<p>I know, it might be hard to imagine that low-calorie chocolate could also taste delicious. As someone who has been on a keto diet for the past year, I am always on the lookout for a low-sugar snack that tastes fantastic. I have tried many of the low-calorie chocolate options and none were as good as <a href="http://www.gatsbychocolate.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">GATSBY</a>. Most of them actually taste quite terrible. I was so excited when I found GATSBY a few months ago and I always keep some on hand for my chocolate fix.</p>
<p><strong>FOUNDING OF GATSBY CHOCOLATE</strong></p>
<p>GATSBY was founded by Doug Bouton, a name you might not recognize. Doug was a co-founder of the amazing <a href="https://halotop.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Halo Top</a> ice cream, a family favorite. Halo Top quickly became one of the best-selling ice cream pints in America. My family loves the Halo Top ice creams because they can eat the entire pint for less calories than a tiny serving of regular ice cream. Doug spent a year developing the recipe for GATSBY chocolate. GATSBY tastes indulgent, exactly what a high-quality chocolate bar should be. With much fewer calories and sugar than the competition, Gatsby is the clear winner for those on keto, low sugar, and other similar diets.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7796" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Beige-Modern-Food-Pinterest-Pin-2-200x300.jpg" alt="GATSBY low calorie chocolate" width="500" height="750" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Beige-Modern-Food-Pinterest-Pin-2-200x300.jpg 200w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Beige-Modern-Food-Pinterest-Pin-2-683x1024.jpg 683w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Beige-Modern-Food-Pinterest-Pin-2-768x1152.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Beige-Modern-Food-Pinterest-Pin-2-150x225.jpg 150w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Beige-Modern-Food-Pinterest-Pin-2.jpg 1000w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p><strong>LOW CALORIE CHOCOLATE AND WHAT IS INSIDE</strong></p>
<p>How luxurious does this gold box and wrapper look? As I open a GATSBY chocolate bar it just feels indulgent from start to finish. Each bar is 2.8 oz and an entire box is only 210 calories. Pretty impressive, right? Some flavors are even vegan, check the labels to see which flavors work for your diet.</p>
<p><strong>INGREDIENTS IN GATSBY CHOCOLATE</strong></p>
<p>So how do they make GATSBY chocolate? The ingredients are clearly listed on the nutrition panel below. Each serving of the Almond Dark bar has only 3G net carbs, which is fantastic. One serving has 13G total carbs and 4G dietary fiber. Each GATSBY product has slightly different nutritional values, so please check each one before consuming.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7800" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Beige-Modern-Food-Pinterest-Pin-3-200x300.jpg" alt="NUTRITION panel for GATSBY chocolate" width="500" height="750" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Beige-Modern-Food-Pinterest-Pin-3-200x300.jpg 200w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Beige-Modern-Food-Pinterest-Pin-3-683x1024.jpg 683w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Beige-Modern-Food-Pinterest-Pin-3-768x1152.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Beige-Modern-Food-Pinterest-Pin-3-150x225.jpg 150w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Beige-Modern-Food-Pinterest-Pin-3.jpg 1000w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p>If you have tried low-calorie chocolate before and you did not like it, you are in for a real treat. GATSBY chocolate tastes different. It is smooth, indulgent, and flavorful. It really does not taste very different than a normal regular chocolate bar. You must try it to believe it. Scroll down for a link to a free bar so you can see for yourself how delicious this low calorie chocolate is.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7794" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Mothers-Day-Facebook-Post-300x251.jpg" alt="GATSBY the low calorie delicious tasting chocolate" width="500" height="419" /></p>
<p><strong>Where to find out what is new with GATSBY</strong></p>

