Piept de pui( cel pe care l am avut eu, era de aprox 350 grame)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;. Piper&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;. Boia dulce&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;. Sare&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;. Vegeta de găină&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;. Fulgi de usturoi&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingrediente pt panada/ pasta de ou&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;. 2 oua&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;. 1 lingura plina de muștar&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;. piper&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;. Fulgi de usturoi&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;. Separat într-o farfurie/ bol, avem nevoie de faină alba, in alt bol fulgi de porumb puțin zdrobiti.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;. Ulei pt prajit&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&#128105;‍&#127859; Mod de preparare:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1. Pieptul de pui se porționează.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. Se poate tăia ca pentru șnițele, fâșii sau se pot forma bile.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. După porționare, condimentăm carnea cu un amestec de: piper, boia dulce, sare, vegeta și pudră de usturoi.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4. Se lasă deoparte.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5. Într-un bol punem: 2 ouă, o lingură de muștar, piper măcinat proaspăt și fulgi de usturoi.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6. Amestecăm bine până obținem o compoziție omogenă.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;7. Luăm câte o bucată de piept de pui și o trecem: prin făină → prin ou → prin fulgi de porumb.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;8. Așezăm bucățile într-o tavă tapetată cu staniol sau hârtie de copt.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;9. Într-o tigaie sau cratiță punem uleiul la încins și prăjim crispy-urile pe ambele părți.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;10. Curățăm usturoiul și îl tăiem bucăți.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Îl punem într-un bol înalt împreună cu un praf de sare și laptele de soia.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Mixăm cu blenderul vertical până se zdrobește bine usturoiul.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Adăugăm uleiul treptat, puțin câte puțin, continuând să mixăm.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. Într-un bol de sticlă sau plastic punem tofu tăiat cubulețe mici.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. Adăugăm muștarul, uleiul și piperul.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. Odata ce compozitia devine faramicioasa, se adauga smantana si se amesteca pana la omogenizare. Aluatul se scoate pe un blat usor infainat si se framanta putin cat sa devina omogen si elastic. Se infoliaza si se pune la rece 1- 2 ore.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Nuca se amesteca cu zaharul si se macină grosier, se adauga un albus de ou batut spuma si se incorporeaza toata nuca.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Aluatul rece se scoate din folie, se împarte in 4 portii.&amp;nbsp; Se lucreaza cu cate o portie, restul urmand sa stea la rece pana urmează sa modelam cornuletele&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;Prima portie de aluat se intinde pe un blat înfainat foarte putin, in forma de cerc cu grosime de 3 mm si am decupat forma de cerc cu ajutorul unei farfurii mari.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Aluatul se taie în 10 – 12 trunghiuri. La baza fiecarui triunghi se așează puțină umplutură și se ruleaza strâns pana la capăt. Fiecare cornulet se așează în tava tapetata cu hârtie de copt.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tava se tine la rece o ora înainte de coacere.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se pregătește si restul de aluat la fel.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cornulețele se coc in cuptorul preincalzit, la 200° aproximativ 20' in funcție de cuptor. Trebuie sa fie ușor rumene. In zona noastra, fasolea pastai se mai numeste si fasole verde, chiar daca nu e soiul acela de fasole cu pastaia verde. Fasolea pe care am gatit o eu a fost din soiul cu pastaia lata, mai galbuie.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Aveti nevoie de&lt;/b&gt; 1/2 kg pastai de fasole,&amp;nbsp;&lt;div&gt;1 ceapa alba sau rosie, care va place, maioneza dintrun ou rapida,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;sare dupa gust.