Set email notification for your stages

Once your partners, clients or co-workers receive the stage invite link they can define for each stage to turn the notification on or not.
The email notification can be turned off at the “Notification” menu any time for each stage serperatly.

Today we’re exited to take this one step further. With the roll out of search chips, an intuitive and fast way to search and filter your files right from the search field.

As soon as you click in the search field a dropdown appears with chips to narrow down your search. You can either click or type to quickly apply your search criteria.

We have made 3 types of chips available right from the search field:

• Tags: Tags you create to manage and organise your assets.
• Auto-tags: Set automatically depending on the properties of your files.
• Labels: set automatically leveraging object and scene recognition in Fluxiom to auto-label images within your library.

Of course simple search and full-text search within documents, title, name, extension, description, IPTC/EXIF metadata are still supported as you know and love it.

How to work with tag colours

Color your tags to group them visually for better organisation.
At Create tags you can see how to set colours for your own tags.

To colour your tags go to the “Tags section” and click on the grey icon to open the colour chooser to colour each tag.
The chosen tag colour will appear in the Asset view tag panel and all relevant views where you can see your tags.

The SCA wants to ensure a secure authentication of the user and thus reduce the risk of fraud. For example, the typical card payment has been secured for a long time. When paying online with a credit card, 3D Secure provides strong authentication.
However, the PSD2 now envisages that users who want to access their payment account online or trigger a payment online will also be required to use two-factor-authentication (2FA), which is required for strong customer authentication.

Recurring payment transactions, ie standing orders, with a fixed amount are exempted from the second transaction. Therefore, only the first transaction with an SCA has to be released.

The following steps describe the process:

• For existing customers
  Here nothing changes until a new credit card will be added.

• For new customers – when registering for a trial version
  Here nothing changes in the first 30 days.

• Get a paid account with monthly fee (starter, team, business)
  Got to Account -—> Billing -—> Credit Card to add the credit card details for debit

Step 1: In this step, adding the credit card is required. In the course of entering the credit card data (name, number and check number), the confirmation is also requested in the second step by the user to release the debit.

Step 2: The second step is depending on your Credit Card and will ask you to identify with a push notification, a text message, or another method chosen by your bank.

Step 3: After successfully updating or adding your credit card details this message will appear: Your credit card details were successfully updated

3. Versioning Do you need versions or an update of your files?
4. Stages Share assets with your colleagues and partners and constantly update them with stages.
5. Organise your assets with tags. Create Tags, What are tags?
   You can use client names, project titles or use search terms to easily find the assets again to work with. You can use it as your image data base.
6. Search after labels!
   Search and find your assets via tags and labels. Label generation is done during the asset upload.
7. Upload in realtime Upload single file’s or use the uploader for zip files to have them available in your account.
8. We constantly enhance and support the newest security standards. Security is a main topic for us and we care about your assets. On Sept, 14th we will have SCA authorisation method with us!!

In the details panel you will find the labels for your images

With this new feature Fluxiom can detect and recognise objects, people and scenes in your images for better search results.

The asset labels are trained and tested to reflect your image characteristics.
This means you can search after labels like “Tree” or “Human” or “Portrait” and many more to find your relevant asset.

Short facts about it:

• The recognition and detection for the assets is done in Fluxiom – no 3rd party services are used to retrieve labels
• The labels will be available instantly for all new uploads
• For all existing images the labels will be generated until end of June