<p><strong>Where to buy GATSBY chocolate</strong></p>
<p>You can find GATSBY chocolate at many local grocery stores. These stores should have GATSBY chocolate bars for sale: Sprouts, Kroger, Ralphs, Mariano&#8217;s Fred Meyer, Smith&#8217;s, Safeway, Albertsons, Walmart, Dillon&#8217;s, City Market, QFC, and Fry&#8217;s. <p>2.Rosemary Truffle Pop Art Popcorn</p>
<p>There is no snack more beautiful than this bag of rosemary truffle and olive oil <a href="https://amzn.to/3G9TEcE" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">popcorn</a>. We recently fell in love with the entire line of Pop Art snacks. The bags are so fun and colorful, while the snacks inside are delicious and addictive. Pop Art gourmet popcorn is not only incredibly delicious, it is good for you too. All the flavors are made with whole grain non GMO corn, are gluten free, and kosher. Our favorite flavors include Pepper Parmesan, Sweet and Salty Sparkles, and Cheddar Jalapeno. Check out all the Pop Art snacks <a href="https://popartsnacks.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">here</a>. Don&#8217;t miss the limited-time seasonal flavors (maple sea salt, yum!) or the incredible 3D potato bites, any of these snacks would make a great gift.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7776" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-5-300x300.jpg" alt="the outrageously good chili cookbook" width="500" height="500" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-5-300x300.jpg 300w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-5-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-5-150x150.jpg 150w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-5-768x768.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-5-1536x1536.jpg 1536w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-5.jpg 2048w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-5-500x500.jpg 500w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-5-96x96.jpg 96w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p>3.The Seriously Good Chili Cookbook</p>
<p>Do you remember the scene in The Office with the chili, when <span id="productTitle" class="a-size-extra-large">Brian Baumgartner (Kevin Malone) drops the whole pot of chili? This cookbook is a great gift for chili lovers. I might be a bit biased because my award-winning chili is included in this <a href="https://amzn.to/3FILJBP" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">cookbook</a> on page 153. This cookbook makes a great gift for anyone who loves to cook, Pair it with a big <a href="https://amzn.to/3v7leRt" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">pot</a> to cook the chili in, and you have the ultimate gift. This is the only comprehensive chili cookbook that you will ever need.</span></p>

<h2>HISTORY OF ORGANIC VALLEY</h2>
<p>Organic products are better for your family and for the environment. <a href="http://www.organicvalley.coop" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Organic Valley</a> is the only brand of dairy products that I have been serving my family for the past 30 years. You might not think that there is a difference between organic and non-organic foods but there really is. Organic Valley was started in the Midwest in 1988 by a group of family farmers. These small family farms were getting overrun but the large industrial chemical farms.</p>
<p>Organic Valley is a cooperative made up of family farms. If you have never tried organic dairy products, you must taste them to believe them. Not only are these products more decadent and delicious, they are also better for your family. They have a higher nutritional content and do not contain any pesticides, synthetic hormones, and non-GMO ingredients. Organic Valley dairy products have ingredient transparency, you can know exactly what farm made your milk, butter, cheese, or cream. You can even learn the names of the cows that gave the milk to make these products.</p>

<h2>HOW TO MAKE TOFFEE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES</h2>
<p>This recipe has two steps. Make the toffee, then let it harden in the freezer. While the toffee hardens, you can work on the chocolate chip cookie dough. The chocolate chip cookie dough is not different than most cookie doughs. The longer the dough sits in the refrigerator, the better the flavor of the cookies will be. You can even scoop them into cookie ball shapes and then refrigerate them.</p>
<p>If you do not want to make brown butter for the cookie dough you don&#8217;t have to. You can simply use softened sticks of butter instead. An important note, when you cream the butter and sugar together, make sure you cream it together for a minimum of 5 minutes and up to 10 minutes. Creaming your butter and sugars long enough is the key to making a better texture in your cookies and disperses the sugars evenly throughout.</p>

