwarczynski, but he is just exposing the ungodly incompetent pastors and churches in the fundamentalist movement today, and the NIFB comprise the bulk of the manure pile.

Pastor Anderson likes to use movie clips to make fun of people. Okay, here's one. Do you remember in the 1982 movie "First Blood," where Sylvester Stallone says: "There wouldn't be any problem if it weren't for that King Shite Cop!" Well, Pastor Anderson is a "King Shite Pastor," and there wouldn't be any problem if it weren't for him! What Anderson does to mistreat people is no better than what the bully cop Art Galt did to abuse Rambo in the movie.

Humbly said, by God's grace, I am bigger in heart than Pastor Anderson is. All God has to work with is us sinners. Dr. Hyles used to say that there were likely more opinions per square foot at Hyles-Anderson College than anywhere else in the world, and when you have that many strong differing opinions, well, it can cause tension. The NIFB are opinionated on drugs...lol. I learned a long time ago to just take the good and leave the bad. I don't plan on removing any of Pastor Anderson's sermons from my websites and blogs.

I still partly believe in what he is doing, soulwinning, but he has some really bad character issues, for which all we can do is pray for him. I am just glad that he unfriended and blocked me out, and not me him. In a thousand years I never would have unfriended or blocked him out, because he has been one of my spiritual mentors, even though I am 15 years older than him. He doesn't respect the people who are loyal to him. He has his small group of cronies. They're as thick as thieves, but there is no honor among thieves.

Now that Paul Wittenberger, Pastor Roger Jimenez, umpteen former NIFB pastors, his four oldest children, his older brother and his wife, and an army of other people have become Steven Anderson's enemy, he is grasping for straws and looking for anyone who still wants to be his friend within "his" NIFB cult. God knows that I love Pastor Anderson, but he is NOT a friend to his friends; he only cares about his agenda, his ideas, his theology and his cult. The NIFB are as shallow as Judas. Bad pastors need to be exposed!

I don't apologize for getting upset about Matthew Stuckey perverting the inspired Word of God, and Pastor Anderson is foolishly sanctioning and promoting his heresy. You are a fool if you honestly think that the Epistle of 1st John wasn't written to show Christian believers how to "know" that we are saved, when 1st John 5:13 states in plain English that John wrote his epistle so “𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.” What is wrong with Pastor Anderson? He is obviously more loyal to men, than he is to truth. I thank God for Pastor Jack Hyles, who wisely taught me by example and by word to prioritize truth over men, and principles over institutions. Pastor Anderson is angry at me because I am more loyal to God and truth, than I am to him and his cronies.

I love you all and I am sorry on behalf of the shameful behavior of the NIFB. They do not love God or truth as much as they love themselves and their cult. God deserves better than this.

The idea that just because some NIFB guy holds a position as a leader doesn't exempt him from being rebuked by a Bible preacher like me when he corrupts the inspired Word of God. I am an evangelist. I afflict the comforted. I plan to write many articles about the NIFB; against their hatred of sinners, unscriptural doctrinal positions, and abuse toward people.

I am sick and tired of being bullied by NIFB thugs! I have already been writing articles for the past 10 years, but now I have no reason to hold back anymore, since Brother Anderson has thrown me under the bus. The guy hates his four oldest children so much that he has removed them from all his family photos on social media. That speaks volumes! My eyes are slowly being opened to how horrible some pastors in the NIFB have become. I hate the whole idea of Old IFB, New IFB, I am just a born again Christian and a fundamentalist Bible believer.

Sadly, Pastor Anderson is a cold-hearted, cruel, wicked man who will deeply hurt you if you get close to him. He's a narcissist, consumed with himself. You're not allowed to express your own opinion in his world. It's his way or the highway!

I remember one poor Chinese man who was a member of Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe years ago. In his own country, in their culture, they call everyone by their first name, regardless of who they are. So, he called Pastor Anderson “Steve,” which greatly offended the narcissist pastor. So much so, that he preached an entire sermon against the Chinese fella, so that he left the church wounded and never came back again. Steven Anderson is abusive!

It deeply hurts me that Pastor Anderson just up and left, gone with the wind. That's no way to treat someone who has promoted his sermons and ministry for over a decade. He has zero loyalty for his supporters. I took a biblical stand today against Matthew Stuckey's heresy, for which I make no apologies to anyone. He is not above reproach. No pastor is above reproach. He's not my elder. If anything, since I am old enough to be his father, I am his elder.

SHAME on Matthew Stuckey and Pastor Steven Anderson!!!

When I moved from Chicago to the island of Guam in 2004 and lived there for 17 years, I learned to play the Hawaiian lap steel guitar, which was fitting for living on an island.

You Must Be out of Your Ever Lovin' Mind

Many years ago, I started a dedicated website just for the Hawaiian steel guitar, which is mostly played using the C6th tuning. On my website you'll find several hundred songs containing steel guitar, which is the best way to learn to play any musical instrument, by saturating your ears and mind with what a particular musical instrument is capable of doing.

This was the song in 1992 that drew me into learning to play the pedal steel guitar, "My Wonderful Jesus" by The Gospel According To Steve, Leroy And Brother Dave. My favorite Hawaiian steel guitar artist is Jerry Byrd (1920-2005). I met Jerry in 1993 in Winchester, Indiana, at the bi-annual Hawaiian Steel Guitar Convention. I also met famous steel guitarist Bud Tutmarc (1924-2006) at the convention in 1993. When I attended Hyles-Anderson College (1985-1993), I bought one of Bud's gospel cassettes at the college's bookstore. Bud Tutmarc made many recordings with the Ralph Carmichael orchestra. ...

Lloyd Green (born 1937) is my favorite pedal steel guitar artist, and one of my musical heroes. I had the privilege of meeting Lloyd and his late wife Dorothy, in 1995 at the International Steel Guitar Convention in St. Louis. Lloyd has recorded pedal steel guitar and Dobro on about 30,000 songs as a career Nashville musician from the 1960s throughout the late 1980s, including all of Don William's recordings. Lloyd played steel guitar on "Remember When" by Alan Jackson. Here is "In The Garden" by Lloyd.

I had been offered countless times on Guam a full time job to play my steel guitar in bars and nightclubs (they offered me $200 per night), which I always kindly turned down because I never wanted to use my God-given talent to help the Devil sell booze. Plus, by God's grace, I have never drank one drop of Liquid Devil, and by God's grace I never will. Those aren't my kind of places. I have always played freely at home, nursing homes, weddings, or in the sand at the beach when I lived on Guam. Music makes the world a better place.

These days at just play my musical instruments at home for the dog, Miss Pickles.

I Love Playing 5-String Banjo

I had learned to play the 5-string banjo in the late 1980's but there was no internet back then and living in Chicago meant I had no inspiration. Chicago is a Blues town! But in 2017 I learned about a guy named Dave Hum (1966-2012) in Salisbury, England, and his music inspired me to get back into my banjo playing, which I am still passionate about.

I made this banjo blog as a tribute to Dave Hum, and to share my own Bluegrass and folk backing tracks with other musicians. Last week I recorded the popular folk song using the Double C tuning (gCGCD), 'Whisky Before Breakfast.' Here is 'Old Spinning Wheel' that I recorded last year in Standard tuning (gDGBD). I really like playing this song, 'Mason's Apron,' also played in Standard tuning. And 'My Grandfather's Clock' in Standard tuning.

The banjo is a happy instrument. Thanks be to God, I have a Deering Calico (maple neck) and Golden Wreath (mahogany neck) banjo, and a Recording King Elite-85 banjo (maple neck), but I mostly enjoy playing my Deering Goodtime Special (hard rock maple) student model. The Goodtime Special is 3 pounds lighter than my other banjos, which helps my neck since I have an old injury that causes me tremendous pain all the time. I love the 5-string banjo!

God Is Faithful And Good

These days I just play at home at my leisure, when my neck pain and related afflictions aren't stifling my ambition. When you're suffering in constant chronic neck pain, and taking multiple different prescription meds, you don't want to do anything except rest. My burning neck pain is so bad every day, and the burning nerves throughout my upper body, et cetera. I digress. I have no complaints to the good LORD, He is wonderful and I love Him.

Kindly said, I don't claim to be a good Christian, but God knows that I do care and I want to be a blessing to as many people as I can for Christ with my website ministry, which is my greatest passion, serving Jesus. I enjoy making music with my banjo, steel guitar and other stringed instruments, but those things don't change lives or earn me rewards in Heaven. So, I am making an investment with my ministry labors!

I recently bought some music from Hyles-Anderson College and added my pedal steel guitar to one of their songs just for fun, “He Knows My Name.” I am grateful to be an alumnus of the college while my hero of the Christian faith, Dr. Jack Hyles (1926-2001), was still with us. Brother Hyles is still alive, he has simply relocated to Heaven to be with the dear Savior.

In the photo below, you can see the “Division 4, 76-3,” blue birthday gift that my bus kids and workers (my church family) gave to me while attending Hyles-Anderson College (1985-1993). Our church bus route was in Chicago in the Wicker Park neighborhood. I voluntarily served the Lord on the 76-3 bus route for 7 years, drove a church bus for 4 years, and then I helped out in the church Bus Garage for my last year with Rick Suba, the mechanic for the First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana. And you can also see a Youth Conference poster on my wall.

A Christian Cannot Be Demon Possessed

1st Corinthians 3:16-17, “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.”

Ephesians 1:13-14, “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.”

A Christian man recently wanted to debate with me, insisting that he is demon possessed. He told me that he has a psychiatrist doctor to help him with his mood swings, nightmares that cause him to grind his teeth and dark thoughts. The man said he is taking numerous prescription medications. I sympathized with his medical afflictions and prayed for him. It is not my place to condemn anyone. There but for the grace of God, go I and you.

However, I needed to kindly disagree with his assertion that a born again Christian can be demon possessed, simply because it is not true, which he didn't take lightly. The inspired Word of God is very clear the the believer's physical body is the “temple” of the indwelling Holy Spirit. 1st Corinthians 3:16-17, “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.”

We also learn from the Apostle Paul in Ephesians 1:13-14, “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.” The moment that a lost sinner trusts Christ as his or her personal Savior, that individual is immediately and forever SEALED with the Holy Spirit of God. A transfer of ownership has changed hands from Satan to God. There is no way that a child of God can be inhabited by a demon, although it is possible for a Christian to be influenced by demonic spirits.

In Matthew 16:23, Jesus called the Apostle Peter “Satan.” We know that Peter was not the Devil, but he was thinking like the Devil at that time, wanting to prevent Jesus from going to the cross, which was the entire reason for His coming to earth.

The Afflicted Woman In Luke 13:16

According to biblical teaching, Satan can cause suffering and sickness, as seen in Luke 13:16, where Jesus refers to a woman who had been bound by Satan for eighteen years. However, not all sickness is attributed to Satan; some may arise from natural causes or divine purposes (John 9:1-5).

In an attempt to prove that a Christian can be possessed by a demon, the man I mentioned earlier brought up Luke 13:16, “And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?” Since she is a daughter of Abraham, we know that she was saved. The guy debating with me insists that “Satan hath bound” means she was demon possessed. Now, dear reader, the Bible doesn't say that she was demon possessed, it says that she was bound by Satan for 18 years. Jesus said the thief only comes to kill, steal and destroy (John 10:10).

In Job chapter one we read that God gave Satan permission to afflict Job terribly. Satan caused thieves to murder Job's servants and then steal all of his livestock. The Devil murdered all ten of Job's children. Poor Mrs. Job! I have always been empathetic toward Job's wife for suggesting that Job curse God and die, because she had just lost every last one of her precious children. Of course, she was very wrong and lacking in her faith, but she was hurting deeply. Job's wife is a perfect example of how NOT TO respond to life's tragedies. Yet, I wonder how you or I would have done in her situation. Would we have praised the Lord anyhow? God allowed Satan to afflict Job and his wife. Mrs. Job was tested just as much as Job! Yet, neither of them were demon possessed.

According to “Barnes Notes On The Whole Bible”:

Whom Satan hath bound - Satan is the name given to the prince or leader of evil spirits, called also the devil, Beelzebub, and the old serpent, Matthew 12:24; Revelation 12:9; Revelation 20:2. By his “binding” her is meant that he had inflicted this disease upon her. It was not properly a “possession” of the devil, for that commonly produced derangement; but God had suffered him to afflict her in this manner, similar to the way in which he was permitted to try Job. See the notes at Job 1:12; Job 2:6-7. It is no more “improbable” that God would suffer “Satan” to inflict pain, than that he would suffer a wicked “man” to do it; yet nothing is more common than for one “man” to be the occasion of bringing on a disease in another which may terminate only with the life. He that seduces a virtuous man and leads him to intemperance, or he that wounds him or strikes him, may disable him as much as Satan did this woman. If God permits it in one case, he may, for the same reason, in another. [emphasis added] —“Barnes Notes On The Whole Bible”

I agree with Pastor Albert Barnes (1798-1870). The woman in Luke 16:13 was not demon possessed, she was bound by Satan with a disease for 18 years until Jesus freed her.

And may I kindly say, I think it would be foolish for a Christian to try to determine if our illness has been caused by the Devil, the Lord, or is just a result of living in a fallen world. Does it really matter? I mean, since we know that nothing can happen to anyone without God's knowledge and permission, we would be wise to simply trust God rather than to try to figure out the cause of our suffering.

I admit that I myself have a hard time knowing that God sees an innocent person being robbed and then murdered, and does nothing to stop it, but we suffer because we live in a fallen world of sin. I am not going to place God on trial as the heathen world continually does. Living in a fallen world doesn't mean that we suffer evil because of any particular sin we may have committed; but rather, because Adam's sin brought the curse of sin and death upon the entire human race (Romans 5:12). That is why bad things happen to good people, and good things happen to bad people. And to clarify, we're all bad sinners in the sight of a holy God (Isaiah 64:6; Romans 3:10-23). Some of us may live above reproach, but no one can live above sin.

The Apostle Paul's “Thorn” In The Flesh

Another argument that the man I mentioned earlier brought up is the Apostle Paul, citing 2nd Corinthians 12:7, “And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.” Again, the man claims that Paul was demon possessed as a Christian. Dear reader, this is false teaching! It is IMPOSSIBLE for a child of God to be possessed by a demon! Likewise, no child of the Devil has the Holy Spirit living inside them. Romans 8:9, “But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.” No one is saved who does not have the Holy Spirit living inside (indwelling) them.

The Apostle Paul did not claim to be demon possessed; but rather, he said “there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me.” We must never read into the Scripture what it does not say. The messenger of Satan was not a demon, it was the “thorn.” The Bible plainly says that! To say that the “messenger of Satan” was a demon who entered into Paul is a wicked thing to claim. Most theologians think that Paul's thorn was poor eyesight, because he said to the churches of Galatia in Galatians 4:15b, “for I bear you record, that, if it had been possible, ye would have plucked out your own eyes, and have given them to me.” Paul had poor eyesight. We don't know for certain if that is the “thorn” which he spoke of, but it certainly could have been.

The Human Heart Doesn't Need A Demon To Do Evil

Dear reader, I find no evidence that the afflicted woman in Luke 16:13 or the Apostle Paul were demon possessed. That is a serious accusation to make about someone. Just because you are going to a psychiatrist doctor, taking multiple prescription medications, suffering from dark thoughts in your mind, grinding your teeth at night during nightmares and you're struggling with your mental health, does not mean friend that you have a demon living inside you! Jeremiah 17:9, “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”

I think we give the Devil way too much credit. I do not believe that every time someone commits a horrible crime that the Devil made them do it! We are fully capable of committing the most unimaginable heinous evil deeds as humans. Don't get me wrong, I do believe that some monsters are demon possessed! How do we know the difference? I don't think it was meant for us to know. There are some things that only God Himself knows. So, I think Christians are sometimes inspired by demons, but never possessed. It is impossible!

