It’s MBR overload this week on the Bulletin, so I’ve enlisted the help of regular podcasters SeanyT (@seanyt07) and The Mong (@robbiethemong) on the airwaves this week. We Review Round 7, cover the MBR’s in depth, provide more Mongbet tips and even get a surprise visit from newsbreaker Terry Bullét! Yep, some of the worst voice acting you’ll ever experience is included, free of charge.

We spend a whole bunch of time talking about Fantasy Punt (as usual!), the site can be found here. Remember, 18+ and gamble responsibly, but it’s an excellent way to add interest – and maybe a little extra cash – to your AFL weekend.

The big focus post Round 6 is the dreaded Bye Situation, so it’s lucky we’ve brought Mong (@robbiethemong) into the DT Talk HQ studios to help us nut out the best way to go about it. We work our way through all the regular content in what turned out to be a monster Pod, plus the Trade Station and Mongbet!

Couple of things post-pod to mention:

1) North actually sent out a tag last week – Levi Greenwood went to Mundy, but had roughly no effectas Mundy cruised to 123 DT points. I’m not worried.

2) I mentioned Lefty’s (@Lefty113) intriguing Bye situation – he’s chalked up a full post justifying it! A very interesting read, catch it here.

3) I’ve been getting a few tweets about the Bullets lately – sorry guys, don’t have the time! I am, however, writing a couple of low-key weekly articles for the Real DT Assistant Coach – the good news is, for those that haven’t subscribed, you can catch these all on the free Footy Live app!

Champion punters and all round good guys Mong (@robbiethemong) and Seany T (@seanyt07) return to the airwaves this week, with plenty to chat about after the carnage and mayhem of Round 5. Together we take a look at the Trolling and Polling from the weekend, then move our focus towards Round 6 with the DT Court and the very informative MongBet segment!

As always, the boys offer up the Trolling and Polling votes for the week, plus we play ‘Ask Uncle Jep’ after taking a look at those dastardly Taggers.

I was lucky enough to be joined by the famous DT Talk co-CEO Warnie (@WarnieDT) this week, who’s having a ripper start to his gig as one of the ‘Traders’ and faces of AFL Fantasy – he’s ranked 57th overall! He imparts some of his wisdom upon us as we look at the Trolls and Pollers of Round 3, the Surprise Premiums of 2014 and even glaze over some early-season Team Trends!

I don’t think it was just me who had that “it’s too good to be true” feeling after Round 1, and as per usual, the Fantasy Gods showed us who’s really in control of things with some dodgy Premium scores and a few nasty injuries in there for good measure.

To help me dissect the Round 2 happenings and to help analyse the trading situation in both RDT and AFL Fantasy is my good mate Mong. Being the Champion punter he is, he also gives us a few tips on AFL betting in the upcoming Round 3, and gives us his Trolling and Polling nominations, which will become a weekly guest segment in the future.

By the way, if you’re 18+ and you gamble responsibly, why not make a little extra cheddar on the side with your DT knowledge? AFL Fantasy Punt returns this weekend I believe, so get on board – it was my favourite fantasy game to play last year, and the payout only gets better with more participation so spread the word!

Well, that escalated slowly…. but Round 1 is finally over!

Dunny (@pkd73) is this week’s guest on the Bulletin, and just like he does on Friday mornings, he sets me straight on (well, Scrambles me, anyway) what to do leading into the Round 2. Footy’s back! I’m pumped, @JeppaDT‘s pumped – you’re probably pumped-ish too.

Still, we have a few tricky obstacles to navigate coming into the second weekend of Round 1 with the confusing web of Lockouts that we have going on.

2014 is going to be a massive year for the Bullets – it just got it’s own Podcast!

Over the course of the year, I’ll be reviewing, pondering and previewing all the fantasy happenings in true Bullets fashion – just for your ears instead of your eyes. There’ll be a range of guests over the year, and hopefully we can give you something interesting, informative and fun to listen to for on the way to work or during your workout!