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Mod de lucru: &lt;/b&gt;curatati pastaile de fasole la capete, taiati le in 3, spalati le bine, puneti le la fiert. Cand considerati ca sunt suficient de fierte, le scurgeti de apa, le lasati sa se raceasca, apoi cu blenderul vertical le transformati intro pasta fina. Pana se raceste fasolea, puteti prepara maioneza.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Maioneza: &lt;/b&gt;intrun vas foarte curat, spargeti cu grija un&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;ou intreg sa nu se imprastie galbenusul,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;adaugati cam 250 ml ulei,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;sare cam 1/4 lingurita,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;zeama de lamaie 1 lingura.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cu un blender vertical blenduiti ingredientele care au fost tinute putin la temperatura camerei. Folositi un vas inalt, sau un borcan de 800 ml. Veti vedea cum creste maioneza sub cupa blenderului.&lt;br /&gt;
La final, amestecati pasta de fasole cu maioneza, potriviti de sare, zeama de lamaie daca doriti mai acra, iar deasupra puteti presara frunze verzi de patrunjel. E tare gustoasa pasta aceasta pe paine prajita, cu rosii sau ardei gras, gogosar, dupa preferinte.&lt;br /&gt;
Ca timp, aveti nevoie de vreo 30/40 minute.&lt;br /&gt;

În cele ce urmează voi explica pas cu pas cum am realizat, sper sa reușesc.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Sa încep cu mosii&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;MOȘI&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pt realizarea lor am folosit branza de burduf de mărimea unei măsline din care in palme am modelat capul moșului, i am pus ochi din piper, gura dintro bucatica de maslina fara samburi. Ca baza am folosit o bucățică de castravete, peste care am prins cu o scobitoare o roșioara cherry, am prins capul tot in scobitoare, iar pe cap am folosit o jumătate de rosie cherry.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;APERITIV DOBOȘ&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;La acest aperitiv am avut felii de brânză Hochland cu smantana si felii de șuncă, pe care le am lipit cu crema de branza Almette La baza am pus felia de branza, am uns felia cu Almette am așezat apoi felia de șuncă pe care am uns o cu almette, apoi iar o felie de branza unsa,  peste ea felia de șuncă... si tot asa ..6 felii de brânză si 6 felii de cașcaval. Am împachetat strâns aperitivul intr o folie de plastic si l am pus in frigider. Înainte sa l pun pe platou, cu un cuțit foarte bine ascuțit, am tăiat marginile, apoi am tăiat aperitivul in triunghi.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;RULADA DE CAȘCAVAL&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;La rulada am folosit felii de cașcaval pe care le am așezat pe o hârtie de copt ușor suprapuse si le am dat la cuptorul preincalzit cam 1 minut pana sau lipit feliile. Le am lăsat la răcit si le am uns cu un amestec de crema de branza in care am adăugat bucățele mici de ardei gras,&amp;nbsp; mărar tăiat mărunt, apoi am pus un strat de sunca, am uns din nou cucrema de branza, iar in partea din care am început rularea, am pus masline fara sâmburi una lângă alta, apoi am rulat strâns in hârtie de copt si am ținut in frigider. &lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare:&lt;/b&gt; curatam zarzavatul, il spalam, spalam ciupercile, razuim tot zarzavatul. Intro tigaie, mare, sau intro cratita incapatoare punem uleiul la incins, adaugam ceapa, calim pana devine sticloasa, adaugam orezul cu boiaua, restul zarzavatului,&amp;nbsp; lasam la foc mic pana scade apa din ciuperci. Stingem focul, lasam compozitia sa se raceasca, timp in care pregatim varza: desprindem frunzele, le desaram daca e cazul, taiem partea groasa de nervura. Compozitia racita, se amesteca bine cu un ou, se potriveste de sare, apoi luam cate o frunza de varza, asezam o lingura de compozitie pe frunza de varza si formam sarmalute, exact asa ca la sarmalele cu carne. Sarmalutele formate (au iesit 24 de sarmalute), se aseaza intro oala: la inceput, tapetam oala cu un strat de varza taiata fideluta, asezam un rand de sarmale, apoi iar un strat de varza fideluta, iar sarmale pana terminam, punem frunzele de dafin, boabele de piper, adaugam apa sa acopere putin stratul de sarmale si lasam sa fiarba vreo 2 ore pana fierbe varza. Se servesc cu smantana si mamaliguta calda.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Observatie: &lt;/b&gt;puteti sa folositi 350- 400 g orez.&lt;br&gt;