<h2>FAQ ABOUT ORGANIC PRODUCTS</h2>
<p>Click on the Organic Valley website <a href="http://www.organicvalley.coop" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">here</a> and sign up for their newsletter, you might even get some free coupons. The newsletter is filled with incredible information about organic farmers and the work that they do. Once you have registered your zip code on the website, you will see the organic farm that is closest to your home and you can read more about them. I found photos and a full-page story about the Holterholm family farm, located only 45 miles away from me.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7760" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-1-300x300.jpg" alt="happy cow in a field" width="500" height="500" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-1-300x300.jpg 300w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-1-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-1-150x150.jpg 150w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-1-768x768.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-1-1536x1536.jpg 1536w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-1.jpg 2048w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-1-500x500.jpg 500w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Simple-Flower-Facebook-Profile-Picture-1-96x96.jpg 96w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p>I have always tried to buy organic products when I can. Organic Valley farmers have 30 years of knowledge about how to create a happy environment for the cows to live in. Happy cows produce more milk. The Organic Valley products taste amazing (do a taste test yourself, you might be surprised at how much better the Organic Valley products taste).  Food that tastes better, and is healthier for your family, seems like an easy decision to me. Organic Valley farms have higher standards of care for their animals. Cows roam freely and spend more time outside. On average, Organic Valley cows spend 50% more time outside in the pastures, than the organic standards require.</p>
<p>My mission is to prioritize the health of my family. At the same time, I want to do what is best for the earth and the environment. I feel really good about serving Organic Valley dairy products to my family and you should too. Organic Valley is owned by almost 1800 small organic farms across the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Each of these family farms is committed to taking care of its animals in the best way possible. The coolest part of the Organic Valley company is that all the family farms are part owners in the business.</p>

<h2>PRODUCTS THAT WILL HELP MAKE THIS RECIPE AMAZING</h2>
<p>You really do not need any fancy equipment to make these yummy Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies. But if you want to use the products that we do it will make cookie-making easier. The most important kitchen An electric mixer is super helpful for creaming the butter and sugars together. We love this <a href="https://amzn.to/3XCRvNx" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Kitchen Aid mixer</a>, it is a workhorse. Next, you need some strong cookie sheets. Your cookie sheet can really make a big difference in the quality of your cookies. We love this 3 piece set of Aluminum <a href="https://amzn.to/3VbDZyB" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">cookie sheets</a> from Nordic Ware. A silpat nonstick silicone baking mat is crucial. I love <a href="https://amzn.to/3EA1aeW" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">this</a> one because it has cookie circles to help your kids space their cookies in the perfect spots. A <a href="https://amzn.to/3V9uDU7" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">cookie scoop</a> is so much fun for kids to use. This one is a perfect size for these toffee chocolate chip cookies. A heavy-bottomed pan like this All-Clad <a href="https://amzn.to/3U7Wnaj" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">pan</a> is great for making the toffee. The last thing that I recommend is <a href="https://amzn.to/3gE3UA6" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">these</a> crumpet rings. They are great for making any round foods, but also great for keeping your cookies nice and circular.</p>

<p>It is hard to put into words how delicious this breakfast pie recipe is. My kids love this pie and yours will too. Combine your favorite omelet fillings and you can make this breakfast pie your own. This breakfast pie recipe is very easy to make. Saute your vegetables, then add some eggs and cheese. Bake it in a Wick&#8217;s pie crust and you are ready for breakfast. This pie can stay in your refrigerator for up to 3 days. Mine never lasts too long because the kids eat it too quickly. Cut it into slices and freeze them for a hearty school day breakfast.</p>
<h2>Filling school day breakfast</h2>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7711" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_112222-225x300.jpg" alt="slice of easy breakfast pie" width="500" height="667" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_112222-225x300.jpg 225w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_112222-768x1024.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_112222-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_112222-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_112222-640x853.jpg 640w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_112222-150x200.jpg 150w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_112222-scaled.jpg 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p>We are always rushing to get to school on time. If you make an extra breakfast pie and slice it and freeze it, you can have a hot and healthy breakfast ready in less than a minute. I always triple the recipe so we can eat it for breakfast the first day, then have frozen slices available to quickly reheat the rest of the week. Just look at all the yumminess in this bite. I wish you could taste a bite through the screen.</p>
<h2>On the Go protein-packed meal</h2>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7699" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_111743-225x300.jpg" alt="protein packed slice of breakfast egg pie" width="500" height="667" /></p>
<p>As a busy Mom, I worry about my kids if they do not eat a protein-packed breakfast, especially on school days. One egg has 6 grams of protein. This recipe has 8 eggs in it, plus the milk, cheese, and other delicious ingredients. Your kids might succeed in school better after eating a healthy breakfast.</p>
<h2>Ingredients</h2>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7690" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_085458-300x225.jpg" alt="Breakfast pie before it is baked" width="500" height="375" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_085458-300x225.jpg 300w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_085458-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_085458-768x576.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_085458-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_085458-2048x1536.jpg 2048w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_085458-500x375.jpg 500w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_085458-150x113.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p>This recipe is a great &#8220;clear out the fridge&#8221; recipe. Use up whatever vegetables you have on hand. If your family does not like onions, leave them out. If you love peppers or mushrooms, add them in. This recipe is super adaptable. The basic recipe is to saute your favorite veggies in some butter, then add them to your eggs and cheese. Pour into a pie crust then place your tater tots on top. Your kids will love placing on the tater tots. When you involve your kids in making the recipe, they are more likely to eat and enjoy it!</p>
<h2>How to Make it</h2>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7681" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_084318-300x225.jpg" alt="saute onion and garlic in butter" width="500" height="375" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_084318-300x225.jpg 300w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_084318-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_084318-768x576.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_084318-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_084318-2048x1536.jpg 2048w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_084318-500x375.jpg 500w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/20220921_084318-150x113.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>