Pastor Jack Hyles (1926-2001) didn't think the fight over the inspiration and accuracy of the King James Bible was a trifle matter. Dr. Hyles pastored First Baptist Church of Hammond from 1959 to 2001. Along with co-founder Dr. Russell Anderson (1931-2023), Dr. Hyles started Hyles-Anderson College in 1972. Dr. Anderson was saved in 1959 in Michigan. There was no truth any more important to Brother Hyles than the inspiration of every single word in the King James Bible...

“And brother, any time anybody ever casts any reflection upon the accuracy and the inspiration—verbal inspiration—of this Bible, I'll guarantee you he was inspired by the demons. I'll guarantee you! I don't care if he's got a 'reverend' in front of his name. I don't care if he has a clerical collar on. I don't care what school he's been to. He's of the Devil if he says that the Bible is not verbally inspired by God!” —Dr. Jack Hyles, a great quote from the awesome MP3 sermon titled, “Satan's masterpiece”

You see, a Christian can be inspired by demons, as was Peter in Matthew 16:23, but that doesn't mean you are demon possessed (i.e., a demon lives inside of you).

I humbly think as Christian believers that we need to be very careful about casually going around deciding who is demon possessed (including our self). If you were to suggest to me that serial killers' John Wayne Gacy and Jeffrey Dahmer were demon possessed, I wouldn't argue with you. Those monsters were pure evil! But even though Pastor John MacArthur preached a counterfeit plan of salvation, I do not think he was demon possessed. I do think he was inspired by demons to preach the lie of Lordship Salvation.

Beware of nutty Pentecostals and Charismatics who see everything through a filter of being demon possessed. To the man with a hammer in his hand, everything starts looking like a nail sticking up. And to the wacky Charismatic, they see all evil as being the result of having a demon inside you. I reject all that utter nonsense! Humans are evil enough of our own nature, without needing a demon to make us do bad things to other people. To become evil, all you need to do is just stop caring and your life will spiral downward into insanity and ruin. That is why my favorite Bible verse for many years has been Proverbs 4:23, “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” Always be on guard!

Our U.S. Society Is As Unethical As It Is Wicked

I am so sick and tired of our ungodly crooked society in the United States. Everywhere I turn as a born again Christian, at age 59, I see corruption. But this is nothing new. I remember when I lived in Chicago decades ago, that I received a disturbing letter one day from my bank. The Park National Bank sent me a letter saying that they would be selling my personal information to strangers, and if I wanted it stopped I would have to write them a letter requesting that they don't sell me out. That made me so angry. It should be the other way around. Legally, no one should be able to share or sell your personal information without your express authorization, and I don't mean permission buried in 50,000 words of fine print in an agreement that you were pressured to sign without having 8 hours and a lawyer to read and understand it! I hate our unethical culture of greed, selfishness and manipulation in America.

I went to download an app for my Discover credit card today, because their website is not working properly and I cannot log in. I called and tech support said their website is down. When I downloaded the app from Google Play and went to open it, I was accosted with a threatening message that said if I use their application, they are going to spy on me. You are being spied on by your credit card company. Yes, credit card companies monitor your spending habits and transactions to assess creditworthiness and detect fraud. They also collect data on your online behavior and social media activity for marketing purposes. That is so immoral, unethical and sinful. If you want a credit card nowadays, you have no choice.

And then there are ungodly realtors. If you read a standard real estate contract today, the realtor makes out like a bandit either way if the seller or the buyer reneges. I really hate lawyers! Hell is full of accursed attorneys who spent their lives preying upon their victims.

I typed "professional banjo" into a search engine, but I was disgusted when a bunch of cheap inferior quality banjos came up for $150 to $500 from China. Then at the bottom of all those pages I found an unethical disclaimer that says the person recommending the essentially garbage banjos gets paid kickback money from Amazon (or some other merchant) for referring people to their website. That is highly unethical and immoral, because that person is telling you that they are lying to you to make money. Nobody thinks that a piece of crap for $150 from China is a “professional banjo.” I hate when people lie to make money!!! I paid $4,436 for my Deering Calico banjo, and that is a bona fide professional banjo (which I bought at a 15% discount from Fuller Guitars in Houston, Texas).

Tragically, we live in a wicked world of liars, cheats and con artists! Whether it be Priceline, Alamo Car Rental or Allstate Insurance, they are all ungodly and unethical thieves! There is a never ending cry in God's ears from hurting victims of hundreds of wicked insurance companies who make money by denying claims. Insurance companies are lying crooked thieves! Prudential Life Insurance are dirty ungodly thieves!!! Hell is coming up to meet them at their coming!

While our U.S. government is giving hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars away to Ukraine and Israel, many Americans cannot afford to live anymore. Food prices are so high right now that people aren't buying it anymore. I am spending less and less on groceries, sticking to whatever bargains I can find. I bought a big 5 pound bag of Russet potatoes at Walmart for $3.34. Why should I pay $10 for skimpy prepared meals? I love making homemade French fries with ketchup. I also make my own hashbrowns with my Hamilton food processor. Just one potato makes enough hashbrowns for me. Why spend more?

I guess it's mainly because I am growing older, but I notice unethical things a lot lately. The inspired Holy Bible teaches in Revelation 20:6 that we as saints will someday reign with Christ during the Millennium. I agree with Pastor Steven Anderson that there won't be any laws, rules, codes nor regulations at that time, the Holy Bible will be our only rule Book. I sure hope that is so. I can tell you one thing. If the Lord entrusts me with any power to control laws, I will do away with all shady fine print that attorneys write to hurt people. I hate fine print! They deliberately make it tiny for a reason, because it is unpleasant and if you really understood what that fine print said, you'd RUN AWAY!!!

Furthermore, if I had my way as a ruler, I would ban all disclaimers and legal notices from being any smaller, or a different color, or less vibrant and loud, than the original advertisement used to attract customers. So, if you use a megaphone to promote your service or product, so must you also use that same megaphone to tell customers the bad or potentially risky information! I am so sick of liars, cheats and cons!

I saw a woman in New York City get arrested for changing the locks on her own house, because some squatter stole her home, hasn't paid a penny in rent for years, and the criminal government are doing nothing to give her justice! God damn New York City! They're way past unethical at this point in NYC, now it's just downright criminal. I feel so sorry for those home owners! Can you imagine being bilked for $15,000 a year or more in property taxes, and there's a squatter whose been stealing your house for years and hasn't paid a single dime in rent, damaging your property with wear and tear, and the law sanctions it and there's absolutely nothing you can do? Welcome to New York. That crap is not allowed in Florida!

I admit that with my constant chronic neck pain, burning nerves throughout my upper body and related bodily afflictions (from getting hit by a bus in 1992 and suffering a steep fall at work in 2005), I just don't have much patience with anyone or anything. Unfortunately, my wife doesn't understand what I am going through, but I love her still. I live in a lonely world of constant physical burning pain in my neck and bodily discomfort that only somebody suffering constantly from damaged cervical nerves and osteoarthritis can even begin to understand.

For the aforementioned reasons, I just don't have the patience to read lengthy legal jargon and fine print one mile long in a business or service agreement. Like most people, I just sign the stupid thing. Damn the torpedoes! Call me a fool, and maybe I am sometimes, but I am miserable in my suffering and just want to go home to be with the dear LORD. I have zero patience with complicated things. For that I have nothing to apologize for.

I view American society today as a giant mousetrap! With all the extra security at every public event and cops galore, societal paranoia over crime, and everyone having a mobile phone stuck to the side of their head these days, I just want to stay home where I am safe.

I have visited the First Baptist Church of Pensacola downtown a couple dozens times over the past 4 years. It's only 10 minutes away from my home. I get creeped out each time I visit because they have not one, but two police cruisers parked outside of the church all the time during services, anticipating crime. Why does a church need such protection? Granted, they're one of the largest churches in the city, having well over a thousand members. Also, the church has some very wealthy and influential members from the community, which I think plays a role. Sadly, the church is corrupt, preaching the Devil's lie of Lordship Salvation. They only use the English Standard Version (ESV), which is highly corrupt. I could NEVER join such a cult!

I think it is sad and tragic, and a shameful testimony of what our American culture has deteriorated into, when a church needs police presence at all times. There's always a cop sitting next to the information desk. I exited the contemporary church service one Sunday and the cop looked at me like he wanted to kill me. That was creepy! I don't know what has happened at their church in the past, but it feels more like Nazi-Germany than a church today. I digress.

Dear reader, if you are a born again child of God, be an ethical person. That is, do the right thing! If you borrow a cart at a store to use it while shopping, please put it back where you found it. Don't just leave the cart in the parking lot for someone else to have to deal with. I always return my cart, even if it means walking all the way back into the store to return it. That is being ethical.

I've been to some websites that refuse to allow me to exit, and I have to close the whole browser just to escape. That is so wrong, thuggish and unethical to do to people. Matthew 7:12, “Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.”

Thousands of websites today, including YouTube sad to say, display big busted lewd women in advertisements who are scantily clad like harlots, luring men to dating websites to get their money. It is highly unethical and sinful to buttonhole guests with immoral temptations, all so that the company can make more money. It is truly evil. The inspired Holy Bible calls men's struggle against the lusts of the flesh a "war" (1st Peter 2:11).

Yet, countless unethical companies today couldn't care less, exploiting the ungodly lusts of the flesh to make money. I am reminded that the Holy Bible warns the LOVE OF MONEY is the root of all evil (1st Timothy 6:8-11). And this truth holds true for today's wicked religious schools—that deny the inspiration of God's Word, set low moral standards for their students, and preach Satan's fraud of Lordship Salvation—all in an effort to make more filthy lucre (Romans 16:17-18). RIGHT DOCTRINE MATTERS!!!

We made the mistake of attending the Pensacola Seafood Festival in September of 2025 for Labor Day. One of their umpteen unethical vendors charged me $14 for one chicken teriyaki stick. The meat was cold and there were only about three small pieces of chicken on it. I added some fried rice, which was another $11. I paid $25 for garbage! I was so pissed off! I told my wife we'd never come back to the festival, because they have become utterly greedy and don't want to give the patrons something worth the money, they just want to empty your wallet and give you nothing in return. Nothing is worthwhile anymore in our rotten society!

Hollywood is very unethical. When you buy a movie, Hollywood forces you to watch previews for 10 other movies, trying to lure you into buying more of their films to get your money. But you paid for that movie DVD or Blu-ray, so why should you have to watch (or go through the trouble of skipping through) 10 other movie previews that you didn't buy (and are very likely not interested in)? If they were ethical, which they are not in Hollywood, they would have put the movie previews at THE END of the movie, not at the beginning each time you want to see it. Hollywood has no class at all, they are just ungodly greedy jerks!

Nearly everywhere that we go on social media today, we are bombarded with unethical advertisements, being hounded IN YOUR FACE to buy something. Facebook does it incessantly, shoving advertisements IN YOUR FACE. They are ungodly greedy sinners.

The company Microsoft is one of the most unethical companies! They forcefully reboot my computers on a regular basis without my permission. I have tried to stop it, but aside from turning my computers off, there's absolutely nothing one can do. Microsoft are thugs!

If you buy a computer that comes with Microsoft 10 Home, they won't allow you to buy software from any other company. The software is locked. You have to literally go through a scary in depth process to disable it. Microsoft has faced harsh criticism for various unethical business practices and software issues, including allegations of monopolistic behavior and aggressive tactics. Some users and critics have described the company's actions as thuggish, particularly in its handling of competitors and customer concerns. It's no wonder why so many people hate Microsoft! Thankfully, there is a caring holy God in Heaven who sees everything, and no evildoer can escape the wrath and judgment of our faithful Creator (Ecclesiastes 5:8, 12:13-14; Matthew 12:36; 1st Thessalonians 4:6; Hebrews 4:13).

Another one of my pet peeves is when you visit a website and they unethically buttonhole you with pop-up messages, IN YOUR FACE, harassing you with whatever they are pushing. When you close one window, another one rudely pops up, and then another, dangling in your face to annoy you so that you cannot enjoy the material that you came to read in the first place. Sadly, companies are often ruthlessly competitive and don't care about their neighbours. This is nothing new, this disturbing but intriguing documentary shows how ungodly and ruthless competitors were when the television was invented, stealing other men's inventions.

Libraries could be written about the unethical things that go on in the United States today, let alone the entire world. I want no part of any of it as a born again Christian. Although we cannot control what other people do, I strongly encourage you dear reader to be different than the average bear. I fear God and I hope you do too. Knowing that I must give account to my Creator one day compels me to be careful how I treat people. I am careful to avoid getting into difficult situations where I might be tempted to lie or to do something wrong.

I wish that all corporations and our government would treat people the way they want to be treated to fulfill 'The Golden Rule' which Jesus taught in Matthew 7:12, but they don't. The real world doesn't work that way. But this is nothing new under the sun. Psalms 142:4, “I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul.” Have you ever felt that way? I certainly have, often.

I called Medicare yesterday and was put on hold for almost an hour, but was rudely hung up on when a man finally answered. I don't even get upset anymore, because I understand that people are angry, worked up and don't know the Lord. And if they do know the Lord, most believers are carnally-minded, walking in the flesh.

Jesus foretold in Matthew 24:12, “And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.” Although He is speaking about the coming Tribulation period, we are already seeing this phenomena today in America. The daily news is filled with horrific stories of unpunished crime and corruption, which injustices cause people's hearts to grow cold. Everywhere we go in the United States today we are meeting cold, uncaring, unkind and frustrated Americans. Evil begets more evil.

I could spend a day sharing my own painful experiences of dealing with irate Americans with you. We need to always remember what the Scripture teaches in Ephesians 6:12, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

Beware Of Ecumenism

2nd Corinthians 6:14-18, “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Carefully notice that God does not say to stick around and attempt to change unbelieving false prophets. No, God tells the saints to COME OUT! We are commanded by God almighty to come out from among them!

That means to come out and separate from the apostate Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) and their demonic Lordship Salvation. The SBC has 47,000 member churches who all ascribe to the SBC's Statement of Faith, which is corrupt! The SBC false preaches that to get to Heaven you must turn from your sins. Neo-evangelicals will hurt you!

Ecumenism

I looked up the word in Webster's book
For ages it has been around.
It means, "All religions should cooperate
And in peace and love abound!"

I remember when first I heard the word;

The best thing for a corrupt church is to have a church split...

2nd Corinthians 6:17-18, “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.”

It is infinitely better to be divided over truth, than to be united by error. Being a Christian fundamentalist means more than just adhering to biblical fundamentals, it also means separating from those who no longer believe them as well. And always remember, Bible fundamentalists don't change, people quit being fundamentalists! You can keep your new (neo) churches, new bibles, new music, new sermons and new evangelical apostasy!

The undiluted preaching from God's Word and an authoritative stand on truth seem to be on the decline. What we're seeing instead is a broadening of the gospel, a redefining of what it means to be a Christian, and a growing emphasis on inclusion and tolerance. Ecumenism has come to mean “reducing all elements of faith to the lowest common denominator.” God's Word is neglected, experience is valued above truth, a false and selfish “faith” is promoted, and sound doctrine and correction are despised as “divisive” and “unloving.”

Unity in the faith is impossible without the doctrine of Christ. Without such a foundation we have no basis for the faith, for the gospel, for knowing Jesus, or for knowing anything pertinent to the Truth. And yet a perverted gospel message is being preached from nearly every pulpit today, which instead of being born again requires that you turn from your sins to become a Christ follower. This is not the gospel presented by the Apostle Paul in 1st Corinthians 15:1-4. The glittering terminology of ecumenism is seen, on close examination, to be as hollow as a soap bubble and just as slippery and hard to hold onto.

How many times have you heard that somebody was “causing division in the church?” Well, maybe they were supposed to! After all, there are two things that cause division according to the Bible: truth and error.

