Cobblestone Conundrums in Amsterdam

With Van Gogh’s golden sunflowers in my mind’s eye we were a short stroll from our hotel when I stepped into an uneven divot of old cobblestones, falling hard on the sidewalk. The crunch from my ankle was echoing in my ears as I processed what happened before pain took over. A local woman stopped to help me muttering “welcome to Amsterdam and the damn sidewalks”.

My spectacle elicited a few gasps. Brian helped me sit up on a nearby stoop. I was holding back deep sobs trying to feign embarrassment but more so worried I had broken my ankle. I blubbered through the hotel lobby. My poor husband tried to convince me it was not that bad. See for yourself it was that bad. I have never seen a more swollen ankle.

Being that this accident happened on our second day in Amsterdam our imagined itinerary started to fade into wherever best laid plans go to die. What did this mean for ticking the Tulips of the Netherlands off my bucket list? It didn’t happen. The Tulips remain on the list.

The pivot: we became quickly acquainted with the public transportation. Amsterdam has some of the cleanest and efficient above ground tram systems! We took a boat tour to see the city from the canals (no walking required!). When we visited museums I would find a bench and truly study the art around me. The pain in my ankle forced me to slow down, take in the moment and stay still.

A Case of Food Poisoning in Scotland

On our overnight flight to Scotland Brian suffered an intense case of food poisoning from what he attributed to the airline salad. For the duration, he had to slide past a wee woman knitting, on her return home, to rush to the bathroom. I had taken a sleep aid oblivious to what transpired. Upon landing and removing my sleep mask the green sickly creature seated to my left filled me in.

Needless to say in his zombie-like state, I was on my own in terms of getting us from the airport to the rental car company. An old timey coupe taxi, a train and a bit of walking later I was behind the wheel of our rental car ready to head out on our multi-city road trip. I was hyper focused on driving on the opposite side of the road and adjusting to the opposite side of the car that the incessant beep emitted from the car was distracting. Nothing on the gauges indicated anything was wrong. With a sick passenger I was fixated on getting to our AirBnB. An hour into the drive the beeping had not stopped and Brian needed somewhere to pull over. As he rushed into a rest stop, I inspected the car, as soon as I stepped outside I could smell the car was hot. Like burnt rubber. Looking at the center console — the emergency brake was engaged. The whole drive. We were lucky it didn’t cause any damage.

My cell service went from sporadic to non-existent (despite having upgraded to global data) and we had to use the wifi at a local garden center to get the directions from an unimpressed AirBnB host who had expected our arrival long before. Upon arrival Brian immediately went to the nearest bedroom to sleep it off. The only food we had were protein bars and biscoff cookies from the plane. My nerves were shot from the drive. I felt alone in the romantic setting of this little cottage overlooking a rolling horse pasture. Too frazzled to drive into the town at night alone in search of food or drinks, I built a fire and drank the milk the host left for us.

The next morning Brian rallied, the color returned to his face. Despite how the Scottish highlands trip began we both consider the overall trip one of our best. It was my first time driving in a foreign country, which ignited our love for having the freedom and flexibility to have multiple destinations on a road trip. It’s a model we repeat on nearly all our vacations.

Lessons learned? You would assume Brian would avoid airline salads - but he is a rebel and continues to risk it. On the other hand I always have an eSim downloaded and enabled, ready for use immediately when we land, so we are never stranded without service. The other app I highly recommend is Welcome Pickups. We have booked a driver using this app several times abroad it is a sure fire way to eliminate the stress of getting out of the airport and into your vacation. They guarantee the driver monitors your flight details and will wait up to an hour free! You can also choose your return to the airport with the same driver, it’s a comfort element that is easily completed through the app. Final pro tip, always check your emergency brake before driving off!

Let’s Be Real - Sh*t happens

Despite feeling prepared by your endless research, review reading and pinning the universe has the the last say. When we booked our honeymoon we were new to travel planning. Vacationing our way through Rome, Florence and the magic of Venice seemed like a no brainer even if we did book for the first week of July. I mean don’t most people simply book their honeymoon a week or two following their nuptials? The heat should have been a consideration. It wasn’t! We were happy (we were dumb).