<p>Place your tater tots on top of the egg mixture, then bake at 400 degrees for 60-75 minutes. You might need to cook it a bit longer depending on your oven, up to 90 minutes. You will know when it is done, it should look golden brown on top.</p>

<p>Some questions you might have about this recipe:</p>
<p><strong>My kids hate spinach, do I need to include it?</strong></p>
<p>Nope, leave out any vegetable that your family does not enjoy.</p>
<p><strong>We love cheese, can we use more than one kind, or add more cheese?</strong></p>
<p>Yes! Use any cheese you like best. You can even make this recipe with a few kinds of cheese combined. We have made it with swiss and cheddar together and it is fantastic!</p>
<p><strong>Do I cook the pie crust first?</strong></p>
<p>No, you cook it all together with the egg and vegetable mixture in the pie shell. No need to prebake the pie crust.</p>
<p><strong>Do I need to use tater tots on top?</strong></p>
<p>No, you do not need the tater tots on top, but they give a delicious flavor to this breakfast pie. You can put shredded hash browns on top if you cannot find tater tots.</p>

<p>This recipe is extremely adaptable. You can easily make this breakfast pie before brunch and then serve it the next day. It also can be frozen and then defrosted and heated up. If I freeze this breakfast pie, I like to freeze it in precut slices so it is easier to heat up.</p>

<p>Probiotics, are good bacteria and help you keep a healthy balance in your body. When you are ill, bad bacteria come into your body and begin to increase in numbers. This makes your body feel out of balance very quickly. You need good bacteria, such as a probiotic supplement to fight off the bad bacteria and restore the balance in your body. <p>Good bacteria keeps you feeling healthy and balanced by controlling the inflammation in your body and supporting your immune functions. Good bacteria can also help support the cells that line your gut, helps to break down and absorb medications, helps your body digest food, and creates vitamins. The good bacteria work silently and keep your body healthy around the clock. Good bacteria is a natural part of your body and those who eat a well-balanced diet with a lot of fiber each day, keep their good bacteria at healthy levels.</p>

<p>Beneficial, live bacteria grow inside everyone&#8217;s boday as soon as a baby is born. It is important to have this good bacteria growing inside you. Every probiotic supplement is made up of different strains of bacteria and it is hard to choose one over another. Bio-Kult products are unique multi-species, multi-strain probiotic supplements. You have hundreds of different bacterial strains in your gut. Each strain has special properties and health benefits. If you take a multi-strain probiotic you should have more positive benefits on a wider scale of gastrointestinal problems. The larger the number of strains in your probiotic the better the overall benefits are. The goal of a probiotic is to create the optimum balance of the beneficial bacteria in your body.</p>

<p>The Big Easy company has a very interesting story of how they got started. The co founders started this beverage business in their home kitchen. Their toddler was the official taste tester. The unique ingredients combined with authentic recipes, and digestive health benefits make it a slam dunk drink. What is Tepache? It is a pineapple soda. Big Easy has a full line of 100% all natural wellness drinks that taste great and are good for you. These healthy sodas are inspired by ancient fermentation traditions around the world. There are no artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners, and each drink is only 45 calories for the whole can. There are no added probiotics, post fermentation.</p>