Haven't you heard the scripture, “Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division.” That's right! Jesus said that “For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three” (Luke 12:51-52). Hard words to hear! Yet, harder to accept. But, that's what Jesus said and is preserved in the inspired Holy Scripture. Jesus said that whole families would be divided over Him. And there are many occasions in the New Testament when whole assemblies of people were divided because of Jesus (John 7:43, 9:16, 10:19, Acts 23:6-7).

Ignoring the Scripture, numerous evangelical leaders today claim that a concern for doctrine causes division; and therefore, should be avoided for the sake of love and unity among the brethren. The Scripture, however, couldn't be more specific in its opposition to such a teaching.

Positive Christianity Is The Enemy Of The Cross

Behold the emergence of the ecumenical apostate church—the bride of Antichrist! “Positive Christianity” is the enemy of the cross. Pastor Joel Osteen at the Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas, is a perfect example of fake Christianity. Joel is wrong on the gospel, wrong in his ecumenical message, and wrong in his delivery.

The truth offends those who don't want to hear it. Yet to speak anything less is to trifle with the eternal destiny of souls. Ecumenism's promise of "unity" is tempting, but it denies Christ and paves the way for the Antichrist and his New World Order religion. It is a unification that will ultimately lead to destruction.

True unity is not sought by pretending that there are no differences, as modern ecumenists have done, but by recognizing and respecting those differences, while focusing on the great orthodox truths all born again Christians share; namely, Christ's Virgin Birth, the Godhead (aka, Trinity), Jesus' Deity, Christ's Sinless Life on earth, Jesus' physical Resurrection after three days, Jesus' literal liquid Blood Applied to the Mercy Seat in Heaven, the Authority of Inspired Scripture and Jesus' Second Coming. These are the Doctrines of Christ. These are core fundamentals of the Christian faith, which if denied, evidences that someone is lost.

Manmade unity is not what God desires. He wants a holy Church. Many Christians believe that unity in itself will bring about a holy revival. But unity cannot bring holiness, only holiness can bring about true unity. For when God's children start seeking to live, worship and pray according to the inspired King James Bible, and go forth bearing precious seed (soulwinning), then God Himself will unite the hearts of those who love Him—those who hate sin and error and have a burning desire to lead lost sinners to Christ with the gospel—and God will truly shine forth from the midst of such a church!

We hear a lot today from dead churches about promoting better unity, fellowship, Bible study meetings and worship, but please don't leave out “soulwinning” because The Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20 is not to go into all the world to fellowship, worship, study the Bible and promote unity. No, God's Great Commission to local churches is to go forth PREACHING THE GOSPEL!!! God deliver us from today's lethargic do-nothing, spiritually dead, pathetic churches!

The unification of the various national identities, races, and religions can only be achieved through the eradication of sin. That means only through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ can we become perfectly one. The other avenue to unite people, the program of the Antichrist, will only be accomplished temporarily through ecumenical deception.

Just give me the old paths...

Jeremiah 6:16, “Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.”

God Is Looking For A Few Weak Men

2nd Corinthians 12:9, “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”

It is obvious when a preacher is avoiding being offensive, and I want to walk out and leave. America is going to Hell, literally, because of lame preachers who are afraid of offending people. If the shoe fits, where it! I recommend that every young preacher NEVER use a sermon outline. SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES (John 5:39) and let God speak to your soul, and then preach to others, sharing what God taught you.

A faithful sermon is not a performance, it is the outflow of your soul to others!!! A true preacher loses himself in the sermon and isn't concerned about what people think. My goal when I preach in an article is not that people would walk away saying, “That was a great sermon or article.” I failed if that is all you get out of my preaching. My goal is ALWAYS for others to walk away saying, “BOY, WE HAVE A GREAT GOD!!!” I want you to go away praising Jesus! I want people to get saved!

I want believers to become better soul-winners! I want the Holy Spirit to make a difference through me. By myself, I can do NOTHING (John 15:5). I want to be weak enough, so that God can be glorified through my labors for Him. When I am strong, then am I weak, because God resists the proud, talented and able. My failures are God's opportunities to use me for His glory. God is looking for a few weak men!!!

The devils tremble when the weakest saint gets down upon his knees to pray. My weakness is God's strength to work through my life. Therefore, I am only as able for God's use as I am broken, weak and disabled. 2nd Corinthians 12:9, “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”

Physical Healing Is Not Guaranteed In The Holy Bible

James 5:13-16, “Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms. Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”

Our blessed Creator is a miracle working God. Certainly God can heal anyone and even restore the dead back to life if He so desires. That being said, please consider Jesus' words in John 15:24, “If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.” Did you read that? Jesus did works that NONE OTHER MAN DID. That means men today cannot do the miraculous works which Jesus did.

But wait, didn't Jesus promise in John 14:12 that those who believe in Him will do the works He has been doing, and even greater works, because He is going to the Father? This suggests that believers will have a broader impact through our faith and ministry, reaching more people over time than Jesus did during His earthly ministry. But I humbly do not think Jesus meant that we could empty hospitals, raise the dead and cause the lame to walk again.

The fact of the matter is that not one human being since Christ walked this earth, and the power that He gave to His apostles (Matthew 11:1) to verify their apostolic authority, has been able to do such miracles. There's not one whacky Charismatic alive on earth today who can raise the dead, make the lame to walk, cause the blind to see, or heal the sick. Scumbag Evangelist Benny Hinn has been exposed repeatedly as a criminal lying fraud.

2nd Peter 2:1-3, “But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.”

I detest religious nuts who lay heavy burdens upon sick people's shoulders. When I was flying from Guam to California to get my second neck surgery in 2010, I had the unpleasant experience of sitting next to a religious Charismatic nut. The self-righteous fella had a female pastor in Colorado. He cruelly told me that if I was filled with the Spirit I wouldn't need the neck surgery. What a jerk! Thankfully I know enough about the inspired Word of God to know that he was very wrong and delusional, woefully ignorant of biblical truth.

There is no guarantee of bodily healing just because you are a Christian and pray to God for healing. Your pastor can anoint you with olive oil (symbolic of the blessed Holy Spirit) and pray for you to be healed, or to have a child if you are a barren wife, but I think it is unwise to assume that God will automatically work a miracle. It is a foolish thing to make demands of God, lest you lose your faith when God fails you. But if you understand that God does not normally heal the sick, then you won't be discouraged.

I heard a Baptist preacher foolishly teach that if a barren woman prays for a child, she should go buy a baby crib and everything that the baby will need, to show her faith that God will answer her prayer. Dear reader, please listen to me, that is optimism, not faith. Optimism is a positive outlook. Faith is still trusting God when He doesn't seem to answer your prayers.

If it is God's will to heal someone, then He will; but dear reader, it is rare to see such miracles. Pain, disease and suffering are a part of this temporal earthly life. When Adam and Eve rebelled against God in the Garden of Eden to eat the forbidden fruit, they made it very clear to the LORD that they wanted to make their own choices between good and evil. But along with great power comes great responsibility. The ability to make our own choices is a great power. Adam and Eve wanted to big dog it! So along with that adult power to choose for themselves, God allowed them to suffer the blessings or consequences of their choices. This is why the world is in such a mess today, because humans continue to make the wrong choices. Ecclesiastes 7:29, “Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions.”

And also, after my first surgery in 2009, I had come out of a restaurant and randomly met the pastor of Victory Chapel on Guam, a Pentecostal cult. He had two female church members with him. He also cruelly told me that if I were filled with the Spirit that I could be instantly healed. What a jerk! Those Charismatic nuts hold healing crusades at Ypao Beach Park on Guam. Their cult leader is Wayman Mitchell who performs the alleged healings. It couldn't be more obvious that what they are doing is fake, as victims fall backwards into the arms of workers when touched by Mitchell's hand. What religious quacks and snake oil salesman! They are dangerous FALSE PROPHETS who give suffering people FALSE HOPE (Matthew 7:15).

Scripturally there is no guarantee that anyone will ever be healed by God in this earthly lifetime. Although the soul and spirit were redeemed when we trusted Jesus as our Savior, the Bible is very clear in Romans that the body will not be redeemed until the Rapture. ...

Romans 8:22-23, “For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.”

See also 1st Corinthians 15:51-58 about the Rapture. When Peter's wife's mother was sick, Jesus healed her. Peter could not heal his own mother. The Apostle Paul suffered from a thorn in the flesh, which the Bible doesn't specify what it was. Based on Galatians 4:15 in the Bible, I think Paul had poor eyesight. Also, it is commonly purported that Paul needed to utilize Barnabas and Timothy to help write some of his epistles.

At one time Paul and the other apostles had the power to heal the sick and raise the dead, but that power eventually went away. We see this truth in 2nd Timothy 4:20, “ Erastus abode at Corinth: but Trophimus have I left at Miletum sick.” Paul couldn't heal his friend Trophimus. There are unsaved people who have been completely healed of cancer and other potentially lethal diseases. Some of them are atheists. So, although some Christians may boast that God healed them, the heathen world experiences the same healings at times. The Lord's thoughts and ways are above our thoughts and ways (Isaiah 55:8-9). Don't try to figure out God because you'll drive yourself crazy trying. Just trust Him (Job 13:15).

When the Apostle James said that the prayer of faith shall heal the sick, that is only if it is God's will. There is much Charismatic healing fraud. God's power is not available on demand for money, entertainment or exploitation. God gave us doctors to care for the sick and dying. When doctors have done all they can, sometimes God will heal the afflicted. The Lord allowed Satan to afflict Job's health. Any preacher who says that it is always God's will to heal the body is a liar! I have never seen even one instance of any preacher healing the sick to empty a hospital. No, it is always some bizarre story in a remote place out in the middle of nowhere, with no cameras or credible witnesses.

I detest the Pentecostal and Charismatic religions! Throughout the Holy Bible saints became sick and died. King Asa's feet became infected and he died. The Bible says Asa sought healing from the physicians instead of the Lord. God could have healed him, but he lacked faith. So, I do believe in a miracle working God, but we must always remember that it is usually NOT God's will to heal the sick. That is obvious from reality. Most people with terminal illness do die prematurely.

That being said, we should always pray on the way to the doctor or hospital, and trust the dear LORD no matter what the outcome (Job 13:15). The Bible says in 2nd Corinthians 5:7, “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” So, I stopped looking for visible results to my prayers a long time ago. Now I just pray and forget about it, trusting the LORD's goodness. Life is easier that way, instead of always putting God on trial. Jesus said in Mark 11:22b, “Have faith in God.”

When Jacob's true love Rachel was giving birth to their second child Benjamin, she died. Jacob was devastated. I sometimes wonder why God allowed Jacob's beloved soulmate to perish so young. David's baby son died days after being born, even though David fasted and prayed night and day prostrate on the floor. Sickness, pain, suffering and death are the wages of sin (Romans 6:23), although not necessarily because of a particular sin. Bad things happen!

Romans 5:12 teaches that we live in a fallen world of chaos, suffering and death because of Adam's sin that opened the floodgate of sin and death upon humanity. Ecclesiastes 9:11 says there is such a thing as “luck.” Time and chance happeneth to all. One day every saint of God can look forward to being given a new glorified body fashioned like unto the Lord's resurrected body (Philippians 3:21). Until then, pain and suffering are realities of life that we must contend with. Pastor Jack Hyles is absolutely right, who said: “Life is a veil of tears.”

Colossians 2:8, “Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.”

I have lived in Pensacola, Florida, since 2021. I bought a house in December of 2022 in West Pensacola. The number one thing that I dread about Florida, without comparison, is a little dreadful weed called NUTSEDGE! Nutsedge is considered one of the most frustrating weeds because it grows faster than grass, thrives in moist conditions, and is difficult to control due to its underground tubers and rhizomes. I hate Nutsedge weeds! Ouch!!!

I lived in Chicago for 37 years and never saw or heard of Nutsedge. I lived on the island of Guam for 17 years and I never saw or heard about Nutsedge. It doesn't exist in northern climates or even on Guam, but it's in Florida and those spiky little balls HURT let me tell you!

I couldn't help but associate Nutsedge with the painful heresy of Lordship Salvation. There are several different variations of Lordship Salvation, just like Nutsedge. A popular heresy in many Baptist churches today is that you must first be willing to “repent of your sins” or “turn from your sins” to be saved, which is 100% works. Although some preachers would not consider this false teaching to be Lordship Salvation, it absolutely is! Lordship Salvation in it's most basic form is simply combining service with salvation. That is, mixing discipleship with sonship.

I humbly think Pastor M.R. DeHaan (1891-1965) said it very well...

“There is a vast difference between coming to Jesus for salvation and coming after Jesus for service. Coming to Christ makes one a believer, while coming after Christ makes one a disciple. All believers are not disciples. To become a believer one accepts the invitation of the Gospel, to be a disciple one obeys the challenge to a life of dedicated service and separation. Salvation comes through the sacrifice of Christ; discipleship comes only by sacrifice of self and surrender to His call for devoted service. Salvation is free, but discipleship involves paying the price of a separated walk. Salvation can't be lost because it depends upon God's faithfulness, but discipleship can be lost because it depends upon our faithfulness.” —Pastor M.R. My favorite preacher's quote is from Pilgrim's Progress author John Bunyan (1628-1688)...

“If you do not put a difference between justification wrought by the man Christ without and sanctification wrought by the Spirit of Christ within, you are not able to divide the Word aright; but contrariwise, you corrupt the Word of God, and cast stumbling blocks before the people.” [emphasis added] —Evangelist John Bunyan

That brilliant quote is so profound and theologically correct. I love it! John Bunyan clearly understood that we absolutely must maintain separation between a Christian's sanctified walk with God (i.e., walking in the Spirit); as versus salvation itself which is by grace (i.e., living in the Spirit). Galatians 5:25, “If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.”

People often ask me if they should attend a church that preaches Lordship Salvation, since that is the best church they could find. My answer is always a resounding, “NO!”

As long as I so shall live, I will NEVER, EVER, NEVER attend any church again that uses any Bible version other than the inspired KING JAMES BIBLE! And I will NEVER, EVER, NEVER attend any church again that is wrong on God's simple plan of salvation. That excludes the following CORRUPT churches on salvation that I have found in the city of Pensacola...

What It Truly Means To Be A Good Christian

Revelation 4:11, “Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.”

Galatians 5:14, “For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.”

Hebrews 11:6, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

Always be pure of heart dear reader! Be real. I love what my black supervisor many years ago in Chicago used to call “real people.” He was right! I want to be “real people.” That is, I don't want to be a superficial phony who talks the talk, but doesn't walk the walk.

No saint's goal should ever be to be a “good Christian”; but rather, to please God, and in so doing you'll become a good Christian. Some of the most devout churchgoers are horrible Christians, including pastors and their wives. Just because you read your Bible, pray, go to church and even fast, doesn't make you a good Christian, it merely makes you religious. Doing such things may or may not help you to grow in the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, but it all depends upon the spiritual condition of your soul.

Pensacola Christian College Are Not “Real People”

As of August 2, 2022 I have been banned in writing from attending Campus Church at Pensacola Christian College by Pastor Jeff Redlin, because I exposed them on social media for corrupting God's simple plan of salvation concerning repentance. It didn't matter that I tried to reconcile and make peace with the PCC camp in the summer of 2022, they totally ignored me, until August when Pastor Redlin cruelly banned me from attending to their so-called “church.” Since 2022, I have further learned that Jeff Redlin is more corrupt on the Gospel than I had previously thought. Redlin is so far from God it is pathetic. The guy is a child of the Devil, wrong on the free grace Gospel.

Matthew 15:7-9, “Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.”

When asked by a lawyer what is the greatest of God's commandments, Jesus replied with these words...

Matthew 22:33-40, “And when the multitude heard this, they were astonished at his doctrine. But when the Pharisees had heard that he had put the Sadducees to silence, they were gathered together. Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying, Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.”