After naively posing with two gladiator cosplayers, who demanded 40 euros from Brian, we had the shame of falling for a tourist trap. Though the sour feeling quickly dissipated when the iconic Roman Coliseum came into view. In awe of experiencing the sheer size of the coliseum and soaking in the history, we made our way to the famous Spanish Steps. Which happened to be under restoration, therefore were blocked by plexiglass barriers. Our romantic notion of eating gelato perched on the steps overlooking the plaza were dashed. I mean we still had gelato!

Walking back to our hotel we were approached by two men offering free friendship bracelets, one grabbed my wrist and quickly tied one on. It all happened so quickly. Then they wanted money from Brian. I tried giving it back. They held up their hands as if to say it’s yours now. With persistence, we were able remove ourselves from the situation. Panic set it. Were we suckers? From then on no matter what we were offered we refused (even if it wasn’t a scam). We dialed down the Midwest Nice.

The lesson, iconic landmarks don't pause their maintenance schedule for your love story, and "friendly" street performers aren't volunteers. Always check local tourism boards or crowd-sourced forums (like TripAdvisor or Reddit) a month before your trip to see if major sights are under scaffolding. Establish a firm, smiling "No, thank you" for street vendors, and keep walking. You do not have to be on ‘high alert’ just not so approachable. Not all folks selling are scammers, like the man selling bottled water for one euro we should not have ignored (we had heat exhaustion after all) but hey the gladiator photo as corny as it is makes us laugh.

The Silver Lining of Sideways Travel

Looking back, the silly mistakes and the midnight stomach betrayals are the moments Brian and I laugh about the most. When you are in the thick of a travel mishap, it feels like you have no idea what you are doing. Your ankle is busted, your stomach is turning, or your romantic expectations are sitting behind a sheet of plexiglass.

But here is the ultimate takeaway: perfectly smooth trips are great for pretty pictures, but messy trips teach you who you really are. If you can survive getting lost in the heat of July without snapping or can laugh when a pigeon poops on you (Brian) you will be more prepared for when the unexpected finds you.

Travel isn’t about executing a flawless itinerary; it’s about your ability to pivot, laugh at the absurdity of the situation, and find a garden center to poach their wifi. The next time the universe throws a wrench into your travel plans, take a deep breath, pack the Pepto-Bismol, and remind yourself: we will laugh about this one day…

We love an effortless travel experience, but choosing where to unpack your well earned points is not always easy. If you are looking to use your IHG One Rewards points, like we did, you've probably researched the Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa in Grand Cayman and the Kimpton Grand Roatán Resort & Spa in Honduras. We have been loyal IHG fans for years now so we had accrued enough points to redeem stays at these locations. Being new to the world of points we knew how to earn them but this was our first time redeeming!

Having stayed at both amazing properties, I can tell you that the experiences are unique. Below is my head-to-head breakdown to help you figure out which property matches your travel style.

The Battle Rounds

First off both locations are fantastic, so you will have a great vacation either way, but let’s see how they compare in the following categories.

The Location & Vibes

Kimpton Seafire: Located on the beautiful stretch of the famous Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman. The resort is a short 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. Despite being a cruise ship port of Grand Cayman, the area where the Seafire sits is quiet. We were told this depends on the number of cruise ships that week how busy the beach can get but all designated Kimpton beach was isolated. Except for a few chickens!

Immediately at the Seafire we could tell we were in for a luxury stay. The front desk warmly welcomed us and offered us drinks. Tip: If you are a Kimpton loyalist you may know the Secret Password (shared on social media) entitles you to some sort of free gift or amenity. Staff were ever present throughout the premises eager to assist or say hello. Most remembered our names by the end of the week.

Kimpton Grand Roatan: Located in the protected West Bay in Roatan Honduras this property is hidden in the lush jungle. The resort is a moderate shuttle ride of about 25-40 minutes. We opted to pay for the hotel shuttle for the convenience. Since we shared the shuttle it was only $55.

The staff at the Grand Roatan, while warm and friendly, were less available. Compared to the prompt service at the Seafire. We chalked this up to the more laid back nature of the resort.

The Beach & Ocean Access

Seafire: The white sands of Seven Mile beach are a few short steps from the pool. The water here was 89 degrees and the most amazing turquoise. There was never a shortage of chairs or umbrellas. Simply flip the red flag on your umbrella and staff will appear ready to take your order. Throughout the day someone will come by and offer complimentary little snacks, like frozen grapes or fresh fruit (both locations offer this amenity). For our first relaxation only vacation, where we stayed “put”, this was next level.