<p><strong>How to make an adult drink with Tepache</strong>:</p>
<p>You can drink Tepache on its own, as it is so delicious and refreshing. Or you can also create some incredible mixed drinks. My favorite is the Quaran-tiki, found on the Big Easy website <a href="https://drinkbigeasy.com/blogs/recipes/quaran-tiki" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">here</a>. All you need is:</p>
<ul>
<li>4 oz Big Easy Pineapple Tepache</li>
<li>2 oz Natalie&#8217;s Orchid Island O.J.</li>
<li>1 oz Lime Juice</li>
<li>2 dashes Bitters</li>
<li>5 oz Roulaison Over Proof Rum</li>
<li>½ oz Grenadine</li>
</ul>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7598" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/IMG_1107-240x300.jpg" alt="one cup of the Big Easy Tepache Strawberry Hibiscus healthy soda" width="500" height="626" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/IMG_1107-240x300.jpg 240w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/IMG_1107-818x1024.jpg 818w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/IMG_1107-768x961.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/IMG_1107-1227x1536.jpg 1227w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/IMG_1107-150x188.jpg 150w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/IMG_1107.jpg 1284w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p><strong>How does it taste</strong>?</p>
<p>My family loves the Big Easy Tepache drinks. They are so refreshing, especially on these hot summer days. I love that they are super low in sugar, yet sparkling and perfectly sweet. The flavors are delicious and leave us feeling hydrated. You can taste the fruit flavors and they taste really fresh. This is the type of drink I would expect to drink on vacation. Enjoying a drink that is so delicious, that is also filled with probiotics and prebiotics is a win. Nothing artificial is added to these drinks, which makes me feel happy serving them to my family.  It is my new favorite beverage of the summer. It is lightly effervescent, just a perfectly sparkling glass of happiness. My kids did not expect to like it so much. They honestly loved every flavor and are happy to make the switch from unhealthy sodas. This vegan, gluten-free drink is sure to please even the pickiest kids. If you are looking for a tasty beverage that is also good for your digestion, give this a try.</p>

