Corruption one of the biggest issue and demon of present time that is making the public working on fake/false/illegal path. Many of the issues are left unsolved or wrong decisions are taken because of corruption. The demon has left no sector free, it is there in all sectors, one or the other way.

Corruption significantly is a type of dishonest or unethical conduct by someone entrusted with a position of authority, often to amass personal profit. Corruption could include several activities together with bribery and defalcation, though it may additionally involve practices that are legal in several countries.

TYPES OF CORRUPTION

Petty Corruption
Petty corruption occurs at a smaller scale and takes place at the implementation end of public services when public officials meet the public. For example: registration offices, police stations and many other private and government sectors.

Grand Corruption
Grand corruption is outlined as corruption occurring at the highest levels of government in a manner that needs important subversion of the political, legal and economic systems.

Systemic Corruption
Systemic corruption is corruption which is primarily due to the weaknesses of an organization or process. It can be contrasted with individual officials or agents who act corruptly within the system.

The Economic growth of a Nation is affected alot by Corruption. It basically helps in almost all illegal activities and thus results in a bad Society/surroundings, the people first start corruption at a very low level like for Traffic Challans, Registrar works, etc. But with the time passed they get used to it. The Corruption doing mindset makes them choose wrong way every time for every work. Now this demon shows it's real colours and till that time the person it totally involved in it or is in a big trouble because of it.
Doing wrong works or passing false projects/statements with small amount of money sometimes even costs many lives. The person who gets used to of doing wrong works, misusing powers, etc. for money then starts loving money so much that he even don't care for anyone's life.

CAUSES OF CORRUPTION

Corruption is wide spread in developing countries, not as a result of their people are completely different from people elsewhere
but because conditions are ripe for it, such as :
1. Motivation for financial gain is very sturdy due to:
a) Poverty.
b) Low salaries (wages).
c) High risks of all types (illness, accidents and unemployment); (lack of insurance).
2. Opportunities to interact in corruption are numerous, a lot of laws cause higher opportunities for corruption.
3. Weak legislative and judicial systems:
4. Law and principles of ethics are poorly developed.
5. Population relative to natural resources is giant.
6. Political instability and weak political will.

Types of Corrupt Gains

Abuse of discretion
Abuse of discretion refers to the misuse of one's powers and decision-making facilities.

Favoritism, Nepotism and Clientelism
Favouritism, nepotism and clientelism involve the favouring of not the perpetrator of corruption but someone related to them, such as a friend, family member or member of an association.

Ways to Control the demon - Corruption

The very first way is Education and Awareness.
Making Direct contact between the government & the governed.
Making demanding laws for punishing the corrupt and block each method of escape.
Increasing transparency of payments.

SHAHEED-E-AZAAM BHAGAT SINGH

Tributes to Shaheed Bhagat Singh on his birth anniversary. His passionate service & supreme sacrifice for our Motherland teach all of us great things and value of the Nation love. How the love towards the Nation can help build a great, Respected & Idol Nation/Country for all.
The great legend's life is filled with many teachings and morals one who reads thoroughly about the great Bhagat Singh finds a huge change in his daily life, the person can learn huge amount of things from a single life. The greatness of National Love by a person made him a role model for generations, his sayings & reasonings make us all respect our nation and give the answers y one should work for his Country.

Born on 27 or 28 September 1907 Banga, Jaranwala Tehsil, Lyallpur district, Punjab, British India (present-day Pakistan).
The great legend was so devoted towards the nation that he was among those in his village who welcomed protesters against the killing of a large number of unarmed people at Gurudwara Nankana Sahibon 20 February 1921, that too when he was just 14 years old.
He founded the Indian nationalist youth organisation Naujawan Bharat Sabha in March 1926 at age of 17.
He ran to Cawnpore (now Kanpur) in 1927 to avoid his arranged marriage and In a letter he left behind, he said:
My life has been dedicated to the noblest cause, that of the freedom of the country. Therefore, there is no rest or worldly desire that can lure me now.

In his last letter, Bhagat Singh wrote, " I have been arrested while waging a war. For me there can be no gallows. Put me into the mouth of a cannon and blow me off."

Died 23 March 1931 (aged 23) Lahore,Punjab, British India (present-day Pakistan)
On his hanging (death)
The New York Times reported: A reign of terror in the city of Cawnpore in the United Provinces and an attack on Mahatma Gandhi by a youth outside Karachi were among the answers of the Indian extremists today to the hanging of Bhagat Singh and two fellow-assassins.