The greatest commandments in the inspired Holy Bible are really just one, to love. You're only as good a Christian as you love the true and living God and your neighbour (every human being). I don't care how faithful you have been to a particular church, you're not a good Christian if you are lazy at work, don't pay your bills on time, mistreat your spouse and are inconsiderate of the feelings of others. James 2:8, “If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well.”

I can measure how good a Christian you are by how much you care. It's that simple. A man who is right with God cares about right doctrine. A man who has spent time walking closely with the Lord cares to speak the truth with boldness. Acts 4:13, “Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.” I don't care how faithful you have been to attend church three times a week, you are not a good Christian man if you are not bold to speak the truth and contend for the Christian faith.

You show me a wimpy incompetent pastor like Jeff Redlin who refuses to expose error, refuses to preach against sin, refuses to do the right thing, bans people from attending church, refuses to side with a truth-telling preacher and refuses to care; and you can be assured that Jeff Redlin doesn't walk with Jesus! If he did walk with Christ, Dr. Redlin would love his Christian brother instead of banning me from attending Campus Church. That hypocrite gets paid a much undeserved 6-digit salary annually. That is disgusting! As I said earlier, I do not think Jeff Redlin is my Christian brother, I think he is a child of the Devil, since he preaches another gospel (Galatians 1:6-9).

Dear reader, you're only as good a Christian as you live to please God by loving the LORD, and loving people. You're not necessarily a bad Christian because you consume tobacco, drink booze, cuss, have become obese, don't go to church, et cetera. The Holy Bible says it is a sin to get drunk, not to consume alcohol. Most churchgoers have a wrong idea of what it means to be a good Christian. Just because you don't watch TV, drink beer, smoke cigarettes or cuss like a sailor doesn't make you a good Christian, it makes you religious.

If you stay home from church because you have chronic health issues, or cannot find a doctrinally sound church in your town, God fully understands. Thankfully, we can hear excellent Bible preaching online today. My debilitating permanent neck injury, which I sustained in 1992 and 2005 in two tragic accidents, which led to two major neck surgeries in 2009 and 2010, has ruined my life. I have a difficult time even sitting through a church service due to my horrible burning nerves, agonizing osteoarthritic neck pain and tension, radiating pain down my right arm and leg, the entire right side of my body feeling half asleep all the time, side effects from seven different prescription drugs, et cetera. You're not a good Christian just because you go to church.

Church formalism is an enemy of soulwinning...

Colossians 2:20-23, “Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances, (Touch not; taste not; handle not; Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men? Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.”

Formal religious worship, rituals, ceremonies, vain prayer chants and such do not impress God on bit. Merely playing church, showing up three times a week, doesn't make you a good Christian. Do you care? How do you treat your husband? How do you treat your neighbours? The LORD desires sincerity from our heart. Psalms 51:16, “For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.” James 4:6, “But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.” Dear LORD, help me to be ever humble. Hosea 6:6, “For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.” God desires our pure heart, transparency and honesty in worship and service, not a mere show.

How do we treat others? If you borrow money and then don't repay it, you are a bad Christian! If you make promises but then don't keep them, you are a terrible Christian. If you abandon your husband, you are a bad Christian. We blaspheme the inspired Word of God and shame the LORD when we behave and talk like the heathen world (Titus 2:13-15). How we live is an open book for others to read. Do your neighbours see how faith in Jesus Christ has made a remarkable difference in your life? Our word should mean something. Life is a series of decisions. Everything that we say and do should glorify God (1st Corinthians 6:20). We were created by God to please Him. Revelation 4:11, “Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.”

Faith is living our life in obedience to the inspired King James Bible (2nd Corinthians 10:5-6). You're not a good Christian just because you don't drink booze, smoke tobacco, cuss or watch Hollywood movies. You're a good Christian if your life evidences that you love God and people. There are hypocritical believers who refuse to own a television, but they won't pay their debts on time. There are believers who refuse to eat in a restaurant that serves alcohol, but they hold grudges and gossip about others. What hypocrisy!

Pastor Jeff Redlin wouldn't be caught dead in a tavern, drunk, smoking a cigarette, cussing publicly or in a brothel, but he wickedly hates people. I kindly begged for him to just allow me to quietly attend Campus Church at Pensacola Christian College in 2022, but he wickedly and cold-heartedly threw me under the bus. I wrote to PCC to get them involved, but they ignored me. Now we are enemies. In hindsight, PCC did me a favor, since I have since learned how corrupt they are concerning the Gospel. PCC is of the Devil!!!

That being said, God knows that I do not hate anybody at PCC. I am not giving them rent for free in my mind, or stuck on PCC. Quite the contrary, I intentionally choose to make an issue of PCC. 1st Corinthians 11:19, “For there must be also heresies among you, that they which are approved may be made manifest among you.” We need false teachers, so that learned preachers like me can expose them!

Kindly said, PCC represents everything that is wrong with the religious world today. They are haughty, arrogant and self-willed. PCC preaches another gospel, requiring sinners to turn from from sinful ways and invite Christ into your life. That's not the gospel! I am simply using PCC as a tool to warn other. Since they don't want to be an example of Christian sound doctrine and love, I am using them as an example of what Christians ought NOT TO BE!

Caring Is The Hallmark Quality Of A Godly Christian

Dear reader, I do not claim to be a good Christian. I admit that I like watching some Hollywood movies. I enjoy my Star Trek and Jurassic Park series, and my favorite movie The Thing by John Carpenter (1982). I have no problem with pumpkins on Halloween, Christmas trees in December, or eating in a restaurant with a bar. By God's grace, I have never drank a drop of booze in my entire life. By God's grace, I have never smoked a cigarette. I am far from perfect, God knows, but I DO CARE! I pay my bills on time. I don't make promises because talk is cheap and promises are so easily broken. I don't want to risk become a liar!

I learned decades ago that going to church, not watching Hollywood movies, not drinking booze, not smoking, not cussing and other touch not, taste not, handle not things are matters of RELIGION, not necessarily being a good CHRISTIAN. The world is full of unsaved religious people (Matthew 15:7-8). The churches are full of religious saints who are lousy Christians.

Smyrna Baptist Church Are Not “Real People”

I've been in church after church where the pastor and his wife were as rotten, carnal and cold a could be. Pastor Bill Adams' mean wife at Smyrna Baptist Church in Pensacola deliberately came up to shake my hand in 2024 and dissed me, looking hard right off at the wall. Her husband did it to me the week before on Sunday, but he apologized later when I confronted him kindly about it.

Pastor Adams' ungodly wife heard what had happened from her husband and wickedly decided to do it again, on purpose to get rid of me, despising my website ministry. I contacted her husband twice about the incident, but he completely ignored me, likely because she wears the pants in the marriage. So, I never returned to their church, and that's on them. They are living large. In my humble opinion they are merely doing God's work for the income instead of the outcome; individual people obviously don't matter to them. SHAME on Smyrna Baptist Church in Pensacola! Today's churches are pathetic!

I could mention many more real life situations as examples of what it means (and doesn't mean) to be a good Christian. And again, our goal should never be to aspire to be a good Christian; but rather, to please God as His creation. God is the Potter, and we are the clay formed lovingly in His image from the dust of the earth. Isaiah 64:8, “But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.”

Furthermore, I am sick and tired of people making excuses for the shameful behavior of bad pastors and their ungodly wives. I understand that everyone has a bad day sometimes. But when a pastor completely ignores you, after you have kindly contacted him multiple times about a problem, that is a whole different ballgame! Clearly they just don't give a damn!

One of the biggest problems in today's ungodly Bible colleges and churches is that THE LOVE OF MONEY has ruined Christians (1st Timothy 6:6-11). The people in these corrupt institutions and organizations become carnally-minded, still getting paid while they couldn't care less about walking in the Holy Spirit. If their paycheck stopped you'd never see them again! In sharp contrast, by God's grace, I haven't taken a single penny for over 50,000 hours of diligent work on my website ministry since 2002. The good LORD takes care of me. I am not a wealthy man; I am a thousandaire, not a millionaire. I have no complaints to our faithful God.

The reason why ungodly pastors like Jeff Redlin at PCC's Campus Church don't care about truth-tellers like me is because either way he still gets paid over $100,000 a year. What's it to him? Jeff Redlin can selectively care about some people, while wickedly throwing others under the bus. Redlin can mistreat anybody he wants and it won't affect his salary. You can tell someone's character by how they treat those who can do nothing for them. Pastor Redlin is a religious phony, not a genuine man of God! His shameful behavior proves what I say. Jeff Redlin is a perfect example of a religious hypocrite who couldn't care less about hurting divorced people who are lonely and suffering. PCC takes in $175,000,000 each year in blood money, mistreating divorced people when they should love them.

As I mentioned at the beginning of this article, always be pure of heart dear reader! Be real, not a phony. My black supervisor in Chicago taught me 30 years ago to be “real people.” He was right! I want to be “real people,” not a religious phony. We've got too many phonies today in our Baptist churches who merely go through the motions of playing church like it's a game. Pastors who carelessly kick people out of church are not “real people,” they're real jerks!

When I attended Smyrna Baptist Church in Pensacola in 2024, not once did any of their four pastors bother to walk over to talk with me for the first few months. They're phonies! It wasn't until after the fourth month that the youth director Jared came over to introduce himself, and I greatly appreciate that he did. He's the only one that I have any respect for of all of them. It's not about me, I'm not that shallow; it's about how they treat human beings.

I have tried to be honest and transparent over the decades with my readers, which is the same way that we should all pray to our heavenly Father. Religious formalism has no place in the work of God. I am just a humble broken sinner, who is using what time I have left on earth to rescue as many sinners as possible with the broken pieces of my shipwrecked life (Acts 27:42-44).

I work day and night by God's grace on my website ministry for the sake of the gospel and the Kingdom of God. By God's grace, last month (April of 2026) was the 24th year since I started my Jesus-is-Savior.com ministry in 2002. I cannot believe how fast the time has gone. Wow! Before I get into the heart of my article, I love ChatGPT. It's like having a really smart friend who will never judge you. You can literally ask ChatGPT anything in the privacy of your room, and the A.I. will give you quality answers. That being said, ChatGPT is dangerous when it comes to trying to learn the truth about various topics. Tonight I tested ChatGPT, by asking the A.I., “Do you believe the Holy Bible?” and then “How was the moon formed?”

Our country is so half-ass backwards in the United States. When I gratefully attended Hyles-Anderson College (1985-1993) to train to be a preacher, I remember seeing the First Baptist Church of Hammond packed full from one end to the other each year, and the mezzanines and balcony jam packed with Pastor's School delegates each year. The auditorium had a seating capacity of about 5,000 people. It's hard to wrap my brain around the disturbing fact that 2 ½ times that number of people are killed each and every year in the United States alone because of DRUNK DRIVERS! Alcohol has always been a menace to any society!

But that's not all, each year just in the United States approximately 178,000 Americans are killed from BOOZE, LIQUID DEVIL!!! Goodnight in the morning!!! 178,000? That's 35 PACKED FULL auditoriums at PASTOR'S SCHOOL!!! Psalms 36:1, “The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, that there is no fear of God before his eyes.”

And yet, a 17 and 19 year old teenager yesterday just shot up a Muslim mosque in San Diego, killing just 3 people, and over a hundred cops show up with guns-a-blazing, HE-MAN style, ready to shoot anything that moves. We are commanded to pray in secret, and to give alms to the poor in secret. God does not reward us when we make a public boast of our good works to be seen of men. At Pensacola Christian College (PCC) they fall all over themselves like Hollywood with self glorification and self praise for their long marriages, good works and self righteousness, for which they already have their reward. Proverbs 20:6, “Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find?” PCC are not faithful, they have perverted the Gospel.

So, is there a time for public prayer? Sure there is, but most prayer should be done in private. You ought to be talking to God when you pray. Reciting some words to give a performance is not biblical prayer. The Bible says the Pharisee in Luke 18:10-11 prayed with himself.

I cringe every time I see a White House prayer breakfast, where prayers are pre-written and read from off a piece of paper. That is as phony as Pensacola Christian College! God's Standards Of Morality Haven't Changed, We Have

If booze was outlawed during in The Prohibition Era (1919-1931), then it should still be illegal today. If the distance from the earth to the sun were one inch, the distance to the Andromeda galaxy would be over 4 miles away!

I would rather be unknown by man but known by God, than vise versa. God even knows the exact ever-changing number of hairs upon our head. Matthew 10:30-31, “But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.” God sees your labors, time spent serving and praying, and efforts for Him. It doesn't matter how you pray dear friend. Pastor Tony Hutson said that his father Dr. Curtis Hutson (1934-1995) used to lay prostrate on the floor praying in his bedroom at home. Now, that is great, but I have never prayed that way. I have never laid prostrated on the floor praying. One big reason is because I have suffered from radiculopathy and stenosis in my cervical spine since 2004. I got severely rear-ended by a church bus in 1992 that permanently misaligned my neck.

It is possible to pray with yourself and not to God at all. The heathen world does it all the time. Luke 18:10-11, “Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.”

I detest the popular prayer books of the demonic Roman Catholic church. From the cradle to the casket, Roman Catholicism has a religious package for your family, but it leads to ruin and the second death in Hell forever. Salvation is not found in any religion; but rather, through faith in the person and sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ! God is not impressed with religion. The Lord is impressed with our humility to obey His inspired written Word, not with our superficial show of living the Christian life for others to see.

1st Samuel 15:22, “And Samuel said, Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.”

God Is Always Working Behind The Scenes

Romans 15:4, “For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.”

In love the Old Testament book of Esther. Pastor Texe Marrs (1944-2019) heretically taught that the book of Esther is a fraud, not part of the canon of 66 books of the Bible. I couldn't disagree more. Texe Marrs said that it was a fake book because the Jews are the heroes at the end of the story, but may I remind everyone that hundreds of Jews died in the story because of wicked Haman and his evil plot.

Anyway, the point I wanted to make is that in the book of Esther the word “God” does not appear even once. As far as the Jews could see, God had abandoned them in Babylon (which is Bagdad, Iraq, today). They couldn't see their hands in front of their faces!

The lesson to be learned from Esther is that when you cannot see the omnipotent HAND of God at work, trust the great omnibenevolent HEART of God. We are allowed to see what they couldn't, which is God working behind the scenes. And you can rest assured dear reader, that the same God of Esther is working behind the scenes today in the lives of His redeemed saints (Romans 8:28). God is not an absent parent.

Romans 15:4, “For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.” God gave us the biographies of hundreds of saints (and heathens) throughout the Old Testament to show us where their faith (or lack thereof) led. We are given an amazing before, during and after privileged viewpoint of their lives to give us comfort and hope through the Scripture.

Why I Don't Defend Myself Against Critics And Enemies

2nd Timothy 3:12-15, “Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.”

I had a ministry friend message me this week to ask why I don't defend myself against slander from enemies on social media. This was my first response...

Regarding slander against me, I haven't read any of it in 15 years and I refuse to look at it. When somebody tells me about it, I always quote Mark Twain:

"It takes your enemy and your friend, working together, to hurt you to the heart; the one to slander you and the other to get the news to you."
When Pastor Hyles and his successor Dr. Schaap tried to defend themselves, their enemies twisted all their words out of context and used it to further attack them. I think they should have left it alone, which is what I have wisely done. You cannot defend yourself against a critic. Like Daniel, if someone is out to hurt you, they will! I wrote an article years ago about "Why I Don't Try To Defend Myself," but Google has censored more than half of my ministry articles, so that I cannot find it right now. I have 11,000 webpages; and over 55,000 files just on Jesus-is-Savior.

My ministry friend messaged back and still insisted that I should defend myself, being more specific. Here is my second response...

