What Exactly Does “Imperfectly Fused” Mean?

”Imperfectly fused” pieces are items that underwent an unexpected change (such as a color shift, movement of a design element, over-softening or under-softening of texture, etc.), during the kiln firing process, causing their final look to diverge from the intended design, and resulting in their failure to meet Glasswork Pixie QA standards.
