governs your state of safety and response.]]></description><content:encoded><![CDATA[<h4><em>Missing Link Between the Mind, the Nervous System, and Receiving What You Desire</em></h4><p class="sqsrte-large">For a long time, many of us were taught that manifestation is all about the mind. <em>Think it. Believe it. Speak it. Claim it. Visualize it.</em> And while mindset is absolutely part of the process, it’s only one layer. The real shift happens when the mind and body are in harmony. You can’t just think your way into your desires. You have to feel safe enough <em>in your body</em> to receive them. This is the part most people skip. And it’s the reason why so many affirmations, vision boards, and intentions don’t seem to land.</p><p class="sqsrte-large">It’s not that you're not trying hard enough. It’s that your body, your nervous system, is carrying the unspoken story. And if your body is bracing, holding, or operating in survival mode, no amount of mental focus will unlock the deeper layers of manifestation.</p><p class="sqsrte-large">This is what I began to fully understand after writing <em>Spiritually Fly™</em>, creating this app, and reflecting on my journey. I looked at the times when my manifestations flowed effortlessly, and the seasons when things felt stuck. And the difference wasn’t just mindset. The difference was in my <em>regulation.</em> My rhythm. My ability to stay anchored in my body as I called things in.</p><p class="sqsrte-large">Over the years, through some of my deepest lows, I leaned into the very practices I now share here with you.  Breathwork, movement, meditation, and rest are not just healing rituals, but are manifestation portals. They helped me rewire my nervous system so that I could expand into the version of myself I had always envisioned. The beautiful part is that I’ve seen this same transformation ripple through the lives of so many women in this community. So let’s go deeper into how this works and how you can begin integrating it right now.</p><h4><strong>Your Mind May Say Yes, But What Does Your Body Say?</strong></h4><p class="sqsrte-large">Manifestation is often taught as a linear process: define the desire, set the intention, take inspired action. But what happens when you do all of that, and things still don’t unfold? This is where the nervous system enters the conversation. Your nervous system is the part of you that governs your state of safety and response. It holds every moment of joy, every trauma, every time you felt let down or unsafe to expand. And even when your <em>mind</em> says “yes,” your body might still be holding onto an old “no.” That resistance doesn’t mean you’re not ready. It means there’s healing that wants to happen first. It means there’s wisdom in your body that needs to be acknowledged, held, and soothed before the next chapter can fully arrive.</p><p class="sqsrte-large">When the mind and body are not integrated, we end up cycling through the same patterns. As a result, we manifest from fear, bypassing our needs, or reaching for things that don’t support our highest becoming. But when the body is involved, when we slow down and regulate, when we breathe deeply, move intentionally, or sit quietly in meditation, we begin to create a space of <em>wholeness. </em>And from that space, manifestation becomes less about chasing and more about allowing.</p><h4><strong>Why You Must Include the Body in Your Manifestation Practice</strong></h4><p class="sqsrte-large">The body is where belief becomes embodied, where mindset becomes experience, and where safety lives or doesn’t. When you integrate nervous system healing into your manifestation practice, you:</p><ul data-rte-list="default"><li><p class="sqsrte-large">Build the capacity to hold more (abundance, love, opportunities)</p></li></ul><ul data-rte-list="default"><li><p class="sqsrte-large">Reduce subconscious resistance and self-sabotage</p></li><li><p class="sqsrte-large">Improve your intuitive clarity and decision-making</p></li><li><p class="sqsrte-large">Move from stress-based action to aligned, embodied choices</p></li></ul><p class="sqsrte-large">This isn’t about making your body “perfect” or always being calm; it’s about creating a sense of internal <em>trust</em> so that your system doesn’t shut down or resist the very things you desire. To support you, let’s walk through <strong>five ways</strong> you can begin to integrate your nervous system into your manifestation practice with softness and presence.</p><ul data-rte-list="default"><li><p class="sqsrte-large"><strong>Regulate Before You Visualize: </strong>If your system is already in a heightened state, visualizing your dream life can actually cause <em>more</em> stress. Your body may perceive the dream as a threat, not because you don’t want it, but because it feels unfamiliar. Before setting intentions or visualizing, take a few minutes to settle into your body.</p></li></ul><p class="sqsrte-large"><strong>Try this:</strong><br>Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly. Inhale through your nose for four counts. Exhale slowly through your mouth for six counts. Repeat for three to five rounds. Let your system know: it’s safe to dream.</p><ul data-rte-list="default"><li><p class="sqsrte-large"><strong>Feel the Vision in Your Body, Not Just Your Mind: </strong>Don’t just <em>think</em> about what you want. Let yourself <em>feel</em> what it would be like to hold it. When we move gently and with awareness, we clear emotional residue and open up the channels of flow.</p></li></ul><p class="sqsrte-large"><strong>Try this:</strong> Choose one somatic practice or movement meditation each week from my <a href="https://www.faithhunter.com/membership">Spiritually Fly Membership</a>. That reconnection builds internal safety.