My Self-Assessment Questionnaires 2 years ago, were these.

1. What is going on in my life that I would like to change?
2. What is the thing I could be doing that would make me excited about my life every day?
3. Am I choosing between my careers, my family and friends?
4. What choice am I making?
5. What is the thing I want most in my life that is missing?
6. What/Who will take my business to the next level?
7. What resources do I need to make my plan a success.

Today marks my second year Commemorative Anniversary with ClickMillionaires. Most members would probably have their own reasons for joining ClickMillionaires.

For me, these answers to these 7 questions above became my reasons for making me tick in ClickMillionaires.

Mr Scott, since then did impress upon me and he made me a living testimony to become a Featured Member of ClickMillionaires two years ago. Mr Scott encouraged and inspired me to gain control of situations and work through difficult situations, I am now the sole proprietor of my own experience and I am also the sole breadwinner in my family.

I also greatly enjoyed our Public Video Office Hour and it is truly a special review for my understanding of what ClickMillionaires has got to offer.

The Importance of Mobile Marketing In 2015 (Infographic)

Hi Everybody,

For years now, we have heard that mobile is going to explode and that "it is the next big thing", but it wasn't until 2014 that mobile finally overtook desktop.

So Pete Schauer (@Pete_Schauer) wrote and said that as marketers for 2015 what does that lead us into and beyond. JBH Marketing and Smart Insights put together this infographic that details the state of mobile marketing in 2015 and some of the statistics and data is staggering.

For one, the percentage of time spent on a mobile app in 2015 is 86%, and 79% of smartphone users say they use apps almost everyday. Keep that in mind next time you are trying to decide if your business needs a mobile app.

As far as search engines go, mobile users are not as engaged, with onsite engagement not as high as mobile as it is on desktop computers. The take away here is to make sure that your website is mobile responsive so that users on any device have the best user experience possible.

Myths About Finding Your Fortunate/Lucky Days

Usually when we wake up in the morning, our first thought would be what we are going to do and how to go about doing it. At the end of the day sometimes we sit and ponder how come things just don't work out that way.

There are reasons obviously but have we thought of answers that relate to fate or are there fortunate or lucky days we simply bypass and not allowing the right qi to flow.

Here are some tell tale signs or myths about finding your right days and getting lucky in that sense

1) The day of the week on which you were born is the best for you to do any sort of businesses.

2) For travel, choose a period when the moon is waxing.

3) It is fortunate to be born on a Sunday.

4) Write letters in which you ask favours when the moon is full.

5) Something of importance happens to a woman in her thirty first year, whether single or married. It may be good or bad for her.

6) Something of importance happens to a man in his forty second year.

7) Always start a new work on an odd date.

These I have observed and recorded are probably the accurate information ever happened to anybody. Some may raise your eyebrows whilst the others just happened without a wink.

Bringing and Taking my PO Business to the Next Level

Good Morning Friends of ClickMillionaires,

What you are reading now is an analogy of what happened on 2nd October 2012.

Early one morning just when the sun was rising, I was full of zest and energy, all ready to check my emails. I was distracted by the internet wire dangling from the ceiling at my work station. My peer was supposed to fix it long ago but he procrastinated. Instead I took a bold step to try to fix it all by myself. I grabbed 2 chairs and 1 plastic stool, positioned in such a way I could stand and reach for Internet Wire. Just when I was on top of the table and trying to secure my spot with my legs supposedly on the chairs, Booooooom, I didn't realize that I lost my balance, I fell to the ground, hurting my upper right arm. I thought to myself this could be the end for me as I felt the pain in my upper right arm.

Thank God I got up and able to withstand the pain inflicted upon me. I immediately summoned for help before my situation could get worst.

Taking the bold step in climbing up the chairs and reaching the ceiling, without the ladder, is tantamount to my desire to reach The Top. Bringing and Taking my PO Business to the Next Level, became all the more inevitable and congruent.

Now what I needed most is more rest, less work, live and enjoy the ClickMillionaires Lifestyle !!

Dreams Depict Divine Destiny

Hi Friends of ClickMillionaires,

At some point of our lives when we were too tired, feeling exhausted and started to dream of something, have we wondered what that dream was about. Most of us would simply don't border and forget the said dream. But to some followers of dreams, there are meanings attached to dreams. Dreams are the oldest experience of humanity. The science of dreams is known as Oneiromancy. Spontaneous dreams have been accepted as great guides to our life

To dream of Bees means or indicates that your Business or Career will be a Success. So be prepared for it. Listen to your Heart and Act your Dreams Out with Passion.

In some cases you might think it is too late to pursue your dreams if you listen to others not supportive of you. The fact is people don't know you. They probably don't know anything about what's in your dream. They may not even want to share your dream. If you were to wait for their permission to decide then you might loose your chances and opportunities that await you.

