Rediscovering Meaning and Humanity

This session explores a period of profound inner and outer transformation, emphasizing the shift from seeking security and material comfort to pursuing deeper meaning, connection, and authenticity. The discussion highlights the growing awareness of personal and collective patterns, the desire to return to nature and simplicity, and the importance of embracing both light and shadow within ourselves. Through themes of vulnerability, acceptance, and the courage to live fully, the conversation invites participants to reflect on what it truly means to be human in a changing world.

Transcript

Truly, this is a time of change, of deep change within ourselves, change in external circumstances, the way we relate to each other and, in fact, the very nature with which we relating to ourselves.

You may find people on this path are growing their awareness of patterns they have participated in, of discordant patterns, —it’s like they’re becoming louder, coming up harder— so this isn’t to punish one, but rather to lead one forward, instruct one on how one can change both within this world, and in the outer world —around the world— the spiritual dimension of things.

Indeed, the vibrations around us are changing and the intensity of the inner work, the inner awakenings are increasing. There is a strong desire to return to nature, and return to the womb, —earth’s womb— so that we can reset and reform how things have been done on this planet.

This gets into the work we are seeing with people’s deepest, innermost intentions. What is our motivation for living here? What is our motivation for living at all? What is the purpose of children, of parents, of community, of friends?

Some may say we striving for simplicity here, but we must think of it as striving for —they’re saying— meaning. That we have discovered that gadgets and accoutrements do not bring full meaning to the surface and that the deeper satisfactions of loving, —loving truly— And witnessing how people are —not accepting, really is the word— but seeing what’s in front of you, loving it, even if there’s also a recognition that there needs to be change. That this act is simply deeply satisfying and cannot be eclipsed by security.

I’m saying, what? Why are you talking about security? Well, we’re seeing humans turn away from security and this idea of survival. In favor of depth, connection, and meaning. The priorities in general on all the earth are shifting to which we celebrate the uniqueness and the unique journey of existence, rather than just merely getting to the next day.

We care less about making it to the next day, fully recognizing that the days are bigger than the nights. I’m like, what does that mean? The light of joy and love is greater than the darkest shadow of destruction. And, in fact, we would rather be destroyed by placing our lives at risk for the deep satisfaction and meaning on this earth.

We are, in fact, looking for a new meaning, you see many turning away from the nine-to-six job, in which you are guaranteed security. And instead, —looks like one person going into a sailboat— embarking out on one’s own to find a new way, even if the way includes poverty, struggle, sometimes starving, sometimes feasting. Even just the erraticism of that brings a sense of joy in living that many have not experienced. And generations have not experienced in quite some time.

But we could say it’s getting back to nature, but it’s much bigger than that. It’s getting back to the very essence of the human soul, one in which we understand the circles of life and death and the importance of the depth of existence. We’re understanding that one does not want to leave one’s body from a life unlived. Or simply a life in which one sat in an office chair and said, Okay.

People are striving for more words, different words. What does it mean to say that one is not okay? To stretch the bounds of morality, reason, to taste fruit when one doesn’t know what it tastes like, one wasn’t even sure there was fruit there.

There’s a time of deep change and inner reflection. Don’t be afraid of your own shadow. When you free yourself, your shadow dances more freely, not because it controls you, but because it can move with you. It can dance with you through difficult times, in fact, one can find a great sense of play, laughing at oneself in the mirror. They’re saying the shadow self is just another version of self in which you can fully see and accept all flaws and allow them into your realm of knowing. Historically people have kept this, —like it’s bad, it’s wrong— so we keep it in the fridge, locked, tight, I can’t smell it.

Versus, I’m going to dance my journey on this earth with this piece of full humanity. It’s an essential part of being human. We’re remembering that. Not just what it means to be alive, but what it means to be human. With the thinking, feeling, knowing essence that goes far beyond the complexity of which we can understand. And we can commune with animals and other living things and know and articulate and build and feel and sense and kill and destroy and rain and play and dance in the rain and celebrate and sorrow.

Meaningful Quotes

“There is a strong desire to return to nature, and return to the womb, earth’s womb, so we can reset and reform how things have been done on this planet.”

"What is our motivation for living here? She explores how spiritual awakenings arise when external achievements crumble, urging a shift from suffering and competition to grief and growth. Emphasizing change as a constant, Chrysta advocates for leadership rooted in divine service and relationships that complement rather than compare, guiding us toward valuing collective well-being as the ultimate truth.

Transcript

We’re thinking about power structures in the world lately. They’re not saying them, they’re saying this is a collective vibe. That for so many years we’ve strived to create a different power structure that works. They’re showing going from this hierarchy within the Middle Ages, coming into, like we’ve built something else, but that something else is even sicker than the system we moved away from.

Indeed, the desire for control, for power runs rampant. While this existed previously and has always existed, the vast majority of the time people were born into a station, whereas now we’re desperately fighting for control and desperate for mobility to break out of the monotony that many see in their daily lives. Yes, it is true, we have become slaves to a system to try to better ourselves and in the end many feel like they have lost themselves within the system.

This is how many come to have a spiritual awakening, been on a path, in which the external accomplishments, achievements, doing, being, looking a particular way from the outside has -- built this net that when the net crumbled we fall to the floor -- it is generally not a soft landing. In many cases it’s a landing that feels like one has broken every bone in their body, the very foundation of truths we built our life upon no longer hold true.