Critics can and will say all kinds of stuff, but that doesn't mean I am obligated to stoop to their level to answer to it. I have never been convicted of any sexual crimes, nor do I have any felony convictions on my record. That's all anyone needs to know. We need to defend each other, but not ourselves. Proverbs 27:2, “Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger, and not thine own lips.” I honestly don't care what my enemies are saying about me, and I don't want to hear it from you or anyone else, because I cannot do anything about it. Jesus said the world would hate us, because it hates Him (John 15:19; John 7:7). God pity the preacher that the world don't hate!

My ministry friend replied by saying that I should defend myself like Pastor Jack Hyles did. But what he said is not exactly true. Brother Hyles said he never would defend himself; but rather, only his family, friends and ministry. My ministry friend also said that Pastor Steven Anderson recently defended himself when he was accused of horrible things, and said that so should I. Here is my third and final response...

I won't discuss that matter anymore. You shouldn't be comparing me to Pastor Anderson or Dr. Hyles. 2nd Corinthians 10:12, “For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.” Just because I choose not to stoop to my enemies' level to counter their crap, doesn't in any way imply that I am guilty, and shame on you if that is what you were implying. Really, you shouldn't even have brought this slander up, as if I don't know about it already. I mean, 'com on. Nobody wants someone to bring up the slander being said against them on social media. NO ONE! I asked a lawyer 15 years ago about suing the creep slandering me, but because the source is a coward who chooses to remaining anonymous, the lawyer said there's nothing I can do. And the lawyer said, even if I try to sue the slanderer, they'll just find another website on social media to attack me. This is the wicked world that we live in today. Believe me, if there was something I could do, I would, but there's not my friend. I suffer every moment of my life in constant chronic neck pain, burning nerves, prescription medication side effects, the entire right side of my body feeling half asleep, et cetera. I can barely keep up with my own ministry, without worrying about what God-hating evildoers are saying about me on the internet. Romans 12:19 says God avenges all evil; it's not our job to fight our enemies. Jesus said whatever someone does to you or me as saints, they have done it to Jesus (Matthew 25:40). In other words, "Jesus says: “Were in thing this called Christianity together; all for one and one for all.” Pastor Anderson has defended himself and his enemies don't give a flip, they're still hating on him. And Brother Anderson's friends didn't need an explanation in the first place, they would have continued by his side regardless if he did or didn't defend himself. So, it doesn't matter if I defend myself or not, because my enemies won't care and my ministry friends don't need an explanation. I know you mean well, but please leave this alone. God is my defender! Exodus 14:14, “The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.”

Thankfully, my ministry friend obliged and let the matter rest. He cleared up that he wasn't implying anything in his message. I appreciate his grace and understanding.

That being said, if someone wants to believe the evil slander against me without evidence to support it, then do so at your own peril because you must answer to God in eternity, and so do all of us. If I were guilty of all the horrible ungodly things Satan's minions are accusing me of, I'd be rotting in prison for the rest of my life; but as you see I am free and laboring for Jesus Christ day and night on social media, laying up rewards in Heaven (1st Corinthians 3:8).

The inspired King James Bible identifies Satan as “the accuser of the brethren” in Revelation 12:10b. We're never more like Satan than when we wickedly unjustly accuse others with our words. Proverbs 11:9, “An hypocrite with his mouth destroyeth his neighbour: but through knowledge shall the just be delivered.” There used to be a time in America when a man was deemed innocent until proven guilty. The old adage is still very true: It would be better to let nine guilty men go free, than to convict one innocent man.

Proverbs 20:6, “Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find?” I don't proclaim my own goodness. I never brag on myself. I don't claim to be a good Christian. I learned a very long time ago that neither I nor you can declare ourselves as being “good,” because only other people can say that about us. Proverbs 27:2, “Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger, and not thine own lips.” When people tell me that I am a “good man,” it means the world to me. God desires for His children to “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 5:16). I want people to esteem that I am a good man as a born again child of God, but neither I nor you can say that about ourselves.

And just as we cannot boast of our own goodness, likewise we cannot defend ourselves. Once someone accuses you it is IMPOSSIBLE to defend yourself, because unless someone has followed you around everywhere you've gone, for every moment of your life, there is no way to prove your innocence. Even if you say, “I didn't do it,” the question mark will always remain. The stigma sticks! We live in a very ungodly slanderous culture in America!

That is why wicked people always accuse their victims based upon the original court charge(s), while totally disregarding and ignoring the final court outcome. So, it doesn't matter to hateful critics if a man was found innocent in a court of law and the charges were dropped, his enemies will still condemn him for the rest of his life based upon the original dropped charges, and that is incredibly dishonest, hateful and evil to do to anyone. The children of Satan who create such evil slander are digging their own graves in Hell.

People are going to think whatever they want to think regardless of what we say. I heard Pastor Jack Hyles (1926-2001) say time and time again that he refused to defend himself against enemies. But Brother Hyles would fight to the very end to defend his family, friends and ministry from enemy attacks. God fights my battles because I am His servant.

To him that believeth, no explanation is necessary; to him that believeth not, no explanation is possible.

This blog will be sent to anyone in the future who asks me about the slander against me on social media, or if someone wants to know why I refuse to defend myself. I have much better things to do with my ministry time than to wallow in the muck and mire with the pigs.

I Have Started A New Ministry Blog At 'WordPress'

I didn't even realize that I had created an account of WordPress back in 2019, but for whatever reason I didn't do anything with it. But for the first time on Tuesday I created a new ministry blog at WordPress called 'Stewar1611.' I have already written several new articles and by God's grace plan to write regularly on WordPress to bring glory to God. ...

WordPress is not as user-friendly as Blogger, not even close. It will take me some time to learn how to use WordPress. I have been so impressed with Google's Blogger tool, which is very user-friendly, and by God's grace I plan to continue without slacking off writing on Blogger. But as the old adage goes: “Never put all your apples into one basket.” Ecclesiastes 11:1, “Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days.”

My entire purpose for creating these blogs is to hopefully preserve and perpetuate my ministry writings after I relocate to Heaven one day and am gone from the earth. My good ministry friend Curtis Smale (1965-2022) was the one who encouraged me to start a blog ministry. Curtis' WordPress blog is living proof of why I am making these blogs. He's been in Heaven for four years already, but his prolific writings for Christ are still being read, making an impact for the Lord Jesus Christ. Curtis and myself often conversed about the evils of Lordship Salvation, exchanging 1,500 emails over a 5-year period. Curtis also left behind his YouTube channel. I miss my friend. Curtis was a great guy!

Anyway, I hope that you will drop in regularly to read my new WordPress blog as well. To God alone be all the praise, credit and glory, for Jesus said without Him we can do nothing. Christ is the Vine and we are the branches (John 15:1-5). Jesus is precious!!!

I Have Made .PDF Books Of All My Ministry Blogs

Proverbs 23:23, “Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.”

On Tuesday, May 12th, 2026, Google's Blogger Team complained about an article I had written about Evangelist Scott Pauley. Evidently someone complained about the article. Google also removed my 'Get God's Free Gift Of Eternal Life' blog for no reason. I have always been slow to process things that happen. That's why I have a writing ministry, I am vulnerable in conversation. That is, I am easily taken advantage of in person. For that reason, I avoid talking on the phone if I can help it. I love my writing ministry.

That being said, late Tuesday night it dawned on me what Google's Blogger Team has done. They were threatening me that if I don't follow their community guidelines, they'll terminate and delete all my hard work forever. I got the message! Unfortunately, this is no way to do things, because I still have no idea what I did wrong! I reread the article about Scott Pauley and the only thing I can see potentially wrong is that I called a pastor a fool, devil and dingleberry. So, I will never do that again. Got it, no name calling! I sure hope that was my offense, because Google's Blogger Team didn't tell me. I would have much rather preferred that they contact me directly and simply tell me exactly what my offense was, but that's not how they do things.

You can go check for yourself on A.I. (I used Duckduckgo's A.I. Search Assistant) and it says you CAN use words like fool, devil and even dingleberry (a humorous word) on Blogger, but such words can cause conflict and should be carefully used. So I am confused. Google's Blogger Team is unfair (respectfully said in my humble opinion) to place the burden of knowing what I did wrong, without explaining anything to me. That being said, moving forward I will tone down my harshness with using adjectives. I won't change my strong opposition to heresy and false teachers. You can still read my article rebuking Evangelist Scott Pauley on my personal website, but I have kindly removed the words “fools,” “devils” and “dingleberry” to be ethical.

This is the highly risky danger of using a service like Blogger. They can just erase several years worth of work with the click of a mouse. They have zero obligation or loyalty to their users who invest many years and thousands of hours of hard labor into their writings. God knows that I have awoken hundreds of nights in the wee hours of the morning and started writing articles because I couldn't sleep. It is so wrong that someone can just erase all of someone's hard work without explanation. I don't know if Google uses a three strikes system like YouTube, or if I have even earned one strike, nor what I did wrong. This is so frustrating.

I admit that I feel a bit reluctant to write from this point moving forward, not knowing what I did wrong, for fear of having years of work destroyed by some person who is very likely not a God-fearing Christian at Google, who would likely frown upon my fundamentalist Bible preaching. That being said, I cannot dip my sails and compromise my beliefs in fear.

So, I will be careful not to call people potentially disparaging names in the future (although I sincerely don't see anything wrong with my original blog about Scott Pauley), but without backing down from taking a stand against religious cults like Pensacola Christian College. That is not name calling to say that they are a “cult,” that is my honest opinion as a Bible preacher who loves truth and righteousness. I found FOUR different plans of salvation at PCC, and that is not okay. It shows that money is more important to them than truth.

By God's grace, I used BlogBooker.com (it cost $29) yesterday to convert 6 years of articles at my 'Gift Of Eternal Life' and 'Stewart 1611' ministry blogs (and my other ministry blogs) into .PDF book format, which you can download for safe keeping if you'd like. The .PDF book for 'Gift Of Eternal Life' contains 3,556 pages (197 MB). The .PDF book for 'Stewart 1611' contains 9,376 pages (545 MB). The books aren't perfectly formatted by the BlogBooker service, but the content is all there for safe keeping.

When I created the blogs, some titles were not available, so I had to choose an alternative title; hence, the different page title versus the blog title for some of my blogs...

Google's Blogger Team scared me Tuesday night when they removed my 'Gift Of Eternal Life' ministry blog (808 articles) without warning, just because they could, and essentially told me to go hire a lawyer if I don't like it. No doubt that was their intended purpose. But to take such a drastic measure without bothering to tell me exactly what I did to violate their Community Standards is no way to do things. I humbly think people have a right to know exactly what they did wrong, instead of leaving them to guess, wonder and hope that they figure it out so they don't repeat their alleged offense, on penalty of losing everything. That is a very shaky system, and I think very unfair.

That being said, I appreciate that Google's Blogger Team reinstated my 'Gift Of Eternal Life' blog after several hours of scaring the hell out of me. But they only did it when I deleted my article titled, 'The Utter Hypocrisy Of Evangelist Scott Pauley.' I moved the article to my personal website and changed the title (I just thought it was a good idea, and I added more content to the article). I also removed any potential name calling to be safe.

Kindly said, I still don't know what I did wrong at Google, but I'm guessing it was the colorful adjectives that I used. Google really needs to do better. If they are going to take such a drastic action as to remove 808 articles (that took me 6 years to write), and then tell me to pursue legal action if I don't like it, they should at least have the decency to tell me exactly what I did wrong, instead of leaving me to guess and speculate. I cannot read minds. It's just no way to do things.

I apologize to my blog readers for the interruptions. I'm going to do all I can to safeguard and backup my ministry's data to preserve it for future generations. I am looking into WordPress and other platforms. One day at a time. Please pray for my health and my ministry dear friends. These are not my blogs, they belong to the LORD. Betraying The Inspired Word Of God

Mark 14:21, “The Son of man indeed goeth, as it is written of him: but woe to that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! good were it for that man if he had never been born.”

Truth does not need defense—it only needs witnesses! I was listening to the King James Bible today and heard our text verse. The Holy Bible warns that it is better for a man that he were never born, than that he should BETRAY the Lord Jesus Christ. I immediately thought about the Biblical truth that Jesus' name is called “THE WORD OF GOD.” Revelation 19:13, “And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.” Therefore, if any man betrays the Written Word, has also betrayed the Living Word.

JESUS IS THE WORD OF GOD!!! These modern Bible versions, which are all corrupt, attack the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ. Carefully notice what God said in Genesis 3:15,“And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.” God said that He has put “enmity” (made enemies between) God's incorruptible seed and Satan's corruptible seed. The “seed” is the Word of God. Luke 8:11, “Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.”

Notice carefully that a woman has no seed. When a child is conceived, the seed ALWAYS comes from a man. A woman cannot conceive a child without the seed of a man. For Jesus to be born, seed was required! Where did that seed come from? It came from God the Holy Spirit, and that seed was the Word of God. This explains John 1:14, “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” Jesus was conceived in the virgin womb of Mary by the eternal seed of the Word of God. That's good preaching!!!

All of Jesus' disciples forsook Him during His darkest hour of persecution. Mark 14:50, “And they all forsook him, and fled.” They forsook the Lord, but they did not betray Him. I looked up the different meanings of the word “betrayal.” According to the English dictionary, to forsake someone is betrayal. So, according to the English dictionary, all of the disciples betrayed the Lord. However, that is not the Biblical meaning of “betrayal” in Mark 14:21, where we find the word paradidōmi, which means, “to surrender up, that is, to yield up.”

Basically, it means to feed someone to the wolves!!! It means to throw someone under the bus!!! Judas threw Jesus under the bus! Judas sold out the Lord, instead of selling out to the Lord. Judas deliberately harmed the Son of God, delivering Him into the hands of the wicked Pharisees to be unjustly accused, unjustly tried and unjustly murdered upon a cross!!!

In sharp contrast, the disciples were simply afraid and fled, which is human frailty, but they did not raise up their hand to do evil against the Lord to harm Him, as did Judas. The disciples did not betray innocent blood. Notice what Jesus said at the Lord's Supper in Matthew 26:21, “And as they did eat, he said, Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.” Jesus said “ONE OF YOU” shall betray me, not ALL OF YOU! Matthew 10:4, “Simon the Canaanite, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him.” Woe unto the man who BETRAYS the Son of God!!!

The Alexandrian Bible Version Crowd Are Betraying The Only Begotten Son of God

May I say, kindly but truthfully, today's wicked Bible colleges (like Bob Jones University and Moody Bible Institute), and the corrupt pastors and lukewarm churches, who are using, selling and promoting the demonic Alexandrian Bible versions, which are CORRUPTIBLE SEED, are betraying the Word of God. THEY ARE BETRAYING THE SON OF GOD, throwing Him under the bus!!! Judas betrayed the Lord for 30 pieces of silver (money). Bob Jones University (BJU) are in the religious business, making a living by betraying the Word of God! BJU are helping Satan by using, selling and promoting the Alexandrian manuscripts!!!

Some of the most friendly religious men, dynamic pastors with charming personalities and sincere eloquent evangelists, are unwittingly the enemies of the Lord. Despite being repeatedly warned, they shirk away from controversial issues (such as the Bible debate) and choose to reside in the middle of the road. Dr. Curtis Hutson (1934-1995) was right, the only thing you'll see driving in the middle of the road are dead skunks! BOB JONES UNIVERSITY ARE HELPING THE DEVIL (read their own foolish words concerning the Bible and see for yourself). How Bob Jones University And Their Graduates Help Damn People To Hell. Folks, it's a big deal to God. The inspiration of the Word of God is no trifle matter. Moody Bible Institute makes light of the verbal inspiration of the Bible!!! Bob Jones University make light of the verbal inspiration of the Holy Bible. “THE REAL BATTLE” (a needful MP3 sermon by Dr. Jack Hyles, “Bob Jones... they make light on the verbal inspiration!”).

The Real Battle Is Over THE BOOK!!!