Roatan: This is where Roatan dominates. The world-class barrier reef is located directly in front of the resort. The rock outcropping forms a little bay that protects the area creating calm waters perfect for snorkeling. A poolside office is where they house gear for snorkeling, ask to use the clear sea kayak or arrange any activities. The staff gave tips on where to spot turtles. We found their suggestions very helpful. We snorkeled 2-3 times at varying times of day to see different sea life. Truly a highlight of this trip was spotting a sea turtle and nurse shark in the same afternoon.

One interesting thing to note is that locals sell their wares up and down the beach often stopping hotel guests near the water’s edge. This is how we scored the famous banana bread from an older gentleman carrying a bucket full. Also how I bought chicken empanadas from man carrying a large cooler on his shoulder!

The Rooms & Accommodations

Roatan: Thanks to our IHG status we were upgraded to a suite. Little did we know that we had been upgraded to a luxurious spa suite! A staff member took us and our bags by golf cart to the Spa building. The suite had an extensive balcony, soaking tub and outdoor shower with complete privacy. What a welcome surprise! The room was a dream. Tip: Always open champagne bottles outdoors (we had a small mishap haha).

Seafire: We booked a king room with ocean view (almost all rooms have ocean view). The bed was very comfortable. The staff performed nightly turn down service leaving little cookies on our pillow and refilled the provided water bottles. There were welcome chocolate covered strawberries and handwritten note thanking us for our stay. One afternoon, after coming back from the beach, they had delivered a complimentary beach tote to our room simply because I mentioned liking them to the concierge! The decor was modern with vibrant pops of color throughout the rooms. I feel that all the little details are considered at the Seafire.

Dining, Drinks & Nightlife

I have to preface this section with a personal bias, I love a good breakfast. If a resort does breakfast right that is all I need. Lunch and dinner can be somewhat of an after thought.

Roatan: The breakfast spread is excellent! The variety blended with local flare is exactly what you expect from a Kimpton. Tip: Order the fresh handmade tortillas and the staff will expertly assemble your delicious Baleadas! Eggs and beans in a fresh tortilla cannot be beat!

For lunch options by the pool you have both the Seacat and the Drop Off. The Drop Off has different themes for the evenings like Taco Tuesdays with live music. Dinner is hosted at Alera where breakfast is also served. We had good food at all three options. Honestly though the bucket banana bread from the locals and the chicken empanadas were more memorable.

Seafire: Wins the food round. The breakfast is similarly priced to the Roatan and just as good. My daily go-to was easily the cornflake encrusted french toast! They also brought us complimentary goodies on more than one morning to celebrate our anniversary.

A unique option is the Seafire Pantry it offers high quality baked goods, desserts and lighter fare if you are on the go or want snacks in between meals. The beach and poolside options consist of Coccoloba and Nana Cabana. We had great tacos from Coccoloba!

Lastly if you like a cocktail the Library at the Sea crafts fun literary themed drinks. I don’t drink alcohol but my husband rather enjoyed his Edgar Allan Poe inspired cocktail. It looked like more ice than drink for the price but what do I know?

The Spas & Amenities

Roatan: The Kao Kamasa Spa is built around natural stone and volcanic elements, leans heavily into holistic wellness. Extra bonus is if you book a treatment you get access to the spa’s secluded pool all day. Think lush jungle retreat. Not sure if you can consider the reef an amenity but I cannot stress enough how snorkeling daily truly made our trip.

Seafire: The spa is grand, with mosaic tile and luxury high end treatment options. What a perfect way to complete a day in the sun than posh pampering? The gift shop/boutique is worth noting here for it’s variety of goods. One day we needed sunblock. The next we needed tylenol. But mostly we needed souvenirs and Brian wanted a Seafire branded swim shirt for our day out on the catamaran. This store was a true gift shop whereas at Grand Roatan it is more suited for boutique lovers looking to buy perfumes, jewelry or highly priced woven beach totes.