&lt;b&gt;GLAZURA DE CIOCOLATA:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-120 g ciocolata cu lapte sau amăruie&lt;br /&gt;-80 ml smântână pt frisca de 30/ 32% grasime sau frisca lichida&lt;br /&gt;-o lingura unt&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PREPARARE GLAZURA:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Incalzeste smantana pentru frisca la foc mediu pana cand sta sa dea in clocot.&lt;br /&gt;
Toarn-o apoi peste ciocolata tocata cat mai marunt si las-o deoparte pentru 2 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Amesteca usor compozitia pana ce se omogenizeaza, apoi incorporeaza untul la temperatura camerei,&lt;br /&gt;
se omogenizeaza se lasă puțin la răcorit apoi se intinde pe prajitura.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;PREPARARE BLAT:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
într-un bol de mixer punem ouăle la temperatura camerei, peste ele adăugăm zaharul, vanilie, un praf de sare si batem totul impreuna 10'. După ce ouăle s au spumat, scoatem bolul cu ouăle spumate, separat într-un bol amestecam faina cu cacaoa. Adăugăm peste spuma de oua&amp;nbsp; o treime din amestecul de cacao si faina, amestecam ușor cu un tel sa incorporam amestecul, adăugăm uleiul, omogenizam ușor, apoi adăugăm si restul de amestec de faina și cacao. Omogenizam, apoi adăugăm compoziția in tava mare de la aragaz pe care am tapetat o cu hârtie de copt. Coacem blatul in cuptorul preincalzit la&amp;nbsp; 175° pe treapta 3 cu ventilație sus/ jos timp de 15/ 20'. Lăsăm blatul la răcit, apoi îl tăiem in jumătate pe lățime si adăugăm crema, iar deasupra se pune glazura de ciocolata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;PREPARARE CREMA:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
În bolul robotului adaugam 250 g&amp;nbsp; mascarpone( o cutie) zaharul pudra, zaharul vanilat, smântână pt frisca, pornim robotul amestecand totul deodată până la obținerea unei creme pufoase care se intinde între blaturi.&lt;br /&gt;
Deasupra punem glazura, lăsăm prăjitura sa se întărească glazura. Cantitatea de gogosari conservata pe care am avut o a fost de 2,5 kg gogosari curățați de samburi. Restul ingredientelor le am calculat in funcție de cantitatea&amp;nbsp; gogosarilor folosita la conservă. Am avut grija sa aleg gogosari sănătoși, pe care i am spălat,&amp;nbsp; i-am tăiat in patru, am scos sâmburii apoi am urmat pașii din reteta!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Reteta raportata la un kg de gogosari&lt;/b&gt;&#128071;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-1 kg gogosari curățați de samburi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-100 ml oțet de 9°&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-100 g zahar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-1 lingura sare neiodata&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-dafin, piper, hrean, țelină ( nu am pus țelină, nu am avut)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- in plus, am adăugat boabe de piper si boabe de muștar, cate o lingura din fiecare.&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se face vinegreta din otet, sare, zahar, se amesteca bine pana se topesc zahărul si sarea, se toarnă peste gogosari, adăugăm piperul, muștarul boabe si hreanul. Se lasă vasul la odihnă 24 h, timp in care amestecam din cand in cand cu o lingură de lemn ingredientele din vas. Aveti grija sa folosiți un vas corespunzător, încăpător sa puteți amesteca gogosarii cu ingredientele adăugate. În decurs de 24 h, veți vedea ca se aduna o zeamă, care după ce așezați gogosarii in borcane sterilizate cu capac, o turnati in fiecare borcan. Deasupra așezați rădăcină de hrean sa nu se ridice gogosarii. Lasati inca vreo 2 ore borcanele fără capac sa se mai aseze lichidul, in cele in care scade completați, apoi închideți cu capace, dupa care puteți depozita in cămară.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;

Aceasta reteta, este o reteta foarte gustoasa, racoritoare si cu o combinare a ingredientelor cam indrazneata, sau cel putin neobisnuita. Reteta este pt o portie, insa fiecare goaspodina poate sa o adapteze la nr persoanelor din familia sa. Folositi portocale reci dupa ce au stat putin in frigider.&lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;

&lt;b&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;/b&gt;       
Pt prepararea acestei salate avem nevoie de:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-1 portocala mare&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 crenguta de patrunjel verde tocata&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 lingurita ulei masline&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-un praf sare&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-un praf zahar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;Optional, eu am adaugat 1 frunzulita menta uscata.

