Can’t thank you enough as always, whether you are a first time listener or budding fan of the show, for wanting to spend some time with me today, in the final hours of this 2015 Holiday Season.

I sincerely hope it was filled with so Many Blessings, an Abundance of Gratitude and HUGE Tsunami of LOVE!

As you may know by now, New Year’s is my most favorite time of the year. I consider it to be so sacred because it’s the only time of year where we are all connected as a collective in the most cosmic level. In other words, we are all experiencing the same inner knowing, engaging in personal growth conversations while all of our thoughts, ideas and feelings are just riding high on this wave of energetic momentum. It’s accessible to everyone as we are collectively completing yet another full planetary cycle around the sun ushering ourselves into a new calendar year.

With that said, I’d like to share with you, a Favorite New Year’s Eve tradition I’ve been practicing for several years now. It will hopefully help you on “How To” give yourself the gift of “Closure” as we are literally on the cusp of 2016.

How To Give Yourself Permission To Love Yourself

Sometimes in life, we may find ourselves attempting to act like “Super Heroes.” We create the illusion of possessing “Super Human Powers” so we can be everywhere, do everything, for everybody else except for ourselves.

But just like a Duracell Battery, all that energy you put out into the world will eventually drain you to point of sheer exhaustion. There is only so much your mind, body and soul can handle without going into overwhelm mode.

That is why, it is imperative to learn how to “Give Yourself Permission To Love Yourself” without having to apologize for it or even feel guilty.

Whenever you feel physically, mentally, or emotionally exhausted, here are a few simple ways to give yourself some “LOVE”, so you can Recharge, Reboot and Re-energize your inner “Super Power” Greatness!

How To Physically Re-Charge

1.) Treat Yourself To A Massage: Either book yourself an appointment or exchange massages with someone you love. A Massage is one of the best ways to instantly reduce stress and anxiety, relieve muscle fatigue while boosting the immune system.

2.) Listen to Your Favorite SoundScapes: “Auntie YouTube” has the best collection of soundscapes right at your fingertips. Find a quite place to relax your mind, body & soul by listening to your favorite nature sounds. Ahhh….Enjoy Your Very Own “Great Escape.”

3.) Hot/Cold Shower Therapy: This by far is one of the most “Shocking” ways your body can benefit into increasing levels of oxytocin and treating for depression.

4.) Practice Deep Breathing: Woosah! In with the Good Air….Out with the Bad Air! Taking Deep Breaths is a great way to “Clear Your Thoughts and Calm Your Nerves.”

5.) Let Food Be Thy Medicine and Medicine Be Thy Food: Take a break from eating processed foods. Love your body more by eating “Clean” and making healthier food choices.

6.) Get Some Extra Sleep: Treat yourself to some EXTRA “Un-interrupted” sleep by turning all electronic devices off approximately 2-3 Hours before you turn in for the evening and most importantly keep them out of the bedroom. No need to act like you own a “Crack-berry!”

How To Mentally Reboot

1.) Meditate/Holosync: Quiet the mind and get into an Alpha-Theta-Delta “State of Mind” with Binaural Beats.

2.) Connect With Nature: Practice Being Present by immersing yourself with your surroundings and awaken your senses through nature.

3.) Affirmations/Visualization: Just like your body, your mind also needs to be nourished with positive thoughts. “Your Mind Is A Garden, Your Thoughts Are The Seeds, You Can Grow Flowers Or You Can Grow Weeds” the choice is yours!

4.) Release Your Inner Child: Sing a song, Learn something new, Share a funny story, Create something colorful, Imagine your a kid again and “Just Be.”

2.) Bust A Move: Channel your inner “Super Star” and jam to your favorite songs. Release with your body while re-energizing your soul.

3.) Attitude of Gratitude: Practice saying “Things Could Be Worse” and you’ll begin to appreciate “How Fortunate” you truly are!

4.) Aromatherapy: Peppermint happens to be my favorite “Energizing Scent” which contains many therapeutic properties. It acts as an anti-inflammatory relieving pain, muscle spasms and it also relaxes the nerves.

5.) Clear The Clutter: “Your Inner Chaos Is A Reflection of Your Outer Chaos.” Take a look around your home/office environment. Is it organized or a hot mess? Get rid of what no longer serves you and make room for a “Happy Space” to Create, Work and Play. Remember….”Energy Flows Where Your Attention Goes.”

6.) Watch Motivational Videos/Read Inspirational Quotes: A fantastic way to instantly shift your emotional energy and mindset.

Five Actions Steps To Living A Life w/Intention

#1.) Focus your attention on a daily basis to “The Word or Phrase” you have chosen as your year’s intention. Give It Energy! Remember that attention energizes, and intention transforms! So wherever your attention goes that’s where the energy flows!

#2.) Believe & Surrender that God, Your Inner Guidance, Your Higher Power, Source and/or The Universe, which ever it may be….. has Got Your Back!

As Paulo Coelho, the Famous Author of The Alchemist once wrote:

When You Want Something,

All The Universe Will Conspire In Helping You Achieve It!

#3). Declare It! You can do this in several creative and subtle ways. For example, use a simple post it note in your favorite color and place it on your bathroom mirror. Ladies, write your intention out on your bathroom mirror with your favorite colored lipstick. By writing it out and placing it where you can see it every day, You are able to “Declare” Your Intention Out Loud on a Daily Basis!

#4) Feel It! Now This is my favorite way of connecting with my intentions by playing whatever “Theme Song” you’ve selected for your year then bust a move and loose yourself in the groove! It’s an awesome way to boost your naturally happy high endorphins while identifying with your Core Desired Feelings.

Well it’s obvious there’ s not a definite answer to this question because it can be open for many definitions and interpretations. Right!

It’s inevitable that we will all have to deal with major challenges at some point in our lives. Whether it’s a loss of a loved one, a divorce, the loss of a job or the loss of a home. Whatever the case may be, we eventually have to learn how to honor, embrace and accept those life challenges. They are meant to be important life lessons, disguised as gifts and blessings, in order to teach us how to continue to grow emotionally, mentally and spiritually as a human being.

His books covers the topics of business and personal growth. He recently has been producing some great videos which also doubles as his podcast episodes.

What I’ve witnessed and realized is: in order to be truly safe and feel financially secure what we all need to do is become the best in the world at what WE do. We need to TRANSFORM our lives, by stepping outside of our comfort zones, to”CREATE” the life we want to live and it all begins by simply setting an intention to be of service to others. and offer your life’s experience, knowledge, talents, skills and passion to be shared with the World!

I’ve always known deep down in side me I was meant to do something BIG in life to create a positive impact in the lives of others.