His Theory
In the leaflet he threw in the Central Assembly on 9 April 1929, he stated: "It is easy to kill individuals but you cannot kill the ideas. Great empires crumbled, while the ideas survived."

Jawaharlal Nehru wrote about the legend: "Bhagat Singh did not become popular because of his act of terrorism butbecause he seemed to vindicate, for the moment, the honour of Lala Lajpat Rai, andthrough him of the nation. He became a symbol, the act was forgotten, the symbol remained, and within a few months each town and village of the Punjab, and to a lesser extent in the rest of northern India, resounded with his name."
The Legend's Popularity was respected by many.
Subhas Chandra Bose said that: "Bhagat Singh had become the symbol of the new awakening among the youths."
Pt. Nehru siid about the hero: "He was a clean fighter who faced his enemy in the open field ... he was like a spark that became a flame in a short time and spread from one end of the country to the other dispelling the prevailing darkness everywhere"
Four years after Singh's hanging, the Director of the Intelligence Bureau, Sir Horace Williamson, wrote: "His photograph was onsale in every city and township and for a time rivaled in popularity even that of Mr. Gandhi himself".
The great devotional working of a 14 year old boy made him so big that the Britishers tried to sentence him death or manage killing him many times. The hero became a Youth Icon and spread the fire of freedom requirement & youths role in the movement in the whole Country.
The present youth needs to be taught about the Legend Shaheed-E-Azam Bhaghat Singh, to motivate them and to lite the fire of Nation love in their hearts.
Remembering the greatness of a person on his birth anniversary is not enough, to actually give tribute to the legend we need to make the nation of his dreams, making his dreams true is the best way to give tribute to the 23 year old Legend who gave his everything so that the next generations could survive better.

PARENT - CHILD COMMUNICATION GAP

The youth these days is being involved in many wrong activities, choosing a wrong path is never a priority of human mind, the people on this path are there because of some reason or unsatisfaction from the other path. Unemployment, No Job Satisfaction, Daily Cruel News Updates or other personal problems there are many reasons why the person has chosen a way where he gets away from his family. We all call them bad and behave with them like if they are the criminals, Actually in reality we ourself make these innocent minds, criminals.
But no one thinks of the real reason which creates these devils/criminals who in reality are innocent who just need someone to hear them.

Scolding Children

The situation of these brains is actually similar to that of an orphan who has many things to say and ask but no one to listen. You read it right, situation of being an addict or a bad guy is formed when someone has nobody around to speak with, discuss the issues, the thoughts & different things. The mind desires rest and once no thoughts and queries ar shared they create the mind very serious and restless, therefore the person decides to require medicine to create the mind rest or opt for a wrong path to keep the mind busy.
A child has several queries of various levels, sort & even foolish, however they're all created by the human brain and are to be answered for the satisfaction of the brain. persistently oldsters scold child in such a rough or cruel manner that the kid starts being frightened of the parent, he's typically frightened by the anger of the parent and feels lonely.

Communication Gap

Here starts the issue of 'COMMUNICATION GAP Between PARENTS & CHILD'. The gap started between the two affects the child's mind & take him towards negativity, the child starts searching someone who could understand him but never tell it to the parent. The fear increases day by day and the child finds no one for his questions. At a stage he starts assumeing that if his oldsters think him a fool due to these queries, others may additionally suppose constant or he can be a fool truly. It sounds funny however isn't, a child thinking himself a fool because his parents don't feel like answering his queries or they feel he is a fool thinking those things. Many times the misunderstandings or short fights between the Parents effect the most on a child's mind. A calm and free atmosphere of home relaxes the mind the most, but if a child finds the Parent's fighting or arguing loudly he gets frightened which increases the communication gap between the parents and the child.
The generation GAP between the parents and the children may never be filled, 20 yrs (2 decades) is a huge time and the change in the society, the daily developments and other necessities also change. The people born 15-20yrs ago started using mobile phone at the age of 8-12 and the children born 2-3yrs ago were using mobile phone at age of 1yr or even earlier. The parents will have to understand the situation of the childs mind and tackle it accordingly, anger is not always the solution.

