I was just coming to post this deal. I had some ECB's to burn. The only difference is that I got the 2 Hello toothpastes instead of Optic White. I got lucky and scanned my receipt at CK 51 and got an additional $3.

if you used cvs.com, cvshealth.com or the cvs app, you may be eligible to receive up to $10 from a proposed class action settlement.

the settlement covers living individuals who accessed cvs digital properties in the united states before july 27, 2026. only one cash payment is permitted per household.

the lawsuit alleges that cvs pharmacy disclosed health or private information, personal information, browsing data, identifiers or other user data to criteo or other technology providers through technology used on cvs digital properties. cvs and criteo deny violating the law, and the court has not decided which side is right.

eligible class members may receive:

up to $5 without documentation

up to $10 with proof that you accessed a cvs digital property

payment amounts may be reduced depending on the number of valid claims submitted.

examples of documentation listed in the settlement agreement include browser history, dated screenshots and email receipts from online purchases.

claim deadline: november 16, 2026 online claims must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. est on november 16, 2026. mailed claims must be postmarked by november 16, 2026.

payment options include paypal, venmo, zelle or check. the final approval hearing is scheduled for december 1, 2026.

this settlement is still subject to final court approval. submitting a claim does not guarantee a particular payment amount.

coming soon? cvs extracare punch card offers

it looks like cvs may be getting ready to introduce a new type of extracare promotion: punch card offers

cvs added an entirely new section for "extracare punch card offers" when it updated its extracare terms & conditions on august 24, 2026.

i haven't seen one of these offers in my account yet, and i haven't heard reports of anyone receiving one, so it's possible they haven't launched yet or are only being tested with a small number of extracare members.

what we know so far

according to cvs, punch card offers will be available only to select extracare members and may vary by member and location. some may need to be activated before you start earning punches, while others may activate automatically after a qualifying purchase.

cvs describes different types of punch card offers, including offers that give you a punch for purchasing a qualifying item and offers that require qualifying shopping "trips."

depending on the offer, completing a punch card could earn extrabucks rewards, a free-item offer, or another reward.

generally, qualifying purchase requirements are calculated after promotions and discounts but before coupons are applied

cvs also says:

• activated punch cards and punches generally expire after 90 days unless otherwise stated.
• rewards earned for completing a punch card generally expire 30 days after they are issued.
• members may earn up to 3 punches per day and 6 punches during a rolling 7-day period.
• qualifying pickup and delivery orders can count, subject to the terms of the particular offer.
• punches or rewards may be reversed if a qualifying purchase is returned or canceled.

according to a cvs memo, extracare accounts with "suspicious activity" are being suspended!

what is considered "suspicious activity"? multiple accounts? using incorrect/expired coupons? too many returns? too much savings?

Suspended accounts will no longer receive coupons or ExtraBucks rewards or be able to redeem any coupons or rewards previously earned

when a suspended card is scanned at SCO, customer will receive a "Card Not Found" error & the transaction will be suspended
an employee should then take the customer to a standard register

When a suspended card is scanned at a register, a banner will display at the top of the screen stating "Account suspended – ECAccounts@CVSHealth.com for questions"
a receipt will also print with directions for the customer beginning in late July

customers with questions or concerns will be directed to the customer call center
employees are instructed not to allow the customer to create a new extracare account or manually print extrabucks

employees who suspect fraud/abuse can now submit an "ExtraCare & Coupon Fraud & Abuse report"

Summer went to 50% including Fan, my store manager said it will go to 75% tomorrow. I don't know if he is right, will see.

These bubble just went 75% off though. $4.49 and $4.74 and both produced ecb.
Also saw some Skin Gym, Tree of Life, Differin and some Hero items that are 75% off now.

I responded to your question below on what I saw. There is so much that is clearance in skin care isle. Lots of face masks are on clearance from 20% to 75 % off. I’ll probably do some shopping on Wednesday as new clearance will get marked down on Tuesday for me. I’ll try to take pics if I go. I still need to do my PnG deal. Wanted to get the beauty deals out of the way first due to popularity of some items

On SD smb posted that a clearance L'oreal cream gave ecb on new registers, but no further details, and they are locked up almost everywhere, so hard just to scan them all. Hopefully someone can find it with a yellow tag and post here

I did see one in my store. It was 50% off. Originally $24.99. I would have added it to my purchase but I had already completed my beauty $30 purchases. Qualified for $5 dq. It was a gold age perfect one. Also there was a Purple Olay that was 75% off original price of $15.49. Buy two and use $3 off dq when buying two.