<p>Finding the safest cleaning products for my family is so important to me. I have five children and I have a dog. I need to be sure that the cleaning products that I am using are safe for everyone. More importantly, I want our cleaning products to protect us for more than a few minutes. As soon as I heard about <a href="http://www.agentplusprotects.me" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">AGent+</a> cleaner and protectants I was sold. Let me tell you all about this fantastic eco friendly disinfectant.</p>
<p>The kitchen counter is the one spot that I am constantly cleaning. After I go grocery shopping, I put all my bags there and then sanitize the counter before anyone cooks anything. With AGent+ hard surface disinfectant I can clean the counter and then enjoy long lasting protection for <strong>THREE DAYS</strong>. Regular cleaning products typically keep my counter clean a few hours. Less cleaning is a win for this busy Mom.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7555" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9622-300x282.jpg" alt="AGent+ eco friendly cleaner" width="500" height="471" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9622-300x282.jpg 300w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9622-1024x964.jpg 1024w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9622-768x723.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9622-1536x1446.jpg 1536w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9622-2048x1927.jpg 2048w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9622-150x141.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p><strong>The eco friendly disinfectant market is overwhelming</strong></p>
<p>If you walk down the cleaning aisle of your local store, you will probably be completely overwhelmed quickly. There are SO MANY options to choose from. Half the aisle screams, pick me, I am non toxic. While the other half of the aisle carries your traditional cleaning products. If you have children or pets you have an added level of concern and a very difficult decision to make. <strong>Which eco friendly disinfectant will actually work best</strong>? Which product will protect your family from all the harmful germs and viruses that are out there right now? The answer is clear to me, AGent+ is the best protection for my family and yours.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7554" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9627-2-281x300.jpg" alt="Instructions for making AGent+ in nesting kit" width="500" height="534" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9627-2-281x300.jpg 281w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9627-2-959x1024.jpg 959w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9627-2-768x820.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9627-2-1438x1536.jpg 1438w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9627-2-1917x2048.jpg 1917w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9627-2-150x160.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p><strong>How is AGent+ unique?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You can spray once and keep your surfaces clean for three days.</li>
<li>You can clean the inside and outside of your car, including the seats, handles, steering wheel, and even the kid&#8217;s carseats.</li>
<li>Spray AGent+ will remove fungus and or bacteria that can cause odors.</li>
<li>Around your house you can safely spray AGent+ directly on permeable surfaces like chairs, couches, rugs, stuffed animals, pet bedding, stuffed animals and toys.</li>
<li>Easily clean and protect hard surface items like door handles, steering wheels, kid&#8217;s play areas, countertops, cribs and changing tables, light switches, railings, and so much more.</li>
<li>AGent+ can eliminate cigarette smoke smells from vehicles.</li>
<li>Unlike traditional cleaning products, after AGent+ dries, it continues to provide long-lasting protection for 3 days (72 hours) for Multi-Surface items and 24 hours for Hard Surface items.</li>
<li>There is a very light citrus smell after using AGent+, no harsh chemical smells.</li>
<li>All the packaging for AGent+ is sustainable packaging.</li>
</ul>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7556" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9628-289x300.jpg" alt="usage instructions for AGent+" width="500" height="519" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9628-289x300.jpg 289w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9628-986x1024.jpg 986w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9628-768x797.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9628-1480x1536.jpg 1480w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9628-1973x2048.jpg 1973w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9628-150x156.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p><strong>When was AGent+ first released?</strong></p>
<p>AGent+ Cleaner &amp; Protectants first came out 11 years ago. It was created by a couple in Wisconsin who wanted a new cleaning product. After they did lots of research, they realized three important things.</p>
<ol>
<li>Many of the “greener” products were only a little bit less harmful than other undiluted counterparts.</li>
<li>All of the cleaning products required constant and repeat applications of product, because they don’t offer lasting protection.</li>
<li>After they combined two natural elements, copper and silver, they created AGent+ an environmentally safe cleaner that protects surfaces for up to three days after cleaning them.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>How does AGent+ last for 3 days?</strong></p>
<p>The Multi-Purpose solution has a formula that creates an invisible layer on a surface. The invisible layer continues to regenerate ions for up to 3 days. AGent+ is made from natural ingredients so you do not have to worry about any harsh chemicals or harming any of your surfaces.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7553" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9626-2-300x225.jpg" alt="AGent+ household cleaners" width="500" height="375" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9626-2-300x225.jpg 300w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9626-2-1024x769.jpg 1024w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9626-2-768x577.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9626-2-1536x1153.jpg 1536w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9626-2-2048x1538.jpg 2048w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9626-2-500x375.jpg 500w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/IMG_9626-2-150x113.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>

<p><strong>A Perfect Holiday Entertaining Appetizer</strong></p>
<p>Need a new appetizer that tastes great and would be perfect to serve at your next holiday get-together? I have an easy solution for you. These street tacos are made with Big Mountain Foods Cauli Crumbles and topped with your favorite vegetables and a simple creamy cilantro garlic sauce.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7505" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9177-276x300.jpg" alt="cauli crumbles veggie crumbles" width="500" height="543" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9177-276x300.jpg 276w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9177-944x1024.jpg 944w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9177-768x833.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9177-1415x1536.jpg 1415w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9177-1887x2048.jpg 1887w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9177-150x163.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p><strong>Vegan meat substitute, perfect for tacos</strong></p>
<p>If you are vegetarian or vegan, you have probably tried some veggie crumbles in the past. These Cauli Crumbles are really different than any other meat substitute. When you heat these in a pan with a little bit of oil, they turn into crispy nuggets of deliciousness. You cannot even really taste that these crumbles are made from cauliflower.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7504" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9175-265x300.jpg" alt="veggie crumble tacos" width="500" height="565" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9175-265x300.jpg 265w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9175-906x1024.jpg 906w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9175-768x868.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9175-1359x1536.jpg 1359w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9175-1812x2048.jpg 1812w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9175-150x169.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p><strong>Big Mountain Foods has many vegan meat substitutes</strong></p>
<p>We tried four of the Big Mountain Foods<a href="https://bigmountainfoods.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Big Mountain Foods</a> products and they were all spectacular. They tasted great and my meat eaters loved the flavor and texture.</p>
<p>There are some fantastic breakfast products:</p>