That is not to say what we are doing in the external doesn’t matter, what we are doing in the external matters deeply. What people are seeing is it doesn’t give the result of satisfaction like we are expecting, because what we do in the external is only a piece of retaining satisfaction. Additionally, when corruption and a lack of self-reliance, self- awareness and morality aren’t part of the infrastructure you working within, one spends a lot of time digging out sludge that’s not your own in order to remain more true to self.

There’s lots of people who have tried to move away from these systems. -- They’re showing in building of communes or other communities. -- Many times these situations start out peacefully enough, but the desire to crawl up and gain power and control can cause any organization to crumble. Thus, we must be very mindful of who or what we put in the seat of power and recognize that whoever sits in the throne of power must recognize the leadership and power are not their own, but instead come from God, come from the divine.

That the leader must always be listening and must be in act of service, not self-sacrifice though. The martyrdom complex is very corrupt as well. -- like I am a leader, therefore I must suffer for you -- There is all too much focus on suffering and the requirements of suffering in this world. Yes, suffering is a part of this existence, but do we suffer for someone else? Or do we suffer for another reason altogether?

They’re not answering that question. Why does suffering always need to have a purpose? We talked before about joy and pain filling the same cauldron, so to speak, opening us up to the same space. We’re much better off flocking toward grief than flocking toward suffering. Suffering implies a resistance with the perpetuation of grief and our own emotional instability.

Coming in and out of this perceived stability is part of the human experience. We’ve all experienced times in which we deeply sense this loss of control. This most often comes up as suffering. When in reality the only thing that made you feel you were in control was things were going the way you wanted them to. So, desire comes into play when we’re thinking about what we want and also suffering. Which is this active not getting what you want. They’re saying we could say it’s more complicated than that, but it’s really not.

Look at where the desire for control fits into this narrative around suffering. The lack of accountability for actions in one’s own existence. We say this because many times people are aware of either patterns or circumstances in their lives before they are willing to change them and often things must crumble more and more and more and more before people are willing to change. Why, they’re saying, why the discomfort with change, is not change a constant part of this human experience. We must remind you all things never change at once, so there’s always things staying the same and there’s always things changing.

Sometimes there’s a season for one thing to change, then there’s a season for another thing to change, but nothing remains in stasis. This an important part of understanding the human experience. Putting our focus on what is staying the same and what is changing. So often we are reacting or freaking out about the thing that’s changing that we don’t want to change; when other things change every day and we’re okay with that, because we have an expectation of change.

You can expect everything in your life will change at some point. Even the very core of your identity seems to change. You can’t look at an 80 year old and look at that person when they are 20 and see the same person. Yeah, there might be some threads that tie them together, but that’s part of what we like to reflect on a life journey. How many different experiences? How many different variations of self we’ve gone through? How many different lives we’ve affected? It’s not that any one thing stays fixed in time. Thus people find more happiness when they are looking at how they are growing and moving forward and who they have an opportunity to become through the change rather than just looking at what’s changing.

We call this a growth mindset, but it goes deeper onto the level of the soul than that. It takes careful study of who we are on a core level to understand our desires in all this. Desire for power and control versus desire for growth versus desire for suffering, all go down onto this deep core level. We ask you look at these patterns within yourself. What comes up at what particular time? A lot of times these patterns aren’t fixed, move through them -- looks someone’s shuffling a deck of cards – we’re just shuffling through which one is coming up. Sometimes we get stuck at “I don’t want that one” within this pointed piece of judgment that can be distracting from the actual shifts.

We brought this up around power structures, because that desire for power and control grows out of this idea of predictability that you can predict your own outcome. That somehow controlling others gives you a higher truth and a higher purpose. This deeply competitive nature that we foster, that we must be better than those around us in order to be here. This a very harmful belief and in fact, is massly instructed in most of our systems. That the best person will win, that the best must be the fittest, the best must be the -ist of everything rather than recognizing the rhythms of chance, the rhythms of change throughout life. And how we complement each other in particular situations rather than the singularity of a ranking.

We can think of how we complement each other in relationships. Like, this person brings out my funny side and I really enjoy this. And this person inspires me to work harder. Observing how you shift and who you are around other people rather than “their hair straighter than mine”, or “she’s prettier than I am”, or “she’s smarter”, or whatever we go into rather than loving someone else, we’re destructing ourselves in their presence. And that’s very different than love. This competitive nature is at the very root of the power structures that we’re trying to tear down right now and that we’re seeing compromised by corruption and by this revealing that everyone’s well-being wasn’t at the center of it all anyway. How do we get back to valuing overall well-being as the highest truth of God?

Meaningful Quotes

“We’ve strived to create a different power structure that works… and that something else is even sicker than the system we’ve moved away from.”

"We have become slaves to a system to try to better ourselves and, in the end, many feel they have lost themselves within the system."

“The very foundation truths we’ve built our life upon no longer hold true.”

“There is all too much focus on suffering and the requirements of suffering in this world.”

“You can expect that everything in your life will change at some point. It delves into the balance between action and patience, the fluidity of relationships, and the power of awareness in navigating life's ever-changing path.

Transcript

Hi, I’m gonna take a drink of water. We’ll see what’s here today.

This is a time of great internal change for many people. In fact, it feels as if people are dumping out stuff they been carrying on the inside, --looks a dumpster-- I’m just going to dump all the heaviness. People are very aware of this heaviness, so people are going to dump this great heaviness they’ve been carrying around, sometimes for lifetimes, but the mixed joys and pains accumulated in this lifetime are being disposed of and dissolved, because those on this path no longer wish to carry that baggage forward.

