- Vancouver Station: 43 Food Carts

Work is in full swing on the nation’s largest food cart pod, and CEG is leading the charge with full civil, structural, and MEP design services. Located in East Vancouver, WA, the site will feature 43 food carts and an 8,000 SF dining hall with a commercial kitchen, bar (30+ beers on tap), coffee and ice cream stands, walk-in freezer, restrooms, and a cozy fireplace.

Sean Kelly, CFO, is a former US Navy Nuclear Propulsion Engineer who ensures projects stay on budget while driving financial strategy, construction management, and building improvements.

CEG successfully replaced three diesel generators and their associated transfer switches at Yakima Valley School in Selah, WA.

Highlights: The project upgraded electrical capacity, minimizing the power outage to just four hours, and integrated the fire alarm system for continuous monitoring while ensuring compliance with NEC standards.

Contributions: CEG designed a cost-effective, reliable backup power system with redundant supplies and automatic transfer switches, completing the project on time and within budget.

Impact: The upgraded emergency power system enhances safety, reliability, and operational resilience while minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted service for Yakima Valley School.

We are proud to announce the completion of design services for the Eastern State Hospital Parking Lot Emergency Towers!

Highlights: The project enhanced safety with solar-powered, cellular-connected call boxes featuring battery backup. These call boxes were strategically placed for optimal coverage and equipped with blue light beacons to guide responders during emergencies.

Contributions: CEG designed site plans, specifications, and contract documents, managing contractor selection and construction administration, and ensuring on-time, on-budget completion.

Impact: The success of this project has prompted other Washington State facilities to consider similar upgrades.
