The Dra-C from Mobile Suit Gundam UC joins the HGUC lineup with a variant that blends its rough, improvised origins with the distinct aesthetic of the “Sleeves” faction. Based on the HGUC 1/144 Dra-C (0083 version), this release introduces subtle but meaningful updates that bring its OVA appearance to life.

This version is molded in a pinkish-purple color scheme that matches its look in Gundam UC, immediately setting it apart on the shelf. The design incorporates modified chest and arm sections adorned with the ornate markings of the “Sleeves,” adding a layer of faction-specific identity to the otherwise utilitarian mobile suit.

One of its most striking features is the unique right-arm Gatling cannon, seamlessly integrated into the arm unit itself. This gives the Dra-C a more aggressive silhouette and reinforces its role as a fast-attack unit. Originally developed by Zeon remnants, including the Delaz Fleet, the MS-21C Dra-C was a high-speed assault mobile suit built out of necessity. With limited resources, engineers repurposed parts from the MS-06F-2 Zaku II F2 Type and components from the Gattle space fighter, often using damaged units or surplus materials. The result is a machine that feels both resourceful and unconventional.

Its design prioritizes straight-line acceleration, allowing it to outperform even some space-use fighter craft in speed. However, this comes at the cost of overall mobility. Lacking traditional legs, the Dra-C relies on large propellant tanks and shoulder-mounted thruster pods for movement, resulting in weaker AMBAC performance compared to standard mobile suits. To compensate, its backpack, derived from the Gattle’s engine units, has been modified with added stabilizers and larger, movable verniers for improved control.

MS-21C Dra-C

In the "Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn" OVA, the MS-21C Dra-C appears as a purple mobile suit employed by the Sleeves faction. The Dra-C, first shown in "Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory," is a high-speed assault space mobile suit created by the remains of Zeon to improve their combat capabilities for patrolling, reconnaissance, and sabotage operations. It is made out of parts from damaged MS-06F-2 Zaku II F2 Type mobile suits and Gattle space fighter bombers.

The Dra-C is noted by its exceptional straight-line acceleration and mobility, which outperforms normal space-use fighter planes. However, its mobility is regarded as inferior to that of ordinary mobile suits due to poor AMBAC (Active Mass Balance AutoControl) capabilities, which are caused by the design's replacement of legs with propellant tanks. These tanks, which are modified Gattle components with bottom thrusters, offer some agility and turning capability.

To solve its mobility restrictions, the Dra-C has additional propulsion pods on its shoulders, derived from work-use spaceships. The backpack for the mobile suit was modified from Gattle's primary engine modules to improve stability.

In its Sleeves configuration of the late U.C. 0090s, the Dra-C substitutes its standard 40mm vulcan gun with a more powerful 6-barrel Gatling gun, which also increases sensor range. This adaption, together with its legless design, provides better maintainability and operational cost effectiveness than typical mobile suits.

You’ve got the Alyzeus bringing something new to the table with its bulky, experimental look, while the Xi Gundam returns with an updated version that reflects its role in the movie. It’s a simple one-two combo that lets builders revisit the film or add something fresh to the shelf.

This blend of proven structure and testbed parts gives the Alyzeus a raw, utilitarian presence that perfectly matches its role as a transitional yet critical machine.

What truly sets the Alyzeus apart is its array of twenty Shelf Nozzles mounted across the body. Developed as an alternative to the still-incomplete Minovsky Flight Unit, these nozzles rely on a plasma jet engine based propulsion system that uses older, non I-FIELD dependent technology. While unconventional, the result is formidable. When operated in parallel, the Shelf Nozzles grant the Alyzeus sustained high speed flight that rivals even the Penelope itself.

In a climactic battle in Brussels, Trowa used non-lethal rounds to disable many Serpents, eventually running out of ammo due to the intense opposition. The kit reuses the molds from the 2008 retail MG 1/100 Zaku Cannon, now updated with a moss and mud-inspired color scheme to match its appearance during the assault on Torrington Base in the OVA.

The MS-06K Zaku Cannon is a variant of the MS-06 Zaku II originally developed by the Principality of Zeon. First introduced in the Mobile Suit Variation design series, its design was later refined for the Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn novel and OVA.

It traces its origins to the MS-06J-12 Project, which aimed to create an anti-aircraft mobile suit. However, after the deployment of the Earth Federation Forces’ RX-77-2 Guncannon, the project shifted toward a mid-range fire support role. Based on the MS-06J Zaku II Ground Type, the Zaku Cannon is equipped with a powerful 180mm cannon mounted on its backpack. Its K-type backpack can also be swapped with that of a standard Zaku II Ground Type when needed.

To support its role, the unit features a 360-degree mono-eye camera for improved visibility and targeting, along with enhanced leg thrusters to offset its increased weight and manage recoil from the cannon. Additional vents on the chest and legs help regulate heat during sustained combat.

Anavel Gato’s custom High Mobility Zaku II makes its return in MG Ver.2.0, bringing the “Nightmare of Solomon” into a refined and highly detailed build.

Based on its appearance in Mobile Suit Gundam MSV-R, the MS-06R-1A features its distinct green, blue, and off-white color scheme, accurately recreated through molded parts. Built on the MG Ver.2.0 inner frame, the kit offers strong articulation and stability, making it easy to achieve dynamic poses.

This improved R-1A variant showcases Zeon’s engineering upgrades, replacing traditional fuel tanks with cartridge-style propellant units on the legs and backpack. These changes extend operational time while giving the mobile suit its recognizable high mobility profile. The cockpit is also equipped with an emergency escape system, adding another layer of mechanical depth.

Gato’s signature loadout is fully included, featuring the Zaku Machine Gun, Zaku Bazooka, and Heat Hawk. Water-slide decals are also provided to recreate his custom markings straight from MSV-R.

A solid evolution of the High Mobility Zaku II line, this MG Ver.2.0 release combines iconic design, improved functionality, and the presence of one of Zeon’s most memorable pilots.

Anavel Gato’s Gelgoog arrives in the HGUC lineup, bringing the “Nightmare of Solomon” from Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory into a compact build.

This MS-14A Gelgoog, piloted by one of Zeon’s most feared aces, is recreated with its distinctive personal colors using molded parts for a clean and accurate finish straight out of the box. Despite its HG scale, the kit captures the powerful design of the Gelgoog, a high-performance mobile suit developed to rival the RX-78-2 Gundam and surpass earlier Zeon units like the Zaku II and Rick Dom.

A newly molded prototype beam rifle is included, adding a unique touch to Gato’s loadout. The kit also comes with the standard beam rifle and the iconic beam naginata, giving you multiple display options.