One fun amenity at Seafire was the cabana rental. It was not cheap, but for the day you had a reserved cabana with two dedicated lounge chairs, a fully stocked yeti cooler, a bottle of champagne, and appetizer + fruit plate. The cherry on top was the in cabana service call button. When pushed it paged a staff member to arrive at your cabana! I felt almost too bougie to push the button. But I did. Would I splurge on one in the future? Unlikely, but glad we did it.

The Value & Loyalty Points Breakdown

Which property gives you a better "bang for your buck" when redeeming an IHG free night certificate or massive points haul?

I think this is where Grand Roatan takes another swing!

Roatan: Nightly points used  24,000 Points/Nightly cash amount 194.00 USD (resort fee included)

• Cash bill at the end of our stay was under 1k

Seafire: Nightly points used 70,000 points/Resort Fee: 80 USD

• Cash bill at the of our stay was just over 2k

Note: We rented a cabana on the beach for one day and did an excursion, but I do feel that the price of food at Seafire comparatively is reflected in our overall costs.

The Verdict: Who Should Book Which?

Book Kimpton Seafire if: You want flawless 5-star service, a world-class cocktail scene, effortless luxury, and a perfect walking beach. For a special occasion I would pick this one!

Book Kimpton Grand Roatán if: You want an adventure-forward trip, bucket-list snorkeling/diving, closer contact with nature, and a slightly more laid-back, intimate atmosphere. My husband would pick this location for the turtle sighting alone!

Wednesday Provencal Market

After an iced latte at the hotel I was energized, but the buzz was all around the market. We were eager to experience our first morning market. Local ladies pulled their shopping baskets on wheels. Shops were performing their morning rituals, receiving stock deliveries and vendors were already selling to early tourists. We brought an insulated bag to store enough local wares to have a picnic later in the day.

The quality of the offerings at the market were unexpected. An older man in a fedora sitting on a stool had an assuming setup of a small folding table boasting whole truffles for sale! No table cloth, no vendor signage. Just a man and his truffles.

We purchased two discs of fresh goat cheese from a female goat farmer for a mere 6 euros. Paired with a baguette, plump cherries, ripe peaches, and a lovely pack of gluten free macarons we were in for a feast.

A much needed reprieve from the heat was finding a watermelon lemonade over ice. Ice is not commonly found which is a common culture shock for us Americans but it never affected us much until the temperatures were consistently over 100.

Vincent van Gogh Walk and the Asylum

The other draw to St. Remy-de-Provence for us was the connection to Vincent van Gogh. The painter stayed at the Saint-Paul-de-Mausole Monastery for a year starting in 1889. The property was a psychiatric asylum at that time. During that period he painted over 150 pieces, including the much loved Starry Night.

Entering the asylum I knew would be a heavy experience, but to be in the same room that Vincent himself had stayed and was inspired to paint was incredibly moving. He was privileged to have a private room with a secondary space dedicated to his work. This was the arrangement his brother procured for him.

A Van Gogh walking trail starts at the exterior of the monastery, leading back into town. Placards are placed along the route featuring excerpts of the letters the brothers shared or a sample painting reflected by the surrounding area that Vincent visited. Despite the sweltering heat, I became emotional drawing parallels to the loving bond the brothers shared with that of my own siblings. His brother recognized Vincent was struggling mentally but he never waivered in his belief in his immense talent. I cried on the sidewalk passing strangers along the trail in the high heat of a Summer day in a small village in the south of France thinking about the unconditional love I share with my brother and sister.

Brian’s Damn Good Sandwich

Wrapping up our afternoon in St. Remy we had takeaway sandwiches from Tom & Joh. The chalkboard menu was posted in French but we were able to piece it together. The staff were friendly and helpful. Brian had previewed the menu and wants it noted this was his find. A testament to how delicious these sandwiches were we ate them in the rental car in the parking lot before heading back to our hotel. We also bought some fantastic eclairs and pistachio cookies. If you are in St. Remy this spot is surely not one to skip!

When: June 2026 (early summer, perfect for warm weather and early blooms)

Breakdown: 3 days in Paris & 4 days in Provence

The Route: Paris (Le Marais) ➔ Giverny Day Trip ➔ TGV Train to Avignon ➔ Drive to Bonnieux

As a first-time visitor to France, I imagined the quintessential Parisian experience of the Eiffel Tower, flaky croissants, and strolling museums. But much like any other trip, I had one very specific goal in mind: lavender fields. To achieve a taste of the city, then experience lavender in the Luberon it required careful planning and more than one mode of transportation. 