During these times of great change, it is of the utmost importance to keep your awareness about you. So that you recognize this sense of floatiness is not a new identity, but rather representative of this shift. As you leave behind, not just old ways, but old things you been holding on to. As you leave these behind, give them to the earth to be dissolved. Well, that’s the way I think about it, I give it to the earth to be dissolved. They’re saying other people have other ways, but they’re demolished, annihilated. One is in an empty, floaty space.

It is important to recognize the vast potential in this space to bring in joy in this lifetime. Many in life –it’s like we set out with this expectation that change is possible, but a mediocre amount of shifting. But once we are launched in life -- looks like a boat -- we are on the same stream, where, in fact, it is possible, in essence, to rebirth ourselves through transformative work so that our realities shift.

--I’m saying, what about relationships?—They’re saying, we can see that there’s potential always for new connection and new relationship. We can’t expect to have one same solid circle of people around us constantly in the same spot for our whole lives. Even when we keep the same individuals around us, usually there’s at least a minimal amount of switching out, rotating in roles of importance, depending on the journey of the soul. So relationships may shift, but what we were going to talk about was our life pattern itself can shift.

We’re not simply born into a destiny, sometimes we are dancing with multiple potentials at once. It depends on how you as an individual play your cards. Help shape, choosing which potential to take, help shape the path you going down. Yes, you correct to think there is often a greater force pulling us along, that’s undeniable, but in fact there’s a larger proportion of control over our own path than many of us like to think.

So it is right sometimes to sit in a place looking backwards, examining what I could have done to speed this up, or they’re saying what I could have done to slow this down, sit and wait. Both are powerful pieces of this journey. People should ask themselves more or we should ask ourselves more when to dance and when to wait. There’s an art to both, both are essential parts of this journey.

It is also not right to always point a finger to external forces forcing you to decide. There are people who have a pattern of needing always to have an external force to force them, because they’re not taking initiative in the dance themselves. Sometimes with paths it does take seeking out on the path of the seeker rather than just receiving the path from the divine.

There is both, a question and an answer on both sides, dance is the correct word, because it’s this motion forward and this motion back. There’s a great sense of play, but also a great sense of anticipation can either pull us forward or freeze us in place. They’re saying we’ve seen people get frozen by the knowledge that something is going to happen, or something supposed to happen. They let fear, --looks like they crank a key-- freeze them in place.

What do we do when we have insight into what will become? How do we harvest in each moment? Sometimes this essential part of harvesting is burning what is. In order to plant seed in order to start again. So yes, they’re saying there is a very destructive force that is part of life on this earth. Like when relationship ends or we burn, change everything, change job, change house, change location, change relationship, even moderate shifting of those around you is a force of change.

Nothing in life is ever static, this is important to remember. You may have moments in which you feel things are peaceful, but it’s not a jar of imperfection when they move out of this. It is the natural force of the universe, the natural dance we do in order to remain on this path, in fact, remain alive and in motion with a fluid changing God/Divine universe.

We find great resonance between our soul and what’s going on in the outside. The weather is never static, the earth is never static. Yes, it’s true, there are expansive moments of peace that ought to be recognized, but every dawn is a new day and every night is a new night. In which there is a container for birth, growth, resurrection, death, transformation. Repeatedly, grinding, repeatedly doing things, yet having in a different experience. Humans harvest, we reap fruit from repetitive experience, that’s how we draw more collective truths through repetition, the sun does rise every day, that itself is a repetition and then every day is a new day.

So there’s all these rhythms, it’s important we understand the rhythms as well as understanding the melody and the harmony. We understand our own desires within the placement of things and the placement of actions, when to rush and when to wait and there will always be mourning over both of those things. Over pushing too fast or waiting too long. That can be expected. It doesn’t mean you’ve done the wrong timing, it’s just this essential part of knowing and being.

Meaningful Quotes

"People are going to dump this great heaviness they been carrying around, sometimes for lifetimes, but the mixed joys, pains accumulated in this lifetime are being disposed of and dissolved."

"It is possible, in essence, to rebirth ourselves through transformative work so that our realities shift."

"We’re not simply born into a destiny, sometimes we are dancing with multiple potentials at once."

“There’s a larger proportion of control over our own path than many of us think."

"People should ask themselves when to dance and when to wait, there’s an art to both and both are essential parts of this journey."

"Nothing in life is ever static, this is important to remember, it is the natural force of the universe, the natural dance we do."

"Humans harvest, we reap fruit from repetitive experience. Chrysta also reflects on the art of understanding others and the importance of mindful leadership in a time of significant change.

Transcript

Okay, I recorded something yesterday, there was no sound, so I guess I’m supposed to do it again. I don’t know if I can do it again, but they’re saying an important message, it is worth saying again, we are in an age in which the dynamics of hierarchy are changing. We can see this both in interpersonal dynamics, business structure, and also on large governmental scale, major organizations that are in charge of masses of people.

Going into the past is an age in which the leaders have been, those, --it looks they have ice picks going up, crawling my way up the mountain-- electing themselves in charge. We are moving into an age in which the leadership is called to be leaders, they are reluctant to accept those calls due to previous dynamics of leadership. They should know there’s a major difference between calling and choice when it comes to leadership principles. When leaders are called, they are in service to those they lead.

We have seen the crumbling of dynamics in which leaders have put themselves in charge for the benefit of themselves. And even worse, it looks they’re stealing stuff to take, to take full advantage of those they are in charge of. Be weary of those who tell you they lead and instead witness action of those in humble service of those they lead. Those who have accumulated knowledge over years with which they lead with are very different leaders than those who in a period of two or three years jet themselves to the front.