The Parent Child Friendly Communication

If we want to work on the bad attitude/wordings/nature/thoughts/choosen paths of the young generation we will first need a great bound between the parents and the children, the child if shares all the daily happenings with the parents will never go on the wrong path. But first of all the parents need to understand their children the Communication Gap should be decreased so that the child never feel lonely and is never heavy minded. Even if he's an adult of age 20+ even then he has very little experience of life. His way to see things & situations around depends on how much is he being supported by his parents/elders, sometimes parents also don't get to know about the things that the child is going through so it is very important to maintain the communication & friendly atmosphere between the parents and the children.

DRUG ADDICTION (नशे की लत)

One of the largest issue of the present time is DRUG ADDICTION. We all know that how much people around us are drug addicts, we criticise them, keep distance from them. We call the addicts the curse to the society, we see them as criminals. The huge amount of people saying them bad make everyone say the same. For the society the drug addicts are the major issue.

But no one knows the real reason which creates these devils/criminals who in reality are the victims/patients. The drug addicts run towards the source that makes their mind rest, the thoughts come and go but the addicts don't let them be on their minds.

The situation of these brains is actually similar to that of an orphan who has many things to say and ask but no one to listen. You read it right, the situation of being a drug addict is created when a person has no one around to talk with, discuss the problems, the thoughts, or has no work/job to do. The mind needs rest and when no thoughts and questions are shared they make the mind really heavy and restless, thus the person decides to take drugs to make the mind rest or to pass the time because of no job.

Many times parents scold child in such a rough or cruel way that the child starts being afraid of the parent, he is sometimes terrified by the anger of the parent and feels lonely.

The youth these days is suffering from UNEMPLOYMENT due to which they have a huge free time and no money. They search for different ways to pass the time but when they get no path to utilise the time they move towards DRUGS. The slow eating animal that kills their innocence/thinking ability and then starts the danger. The Drug Addicts need money to buy the Drugs which they don't have because of no job. Then they start stealing money, first from the home and then from the public. They now become a chain snatcher, pickpocket, etc. And after this people take their advantage and make them murderer by paying them for money. The drug affect make them so lame by mind that they don't even think before killing someone for Money & Drugs

These patients are now the killing machines with no heart, because of no senses working they do anything for the Money or Drugs.

If we want to work on the drug addiction we will first need a great bound between the parents and the children, the child if shares all the daily happenings with the parents will never go on the wrong path. But first of all the parents need to understand their children the Communication Gap should be decreased so that the child never feel lonely and is never heavy minded. The person there with no job can be stopped from adopting the wrong path by just being close to the family. On the other hand we need to provide more & more jobs to the youth to keep them busy.

A Child More Close to the Family is More Far From the Drugs and More Far From the Family is More Close to the Drugs.

Also,

A Person more involved in work is more away from drugs.

The increase in social issues is showing the worst part of the society. Everyday news in full of different social issue acts, victim statements & articles which many of us don't even read. Our present time is at a stage where Social word is limited to the Social Media only that too for fun. People simply skip the social issues articles or other related stuff. From a short time people have started standing against the issues but we need to do it by heart, burning candles after an act is no solution if we don't try to stop it. The lack of social awareness causes social issues. The main problem of present time the social issue where one harases the other for money/fun/anger or any other reason, which some time causes the loss of life. A long time ago there were social issues like Child Marriage, Untouchability, Dowry, Caste system, Sati practice, Low status of women, etc. But today these are changed to Child labour, Corruption, Female Harasment ( which includes Rape, Acid Attack, Dowry) use of Abusive language, Drugs, Unemployment, Education Marketing, Overpopulation, Superstition, Poverty, Beggary, Alcoholism. The huge increase in the issues is showing the status of the society. We talk about development of society but we don't work for the mental development of people. Till we all are not mentally strong about our actions, our duties towards society we can't develop and the development of society where female harasment, drugs or corruption is being practiced is a curse. We all need a place to live safe so it is better to make the surroundings better rather than taking about it in closed rooms. Any type of issue increases when taken lightly or left on time. The present time needs the change, Change in the thinking regarding any issue or act, Change in the way to deal with it, Change in Person Changes the Society, Society never Change a Person. We all have to understand the need of the time. If this is controlled now we will be able to make hands on it again. By just saving more & more money we can not secure the future of coming generations, firstly we need to provide them a good and healthy Society which is free from Social Issues.