For our 10-year wedding anniversary trip, La Marais spanning the 3rd and 4th arrondissments, delivered on the romance of the city. The cafes. The boutiques. The bread! What we did not plan for was the Fete de la Musique night overtaking the city streets (more on this in the What We Would do Differently section). Also we could not anticipate the record breaking heat reaching 105 degrees at one point. 

Paris

To commemorate the 100-year anniversary of Monet’s passing we were determined to see his famous water lily paintings and make a day trip to his home. To pull this off we booked the first entrance time of the day at Musee de l’Orangerie to avoid the inevitable crowds.

Tip: The museum is not open on Tuesdays, book early and plan accordingly. 

Being able to admire these paintings in person was truly a bucket list experience. I could have sat quietly there all day. But our tight schedule had to be honored!

Getting to Giverny

We took an uber to the main train station Gare Saint-Lazare. To get to Giverny, take the direct regional train toward Rouen and hop off at the Vernon-Giverny station. Tip: Buy tickets at the little kiosk in the Gare Saint-Lazare station for your regional departure and return trips.

Walk outside the station and hop directly onto the dedicated Giverny Shuttle Bus (Navette) or take the adorable and cheap mini-train driven by a friendly local. Note: They only take cash! 

We popped into a little cafe/bar to purchase drinks before boarding (remember that record breaking heat? Brian was feeling it). The tiny train drops you off in the parking lot of the gardens and runs to & from every 15 minutes or so.

Train to Avignon

The highspeed train departs from Paris Gare de Lyon, I booked our ticket using the SNCF official app. I suggest grabbing coffee and sandwiches from the high end stalls in the station concourse. Much like the airport you find your destination and train number on the large board that updates frequently. Once we found which Hall we were in the process was easy, scanned our e-tickets and boarded the train. Note: You do have to load your luggage where you board and then leave them below you out of site for the duration. The trip from Paris to Avignon was just over 2.5 hours. We charged our phones, ate our pan au chocolat, and napped. Tip: Keep your phone QR code or printed ticket handy so the staff can scan it.

Avignon was the best choice to pick up a rental car because it has two stations. The one we used was outside of the city center which made the car pick up and return really simple. The rental car companies are all located at the back of the station terminal in little buildings parallel to the parking lot. Most importantly to Brian at the time they had AC in the building. The whole process took less than thirty minutes. We both checked the emergency brake was not on before taking off - just a little mistake we made back in Scotland (that’s a story for another post).

Many people are surprised when we tell them that I handle all international driving. Brian is the navigator (well GPS handles it mostly) and they both do a great job. For me driving adds to the excitement of a new place. Driving in France was a unique experience because the speed limits changed often and drastically. Tip: We were told to obey the posted limits because they are strictly enforced. With that said, driving afforded us the flexibility and freedom to see multiple villages during our trip.

The Road to Bonnieux

The moment lavender came into view we both gasped. It was relief combined with joy. Lavender season is all about timing. There are many factors outside of your control, the one thing you can control is when you visit. This trip to see lavender was partially a vindication for us for the tulips of the Netherlands trip that we did not get to experience (an unfortunate tale for another post).

Best Time to Visit: The lavender fields typically bloom from late June to mid-July, peaking around early-to-mid July.

Bonnieux as Home Base

The Village of Bonnieux was the perfect home base for our Provencal plans because all fell within a 30 minute drive of our stay. With the one exception being the drive to Valensole region for additional lavender hunting.

If you are in need of some relaxed luxury at the end of your travels, the Capelongue, Bonnieux, a Beaumier Hotel is the premier choice. We splurged a bit for our wedding anniversary stay here because for a 5-star property it had the charm you would expect for the South of France. The aesthetics blended seamlessly with the surrounding plateau. The room was spacious with warm relaxing tones. We would come back for the service from the staff and the laid back luxury that left us feeling like we could have skipped Paris altogether.

What we Would do Differently

• Paris & The Fête de la Musique Factor: If you are booking a trip to France around June 21st, you will experience Fête de la Musique. While the energy is high, the street leading to our hotel was packed with dancing and celebrating that we could not squeeze through. It also sent uber prices sky high.

• Trains: Book your train tickets in advance they fill up quickly and you want to be able to sit together!