They’re saying life experience is a factor in this, as well as the purification process those go through with years and years of work leading. So it looks like they lead a small group of people at first or they are leading one person, then they leading two, then they leading three, then the population grows that they are elected to be in front. Be weary of those, --looks a rocket coming up on the inside-- those who only want to get to the front rather than those who dare to lead even though it causes them some sort of discomfort. The discomfort is caused because they realize the power and corruption that can come from leadership.

We can see these patterns throughout history, so it is right to be weary of those who are in charge. At the same time, we are calling forward a new generation of leaders in mind and spirit. It is important to remind us of the knowings of truth. We spoke about this yesterday, that which is true resonates here (head) and here (heart). oftentimes we find a resonance with truth and our mindset must change to follow what we already know. Thus we are learning from the positive dynamics of energy. Not expecting this (head) to change this (heart).

Oftentimes when we feel a dissonance here (heart), we’re not wanting to fully explore what is true, but rather we mourn a conflict in truths. Thus, it is important to say that oftentimes when we don’t know or say we don’t know the right way forward, that we are holding, -- it’s not that we don’t know okay, they’re showing it, it’s that we haven’t reconciled this (head) and this (heart)-- because there’s a lot of pain involved in looking at truth.

We have seen the pain that truth can cause, the pain of full honesty when complete stories are revealed. We ask you to understand that pain is an important part of our, let’s call it, a truth information system that we must reconcile dissonance and conflict through sound logic and through a certain resonance of feeling that appears when we know the way forward. This can happen on a massive scale too and often this deep sense of knowing can send masses of people in a frenzy when it doesn’t match up with logic in the mind or that which is seen. We ask you to remember in these situations to allow this to have the louder voice first. That oftentimes we can believe our own fallacies in logic, we not telling you to throw logic out the window, but rather that sound logic is necessary to have soundness here (heart).

If you feel at peace here (heart), sometimes you need to rethink your logic, they’re saying rethink your logic because you’re missing pieces or you’re drawing improper conclusions. Sometimes you even have the wrong information. We live in an age right now of mistruths too, in which there is great pride taken in inflating that which we want to be true,-- holding it up as a golden trophy-- I’m holding this up as a truth. Using these truths that we are discerning as a bludgeon for other people.

There is in fact far too much focus on how to keep others down and how their wrongness has made you feel a particular way. Rather than the subtle art of getting along. In which our goal is trying to understand where other people are and a fuller understanding of where you are. If you want to get along better in the world. Don’t look out here, they’re saying, look in here, reconcile this, organize yourself so we understand the roots of emotions as relating to both spiritual items and mind items, thoughts, patterns, realities, the way that you’re seeing reality.

We can, not only can we refocus lenses on reality sometimes, but sometimes we can change the lenses through which we’re looking at reality. Have I looked at myself upside down, backwards, forwards in a multitude of situations? Those men who have mastery over themselves have looked at themselves in all types of relationships, different souls, different people bring out different essences of yourself. So this concept of knowing thyself is not fixed, different parts come out depending on who you’re with, it’s an infinite journey. That’s not to say one cannot also progress an infinite amount, but rather that we contain too much of an idea that this is fixed in this culture at the moment. I know who I am, who?, where?, they’re saying when? One who knows themselves, knows themselves in crisis as well as in peace, in discomfort as well as in comfort, in failure, also in perceived success.

As this one knows how one approaches struggle and hardship is of the utmost importance, when we can see and nurture self within that, then we can fully see others. This is the art of getting along that is lost when we focus on self-identity as a fixed thing. This relates to what we are saying about leaders, that the leaders called to leadership right now, maybe in the back of their mind they knew they were leaders, but they over here, they’ve been on the mountain so to say, looking at themselves, looking fully, looking fully, reaching out a hand, looking fully in all connection before they are called to lead more completely on this planet.

This is the essence of leadership and we say to be mindful of what you allow in your ears at this time. Mistruths can take deeper root because of the fear, --looks a little metal thing coming down, it clicks into fear, which then activates, looks like lights, a whole light system goes on with these implants of mistruth-- Be mindful of what you hear, what you see and the simple activation of fear within yourself can be an indication you’ve allowed an impurity to come in that you can ask to leave, then that whole light system leaves too. Many do not catch this process when it happens and instead all lights are activated. When fear is activated, man is under control of man, not under control of God. This higher service is of utmost importance that we understand. You can ask it how you want, what’s for the highest good? How do I serve God? What am I supposed to do here for the highest resonance of all beings? The answer is the same, but when those lights are activated, we’re in service of something else here on earth and it isn’t each other.

We’re not telling you that man should not serve each other, but rather man should not enshrine another man or their thoughts as a higher entity. This is having false prophets as well, prophets, false prophets oftentimes aimed at profit, funny turn of word here, which can in turn be an enshrinement. True man comes back to the service of other people. This is important to understand as you elect leaders and decide who to follow and who to support. It is truly a time to cleanse the world and there will be explosions left and right. Within personal and professional lives, these larger structures of empowerment. Be mindful what you are here on this planet for.

Meaningful Quotes

"We are in an age in which the dynamics of hierarchy are changing."

"When leaders are called, they are in service to those they lead."

"Be weary of those who tell you they lead, instead witness action of those in humble service of those they lead."

"There’s a lot of pain involved in looking at truth, we have seen the pain that truth can cause and the pain of full honesty when complete stories are revealed."

"Be mindful of what you allow in your ears. The message culminates in a reflection on what it means to be truly alive and how to manifest that aliveness through connection and care.