These were on clearance at my store for $6.49. There is a $5 ibotta offer and a different scent had a $5/1 peelie on it. Peelie came up as invalid at cashier, but clearly was for the product with an exp date of 12/31/2026 so store manager overrode it. OOP 1.49 got $5 on ibotta.
On another matter, Nivea lip still printing.

Fixodent was 90% off and the $1 dq reduced to make free. FIFA shirt was $6.24 Zarbee’s were $4.24 can use $3 dq and $3 ip pay $2.48 when buying two and get $5 ecb. Hero rescue patches were $5.44. Get $1.50 IB and $.10 IB face. Helped me finish my weekend bonus. Was only in my list not main gallery.

Found another clearanced Aveeno Skin relief moisturizing lotion 8oz stand up tube with a dark blue lid (says New look on the front) or brown lid (old look)

At new registers working for ecb and for dq , dq adjusted down from 3 to 2.84. Unfortunately I did not have $3 ips with me to try, so I got two - one old look and one new look with the same upc with just a dq.
If the ip would be beepless on old registers then the first $3 ip would go throgh and attach to two items and the second one would beep, since no adjusting down on mfr coupons.
Question for those with a lot of experience with new registers - if it goes through on new registers without "no matching item" error then would it take two $3 ips, each attaching to one and adjusting down to 2.84?
Note, if it won't adjust down like a dq does, then one could try to look for them at a higher priced store where 75% would be above $3.

If you get the $3 off $10 cvs cough and cold crt. It pairs nicely with some of the cvs cough meds on clearance to make them inexpensive. Here are two pics of items but there were many more. I also saw some Mucinex 75% off.

Nivea lip balm went 75% off today at my store. Lip scrub were $.94 and balm was $1.09. Buy two and get $4 ecb. Aveeno skin healing ointment was $4.37 and we have a $3 dq. Buy two receive $5 ecb. And you could submit for the Haleon rebate if you are so inclined. new registers.

Here were a few clearance I picked up today.
Raw sugar bw. $2.22. Did not produce ecb.
L’Oréal hair dye. $3.87 buy two. $8 dq reduced down and did produce ecb.
Cetaphil cracked skin $4.37 and exfoliating $4.99. Use $3 dq and submit to IB for $6. Mine is on a countdown.
Chapstick cake batter and coconut were clearance for $1.75 and worked with another Sue’s deal below.

If you want to roll EBs or whatever, you can buy 2 Crest for 3.99 x2. There is a $2 dq and another $2 q in C24. So net will be $4 and after the $3 eb, just $1

I did a quick deal this morning because I wanted to see if the NLA Aveeno body wash IP would scan. It did. I did not click the new Aveeno $5/2. I wanted to use the $3 IP's. Turned into a nice MM. I will clip the new digital for next week. This is what I got. 2 Aveeno BW @ 12.79 b1 get 40% off so total was $20.47. I also got Neutrogena Acne patch for $10.49. Used 2 $3 IP's, $3.50 Neutrogena DG, and $10/30 CRT so total was $11.45. Got back $5 for Aveeno and $5 for Neutrogena. Will submit to Activate rewards for $10 since they take full price which is over $30 before discount and coupons.

There are better combinations using the $10/30 generic. I just did an online order for 3 Crest, 2 Tom's tp, and 2 Axe deodorant. Total came to $3.88 and I used an expiring $4 ecb forfeiting .12. I should get back $11 ecb total.

Here's what I did in store in a high-cost area:
2 Loreal hair color - 8.99 each
2 Toms - 7.99 BOGO 50% off
Total -- $29.95 - 8 DQ (Toms) - 8 DQ (Loreal) - 10/30 (worked at SCO) = around $4. Got back 4 and 5 EB.
Also, the Cinnamon Toast Crunch is $1.99, with a $1/2 DQ. Ibotta has $1 wyb 2. Fetch has 750 points for each box. So around $0.50 for both boxes if you value fetch points at $0.001.