<p><strong>Veggie Crumbles are a perfect meat substitute in mini tacos</strong></p>
<p>These tacos are really quite easy to make. You can make each step in advance and then assemble them when your party begins. Quick pickle some vegetables, we used onions and radishes. Simply put some thinly sliced vegetables in a small bowl and cover with lemon or lime juice and a teaspoon of sugar. Mix together and let chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Make your cilantro garlic sauce by placing all the sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor. Let this cilantro sauce chill in the refrigerator too.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7512" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9198-272x300.jpg" alt="veggie crumbles" width="500" height="552" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9198-272x300.jpg 272w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9198-927x1024.jpg 927w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9198-768x848.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9198-1391x1536.jpg 1391w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9198-1854x2048.jpg 1854w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9198-150x166.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p><strong>Cauli Crumble is very versatile</strong></p>
<p>You can heat the Cauli Crumble in the microwave or in a pan. I sauteed the crumble in a little bit of olive oil and it turned into a crispy delicious crumble. You can see in the photo above, the crumble even looks a little like ground beef.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7509" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9190-300x288.jpg" alt="cilantro garlic sauce" width="500" height="480" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9190-300x288.jpg 300w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9190-1024x984.jpg 1024w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9190-768x738.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9190-1536x1476.jpg 1536w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9190-2048x1967.jpg 2048w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9190-150x144.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p><strong>Cilantro Garlic Sauce is easy to make and great on tacos</strong></p>
<p>The cilantro garlic sauce is really easy. Put all the ingredients in your food processor or blender and store it in your refrigerator for up to a week. This sauce tastes great with tacos, fish, or chicken.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7510" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9193-300x300.jpg" alt="sauteed peppers and onions" width="500" height="500" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9193-300x300.jpg 300w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9193-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9193-150x150.jpg 150w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9193-768x768.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9193-1536x1536.jpg 1536w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9193-2048x2048.jpg 2048w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9193-500x500.jpg 500w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9193-96x96.jpg 96w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p><strong>Sautéed vegetables are delicious on tacos</strong></p>
<p>Sauté your favorite vegetables in a little olive oil. We used mini peppers and red onions. You can use any vegetables you have in your refrigerator.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone wp-image-7511" src="https://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9195-300x262.jpg" alt="cauli crumble easy meat substitute" width="500" height="436" srcset="http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9195-300x262.jpg 300w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9195-1024x894.jpg 1024w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9195-768x670.jpg 768w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9195-1536x1340.jpg 1536w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9195-2048x1787.jpg 2048w, http://cookwith5kids.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9195-150x131.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p>This veggie ground crumble can go in tacos or in many other dishes. We have tried it in sandwiches, soups, salads, and mixed with pasta. You can add the Cauli Crumble wherever a recipe calls for ground beef.</p>

<p>It never fails, you go to start a recipe and you are missing a key ingredient. Sure, you could run to the store and pick up whatever ingredient you are missing. Or, you can sometimes make a spice blend yourself.</p>
<p>When I typically go to start a pumpkin pie I try to find my pumpkin pie spice. Either I cannot find it in my spice cabinet or my pumpkin pie spice is expired. It is a bit like Groundhog Day over here, as this same scenario happens to me every single year.</p>
<p><strong>Pumpkin pie spice substitute is easy to make at home</strong></p>
<p>The key to making your own spices at home is buying a high-powered blender or spice grinder. The <a href="https://amzn.to/3I9BzJM" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Hamilton Beach</a> all-in-one machine is truly amazing. It comes with three containers to help you tackle all your coffee and spice grinding and smoothie-making needs.</p>

<p>This machine<a href="https://amzn.to/3I9BzJM" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">machine</a> comes with a powerful 2.2HP motor. As soon as you turn the dial you can feel the power. If you need a machine that can do everything in the kitchen, this is the device for you. It grinds, mixes, and also blends. Simply choose the appropriate container and connect it to the base. Each container is made from stainless steel so it is easy to clean and difficult to break. There is a 1/2, a 1 and a 1.5-liter container included. A generous five-year warranty is included with each purchase.</p>
