Members are entirely responsible if they do not maintain the confidentiality of their passwords and account information. Furthermore, members are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under their accounts and their domain name(s).

5. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless CZCC, its employees, officers, agents directors or successors, from all fines, penalties, losses, claims, expenses or other liabilities, resulting in or from connection with this Service Agreement.

6. 7. CZCC assigns subdomains under the .cz.cc second- level domain, provides DNS service, web forwarding service and nameserver service. CZCC collects information of visitors, including the domain name, visited pages, referring URLs, and other publicly available information. CZCC uses this information, which does not personally identifies the visitors, to help improve its web site and services, and to customize the content of its pages for each individual consumer.

DOMAIN ASSIGNMENT POLICY
Special exceptions to certain of the following restrictions may be proposed via e-mail to admin@cz.cc.

1. Registrants must agree at the time of registration that, to the best of their knowledge, the name they are registering does not violate trademark law in their own jurisdiction.

2. Members can register up to 5 domain names per free account. Members can donate and upgrade their account to VIP status and register up to 20000 domain names per VIP account.

3. Members can register only ONE account per person and IP address.

4. CZCC will not deactivate domains or delete accounts for other reasons then:

a. Members provide false or wrong contact details and/or name
b. Members register more then one account per person and IP address

In such case (a./b.) CZCC may delete that account or domain name without notice.

5. All free CZCC domain names will stay for free for lifetime. CZCC will never start to charge a fee for free domain names for registration or for renewals.

6. Registrants are not allowed to use CZCC domain names with any domain parking service like as example Sedo, DomainSponsor or any other domain parking monetization provider.

SITE CONTENT POLICY
1. No .cz.cc domain may be used, directly or indirectly, by any site that contains child pornographic material or links to child pornographic sites.

2. Members are solely responsible for the content you make accessible through CZCC.

3. CZCC is not obligated to monitor the Network to examine available content. Members hereby acknowledge that CZCC is made aware of content that is determined to be, in its sole discretion, unacceptable, undesirable, offensive, indecent, obscene, excessively violent or otherwise objectionable, CZCC has the right,but not the obligation, to edit, remove or deny access to such content.

www.co.tv has the rights to convert free services to paid services, paid services to free services; or to remove a part or all of the services temporarily or permanently.

For each registered domain name, a Sitebuilder (Ready Web Site Design Tool) is provided by www.co.tv freely.

Free Domain Name: Configuration of free domain names must be adjusted by members within 24 hours after their registration. Otherwise those domain names will be deleted.

You must add Google Analytics codes to the sites belonging to your registered domain name.

Invoicing: Since www.co.tv carries out its business activities within the body of Reg.com Internet A:Ş., seat of which is in Istanbul, the invoicing is also done by the said company.

Scope: Members are responsible for any agreements which may arise out of domain registration processes over www.co.tv and accuracy of information to be published in such addresses and domains.

Member Information: Member Information is formed of data, text, photo, graphic etc. entered by members to www.co.tv during registration. Responsibility for the accuracy of information belongs to members; www.co.tv provides the distribution of information online. Any information which is deemed to cause damage to www.co.tv or other users is removed in part of wholly. Member information left on www.co.tv is accessible by other users.

Registration Processes:

7.1 - Registration Terms: those who are members of www.co.tv accept that a) they will provide accurate, definite, updated information about him/her self and/or his/her company; b) they will keep information accurate and updated. www.co.tv has the right to remove entries if it determines that the information is deficient/wrong. If the registration is on behalf of a firm/institution, this text binds the represented firm/institution.