• Car Rental: Triple check your car rental before turning in the keys this is how Brian left his iphone behind! Refill the car the afternoon before returning. Due to our early departure we were unable to find a gas station open for us to top off the car. Which meant paying a fee for them to refuel.

If you are considering venturing out to different regions of France, outside of Paris, I highly recommend planning a day trip or even a secondary stay in a different city to get a real appreciation of the country. Please visit our main page for more about our time in Provence.

Carara National Park Tour

Parque Nacional Carara, Tarcoles, 61101, Puntarenas, Costa Rica

Drive time from Quepos: Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes

Tickets: You cannot purchase tickets on site. We booked this tour which included entry fee.

What to Bring:

• You will need your passports for entry into the park.

• Non-disposable water bottles or a daypack with water bladder like we used. As with most parks in Costa Rica they do not allow single use plastics, food or other items that could be left behind. I appreciate this about the national parks but it is worth noting to check your pockets and bags before heading out. For this reason we both ate high calorie protein bars in the car right before entering the park.

• Cash for tipping your guide

• Binoculars

• Camera, tripod/monopod

We had read online that there would be construction slowing down traffic from Quepos to the park, so we gave ourselves over an hour of cushion, which gave us time to stop at the Tarcoles River bridge to look for giant American crocodiles. We managed to spot this big boy.

I highly suggest using the restroom and doing some quick souvenir shopping at the main store. We fueled up on coffee, pastry and maybe too many chocolate covered espresso beans! Update: since our visit there is now a designated Croc Skywalk which is a much-improved observation lookout.

Back on the road we nearly missed the entrance for the park (just know after the Tarcoles bridge you are only about a mile away). Here we parted ways with our friends who opted to Zip Line here, instead of Bird Nerding with us.

Truly the best decision we made was hiring an expert guide, it’s the only way to go. Not only did he offer us water, loaned us a pair of spare binoculars (we forgot ours – smack forehead), he was excited to be there!

TIP: Even within the cover of the rainforest, it will be hot so book your start time with this in mind. HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE

As with any birder, we had a hit list for the hike: Scarlet Macaws and Toucans. Ronald, our guide, was keen to make it happen!

This was our first guided wildlife hike of this kind, and we didn’t expect the level of equipment he brought. It is common practice for guides to be equipped with high end digiscopes, binoculars, and bird calls on their phones.

The digiscope allows you to see animals clearly from far away, but the best part is the option to connect your personal mobile phone to capture high-quality videos/images. If you didn’t bring your own camera with telephoto lens like we did you could have a hands-free experience with a guide.

Our first stop to see a macaw was at a known nest in a hollow tree near the park entrance. Despite Ronald’s efforts with mobile bird calls and a few hand claps we only managed to see a male’s curious head poking out (it’s not the best shot because I was still getting used to the weight of our telephoto lens). During nesting season the Macaws are very protective of their eggs/babies. Remember to be patient.

As we trekked with high canopy overhead we heard the distinct call of the Howler monkey. Another guide began pointing and directing our attention. That’s when our guide told us we had to run. Under other circumstances this would have freaked me out but instead I followed his orders and ran. Up ahead a Spider Monkey and her baby crossed quickly from tree to tree. The pair stopped long enough for us to admire their cuteness and to snap a few images before moving on.  Both guides celebrated the rare sighting. Although they do live in the park spotting them is considered very rare.

With all the excitement I nearly forgot we had yet to see the scarlet macaw in full view. We came to a clearing with yet another hollow tree where we did see the Scarlet Macaw in it’s full plumage. This one was not shy. We were on a wildlife roll!

TIP: It is worth noting while we hiked on this tour we only crossed paths with two other couples and one family. I credit this with booking the early entrance time. Another bonus is wildlife and birds are more active in the earlier hours.

Nearing the end of our tour we were admiring a very large tree when we spotted a family of white-faced capuchins. Our guide quickly told us they are little criminals and not to be fooled by their cappuccino faces. Now we had spotted 3 of 4 of the monkey species.

On our hike out of the park, we spotted another macaw perched above who was very vocal and curious. This hike was an absolute highlight of our trip and could not be more special. As we waited for our friends to pick us up our guide shared some freshly cut watermelon from a cooler in his trunk. Chefs kiss!