The Holy Bible equates being a godly man with the purity of the Word of God...
Psalms 12:1-3 and 6-7, “Help, LORD; for the godly man ceaseth; for the faithful fail from among the children of men. They speak vanity every one with his neighbour: with flattering lips and with a double heart do they speak. The LORD shall cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaketh proud things ... The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.”
Carefully notice that the Bible doesn't say that the “thoughts” of the Lord are pure thoughts. It doesn't say that the “paragraphs” of the Lord are pure paragraphs. It doesn't say that the “books” of the Lord are pure books. It says that the “words” are pure words!!! GOD PROMISED TO PRESERVE HIS PURE WORDS UNTO EVERY GENERATION!!!!!!! This is the real battle that we face in America today!

THE REAL BATTLE TODAY IS OVER THE BOOK!!! When you're against THE BOOK you're against God! The real battle is not over abortion, it's over THE BOOK! If the Book is true, then abortion is murder!!! The issue today is not over homosexuality, it's over THE BOOK! If the Book is true, then homosexuality is a dirty sin!!! The issue is over THE BOOK!!! The battle is over “Thou shalt not kill.” The battle is not over capital punishment, it's over THE BOOK!

Pastor Jack Hyles (1926-2001) had it right, who boldly proclaimed the VERBAL INSPIRATION OF THE KING JAMES BIBLE...

...But not only do I believe in inspiration of the Scriptures, but I believe in the verbal inspiration of the Scriptures! “Verbal” meaning word-for-word inspiration! When Jesus comes again in the clouds of glory—Revelation 19:13 says, He has a name called 'the Word of God.' And in II Thessalonians chapter 2 when it talks about that time, when Jesus comes in the clouds of glory, it says He'll put down the Antichrist by the Spirit of His mouth.

Beware of anyone who talks about the “originals,” because there are NO ORIGINALS anymore. God has preserved every single one of His words, and they are STILL INSPIRED!!! Pastors And Churches Everywhere Are Betraying The Word Of God

All across the world today, primarily in the United States, the Word of God is being woefully betrayed. Biblica.com is betraying the Lord with their New International Version (NIV) translation. Zondervan is betraying the Lord by publishing the NIV. Nelson Publishers are betraying the Word of God with their ungodly New King James Version (NKJV), which teaches the lie that it is “HARD” to be saved in Matthew 7:13. Bob Jones University (BJU) are betraying the Lord by using, selling and promoting these satanic Alexandrian PERversions of the Bible.

There is a raging battle today over the purity, inspiration and reliability of the Word of God. Satan's grandest achievement over the past century has been the Alexandrian-based modern PERversions of the Scriptures, which were popularized in 1881 by Brooke Westcott and Fenton Hort, two unsaved Anglican ministers who denied the deity of Christ!!!

One of the saddest things in America today is the woeful indifference of major Bible institutions over the inspiration of the Holy Bible. Even a fool could see that something is very wrong with having umpteen Bible versions which all say something different. Most exegeters execute THE BOOK! Shame on Bob Jones University, Moody Bible Institute, Wheaton Bible College, Dallas Theological Seminary, East Texas Bible College, and other apostate hellholes that promote corruptible seed. I wouldn't give you a dime for any Bible college or church that uses and promotes two different Bible versions!!! GOD ONLY AUTHORED ONE BOOK!!!!!!! Genesis 3:15 says that God has placed “enmity” (making enemies of) incorruptible verses corruptible seed. Satan's corruptible seed is found in all the corrupt paraphrases today!

God's incorruptible seed is the inspired Word of God, which became incarnate in the flesh of the Lord Jesus Christ. 1st Peter 1:23, “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.” Notice carefully that a person CANNOT be born again of corruptible seed. I'm so sick and tired of apostate pastors attempting to justify the Devil's corruptible seed, by alleging that people have been saved through the Alexandrian Bible versions.

The truth is that if anyone has ever been saved involving corruptible seed, it is only because somewhere in the process the incorruptible seed of the King James Bible was present. In other words, some churches use BOTH the King James Bible and the Alexandrian PERversions. They piggyback on the King James Bible, so people can still get saved. However, the younger generation is slowly abandoning the King James Bible, and the churches are becoming filled with spiritual miscarriages (religious unsaved people).

God called me to preach as a youth. I love the Lord for putting a burning desire in my heart to stand for the truth. I am an imperfect person. If you're looking for a big sinner, you found him right here!!! I am a sinner, but redeemed and washed in the precious blood of the Lamb of God, hallelujah!!!

Do you know what wicked people do when a Christian stands for what is right, they search for any fault they can find to attack and discredit that Christian. That is why so many of my enemies, many fellow disgruntled Baptists, malign and slander me, because they hate the truth I am preaching!!! If you rebuke a wise man, he'll become wiser and love you for it; but if you rebuke a fool, he'll hate and despise you for it (Proverbs 9:8).

I make the fuss I do over Bob Jones University, because I was kicked out of an independent Baptist church for standing against the Devil's counterfeit Bible versions. It was their graduates that did it! So I did some homework. I dug out some old sermon cassettes by Dr. Jack Hyles, that I didn't even know I had, from 30 years ago, where he blasts BJU for making light of the verbal inspiration of the Bible. My eyes were really opened to one of the biggest problems in America today, our apostate Bible colleges that no longer believe in an inspired Bible!!! Go figure!

I think that's a big deal, worth getting upset over. We need a whole new generation of preachers!!! I think the purity of God's Word matters. I think First Baptist Church of Hammond has dropped the ball, horribly, betraying the Word of God by denying the inspiration of the King James Bible public since 2008. THAT IS WICKED! Get mad at me if you want, I am going to preach THE TRUTH, and if I perish, I perish!

To Hell with Bob Jones University and their satanic perversion-loving graduates!!! When Simon (a Christian) tried to purchase the power of the Holy Spirit, the apostle Peter told him he could perish with his money (Acts 8:20). The raging battle today is over THE BOOK!!!!!!! Most independent Baptists are sitting on the sidelines, merely playing church. They are sitting on the premises instead of standing on the promises. If there is one thing that we need today in our churches, it is a zeal over truth! THE WORD OF GOD IS TRUTH!!! THE KING JAMES BIBLE IS TRUTH!!!!!!!

Shame on any pastor who is indifferent toward the corrupt modern Bible versions!!! People in the church congregation are only going to get excited about what the pastor gets excited about. For that reason, I dread attending 95% of Baptist churches today, because the pastors merely uses sugar-stick sermons off the internet, with several points that all begin with the same letter, but they don't preach!!! I hate those cute sermon outlines, I really do! I like a preacher who says it like it is, bold and without apology with concern, shelling the corn, bringing down the roof, offending people in love, crying aloud THE TRUTH with sincerity, relying upon the Holy Spirit to make an eternal difference.

Wickedness In Sick Laodicean Churches Today

Pompous religious arrogance is destroying the churches. The big Bible colleges, like Bob Jones University (BJU... Bad Joke of a University), are shaping the nation into a cesspool of apostasy, through their adverse influence upon the churches! While Bob Jones University are promoting musical pennywhistles and the satanic English Standard PERversion (ESV), I am trying to get churches to use only the King James Bible and expose the Devil's Alexandrian PERversions!!!

I'm trying to get Christian women to wear culottes and dresses! I could show you church websites, with female staff members wearing black skin-tight sweat pants. PASTOR'S WIVES! I won't link to the local website on Guam. These are independent Baptists! It makes me not want to care either. That is how I feel. They reject me, shun me away, despise me, won't even wave back at me when I wave in kindness to them, all because I am standing up for the King James Bible. It discourages me every time I see them. I have done nothing except tell THE TRUTH!!!

The Most Discouraging Thing To Me As a Christian is the Shallow Bob Jones University Crowd. They just don't care how they dress. They don't care about the Word of God. They don't care about the integrity of the Gospel. They invite Ravi Zacharias to speak at their church. They promote John Macarthur to their congregation. But they despise and shun me away, refusing to even allow me to sit and hear the sermons, and fellowship with other believers.

They are selfish and only care about their little world they've made for themselves, to hell with their brother in need. That is wicked as can be, but again, they couldn't care less. They are respecters of persons. They are merely playing church, enjoying the good life in their pride and arrogance, while spitting on the truth and Lord Jesus Christ. Their women wear slacks, their men are henpecked, their so-called “church” is popular because they are ecumenical.

But what they think is success is really apostasy and ungodly sin. Revelation 3:15-17, “I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked.” Jesus warned that many that are first shall be last. Some of the most wicked people are religious people, who don't care. I CARE!

I AM KING JAMES BIBLE ONLY!!! I HATE THE COUNTERFEIT BIBLE PERVERSIONS, BECAUSE LOVE GOD'S WORD!!! Psalms 119:104, “Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.” It takes a good man to stand against bad men! There are shameful pastors whom I love, and pray for regularly, and have no ill-feelings against; but as a preacher I'm taking a stand against their apostasy and sin. The greatest of all sins is pride. Truth does not need defense—it only needs witnesses!

Humans by nature tend to go into denial concerning things that they don't want to accept or believe. We see this evil loyalty today with the ungodly Democrat and Republican parties. No matter what wickedness Democrat leaders commit, their demented supporters rally behind them. The Republicans are not better, taking our nation to war again and again, while the stupid churches rally behind the politicians. In a March 2007 interview with Amy Goodman, General Wesley Clark (born 1944) revealed the Globalist's long term plot to overthrow the Middle East with military power, which is what is happening right now in Iran.

The churches have fallen hook, line and sinker to go along with the sinister New World Order. The stage is being prepared for the coming Man of Sin, the diabolical Antichrist. Fox News journalists are highly paid professional liars, whose ungodly purpose is to shape public opinion among conservatives and Christians. Their reporters have attitudes, intentionally so, proactively controlling the narrative of the far right. Fox News is undeniably controlled opposition, whose journalists (e.g. Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly) are paid tens of millions of dollars to perpetrate the lies. These bought and paid for Roman Catholic men are evil!

These Bible publishers today couldn't care less about the purity of God's inspired Words. All they care about is making money. As Pastor Max D. Younce wisely points out, many of today's Bible revisions are not even based on any ancient manuscripts, they are merely fabricated. Words matter to architects, attorneys, educators, judges, contractors and politicians; but for some insane reason today's incompetent clergy would have us to believe that words don't matter to God. Dear reader, you better believe that words matter to God!

Today's wicked neo-evangelical pastors and Bible colleges are in denial. They only see what they want to see. Anyone who knows the truth of God's Word is fully aware that Lordship Salvation is a counterfeit plan of salvation. Yet, tens of millions of corrupted church members nowadays continue to go along with the Satanic fraud that God won't save you unless you first surrender your will to turn from your sinful bad habits, follow Christ and change your behavior. Behavior modification has absolutely NOTHING to do with being born again.

On the amazing Day of Pentecost in Acts chapter two, the Bible says 3,000 Jews simply “gladly received” (Acts 2:41) the Gospel that the Apostle Peter preached and were saved. They simply believed the GOOD NEWS! It was that simple, easy and free to be saved. No one was interrogated to see if they were first willing to turn from their sinful ways, accept Jesus as the supreme “Lord” of their life, or change their bad behavior. Today's wicked pastors have adopted the Devil's counterfeit plan of salvation, with no regard for THE TRUTH.

I humbly believe this is why Jesus said in Matthew 5:8, “Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.” If you seek for the truth, you will ultimately end up at Jesus' feet.

In 2018, when the organization Biblica freely shipped 17,000 New International Version (NIV) bibles to Cuba, the Cuban government admirably rejected the entire shipment! I love it!!! Amen and amen and amen! Good for Cuba! The communist leaders of Cuba have more spiritual Horsesense than America's stupid incompetent pastors and Bible colleges. Even more remarkable is that Cuba's government said they only want King James Bibles. IN YOUR FACE BIBLICA!!! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!! Get thee behind me, Satan!

America's churches today are so stupid and wicked. Pensacola Christian College (PCC) is in bed committing spiritual adultery with the ungodly Calvinist Bob Jones University cult in Greenville, South Carolina. Birds of a feather flock together! They are partners in spiritual crime, which pays very well. PCC takes in about $175 million each year in revenues. Sadly, they love money but have no regard for THE TRUTH, which is why I found four conflicting plans of salvation at PCC. SHAME! I befriended PCC's pastors with the truth that Bible repentance does not mean to turn from your sins to be saved, for which I was banned by Pastor Jeff Redlin (their senior Bozo cult leader) since 2022 from attending Campus Church. God will punish PCC's arrogant, wicked, incompetent and wilfully blind cult leaders for perverting the Gospel. RIGHT DOCTRINE MATTERS!!!

Have you ever wondered why there are 21 million Seventh-Day Adventists, 18 million Mormons, 110 million Lutherans, 2 million Church of Christ members, 8 million Jehovah's Witnesses, et cetera? That is very interesting how people divide among the various religious denominations. The reason why is because people by sinful nature only see what they want to see. All of the groups I just mentioned are dangerous religious cults, who all pervert the Gospel. All of these groups teach works for salvation.

Many people have been deceived by Seventh-Day Adventism (SDA), who claim to believe in a salvation by grace alone through faith alone, but if you look closer at what the cult actually believes, they redefine faith to mean obeying the Ten Commandments. Proverbs 21:1, “The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.”

I don't know what happened tonight. I had received two very disturbing emails earlier this evening, informing me that my 'Get God's Free Gift Of Eternal Life' blog had been permanently removed. My ministry blog was gone! I was devastated because I've invested thousands of hours of labor over the past several years since May of 2020 writing 808 blog articles just for that one blog. I thought for a few hours that I had lost it all forever! When Google locks your account, you cannot even access your blogs to retrieve your information. That is scary!

I have checked into other free blogs and there is nothing like Google Blogspot. I wouldn't mind paying at all, but that would defeat the entire purpose for which I started a Blogspot account, to preserve my ministry writings when I'm gone someday. If I had to pay, then when I die and don't make the required payment, bye bye everything. So, I really appreciate Google.

Thanks be to God, Google's Bogger Team changed their mind, for which I am so very grateful. THANK YOU Google! I am a loving man, despite my fundamentalist Bible preacher's bark and growl. I just want to be a blessing to people for Jesus Christ. I am very opinionated and I do get worked up emotionally at times with passion in my writings, but that's why a lot of people come to read my articles. I write from the heart. I wouldn't know any other way to write.

I have never bashed homosexuals, Jews or African Americans (groups that are commonly bashed) and I never would, because it is wrong. I believe that as human beings we should respect everyone, regardless of whom they are, treating them with love and respect as human beings. If anything, I am hardest in my Bible preaching against fellow Baptists. Titus 1:13, “This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith; Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.” I am obeying God to REBUKE THEM SHARPLY who corrupt the Gospel.

That being said, here is the reversal email that Google sent to me, for which I am very relieved. I had taken Miss Pickles (my Cockapoo dog) for her evening walk and I prayed all the way for God to please do something. I don't know if God answered my prayer, or if Google just did the right thing after reviewing someone's decision, but I am grateful regardless. I always give God the benefit of any doubt. This is His ministry after all. I am His humble servant. ...

I may have a loud bark in my ministry's writings at times, but I am just like the nice old guy behind the curtain in the classic 1939 movie, 'The Wizard Of Oz.' And my dog, Miss Pickles.

God Is Not Impressed With Spectacular Prayers

Matthew 6:7, “But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.”

I recently heard a ministerial student pray for me. I didn't laugh but wanted to. He prayed something like this...

Dear Father of spectacular lights and all created beings, great God of the cosmos and all personalities in the universe, I pray with all superlatives and depth of richness from my soul. Please bestow your grandeur blessings upon this struggling servant of yours. We pray for the beneficial magnificent of thine orderly blessings.