Transcript

Hey, everyone. Something’s cooking. So we’re gonna see what comes through today.

We wish to speak about the spiritual connection to the earth, by the earth we include not just the physical ground, that is, the planet, the ocean, but earth’s creatures, the healings we provide for each other. So we see that in this dimension all life forms are interconnected in some capacity. This is not only in all the physical ways, but in all the healing and spiritual ways as well. We are here the vast majority of the time to take care of each other, heal each other.

We witness this across species, and across appearance of species. You’ll see with dogs, everything that’s a dog doesn’t look the same. You wouldn’t identify those at the same animal if you knew nothing, yet they know how to connect each other. They’re not made blind by the appearance of the other dog, but rather understand each other. Many people are fascinated with connections to animals across species, that we understand mothering. A mother horse will take care of a child, understand mothering across a species. We’re often more connected by role than we are by species.

Certain humans are healed to be healers, as are certain animals. Many people experience the radiance that can come when you really let a favorite dog, they’re showing, or cat into your heart, it has great healing potential. --I was trying to add cat in there, they’re saying, --cats can physically heal the human form as well. There’s a vibrational healing capacity. So it goes beyond the heart connection, they can calm the heart, drain people of particular diseases. That’s the nature, it’s the nature of the cat, that’s not to say it is all cats, but most seem to understand this call, this purpose on the greater planet.

We’re speaking of domesticated animals at this point, they worked side by side, been harnessed with humans for so many years, there’s a deep interconnectedness between the species. They need each other, we understand the more we live the natural rhythms of existence, the more we understand the healing capacity animals and humans have on each other, also this healing we receive when we tend to and take care of others.

The old lineage, the old lineage of healer and those that are receiving the healing is an antiquated model. --I’m saying, was it ever really true?-- They’re saying, this is complicated, what’s important to understand now is we’re healing as collectives in pods of people, when one steps forward to lead, as this one. They’re saying, you’re correct to say it is occurring within a circle. The healing is happening to all involved. It looks a swirling rose gold light, moving through, not just those in the group,-- but swirly, it looks cloudy,-- those alongside. Thus we amplify.

We amplify healing energy the more we love and tend to others, not when we’re pulling it out of our heart, a martyr, draining myself, -- like a string cheese? -- pulling the string out of my heart to give it to someone else, that’s inappropriately channeled energy. One should recognize when one gives, one receives, the old models of keeping a tally sheet no longer hold true. That’s not to say one should only be giving out a martyr, it’s like understanding that these circles and flows of energy. It’s like, what does it even mean to give? All you are doing is holding, this is an extension of love.

--Of course, I’m saying, what about when you taking care of kids, I can feel my higher self, I’m folding my kids laundry, what’s going on? -- They’re saying, it’s an extension of this container of love. The laundry isn’t necessary, it doesn’t prove love, doing the laundry is devotion, devotion is related to love, but devotion itself is not love, they interrelated. This an interesting topic for a different day, the interconnectedness of those.

We lost the focus on devotion, they’re saying devotion as a spiritual practice, it’s not something we just want to take this chunk and have it come to an end. They’re calling it the never ending devoted path of a Christ-like lover of all those around them. This gets back into tending to animals to, the sacred path of tending to others, of mothering. This one would say, but mothering extends far beyond the role of mother and instead applies to all of us in the nurturing qualities we’re birthing forth as we continue to reevaluate, raise up the value of the feminine in this world.

After deciding for so many years that work was “tasks”. Tasks were driving us forward to understand that tasks don’t make a life. We’re not speaking of the importance of tasks because it’s also a part of who we are, a masculine feminine thing. There’s tasks, there’s do, then there’s feminine, there’s nurturing, there’s be. They’re not separate, --they’re like, it looks a fabric, silk, completely intertwined—All of these are necessary things to meditate on, so that we have a greater understanding of what it means to be alive. Indeed, this a most central question. What does alive mean to you? How do you manifest aliveness in your existence on this plane?

So now go back to animals, it’s like a celebration of aliveness. Oftentimes, when we witness the playfulness of animals, the joy, uninhibited joy, the celebration, and also on the darker side, the fear, the trauma we can find, the fear. Animals aren’t afraid to show their own pain so often, humans are, so we experience pain unlike our own. Healing through helping animals heal through pain. Hence the draw to rescue animals, to save, we are healing ourselves, rescuing them, it’s never been about the animal itself, that wouldn’t make logical sense.

Life itself has a mind of its own, like a journey of its own, they said, we said, mind of its own, --how does that make sense? It has a mind of its own? -- They’re like, it’s big capacity, beyond our understanding. How we dive into that, --it’s like you’re diving into a deep, deep water—They are saying, reckless love beyond our own understanding, surrendering into the interconnectedness, and realizing in this time, more than any others, this important for us, this is a primary message as we move forward. This no longer about this superiority of humans, it’s us weaving together on this journey, the interconnectedness of all things within systems that sustain each other, not just in looking at not harming, but in understanding cycles of harm, forgiveness, patterns where we take in one place because we do by nature of being alive, thus somewhere else we must give, finding balance, in flow, in these cycles of energy that before we have framed as a give and take. It’s important we feel that with animals. We’re concretely spending money, and work to take care of something that brings us joy, we receive more than we give. Those who care for animals usually understand the value of that, stop keeping a tally sheet. Become more devoted to those you love through patterns of affection. But also this flow of giving, receiving, knowing that one is not separate from the other. That’s all for today.

