Traveling solo is an unparalleled adventure. We can do anything we want. We don't want to hear from anyone,and ask for anything. Solo trips means we are the captain of the ship.We can sail wherever we want at any time. We get the full freedom and resilience to choose plans with our preferences.

WHY MUNNAR

So I decided to go on a solo trip to Munnar. There are many reasons to choose Munnar. Munnar is a hill station and town situated in the district called Idukki of the South Indian state Kerala. Munnar is the place that is known as the Kasmir Of South India. It's the most visited tourist place in India. Munnar is so famous for its tea plantations. Munnar is a point where the three streams fuse Mudrapuzha,Kundala and Nallathanni. Munnar is located 1600 m above sea level. It's also the most chosen honeymoon destination in Kerala. Munnar is also famous for the Neelakurinji flower that blooms once in every 12 years.

Next is 2030. The highest peak of south India Anamudi 2695 m is situated in Munnar. Winter from December to March,autumn from September to November are the best months to visit Munnar.

BENIFITS OF CHOOSING MOTORBIKE RIDE IN SOLO TRIP

I started my trip on December 3rd 2023 in a motorbike from Thrissur. I think a motorbike is the best transportation vehicle for a solo trip to a place like Munnar. We can enjoy every moment.when riding a bike, go through any narrow roots and park anywhere. We can feel the snowfall and the beauty of hill stations that pass through our sides.

PLAN YOUR STAY/ACCOMMODATION

It's a 180 KM journey on one side.But it's not a big deal for a bike rider,reached there in around 6 hours. When I got there it's already getting dark and i'm very tired of the bike ride,so without wasting any time I searched for a hotel to rest.

I Googled and found one with a normal price and needed facilities. The hotel name was ' The Leaf Munnar ' family friendly resort with an array of indoor and outdoor games,campfire area and a clean pool,nestled amidst pristine nature with stunning views and nature walks. Features a stunning Restaurant ,infinity pools with valley views ,spacious rooms with waterfall views. With all these,I think I selected the best place to stay in Munnar. Now you guys think what will i do solely in a hotel like this. I made friendship with a family there. I am the type of person that loves to meet and get acquainted with new people.I enjoyed the night by dancing,singing and enjoying the campfire with them.

Next day morning I started my journey to explore Munnar .There are lots of beautiful places to see in Munnar but my trip was a one day trip so I wanted to choose the best places randomly.

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS

Munnar is renowned for its stunning tea plantations that carpet the rolling hills. The Eravikulam national park is famous for endangered Nilgiri Tahr and breathtaking views of the Western Ghats.Munnar boasts several beautiful waterfalls such as Attukal,Lakkam and Cheeyappara waterfalls.

These are awesome to watch when they are in full flow. Also visited Mattupetty Lake and enjoyed boating there. Munnar is a home of diverse wildlife. I did an afternoon safari in Chinnar wildlife sanctuary. With my luck I spotted some elephants,langurs,monkeys and a variety of bird species in the forest.

Am an adventure lover too. Munnar offers opportunities for trekking,rock climbing and camping so I don't miss that. Popular trekking routes include the ascent to Anamudi,and the trek to Meesapulimala known for its thrilling views. After all this the day came to an end. For lunch I experienced the local cuisine which often features delicious south Indian dishes infused with local spices.

CONCLUSION

Overall Munnar promises a wonderful experience with its natural beauty,cultural richness and opportunities for adventure. Whether you are a solo traveler, a couple or a family,Munnar has something special to offer to everyone.

words,and I also love to travel.There are lots of places in my bucket list and i visited many of them.

Now i'm talking about the experiences when i visited Goa,the place known as Pearl Of The Orient.My all trips are not pre planned,this one is also like that.I have a traveling partner leo,my childhood friend.We decided to celebrate our new year in Goa.

TRAIN JOURNEY EXPERIENCE

We started our journey from Thissur railway station,caught ERS LTT DURONTO train.The train was packed with peoples.we didn't got a seat until we reached the Madgaon station,but that just a piece of cake to us because celebrate the new year party in Goa was the most important thing to us.so without wasting any time we started exploring Goa.

1) Bom Jesus Basilica

Basilica of Bom Jesus is a catholic Basilica located in Goa.The iconic church is a pilgrimage center and recognised by UNESCO as world heritage site.This Basilica is located in old Goa,the former capital of Portuguese India and holds the mortal remains of St Francis Xavier.

2) Chapora Fort

The next places we visited was the atmospheric forts like Chapora and Aguada.The Chapora Fort was

located in Bardez Goa.Facing the Chapora River.The Chapora fort was built by Adil Shahi dynasty ruler Adil shah.Previously the fort was known as Shahpoora then the Portuguese changed the name to Shapora ( Chapora ) by Malvankar.It is now a popular tourist place in Goa.The view of the Chapora river from the Chapora fort was unforgettable.

3) Aguada Fort

As i mentioned earlier the next fort we visited was Aguada Fort.Like Chapora Fort Aguada Fort is also a important fort in Goa.The

fort was built in 1612 by Potugese.Like a caparison to the elephant there is also a light house near the Aguada Fort.We can see the engineering and construction skills of Portugese in it.The best part of Aguada Fort is,the beauty of Aguada Fort when it is standing like a spear that pierced in to Arabian Sea.

4) Sunset on Baga Beach

The vibrant fusion of Konkani and Portuguese flavors makes Goan cuisine a treat for the taste buds, with dishes like vindaloo