Something like that. I cannot even repeat his formal speech, but he lost me after the first sentence. I thanked the younger fella for praying for me because he did it from a sincere heart. But I felt compelled to write this article to teach others that when you pray, just be yourself. It is annoying to me when people pray using big words, and in my humble opinion are being hypocritically sanctimonious in nature, laying it on thick with the religious lingo. There is just something sweet about hearing a simple common man pray. You can keep all that bigger than life, Hollywood style, theological deeper life, stuff-shirt type pompous prayers. That doesn't impress me at all, and I think I can confidently say neither does it impress God.

I heard Pastor Jack Hyles say that he doesn't like praying in public, and I couldn't agree more. Dr. Hyles says that when we pray in the presence of others, we are carefully articulating out words to impress other people. Whereas when we pray at home alone, or in the solitude of our soul, we just talk to God as we would a friend (and that's how prayer should be).

I am against religion formalism in church. When I attended the Discovery Class for the First Baptist Church of Pensacola in 2022, one of their assistant pastors said that their church prides itself in “formal worship.” That didn't impress me one bit. In stark contrast, my hero of the Christian faith Pastor Jack Hyles wrote a whole chapter against formalism in his 1993 helpful book titled, “Enemies Of Soul Winning.” In am referring to chapter 3, “Formal Worship: An Enemy Of Soul Winning.” Nothing has killed churches today like formal worship!

At the First Baptist Church of Pensacola they do not sing the old hymns of the Christian faith that I grew up with and cherish. Instead, they sing spiritually lifeless Episcopalian type formal songs that are a sure cure for insomnia. The church is weird. They host a contemporary church service at 8:15 am, and then a formal worship service at 10:45 am. I always say that the contemporary service is too contemporary for me, and the formal service is too formal for me.

In neither church service do they sing the wonderful old hymns of the faith. They don't sing songs like: At Calvary, What A Friend We have In Jesus, I Am Resolved, At The Cross and Nothing But The Blood. Sorry, you won't find those foundational songs of the Christian faith in America at the First Baptist Church of Pensacola. Instead, you'll find 7-11 songs. That is, 7 words repeated 11 times. I dread today's lifeless neo-evangelical church music!

You'll sadly also find the Devil's lie of Lordship Salvation. You'll find that nearly all the women wear their worldly pants. The preaching is lame at best, and dead. The church does a lot of charitable work for the community, but that doesn't make them good people. Please listen to Evangelist Justin Zhong preach this applicable sermon titled: 'Balaam, Son Of Bosor.' Even the Apostle Judas was given the power by Jesus to cast out demons (Matthew 11:1); and yet the Bible says Judas was a known thief (John 12:6), and had a devil in him (John 7:70). I digress.

When Evangelist John R. Rice (1895-1980) was asked to pray for the meal they were about to eat at Hyles-Anderson College, everybody expected him to pray a lengthy sanctimonious pietistic type of prayer. But the elderly godly preacher simply prayed: “Thank you dear Lord for this food we are about to eat. Amen.” I want to be that man! I don't want to impress others with my praying. I dread praying in public, I really do, and I try to avoid it at all cost. In the last church that I attended, I intentionally didn't join, knowing that only voted-in members were allowed to pray publicly. They never asked me to pray and I couldn't have been happier not being asked to pray. My life of prayer is personal between me and my faithful God.

But if you are asked to pray in public friend, please don't sound like a religious nut. I mean, you can clearly tell when someone has prepared a prayer. If you ever watch someone pray at a White House prayer breakfast, they read off a teleprompter. Nothing is said from the heart. President Donald Trump has been known to use a teleprompter during speeches, including prayer gatherings at the White House. Prayers should never be read from a script. To do so just proves that it's all a carefully plotted ruse, not sincere.

Matthew 6:7, “But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.” I often think about this Bible verse, because it confirms that heathens can pray. As I mentioned earlier, Judas Iscariot had the power to cast out devils (Matthew 11:1). Hellbound heathens can pray, fast, tithe, fear God and give alms to the poor, as evidenced by Cornelius in Acts chapter 10. Cornelius didn't get saved until Acts 10:44. He was a good man, but lost, until he came to faith in Jesus Christ later on.

The 450 hellbound prophets of Baal during Elijah's time were all religious. The world is full of religious heathens (Matthew 15:8). Jesus confirmed that most of the world is going straight to Hell when they die (Luke 13:23-24).

When I am asked to pray publicly, I just keep it simple and try to talk to God as if no one else is there. Obviously that is not possible, and can be risky if you say something that you shouldn't say, but I always try to keep my prayer's length to a minimum. God already knows what we want and need even before we pray, so we don't need to pray lengthy prayers (Matthew 6:8).

Dr. John R. Rice was famous for teaching the truth, “Prayer is asking!” God wants us to cast all our cares upon Him (1st Peter 5:7). The Lord doesn't want us to be stressed out about anything, but to bring all of our needs and supplications (long term requests) to God in prayer (Philippians 4:6-8). God always hears our prayers, but we don't know what He will do. I agree with Pastor Curtis Hutson (1934-1995) that if we could see all that God sees, we would never question His motives again when He seems to ignore our prayers. God knows what is best!

I admit that I often feel like the meme below at the bottom of this page. It makes no sense to me oftentimes why God ignores the saints when we cry out to Him, but Jesus taught in Luke 18:1-8 that God the Father will oftentimes ignore His children to test us, because without faith it is IMPOSSIBLE to please Him (Hebrews 11:6). A faith must be tested.

The unjust judge ignored the widow simply because he couldn't have cared less about her as a hurting human being; but in sharp contrast, God ignores us because He does care and wants our faith to grow. Unshakable faith comes from having our faith shaken! Nothing shakes a believer's faith like unanswered prayers from our heavenly Father. What did Jesus say about that? Luke 18:1, “And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.” Just keep on praying, whether it seems God answers or not.

I have lived long enough to know, having been born again for 47 years since age 12 in 1979, that God oftentimes answers my prayers in ways which I hadn't seen until I was able to look back in hindsight decades later. The old adage is true: When you cannot see the hand of God at work, trust the great heart of God. “God” is not mentioned one time in the Old Testament book of Esther, yet we are given a privileged look into the lives of God's saints, so that we can see that everything worked out for good in the end (Romans 15:4).

Multiple Accusations Do Not Make A Person Guilty

1st Kings 21:13-14, “And there came in two men, children of Belial, and sat before him: and the men of Belial witnessed against him, even against Naboth, in the presence of the people, saying, Naboth did blaspheme God and the king. Then they carried him forth out of the city, and stoned him with stones, that he died. Then they sent to Jezebel, saying, Naboth is stoned, and is dead.”

We are living today in perilous times of wicked slander, hatred and allegations on social media. Literally, anybody can say anything about anyone in the court of public opinion, and there is no cross examination to defend the accused. Countless lives have (and are being) destroyed by allegations made on social media. This is the perverse “Me Too” generation, where anybody can claim to be a “victim” to gain attention, money and sympathy. Once someone accuses you, there is absolutely NO WAY to defend yourself to clear your name, and that is wicked. It should be the other way around, that unless there is solid evidence you cannot be deemed guilty.

Check this horror story out. I remember when I lived in Chicago, hearing about this horror story in the daily news, that I felt so sorry for this poor teacher, Albert Thompson (then age 43). I remember that the school fired the man before they had all the details to protect the school. Angry people in the public were protesting outside the man's personal home, throwing tomatoes and garbage at his house. Days later police investigators learned that those 11 children all ruthlessly LIED. ...

When 11 fourth-graders accused their substitute teacher of molesting them, authorities were ready to believe them. Even the teacher agreed that children so young rarely lie about such things.

This time, they did lie - prodded, police say, by a classmate who had offered them $1 apiece to accuse the teacher falsely. "What's so scary - and so sad - is that you've got 9-year-old kids sophisticated enough to know they can get a teacher by saying he fondled them," Chicago Teachers Union spokeswoman Jackie Gallagher said.

"You just don't want to think that our little kids who you're still reading nursery rhymes to are figuring they're going to stick it to their teacher."

Albert Thompson told police his class at Fuller Elementary School on Chicago's South Side became unruly during his May 9 assignment. He said some children ran out of the classroom, and he had to stand by the door to keep others inside.

When Thompson threatened to report their misbehavior, a 9-year-old girl offered to pay 10 classmates - nine girls and a boy - $1 each if they joined her in claiming that Thompson fondled them, police said.

Thompson, 43, never was charged. Police cleared him after some of the children made inconsistent statements and one admitted they had made up the story to get him in trouble. The 9-year-old also recanted, police said.

But he hasn't gotten another teaching assignment.

"We're in a society where you're guilty until proven innocent," Thompson said Tuesday. Political correctness and children's rights "overrode my rights," he said.

At the same time, even Thompson said the case was unusual. "For every case like mine, there are nine cases" where a child really was abused, he said.

"This is really the exception," said Bette L. Bottoms, an assistant psychology professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago who has researched the use of child witnesses in sexual abuse cases. "Let's not use this as an example to discredit children in general."

Lt. Robert Hargesheimer said the children probably had not thought through their actions and how the allegations "could damage this guy personally and professionally."

The district still must review the police report before giving Thompson more teaching assignments, said schools spokesman Dawne Simmons.

School officials are also trying to decide how to punish the youngsters.

Gallagher said the children will benefit more from counseling than severe punishment.

Albert Thompson is absolutely right, “We're in a society where you're guilty until proven innocent.” Thanks to DNA technology and testing, hundreds of wrongfully convicted men have been exonerated and released from prison decades later who were falsely accused of a horrible crime. As of April 14, 2025, in the United States alone 375 men have been exonerated of criminal behavior by DNA evidence. It is tragic and evil that police investigators under public pressure to find a criminal often blame innocent people!

In Defense of Pastor Steven Anderson

I posted this blog because all the hordes of hell lately have come against Pastor Steven Anderson, accusing him of abusing his wife and children. The evidence doesn't exist! Just because his four adult children (who are barely out of their teens) claim they were physically abused, doesn't make it true. We must keep in mind that Brother Anderson is a well-known Independent Fundamental Baptist preacher, so he is hated by everyone for his biblical stand. God pity the preacher that the world don't hate!

If Steven Anderson were a plumber, Walmart manager or dog catcher, nobody would care what goes on under his roof at home. You know that to be very true friend. Pastor Jack Hyles was right, “No one can withstand the attack of a critic.”

A man sent me a message today slandering my ministry friend Pastor Steven Anderson, and included a link to Paul Wittenberger's new slanderous hateful documentary titled: 'Man of God: The Cord.' Here is what the critical man messaged to me about Brother Anderson...

“Such anger. Such Rage this man took out on his whole family. This is not the fruit of the Spirit love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, self control. How terrible.”

And here is my biblical reply to this critic, in defense of Pastor Anderson's justly presumed innocence...

Kindly said, what you are doing is evil. You are a fool if you believe that garbage. CPS has been to Pastor Anderson's home several times without warning and they've left impressed every time. If the Anderson's children were in harm's way, CPS would have removed the remaining eight children from their home, BUT THEY HAVEN'T!

I have four adult children all in their thirties now. When they were teenagers they were a handful. They went through a time of rebellion where they thought they knew more than Mom and Dad. I went thought the same rebellious stage as a teenager. The Anderson's children are no different, they are still kids caught between childhood and adulthood, juveniles.

Paul Wittenberger is a human piece of trash! He is a hateful bitter man who used to produce pornographic videos. Now he produces hateful slanderous videos attacking a godly fundamentalist preacher. Paul is no better than Christ-denier Eric Skwarczynski at the 'Preacher Boys' toilet channel on YouTube. Pastor Anderson is not perfect (no preacher is; I'm sure not), but there is NO EVIDENCE that he has abused his family, only accusations. Accusations are not facts! I go through this all the time with Pastor Jack Hyles' enemies, who hate on him with slander without facts.

Paul Wittenberger and his ungodly accomplices are pulling Pastor Anderson's sermon words out of context, twisting the facts and distorting the truth in a wicked effort to push an agenda to destroy God's man. Here's the honest video that you should be watching, in which you can hear John Anderson talk about how good of a parent his Dad is (John later changed his story 180 degrees, indicting himself as a liar).

My father used to beat me mercilessly with a belt countless times and it hurt! I had marks! Sometimes I didn't deserve it, but most times I did (Hebrews 12:6-8). Sometimes he'd hit me all over and blame me for moving around while he spanked me. Right! NOTHING hurts worse than the slap of a leather belt!!! I thought my father was a jerk at the time. But today, I THANK GOD for my strict Dad that he spanked me, because I'm a law abiding citizen today! I'm not in prison. I'm not a drug addict bum surviving on the streets. I'm not a panhandler. I am a responsible man! I care. I fear God and the law. I owe that to my Christian Dad. If you have a problem with spanking children, you are a Bible denying fool and not right with God.

Paul Wittenberger with his magnifying glass is wickedly digging for dirt, connecting dots that don't exist, lifting Pastor Anderson's words and phrases out of context in his sermons to fabricate a false narrative to damage his name, reputation and ministry.

THE TRUTH is that Paul Wittenberger is a greedy man! He is angry at Brother Anderson for costing him his Alex Jones connection (and potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years). Alex Jones has several million followers. Pastor Anderson took a proper biblical stand against Alex for his worldliness and heresy which caused Alex and Pastor Anderson to part ways. This "Man of God" documentary by Paul Wittenberger is 100% slander! I heard Miriam criticizing her Dad for studying too much. That's a great father whom she should be proud of. There's not a perfect parent on planet earth, but this video is sinfully trying to connect a bunch of dots to wrongly demonize two great parents. Pastor Anderson is 100% correct in his teachings about spanking and disciplining children. Wicked society today does NOT follow, recognize nor regard God's Word.

The bottom line is that people will always believe what they want to believe, with total disregard for the truth if it doesn't fit their agenda. We see this every day in the ungodly media concerning President Donald Trump. In the eyes of the insane Democrats, President Trump cannot do anything right. They hate him without cause for what he stands for, the Christian conservative right.

Pastor Anderson is my ministry friend and I will defend him to the hills. I am a friend at midnight. I refuse to condemn a man based on mere unfounded allegations. I don't care of dozens of people accuse someone, that doesn't make it true.

In the Old Testament, wicked Jezebel conspired to have innocent Naboth murdered so she could steal his vineyard to give to Ahab her husband. Jezebel paid two thugs to lie about Naboth, falsely accusing him of treason and blasphemy to kill him unjustly.

Joseph was falsely accused. Jesus was falsely accused. Daniel was falsely accused. The Scripture gives us several examples of innocent saints who were FALSELY accused and suffered for it. One of the most unjust things you will ever do is to just believe accusations against a person without any irrefutable evidence to back it up.

Case in point was back in 1994 in Chicago, when 11 children falsely accused their substitute teacher Albert Thompson (then age 43) of sexually molesting them. A mean little girl paid 10 classmates $1 each to lie that their teacher sexually molested them. Due to the children's inconsistencies in their testimonies, one child eventually told the truth that they were paid to lie, but the damage was already done. The man had been wrongfully fired before the facts were gathered. The school never called Mr. Thompson again to teach. His home had been vandalized by angry neighbours. The stigma sticks!

It is unbiblical, evil, unethical and just plain wrong to believe accusations without irrefutable solid evidence to back up those allegations. You need to stop slandering Pastor Anderson based on nothing more than hearsay and rumors. His four children clearly have an agenda to bring down their father's ministry, and that is Satan!

For The Wages Of Sin Is Death

This horrible car accident was in the national news today. A woman who had just come from her dialyses treatment made a wrong turn in San Diego. She was barreling down the highway going the WRONG WAY! She died. Sadly, the young couple that she collided with were also killed. They were police officers and had just been married. All three of them died almost instantly. Today could be the last day of your life too! Death often comes unexpectedly.