Meaningful Quotes

Crazy in quotes, because sometimes the divine has an incredible way of illustrating stuff to us, or repeating itself again and again. So we know this is real. I been getting messages lately about the power of witnessing. They’re saying, no, no, no, you don’t have to do anything, just your presence and speaking into the truth, how healing that is. Understanding the gravity of this work, in part because I’m thinking, well, I don’t, I just let it come through, then I can walk away from it. Realizing the magnitude, hey, you don’t have to do anything, just this presence does something.

I’m sitting in the back of this worship leader program. My dear friend is running, working on. I’m just called to sit there, help him figure out how to organize content. I’m on my computer, no one knows who I am, nobody knows anything about me. There’s a woman in the program, she has this light around her. It’s clear to me this person has a huge calling, she walks in the room, I can see her big old aura. I had a 2 min conversation with her, said a few things, but not enough. She doesn’t know who I am at all. So she walks up to me on Monday, she’s saying, “this is gonna sound really weird, I don’t really know how to say it, but I just want to tell you that your presence here is so healing.” She’s saying, “I know that you see me, just you seen me is a gift from God, I needed to tell you that.” I said, “oh, I do see you.” We got interrupted, but it was clear. It was mind blowing, the message been coming at me from all angles, she doesn’t know me.

It’s a reminder, as you continue on your healing journey, as you heal, many of you have witnessed that as you heal yourself, devote yourself more fully to love, interacting in loving connection with others, not this crusty replay of old patterns, which is how humans without the divine are set up, others rise in love with you unconsciously. There’s a healing, they’re showing a circle, --a hula hoop around you,-- this power to heal just by a steady, loving presence. In doing this work, you’re not fixing yourself so there’s no issue, that’s a prescription to seal yourself up tight with thread, but more fully teaching yourself how to love, how to hold within a bucket a larger capacity for love, for change, for stability when your riding out the more challenging patterns of others around you.

There’s a piece of resilience, not in muscle up, we’re doing this, not feeling anything, but rather in this ability to be fully present, simultaneously be sitting back, watching a pattern unfold. Sometimes sitting back, watching the pattern unfold means that we’re changing the pattern on our end, so the way we interact shifts because we shifted it. Sometimes, more importantly, we just watching the pattern, recognizing there is a pattern. I’m saying, why is that more important? They’re saying, because sometimes in this work we get obsessed with fixing, we rush the process of not fully observing in order to fix. Fixing with a pair of scissors is different than fixing by holding out these palms of love. When we hold out the palms of love, holding someone, things have a tendency to fix themselves.

It’s important to talk about this, because sometimes there’s this question, why am I here? Why am I doing this? Holistically. This work brings more enjoyment, refueling the joy back in life by reminding us of our sense of purpose, our connection to the divine, our connection to all living things around us, recognizing our capacity to change the world just by being the center of love in it. We recognize the power of surrender, not simply the pattern of doing. It’s true, sometimes surrender involves walking forward on a destined path of doing, (that you have to do things on.) But the whole path isn’t in the doing.

There’s a experience here, in particular for this one, and many in this circle. This growth of the heart looks like all these vines going out in the world around you. We’re taking the barren dead grass, and we’re growing lush green vines over the grass, including others that would not normally be included. Many, many ones in this group wear many disguises, heal others around them in settings where you’re not looking -- they’re not in the sweat lodge, in the spiritual circle.-- You’re in disguise in the workplace, in the business, working with children in order to spread the seeds so that you can enrich, expand life.

We wish to say more on why this work is important. There’s all this outward peace, then this inward peace where we are purifying the nature of the soul and going to the deepest level of the heart. These questions on human understanding, and what it means to be alive, are essential to ask. How do we build an infrastructure that honors the divinity of humanity within this world? There’s a lot about life structure that can be said. It’s important to reflect within, so we move away from, we been given the impression –it looks like it’s some plastic fake house, “this is what you want”, a plastic kid’s playhouse-- We’re given this as a life, as an achievement in life. An achievement is achieved by living, by expanding, by growth, and transformation. That transformation is between people as well. So we must ask ourselves in these times how we wish to live and express ourselves, even when forced in this container, --it looks like someone took this plastic house. They painted it a bunch of colors, planted a big garden around it. Okay, you gave me the plastic house-- what am I creating here? What am I longing for? That’s the question that we wish to leave you with on this journey. What am I longing for on this plane? What am I longing for on the deepest internal level, like creativity, and expression of life? What am I longing for here? What am I seeing here every day in the everyday surroundings? Interesting. Okay, I’ll be thinking about that, too.

Meaningful Quotes

She argues that these structures disconnect us from each other and from the divine, emphasizing that true connection with the divine emerges through meaningful relationships with others. Chrysta calls for a new approach to relating—one that embraces imperfection, fosters community, and recognizes the divine as an embodied, human experience rather than a distant, flawless ideal.

Transcript

Okay. I was interested in the hierarchy piece from yesterday. So, I'm gonna see if I can. I'm asking them if they want to talk about the hierarchy.

Yes, understanding the human propensity to be drawn into hierarchy is essential to understand. It's like how the external energies work, moving forward, how we relate to others. It is deep within the nature of mankind to look for the leader. They're showing all these animals too. Well, of course, we also have all these animals who are looking for the herd leader themselves as well. It is not human-like to go into a cave on your own, and when men do this, it is in search of the leader of all, of God, in hoping to gain closeness to God.