De mulți ani, vopsesc natural, cu coji de ceapă. Ouăle degresate, le învelesc în ciorap, apoi le pun la fiert într-un vas cu foi de ceapă roșie și alba. Pe ouăle bine spălate aplic plante( flori, frunze de pătrunjel, mărar, trifoi, etc...), le invelesc in ciorap le leg cu ață rezistenta, apoi le fierb in amestecul de foi de ceapă și apa la care am adăugat 3 lingurițe de sare și 6 linguri de oțet. Ouăle&amp;nbsp; trebuie sa fie acoperite de apă. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Dragii mei cititori, azi vin cu o rețetă de post, simplă de tot dar și bună și sănătoasă!&lt;div&gt;PASTĂ DE BROCCOLI SI CONOPIDĂ&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pasta asta are o culoare minunata!⬇️&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-broccoli cam 150 g&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-conopidă cam 200 g&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-3 căței de usturoi&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-2 lingurițe muștar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-2 linguri ulei de măsline, dacă nu va place gustul folosiți de floarea soarelui&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-piper după gust&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-sare după gust&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-5 frunze de leurdă (tare bucuroasa ca am găsit pe piata)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-3 crenguțe pătrunjel verde&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Mod de preparare:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Buchețelele de broccoli și conopidă bine spălate le fierbeți în apă cu sare. După fierbere le strecurați f bine, apoi adăugați le într-un vas de plastic cu pereți înalți, puneți și restul ingredientelor și le mixați cu un  blender vertical ca să obțineți o pastă fină, delicioasă și frumos colorată. Mereu va spun ca nu e nevoie sa aveți strict cantitățile mentionate în rețetă. Să vă spun, eu am strans din frigider ingredientele si s a nimerit sa fie cam aceste cantități. Puteti folosi ce vă place mai mult din ingredientele de bază ( broccoli sau conopidă) Asa simplu! Cam atât! Sunt chiar delicioase! Am spălat merele, le am tăiată în sferturi, am scos sâmburii. Dacă doriți le puteți tăia în mai mult de 4 bucati. Le am pus la fiert cu putina apa și le am fiert cam 30/ 40'. După ce s au înmuiat, le am blenduit cu un blender vertical. După  blenduit pireul avea consistența dorită, însă l am mai fiert cam 10' sa fie fierbinte în momentul în care  l am turnat în borcane. Între timp am spălat borcanele și le am sterilizat în cuptor la 180° cam 30'. Am turnat pireul în borcane cu capace, le am căpăcit și apoi le am dunstulit în cuptor vreo 30'. Am așezat borcanele în tava cuptorului pe care am căptușit o cu un șervet de bucătărie din pânză, am pus apa calda în tava și le am dat la cuptor, asa cum am precizat la 180° timp de 30'. Presărați zaharul +zaharul vanilinat. Puneți deoparte. Între timp bateți spumă ouale(eu le bat împreună cu ajutorul robotului, puteți sa separați albușul de gălbenuș), împreună cu praful de sare, adăugați zahărul, mixați pana la topirea acestuia, adăugați uleiul, mixați pt incorporarea acestuia, la final adăugați faina amestecată cu praful de copt. Turnați compoziția în forma cu caise, dați la cuptor la 180° cam 40/45'. Testați cu scobitoarea, când iese curata și prăjitura e frumos rumenita, scoateți o din cuptor, o lăsați puțin sa se răcească. Desprindeti cu un cuțit marginea prăjiturii, apoi răsturnați pe un platou corespunzător ca mărime. Dacă doriți puteți pudra cu zahar pudră!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;

Mai jos găsiți ingredientele:&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- fasole albă din conservă/o cutie scursa de zeamă&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- o mână de leurdă bine spălată&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- o ceapă albă caramelizată în 2 linguri de ulei de măsline&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- sare&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-piper măcinat&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- încă 2 linguri de ulei de măsline&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- câteva crenguțe de pătrunjel verde&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 lingură de muștar cu hrean&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;într-un bol încăpător, puneți boabele de fasole albă scurse de zeamă, peste, adăugați leurda tăiată grosier, sare, piper, ceapa caramelizată, cele 2 linguri de  ulei, muștarul și cu un blender vertical blenduiți toate ingredientele până obțineți o pastă gustoasă și aspectuoasă.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;