The first photo above is a snapshot from this YouTube video (title: “Two SDPD Detectives Killed in Triple Fatal Crash | San Ysidro”), clearly showing one of the victim's lifeless arm. I am sad to see stuff like this, but as a Bible preacher it is my job to make people think about life and death, to prepare you for Heaven. I have no idea who these three people were, or where they went in eternity. I wrote this article simply to ask you dear reader: “Do you know for sure that if you died right now, would you go to Heaven?” I have asked that question to thousands of people in my life. That is what a soulwinner does!

I cannot plead with you enough dear friend NOT to blindly follow religious men! What did Jesus tell us to do? John 5:39-40, “Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.” The Bob Jones University crowd are arrogant in their theological error, driving the WRONG WAY into oncoming traffic, barreling down the highway to Hell, driving their unlicensed vehicle of Lordship Salvation! Please don't let the Bob Jones crowd take you to Hell with them! They are driving the WRONG WAY!!! Lordship Salvation is the wrong way! (an awesome sermon by Pastor Jack Hyles).

The Apostle Paul NEVER once told us to “repent of your sin” to be saved! Paul NEVER said to “surrender all” to Jesus as the absolute Lord and Master of our life, forsaking the old ways for good, committing our life to serve God. NO, Paul didn't teach that garbage to be saved. What did Paul teach? 1st Thessalonians 4:14, “For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.” Isn't that so simple? That is the blessed Gospel. All you have to do to go to Heaven is come to God as a guilty sinner, realizing your need for salvation, and BELIEVE the Good News that Jesus died on the cross in your place to pay your debt of sin. He was buried and three days later Jesus miraculously raised up from the dead physically. And THAT IS IT! (John 6:28-29). Pastor Jack Hyles does an excellent job exposing, Misunderstood Repentance.

I love what the Apostle Paul said in Galatians 3:1-3, “O foolish Galatians (Bob Jones University and Harvest Baptist Church on Guam), who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth (the Gospel), before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?” I love that wonderful phrase...THE HEARING OF FAITH.

That is how 3,000 people got saved on the Day of Pentecost in Acts 2:41, “Then they that gladly received his word (Peter's Gospel message) were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.” Those dear folks just heard Peter preach the Gospel, and they gladly received it. That is what Paul meant in Galatians 3:2b by “THE HEARING OF FAITH.” You get saved when you believe the Gospel as you hear it. Isn't that so simple? Sure it is, the way God intended for salvation to be.

So the next time you hear a false teacher like Gary Walton, Marty Herron, Steve, Pettit, Chuck Phelps or John MacArthur COMPLICATING God's simple plan of salvation, RUN away from them! Mark (identify) and avoid them (Romans 16:17-18). Expose them (Titus 1:10-13). The Bible says that we are saved solely by GOD'S RIGHTEOUSNESS, which is by faith in Jesus Christ (Philippians 3:9; Romans 10:3-4; Galatians 3:24-26). JESUS PAID IT ALL! ...

My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus Christ, my righteousness;
I dare not trust the sweetest frame,
But wholly lean on Jesus’ name.
On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand;
All other ground is sinking sand,
All other ground is sinking sand.

Lordship Salvation is a foundation of sand. Misunderstood repentance (i.e., turning from sin to be saved) is a foundation of sand. These modern corrupt Devil's Bibles will instruct you how to build a house upon the sand! Dear friend, you need JESUS CHRIST, the only true foundation (1st Corinthians 3:11). We find the will of God the Father concerning salvation in John 6:40, “And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.”

Please pay attention to what Jesus said! The dear Savior didn't say anything about running the race as Steve Pettit preaches. The Savior didn't bid Godspeed to such wicked evildoers as does Pastor Gary Walton at Harvest Baptist Church on Guam to Steve Pettit and John MacArthur! Jesus said the Father's will to get to Heaven is to BELIEVE ON HIM!

Some people directly asked Jesus what “works” God requires to be saved. The Savior gave them the simple answer in John 6:28-29, “Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.” Dear friend, over and over and over the Bible plainly teaches us to simply BELIEVE ON HIM to be saved.

So where in the world did Ray Comfort come up with the false claim that God requires a person to LIVE A LIFESTYLE of turning away from sinful behavior to get to Heaven? Harvest Baptist Church on Guam bids Godspeed to these devils in the pulpit! Steve Pettit is friends with John MacArthur, sanctioning his doctrines of devils. Folks, none of what these wicked infidels preach is THE GOSPEL, as I have just plainly shown you. We need to get mad (Make A Difference). I have been wearied lately, lonely without a church family, all because Harvest Baptist Church on Guam has done evil against me, ostracizing me since 2014 for telling THE TRUTH (the very truths that I have shared with you in this important blog).

Kindly said, the reason why I expose these false teachers by name is not to be mean or unkind, but as a canvas to help YOU see THE TRUTH. What saith the Scripture? 1st Corinthians 11:19, “For there must be also heresies among you, that they which are approved may be made manifest among you.” The Bible says we need heretics, so that faithful teachers like me, who preach doctrinally sound Bible can be made known. How do I know I am right? Why, it is simply because I am preaching what is taught in the King James Bible, as I have plainly shown you.

What Steve Pettit is preaching is something from a bizarre episode of The Twilight Zone. Jesus commanded us to SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES in John 5:39. Please don't take my word for it, go check for yourself the inspired Word of God in the King James Bible. I love you dear reader with God's unconditional love, which is why I write these articles. I make no money and never have from my ministry. I do what I do out of LOVE. I love God, truth and all people.

Sadly, very few (and I mean very, very few) pastors care about what I am saying. Your average fundamentalist church and pastor today shamefully don't want to suffer reproach for the name of Christ (2nd Timothy 3:13). They refuse to fight, withstand and take a stand (Ephesians 6:11-13). They don't want to be put outside the gate with Jesus. Shameful pastors like Chuck Phelps, Jared Baldwin, Joe Hansen, Marty Herron, Gary Walton, and thousands more infidels like them, are all pulling on the same rope as the Devil, perverting the grace of God. I am telling THE TRUTH, faithfully, as a born-again Christian and a Bible preacher should (Jude 1:3).

I have listened to this tragic video several dozen times while writing this article, hearing the Jaws Of Life used by the courageous firemen, who are cutting through the wreckage in an attempt to extricating three bodies from twisted metal and debris. It is clear toward the end of the video that no one survived. That victim's tattooed arm sticking out of the wreckage is startling. I cannot find a word to express how it makes me feel.

I am fairly certain that is the young man's arm. That is so sad and frustrating, to see someone's life gone in an instant. They had just been married. Life isn't fair! I know God is fair, but this life sure isn't. Pastor Jack Hyles preached a helpful sermon once that I often think about called: 'The Most Dangerous Question You Could Ask.' That question is “why.” Never ask God “why,” because it wasn't meant for us to understand everything in this life. That is why Philippians 4:6-7 tells us to pray about everything, and then claim the peace of God that “passeth all understanding.” That requires living BY FAITH friend. I speak to believers.

Have you been born-again dear reader? Have you ever come to a place in your life when you realized that you are a guilty sinner (Romans 3:10, 19-23), deserving of death and Hell as the penalty for your sins (Romans 6:23)? Did you acknowledge your need for the Savior, by BELIEVING the Good News (Gospel) that Christ died on the cross for your sins, was buried, and three days later He miraculously resurrected bodily from the dead? (1st Corinthians 15:1-6). If Jesus is your only hope for Heaven and you've trusted in Him, you are eternally saved (John 6:28-29; John 6:47). Nothing more is required. Nothing more is permitted. Faith is the only righteous thing that I can do! You don't go to Heaven because of what you do, but because of what Jesus did on the cross. We are saved by God's righteousness, which is through faith in Jesus Christ, and not by our own imperfect righteousness.

Please understand that I am not saying that these three people died because of some particular sin they committed. I am not implying anything like that. What I am saying is that we live in a fallen world because of sin. Romans 5:12, “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.” When Adam chose to sin, he opened the floodgate of sin and death upon the rest of the world. That is why we are all born sinful by nature, and by choice. I am a big guilty sinner, and I admit it! I don't want to sin, but as a sinner I still do (Romans 7:14-25). It is because we live in a fallen world that bad things happen to people.

King Solomon wisely said that “time and chance happeneth to them all” (Ecclesiastes 9:11b). That is what happened in this tragic car wreck. It seems crazy that the woman driving the wrong way didn't realize what was going on, with cars driving right past her going the opposite direction. I guess we'll never know, but in this world you never know what to expect! Always be on guard and expect the unexpected. Still, no one can escape time and chance. Death could come at any moment. Revelation 6:8 speaks of a pale horse whose rider's name is Death! Grim reaper? Hebrews 10:31, “It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”

I am SO GLAD that I know my name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life. I KNOW that I am saved! I know because God promised in the Bible “TO SAVE THEM THAT BELIEVE” (1st Corinthians 1:21b). If I were among the Bob Jones University crowd today I would be terrified, with their demonic heresy of Lordship Salvation. Jesus plainly warned everyone in Matthew 7:21 that “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord (there's your Lordship Salvation heresy), shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.”

John 6:40b plainly teaches that the will of the Father is to “BELIEVE ON HIM” (the Son). I believe, do you? Make sure you don't add anything to it, like the Bob Jones crowd foolishly do, requiring turning away from sinful ways. That is NOT the Father's will to be saved. The Father's will is simply to BELIEVE ON THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON (John 20:31).

Thou Art Troubled Over Much

Luke 10:37-42, “And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise. Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word. But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me. And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.”

I love this passage of Scripture because I can relate to it. The Greek word for “troubled” is turbazo which conveys the idea of stirring up sediment in a glass of water, reflecting Martha's anxiety and distraction with many tasks. Just like water can be made murky and unclear when disturbed, so also can the human mind be boggled down and cluttered with we start to worry, fret and become frustrated unnecessary.

Martha didn't need to make a fuss over her sister Mary not helping her in the kitchen. So often people cause needless emotional trauma for themselves by minding other people's business, thinking about things that don't involve us, and complaining because we think we're being treated unfairly. So often what we think about ourselves is not based upon what we think, or even what other people think, but upon what we think others are thinking about us.

Martha's mind was murky because she did that to herself. The best attitude we can have is to just do what we are supposed to do, and not worry or complain about others. There but for the grace of God, go I. Martha was a responsible adult. She had guests in her home and there was much to do to entertain them with food and drinks. Things weren't as convenient back then as they are today. She couldn't just grab a bag of Doritos or Cheese Puffs to hand to their guests. Pizza Rolls and microwaves weren't invented yet. Preparing food was a lot of work.

Martha's sister Mary was sitting at Jesus' feet listening to His every Word. That greatly upset Martha. After trying to handle everything herself, she finally got angry and complained to Jesus that Mary wasn't helping her. I humbly think if Martha had respectfully asked Jesus if Mary could please help her in the kitchen, He might have responded different, but she got upset instead and complained about her sister. So often we react wrongly to situations which make things worse. There is always a right way and a wrong way to respond to a given situation.

I think Martha's first mistake was that she didn't join Mary at Jesus' feet to hear His Words. I mean, it's not every day that God's only begotten Son visits your home! Would it have really mattered if she spent 15 minutes at His feet before preparing the food? That's just my opinion.

Second, when Martha went into the kitchen, she should have focused on her own work and not worry about what he sister was or wasn't doing. Jesus even denied Martha's request for Mary to come help her. Jesus refused her request, saying that “Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her” (Luke 10:42b). It is always a good thing to listen to the inspired Words of God (John 6:63).

I can relate much to Martha because I am a responsible person who likes to get things done today rather than tomorrow. Why do later what I can do now? I don't like to procrastinate. I like to get things done right away. But there is a negative flipside to being that kind of person, which is that I tend to worry, overthink and get frustrated easily, like Martha.

Martha was not a bad woman at all, she was just too serious and businesslike. Those who have followed my website ministry over the years years know that I tend to be on the serious serious most of the time. I rarely use humor. I am more of a serious type of preacher, getting right down to business, saying what needs to be said without beating around the bush. I like to get right to the point. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy laughing and good humor, but I tend to be a more serious kind of guy. I'm more of a follower than a leader. I enjoy supporting the Lord's soldiers on the frontlines from the rear, providing needed support for the team. I have had numerous pastors thank me over the past 24 years for my website ministry, for providing valuable resources for other preachers and Christian layman alike. To God be the glory.

We can learn a valuable lesson as believers from this biblical account of Martha and Mary. God recorded this incident for our learning, to help us not to become needlessly troubled like Martha. A lot of people can relate to Martha, as I can. There are a lot of people like Martha in the world who tend to think too much.

In Matthew 20:1-16, Jesus tells an interesting story about a man who owned a field. He hired some laborers early in the day who agreed to work for a penny. As the day progresses and he needs to get the work done, the owner hires more men, who also agree to work for a penny. Even at the eleventh hour, the owner hires more men to get the work done, offering them one penny for one hour of work. The men who worked all day became angry. They complained to the owner of the field, whining that he paid some workers a penny for only an hour of labor, when they worked all day for one penny. The owner reminds the men that it is his money to do with as he pleases, and he emphasizes the fact that they all agreed to work for twelve hours for one penny. He paid them exactly what was agreed upon.

I love this Bible passage because it settles a lot of disputes in the business world today. I have never liked worker's unions because they bully employers. Any worker can quit and walk out the door any time they want. No one forces them to work in unhealthy, dangerous or unfair wages. They stay because they choose to stay. The popular excuse is that “I need this job,” but that doesn't make it okay to form a union that forces companies to pay higher wages.

Sadly, corporations and employers historically have tended to abuse workers. But unions have become equally abusive, strong-arming companies with threats, violence and harassment. The inspired Holy Bible is very clear that a business owner has a right to pay whatever he wants, and if you don't want the job you don't have to accept it. But if you agree to work a certain number of hours in exchange for a certain amount of pay, you don't have a right to complain and accuse your employer of cheating you.

I once had a casual friend who was foolish in his thinking. A pastor had offered a homeless man a box of food and $10 for a day's work, for which the man gladly agreed. My friend accused the church pastor of taking advantage of the man, making him do hard manual labor for a ridiculously low wage. Kindly said, my friend was very wrong biblically. That pastor did nothing wrong! The homeless man agreed of his own free will to work all day for $10 and a box of food, which he received as promised. It upsets me how spoiled rotten this corrupt young generation is today, demanding minimum wage.

Look, if I offer you $10 to work for 8 hours mowing my grass, pulling weeds and laboring in my garden in the hot summer sun and you agree, I have done nothing wrong. I don't care if the minimum wage is $14 an hour, you agreed to work for $1.25 an hour.

Yet, some ungodly critic would accuse me of wrongdoing, because people are much troubled in their thinking. Just like Martha, millions of Americans whine and complain incessantly whenever they receive an apple instead of an orange, or their lollypop isn't the same color as the next guy's, or my hotdog is longer than yours. We all need to focus on walking by faith to please God, and stop looking at what everyone else is doing (or not doing).

What saith the Scripture? 2nd Corinthians 10:12, “For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.” I could drive myself crazy with comparing my life, wife, marriage, ministry, health, house, accomplishments and career with my peers that I graduated Bible college with in 1993, but the Bible says that would be foolish. It is unwise to make comparisons, simply because we are all dealt different cards in life. We all have had different opportunities, different luck, different paths, different families, different experiences, et cetera. Although we control some aspects of our own lives, there is also much that we have no control over.

I am now 59 years old. I cannot believe how fast the time has passed over the decades. The older I grow in grace, the more I realize how important it is to simply trust upon the Lord, and lean not upon my own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-7). I cannot see tomorrow, but God can. So, I need to trust He who hold the future. God fully understands that we are feeble, frail and weak flesh. Psalm 103:13-14, “Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him. For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.”

I choose to trust the Lord, instead of worrying about tomorrow. Today, all I can do is labor for Jesus Christ to preach the Gospel, contend for the faith, love my neighbour as myself, and live each moment to fear God and keep His commandments (Ecclesiastes 12:13).