Thus, when one opens the door to one's faith and inner hearing, one decreases a susceptibility to being controlled by evil leaders from the outside. We're not saying that leaders are wrong per se. In fact, understanding that you can learn from all beings is essential to –showing someone picking blueberries-- harvesting as much as you can in this lifetime. It's essential to understand that for all people, there will be times when you lead and times when you follow. –and then they’re qualifying well they don’t mean all people because sometimes … but it’s safe to say that this is the majority of the time.-- Even those who do not see that they are leaders are oftentimes asked to lead in particular situations, like we see this in families as well as in children and the different manners in which they interact with each other.

This is not insight into the nature of the soul but rather a deep understanding that we need each other. What we were commenting about yesterday was a false hierarchy in which there's one leader at the top of the mountain that knows everything about everything. This one –they’re talking about me-- knows to look to leaders in all places, that sometimes our teacher or leader is a two-year-old child. We can understand that wisdom comes in all stations in life, it doesn’t just from the adult superior. Thus, we get a type of worship of the gray-haired man that is falsely placed there by a feeling of security we experience when those who believe they're always right tell us that they are right.

What we're missing in that is this interconnectedness to evaluate on a deep level, not just a false sense of safety, but whether the teachings themselves are good. The proof is in the pudding is an example of this. The teachings are of value if they work and produce fruit within your life. It doesn't work to just say that teachings are correct. This goes back to this worship of the white-haired man as the figure. This is an image that we are recognizing is dead as the generations continue to come in.

We're looking to younger people who have more answers than us because they have not unlearned that which we knew at birth. There is information that is inherited rather than learned from the external. That's not to discount learning we can do from a book; however, learning from a book can also be remembering at a certain level and is a process of relating. When you read a book, you're entering a relationship with the person who wrote the book. That's why AI writing doesn't give us information of value because it's missing the teaching element of a human energy. We cannot replicate the teacher because we cannot replicate the soul.

The soul is the greatest teacher. In viewing the souls of others, we learn how to cultivate growth within our own soul. When we're around the soul of someone great, we mirror that greatness back to them because we act as mirrors. So, there is a great influence. Thus, you'll notice, like in a relationship, say people are together, and one person is a loving, giving person, and the other is not, they become, it becomes its own black hole because of the way those energies aren't effectively mirrored and instead create a black hole, not because of a polarity of opposites attracts, but it's like the way that they run energies are really different. Usually, there's a form of codependency involved in a pairing like this. So, it's hard to explain outside of the vacuum that is these energies trying to eat each other.

But we are saying that if we pair this loving energy with another loving energy, the mirror radiates out. Energies combine in different ways. It is up to us to select – this is part of what we talked about with selection and who you relate to. We want to encourage you to spend as much time with those that help you reflect a powerful love out into this world, and those that truly see make their way in this world by holding hands with others alongside them.

It's important to know that you have a decision in this process, not only in how you relate to others but in who you relate to and notice the impact that these others have on your internal soul. We're not telling you now that you're relating incorrectly, but that you should observe patterns and recognize how you run energies through connection. Who do you worship in connection? Who do you serve? Who do you give yourself to? Who do you make yourself vulnerable to? Vulnerability is a big part of connection. We're not telling you to be vulnerable all the time but to be strategic and not to be vulnerable in order to seek approval, which sometimes people do, now. This is a common thing. I'm making myself vulnerable so that I can gain your approval. No, I'm sharing softness so that I can build connection. This connection of us is of highest value, not approval.

I’m asking, can’t connection and approval overlap sometimes? Usually, we're seeking a different thing. You don’t accidentally look for one and find the other. You have to be very mindful of what you seek and, again, how you build this foundation. And understanding there's such a big piece of work put into this world to give, to tend, -- I’m seeing animals too-- to take care of ourselves. It's really challenging, even just to have this reverence for yourself that you take the care of yourself that you need, is a struggle for most people. Then add in the nonstop need to care for others. It is indeed a path of hard work, but you don't get anywhere thinking of it as hard work. We have to think of it as loving action and the action that we must take in order to be in love.

They're asking me if that makes sense, and I'm saying yes.

Five Meaningful Quotes

This is a time of deep change. Truly, the old ways of being are broken. And as we come into what is new. It is of the utmost importance that we reflect on how we have built the infrastructure on the deepest level. Truly the old ways of knowing no longer serve us. If we think we can come to the “truth” just by a knowing, then we are incorrect.

Indeed, we must have a merging of logical structure; so sound mind, and a resonant soul, in order to bring the pieces together so that we can move forward and transmit, indeed share the messages (but it's also the love) that we wish to connect with in this lifetime.

The biggest struggle in the world right now is loneliness, and it is no tool. --It's like people are pointing to social media or they’re pointing to these reasons why. But it's not the medium that makes loneliness an issue.-- It's a structure of learning that that we've prioritized learning from a book and have not prioritized learning to connect.

Indeed, look at small children, --they're showing like in schools-- we allow children to attach to each other and kind of cling to each other because they don't have anyone else. So, they're clinging to someone their same age. And In fact, we're meant to coexist within mixed age groups teaching each other. Not with one leader and a bunch of students. That that structure supports this hierarchy and supports a way of thinking, that is, “I'm looking for the one person who knows things”, rather than I'm able to kind of blend --It looks like someone making a quilt-- I'm able to blend and stitch pieces together.

And it's like you're asking a higher power outside yourself, rather than that higher power outside yourself being a teacher. That relates to this attachment to complete and stable hierarchy. We can get to that later. They're saying, remind me to come back to that because this is important.