</p><ul data-rte-list="default"><li><p class="sqsrte-large"><strong>Rest as a Manifestation Practice: </strong>Receiving requires space. Rest is not laziness, it’s a nervous system recalibration. It’s where you soften your grip and allow what’s meant for you to come forward.</p></li></ul><p class="sqsrte-large"><strong>Try this:</strong> Build one “soft day” or spacious pocket into your week. Lie down with no agenda. Journal. Listen to your breath. Let stillness recalibrate your frequency. Rest allows the nervous system to move from protection to <em>receptivity</em>, and that’s where manifestation blooms.</p><h4><strong>The Integration Is the Magic</strong></h4><p class="sqsrte-large">If you’ve ever felt like you’re “doing all the right things” but still not seeing the shift, this is your invitation to look inward. Not to fix. But to <em>include.</em></p><p class="sqsrte-large"><em>Include the breath.<br>Include the body.<br>Include the quiet signals of your nervous system.<br>Include the part of you that wants to feel safe before it says yes.</em></p><p class="sqsrte-large"><em>You don’t have to choose between mindset and embodiment.<br>Between action and rest.<br>Between desire and self-regulation.</em></p><p class="sqsrte-large"><em>They are not separate.<br>They are sacred partners.</em></p><p class="sqsrte-large">When the mind speaks the desire, and the body feels safe enough to hold it, that’s when manifestation begins to unfold with ease, clarity, and deep alignment. That subtle, steady glow of our own essence.</p><p class="sqsrte-large">As someone who has spent years unraveling, rewiring, and returning to her body, I see the Solstice not just as a time of celebration, but as a reset. A moment to remember that our radiance is not a performance. It’s a remembering. It’s a return. And this year, I want to offer you a sacred ritual to help you honor that return.</p><h4><strong>A Soft Solstice Ritual: Root, Rise &amp; Receive</strong></h4><p class="sqsrte-large">This is a simple but potent ceremony you can do on the Solstice or any time you feel the call to reconnect to your light. You’ll just need a quiet space, your journal, and your breath.</p><p class="sqsrte-large"><strong>Step 1: Ground Into the Now</strong></p><p class="sqsrte-large">Begin by pressing your feet into the earth or the floor beneath you. Feel the weight of your body drop gently down, as if you are anchoring your energy like roots reaching into the soil. Let your breath soften. Let your jaw unclench.</p><p class="sqsrte-large">Then, gently close your eyes and whisper to yourself: <em>“I am here. I am held. Your feet are your foundation. Feel the contact. Feel your weight. Sense the texture beneath you. When you place your own hand on your body with care, you activate a sense of presence, compassion, and connection. It’s like telling yourself, <em>I’ve got you.</em></p><p class="sqsrte-large">Gently rest your hand over your heart, your belly, or both. Let the warmth of your hand create a soft container for whatever you're feeling.</p><p class="sqsrte-large">Take a few slow breaths and repeat this affirmation softly:<br><em>I am here. It’s a simple, portable mindfulness tool that helps disrupt loops of stress and invites your awareness back into the here and now.</p><p class="sqsrte-large">You can also try enhancing your senses with supportive elements like burning calming incense, listening to soft instrumental music, or wrapping up in a cozy blanket.</p><p class="sqsrte-large">Your senses are portals to presence. Let them bring you home.</p><p class="sqsrte-large"><strong>Rewiring Safety from the Inside Out</strong></p><p class="sqsrte-large">When you begin practicing these steps regularly, something starts to shift.</p><p class="sqsrte-large">You may find yourself less reactive.   <p class="sqsrte-large"><strong>Let’s break it down.</strong> Your nervous system is like the operating system of your body. It decides whether you’re in a state of <em>safety and openness</em> or <em>threat and contraction</em>. If your nervous system is dysregulated—if you’re constantly stressed, anxious, or overextended—it doesn’t matter how much you “want” something. Your body will subconsciously block it.</p><p class="sqsrte-large">Why? Because your brain has been trained—through past trauma, conditioning, or chronic stress—to associate expansion with danger.</p><p class="sqsrte-large">That’s where <strong>neuroplasticity</strong> comes in. Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to form new neural connections. This means we <em>can</em> rewire old beliefs, habits, and responses—but only when we create safety in the body. We don’t do this by bypassing or forcing. We do it through embodied practices that regulate the nervous system and bring us home to ourselves.</p><h4><strong>Getting to the Root, Not the Surface</strong></h4><p class="sqsrte-large">So many manifestation methods stay on the surface. They tell you to just shift your mindset or think more positively. But what if the block isn’t in your thoughts—it’s in your <em>body</em>?</p><p class="sqsrte-large">Maybe it’s stored in your hips. Or your chest. Or your jaw.<br>Maybe your body is still holding the pain of an old relationship, a betrayal, or years of burnout.</p><p class="sqsrte-large">If we don’t address the root—if we don’t create space for emotional release, embodied healing, and deep reconnection—then those blocks stay lodged inside. The 4-7-8 Breath (Nervous System Reset)</strong></h4><p class="sqsrte-large">This is a powerful tool for releasing stress and calming an overactive mind. The 4-7-8 breath engages the parasympathetic nervous system (your body’s rest-and-digest mode), slowing the heart rate and reducing tension.