You know what you are capable. But if you can, go ahead and take big and bold steps towards what you have always wanted to do. Together with the right attitude and determination, and some Lady Luck, you will succeed eventually. Believe me. It's true and it becomes a reality ( a dream comes true. )

If you are young you still have the patience and a lot to look forward to what you want to achieve. If you are old you go for it, knowing today is your day of your " calling " and hopefully we see you at the Top.

I'd like to end by sharing this quotation from Oliver W Holmes. He said, " Men do not quit because they grow old ; they grow old because they quit playing ".

The Beauty of using Foursquare App

Thank God I had the opportunity of using Foursquare on my smartphone and wish to highlight some of its features.

Foursquare App is a location-based mobile application. The type of functionality it utilizes has existed for some time, but the iPhone has provided an incredible opportunity to showcase how fun and useful game and social application it can be on a mobile devise.

Foursquare App was founded by Naveen Selvadurai. He wanted to build something that not only helps us keep up with our friends, but also exposes us to discover new things and challenges living in crowded cities.

The App shows us places nearby and where our friends are, It shows us where to go when we're out. It is a social networking app and makes other people want to have it.

With a few taps on the iPhone screen, one can "check in" to the venues where they are and discover new places and receive new tips about the area around them.

It's interesting and fun to use, and I strongly recommend a free download if you haven't got it yet.

On Opportunities

An opportunity is as real as an ingredient in business as raw material, labour or finance - but it only exists when you can see it
We can take it for granted that every corporation is environment-conscious, progressive, humane, creative and opportunity-conscious - or can we?
To get something done we need to combine method and motivation. Motivation without method is ineffective. Method without motivation sits on a library shelf.
You cannot dig a hole in a different place by digging the same hole deeper.
Repairing the leaks in an old boat will not build a new one.
Problem-finding is just as important as problem-solving but much more difficult and much more rare.
An executive's style determines not what he is capable of but what he will allow himself to do.
It is absurd to recruit intelligent men into an organisation and then to blame them for acting intelligently.
Just before it comes into existence every business is an opportunity that someone has seen.
Our cultural attitude towards opportunity is more than tinged with envy. There are always more people who wished they had spotted the opportunity than those who have done so.
Dealing with complacency is like trying to drill a hole in treacle: there is no resistance but at the end there is no impression left.
Unfortunately opportunity hunger arises from appetite and not from starvation.
An opportunity is a course of action that is possible and obviously worth pursuing.
One most sensible way to avoid thinking about opportunities is to assume that they are someone else's business.
With a problem you search for the solution, with an opportunity you search for the benefit.
We know that in the general it is essential to look for opportunities but we also know that in particular it is very rarely sensible to do so.
In the opportunity search exercise an executive is active in setting up his own initiatives instead of always being the passive recipient of directives from above.
Like the four legs of a table the four elements of the opportunity search exercise work together to give a stable and practical structure.
The purpose of formality is to avoid drift, distraction and confusion. The purpose of focus is to allow us to see things which are obvious once we are looking at them.
Opportunity space is defined by all the worthwhile things we have it in our power to do - if only we could think of them.
If a situation seems likely to be affected by an idea then we may call that situation an idea-sensitive area.
If the purpose of Opportunity Audit is to sanction initiative, that initiative must be put forward somewhere in a form of concrete enough to be sanctioned.
Progress is assessed by looking forwards to see how much of the task is yet to be done rather than by looking backwards to see what has already been achieved.
Most of us have many more ideas than we can act upon.
The role of the Opportunity Manager is to manage the opportunity search exercise and generally to co-ordinate opportunity development within a corporation.
The role of the Opportunity Team is to act as the opportunity nerve centre of an organisation.
The value of a task force is that it cuts across lines of allegiance or interest in order to focus on the task in hand.
Thinking is the operating skill whereby intelligence acts upon experience.
Sometimes we set out to reach destinations but at other times we set out on a voyage of exploration.
In order to get going we need a starting point for our thinking. There is no harm in making a formal check-list of such starting points.
With a problem we can define; in advance, the desired destination or end-point of our thinking.
Like a new-born baby a new idea must, at first, be nourished by care and indulged attention.
An opportunity is a mixture of uncertainty and action. The more we are in control of the uncertainty the more effective will the action be.
An opportunity may be an opportunity if you can hitch a ride - but not if you have to walk.
Whenever we are dealing with the future we are dealing with risk and uncertainty and whenever any change is proposed that risk and uncertainty is greatly increased.
If the benefits cannot be spelled out clearly and precisely there is no opportunity. There may be a calculated risk involved in achieving the benefits but the benefits must be clearly perceived.
Words are concept handles. We sometimes need a new word or expression in order to deal comfortably with a complex idea.

A Great Leader like Lee Kuan Yew (1923 - 2015), will Always Be Remembered

Many Singaporeans just can't help, but mourn the death of our Founder/Architect of Modern Singapore, Mr Lee Kuan Yew.

His contributions to Singapore and his people were immense and elaborate. His style of Government was meritocracy and deliverance. He left behind us a living legacy at a price that he committed his whole life building a first-class nation.

He was destined to celebrate 50 years of Independence this August 9, a festive mood which had dampened after his passing on Monday, March 23 early morning at 3:18 am.