But they're saying what's of utmost importance today is to understand the significance of the loneliness of the heart. That most commonly, we were in the container --where they were showing the kids clinging together-- and then we kind of pull them apart and tell them to be detached. So, we're in a place in which we really care about attachment, so that people are happy like this. You know, happy on the outside that you have friends therefore you'll be happy. And not, providing young ones with tools of understanding, navigating complex relationships, choosing who you connect and disconnect with, rather than a forced thing outside of yourself.

This teaches young ones to not build a community, but receive a community based on where you're dropped in and what you're supposed to do that we have this image that we're just going to --kind of looks like a ball-- like drop a child. We’re dropped onto this path. Rather than a deeper understanding, --looks like roots growing through, it's like we're co-creating. Well, not co-creating we're writing-- We're writing a path with the divine.

And we're writing a path in which it's like connecting deeper and deeper becomes of the utmost importance. We've said to this one that if you want to learn to connect to the divine, yes, first you must learn to connect with yourself. But there's more powerful, deeper lessons in learning to connect with others and learning to connect through disconnection.

I'm like, what does that mean? Connect through disconnection is when -- looks like a path is rocky, like a little car bouncing down a road, or like the connection somehow misses each other-- How do we understand people here –Chrysta is touching her heart-- when we're not understanding? Or, what we also struggle with as a mankind, as a humankind is how do we connect emotionally when we're not in the same spot? And, in fact, we're not required to be in the same spot emotionally in order to connect.

I'm like, well, how do we connect then? There's deeper connection than emotion. We've become enslaved to emotions as well; that in a response to a culture that told you “it doesn't matter how you feel.” We've now become enslaved to how we feel and have convoluted, and at many times, we've convoluted an intuitive feeling with an emotional feeling, or we've kind of enshrined this emotional feeling. And allowed the divine feeling to get smaller and smaller. And it's like we've allowed the divine feeling to become less divine. The human is not the divine, and yet there is a divinity in all human beings. Yes, this is a paradox, and both are true.

In searching for the divine within self. We also fully see the divine in others around us. How do we learn to appreciate that divine and kind of boost it up? --I get-- See it, kind of treasure it, it looks like crystal that I'm seeing and I'm admiring this crystal thing in front of me. Without feeling this nature of competition. This nature of competition gets in the way it's another big piece that gets in the way of the connections which are essential in this world. Yes, it is very important to connect and to learn to connect.

We can only truly connect when we're not in competition with others, when we are holding each other to become, for the highest good. Rather than feeling like God has a finite number of seats around a table. --Like there's 21 seats at the table. There's not room for anyone else. So, I have got to make sure I get there-- Is recognizing that the more God energy that is on earth. (The more divine energy, whatever you want to call it). The more God energy that is here, the more God that is in our lives, the more we can reflect this divine to others, and the more --it looks like a mirror-- you see the god in someone else it reflects back to you.

So indeed, to get back to it. There's a lost art of loving people and that is what we are here to remind people how to do because it's part of the divine nature. It's kind of swept out the door by our schooling system, by how we treat children, by how we value each other --it looks like through a list—okay, you check these boxes. Instead of recognizing the other I'm looking at is this watercolor. That's a little, that’s fuzzy I don't really know, you know. It's not that things aren't there like on a list. --So, to me, that's interesting. There's the comparison of the checklist with a watercolor, in which both convey information. It's not a spilled puddle of painting, it's painting, but it's kind of fuzzy around the edges-- That's some of how we should recognize imperfection. Not that I’m either good enough or not, or perfection or imperfection. It just is.

And in that, --it's like this ball-- we can continually be rolling forward, or, kind of not rolling forward. It's more of well, part of it, they're saying, is rolling forward. Part of it is an expansion, so that we're continually striving to emulate God, not in the God way up here, but in the embodied God. Like the Son, Jesus, it's very human in form and in fact in many ways deeply flawed. That gets into more of the “truth” of the Jesus story that they're not going to get into today. There’re truths that have been unwritten. The human construct --well, they're calling it -- the devil's construct is that God has to be perfect. We're perfect in the imperfection. That's the love of God of which people speak. And it's like we're perfect in the imperfection, not when we're rigid in “but this is who I am”. I can be a lot of it. But when we're, you know, a little more effervescent and moving to more clearly reflect the Spirit of God. In truth and untruth in darkness and light, in “mistake” and “correct”. That gets us into the subject of what it means to correct, because indeed we have a fixed idea of “there's a correct way forward”. And while, sometimes it's clear what the moral way is. Often, again, we're looking for simple solutions to complex problems.

I'm like, is this relevant to what we're talking about today? And I'm getting, yes, because, indeed, this is what we find in relationships. It's that it's a four dimensional situation that we're trying to understand with a linear two-dimensional solution. It's a complicated art of navigating connections. Which is why people openly talk about the energetics of connections between people, recognizing that that's there. But maybe have more discomfort in talking about, or in discussing the connection with the divine or with “God our Father”. --I think, purposely using some loaded language there-- it's that it becomes an energy of like, God has a checklist you're supposed to do. That there's a right way forward that then in thinking that --not all because there's a lot of trauma there that's 45% of people's resistance to God-- it boils down complex situations into a simple checklist like, God wants me to do the right thing here. And the right thing is XYZ. When we add humans into it, there's an understanding that situations are complex. that someone may fill the role of both of both villain and lover at the same time. That these identities can coexist in one being. In fact, all the world, the divine included, is enveloped in the complexities of these energies.

And we're here to help cause an expansion in people, so that this multitude of layers can coexist. We're hoping that this is helpful and we'll continue this story with more information.
