* Implementations of CLA and Industrial Relation related Policies and Procedures.&lt;br /&gt;
* To identify and analyse CLA implementation impact to operational business decisions/activities including industrial relations issues.&lt;br /&gt;
* To communicate HRD initiatives and directives.&lt;br /&gt;
* Coordinate with related parties to resolve and handling complaint/feedback/request which related to HR issues.&lt;br /&gt;

* Education:  S1 from Eng, Law, Psychology or other  relevant discipline&lt;br /&gt;
* Experience:&lt;br /&gt;

+ Kknowledge on industrial and labour law.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&amp;nbsp;Nilai rata-rata akumulatif untuk 10 mata pelajaran yang terdiri dari 6 mata pelajaran UAN&amp;nbsp; dan&amp;nbsp; 4 mata pelajaran UAS ( Pendidikan agama, PKN, Sejarah dan Teknik Informatika ) adalah 7, dari 10 mata pelajaran tersebut hanya diperoleh 1 mata pelajaran yang nilainya di&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; bawah 6 dengan batas bawah 5,5. &lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt; Lulusan SMK Penerbangan&lt;/li&gt;