Urzicile sunt bogate în nutrienti, inclusiv vitamina A, vitamina C, vitamina K, vitaminele B, calciu, fier, magneziu, fosfor, potasiu si sodiu; mai contine aminoacizi esentiali, deci foarte hrănitoare. Am găsit în piață urzici și tare voiam o ciorbă. Asa cum am precizat, este o rețetă simplă și foarte rapidă.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;- urzici&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- o mână de cozi de ceapa verde și o jumătate de ceapă albă&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 3 linguri ulei&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 morcov&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- o rădăcină pătrunjel&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 4 căței de usturoi&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- câteva crenguțe pătrunjel verde&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- câteva crenguțe leuștean&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- zeamă de varză cam 500 ml&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- sare&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- piper măcinat&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- lapte din fulgi de ovaz/ optional&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Am avut o grămăjoara de urzici pe care le am curățat de tulpinile groase, le am spălat bine, le am pus deoparte. Am pus o oala cu 1litru și jumătate apa la fiert, între timp am călit ceapa verde/ alba în ulei, am adăugat morcovul și pătrunjelul taiate mărunt, am călit totul impreuna, apoi am adăugat in oală. Am fiert zarzavatul pana s a înmuiat apoi am adăugat urzicile, am continuat fierberea pana acestea s au gătit. Am înacrit ciorba cu zeamă de varză, mie mi a trebuit cam 0,5 l , am mai fiert ciorba cam 5 minute, am potrivit gustul de sare, am pus puțin piper măcinat, iar pt puțină culoare am adăugat lapte de ovaz făcut de mine din fulgi de ovaz și apă, la blender. Puteți adăuga orice lapte vegetal aveți la indemana( soia, migdale, nu e obligatoriu, puteti lasă ciorba simplă). Vrei și tu sa încerci?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-750/800 g carne tocata de porc&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-100 g orez bine spălat și scurs de apă&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-sare și piper&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-6 ardei grași mari(eu asa am găsit la piață) spălați și curățați de sâmburi (sau 10/12 ardei mai mici spălați și curățați de sâmburi&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-2 oua&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-4 morcovi medii&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-2 rădăcini patrunjel&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-o legătură pătrunjel verde&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-2 cepe albe&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-2 linguri orez spalat&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- 200 ml bulion sau 3 roșii decojite&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- 2 lingurițe boia dulce&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-4 litri apă&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Începeți cu pregătirea arderilor, pe care ii spălați, ii curățați de sâmburi și ii umpleți cu compoziția de carne preparată astfel: într-un bol amestecați carnea cu orezul, cu sare, piper, boia, o ceapa tăiată mărunt, cele 2 oua, 2 sau 3 linguri apa rece în timp ce omogenizati aceasta compoziție. (Apa rece face compoziția pufoasă. Acest truc îl folosesc și la sarmale). Între timp puneți apă la fiert (cei 4 litri) într-o oala de vreo 6 litri, pt ca acolo se va adăuga zarzavatul, ardeii umpluti și bulionul. Urmează sa umpleți frumos ardeii dar lăsați cam o jumate de deget liber ca să permită orezului din ardei sa se umfle la fierbere. Când apa fierbe, adăugați zarzavatul curățat, spălat și tăiat cubulețe(o ceapa, morcovii, pătrunjelul) După vreo 10 minute puneți în oala de ciorbă și ardeii umpluti cu compoziția preparată ca mai sus), adăugați și cele 2 linguri de orez și fierbeți ciorba la foc potrivit spre domol cam 50 /60 minute. Spre sfârșit adăugați bulionul. Dacă folosiți roșii le adăugați cu vreo 20 de minute înainte de scurgerea timpului de preparare a ciorbei. Roșiile trebuie sa fie curățate de coaja și acest lucru e ușor de realizat. Crestati coaja&amp;nbsp; roșiei în 4 și o scufundați în apa clocotită, unde o țineți un minut, coaja se desface repede, scoateti roșia din apa, îndepărtați coaja cu grija după ce o lăsați puțin sa se răcorească, apoi o tocați mărunt și o adăugați în ciorbă. Asa procedați și cu celelalte roșii. Când ciorba este gata (după ce s a scurs timpul preparării, potriviți gustul de sare, stingeți focul și adăugați o legătură de pătrunjel verde tocat. Se știe ca bobul de linte nu contine gluten, așadar aceste chifle sunt potrivite pt persoanele cu sensibilitate la gluten, în plus, nu e mare scofala sa le prepari. Mai jos voi scrie ingredientele necesare și modul de preparare.&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-300 g linte rosie hidratata de seara pana dimineața&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-40 g tarate de psylium&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-100 ml apă caldă&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- 6 sau 7 g praf de copt&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- sare celtica, sau sare neiodata după gust&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- 2 linguri ulei de masline&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- seminte dupa preferinta( am adaugat de susan alb si negrilica).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Lintea hidratata în apa rece de seara pana dimineața se spala bine în multe ape, pana nu mai face spuma. După spălare, se scurge de apa, se pune intr un blender impreuna cu celelalte ingrediente, adăugați cele 100 ml apă caldă și blendati totul bine.