Mr Lee was indeed a great man. We Singaporeans were fortunate to have him. He was more than a political leader and a promoter of Singapore. Most of us would not have enjoyed this impeccable standard of living and high rate of literacy.

Many more will miss and love him more when his works and commitments to every Singaporean were revealed. Many marvel at how Singapore can transform to a metropolis in less than 50 years. He was a legendary hero and well-respected by world leaders.

To me, I've lost a friend. I may not know him personally, but through his son, I was blessed. Mr Lee Hsien Loong, son of Mr Lee Kuan Yew presented me a Lifetime Star Award for my Excellent Service in 2006.

Since then I worked even harder and improved even further.
My family owes to Mr Lee and his family for recognition and national identity.
I'd lived through turbulent times and participated events in support of the government.

My thoughts of him lived on. May Mr Lee Kuan Yew, Rest In Peace!

I think this is the best time to take stock of ourselves and prepare for 2015. How far how you been doing this year and to what extent you've progressed in The Forum.

ClickMillionaires have helped me tremendously. I have also gained popularity and my Klout score is now 59. I hope to recruit some of my 6250 followers into our ClickMillionaires Community.

Already my websites are fully operational and marketable, there're plenty of opportunities out there to get people to buy my products and services.
Not only I want new recruits, I feel they could do better if they could come join our Masterminds Group. I want them to be better than me and make more money.

With these set goals and objectives, I am going to get the better of all benefits and rewards from Mr Scott. I'm still yearning to do myself a big favor by being a Digital Marketing Star. There are lots of Social Media Gurus calling themselves Experts.

But have you heard of them getting certified?
Over here we have the options to be want we want and craft our niches. Let's not forget who our mentor is , and help spread the good news and benefits of becoming a ClickMillionaire.

When Singapore celebrated her 47th Independence Day/National Day on 9th August 2012, I was also celebrating on my Official Acceptance and Entry Ticket to ClickMillionaires.

After gaining Entry, I started to make full use of my past experiences working as a Model Partner to writing articles here.
I gained recognition here by discussing and sharing with other Members at The Forum of ClickMillionaires.

It was a once in a lifetime kind of thing and a double-Joy for me because I had received an Award there on August for being one of The Most Friendly Featured Members for that month.

This prestigious award is a real and frank testimonial presented to me from The Founder of ClickMillionaires, Mr Scott Fox, in due recognition of my Active Participation and Positive Contribution to The Forum.

This was initially planned to focus my attention to just building my network overseas and identifying myself with other successful internet merchants.
By capitalizing PO system in terms delivering my business, I readily captured the hearts of many members in The Forum.
This lead me to finding my niche in marketing PO Business in the Internet Arena.

PO is actually adapted from Edward de Bono and from my Mandarin second and third name coincide with the initials, 'PO'.
That is where the business of mine started; instead of calling it "Poh Onn Business", why not name it "PO Business" instead?

I like the musical, ”There is No Business like Show Business”, that is where I created my PO Business, to mean Big Business started by Poh Onn, the Founder.
Opportunities knocked not just once, but many times when I started "LPO Souvenirs Enterprise".

I collected antiques such as drinking glasses, old settlement stamps, bus tickets over the last 40 years - few of them with some lucky numbers, fetching high prices, unique match-boxes, commemorative gift items and some sentimental items handled down during my father’s time.

Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained - My philosophy is simple.

I am most impressed with Ralph Waldo Emerson's Essay when he wrote,

"Do…. and you will have the Power"

Learning from his wise words helped me become a better person.
Now, I have applied what I had learnt from these great thinkers in my pursuit for ClickMillionaires Lifestyle.

I do not know any other way of learning and channeling my energies, except only through ClickMillionaires Forums.

Learning never ends. One of my past failures in life was my inability to continue my University Studies. I went to work after studying one year in the varsity. I did not hold on long in my jobs; switching jobs almost every 2 years.
I could not get what I wanted, until I stumbled upon the Internet in the late nineties. My interest grew, and my network expanded.
Now I focus on online marketing. I still want to learn how others succeed. Perhaps I can learn and share with others through this platform.

With PO, our Traffic doubles, so does ClickMillionaires' membership count. From 222 members last month, it now stands at over 555 members.
This success is also due to the full commitment and dedicated staff of Mr Scott who helps to create the friendly environment in answering to all our enquiries.

Since starting in August this year, I had never looked back.

I had discussions in the Forum and shared my thoughts with friends especially from overseas. It was a move well received and my talent rediscovered here.
ClickMillionaires to me is a Real Business where I can Plan, Put and Swing my PO Business into Action.
Gaining Recognition for my “Work Well Done” is only possible and achievable with ClickMillionaires and dedicated Staff and supporting Members.

Earning an award for recognising my contribution in August is a really an achievement I will never forget.
It also brings me a step closer to the top, as I progress and grow financially stronger each day.
I want everyone to make money here as well and be financially stronger than me.
