extracare account suspensions

according to a cvs memo, extracare accounts with "suspicious activity" are being suspended!

what is considered "suspicious activity"? multiple accounts? using incorrect/expired coupons? too many returns? too much savings?

Suspended accounts will no longer receive coupons or ExtraBucks rewards or be able to redeem any coupons or rewards previously earned

when a suspended card is scanned at SCO, customer will receive a "Card Not Found" error & the transaction will be suspended
an employee should then take the customer to a standard register

When a suspended card is scanned at a register, a banner will display at the top of the screen stating "Account suspended – ECAccounts@CVSHealth.com for questions"
a receipt will also print with directions for the customer beginning in late July

customers with questions or concerns will be directed to the customer call center
employees are instructed not to allow the customer to create a new extracare account or manually print extrabucks

employees who suspect fraud/abuse can now submit an "ExtraCare & Coupon Fraud & Abuse report"

I found Tom's of Maine- Rapid relief sensitive on clearance for $1.62. The odd thing is that the $3 digital did not attach even though it was the right product. It gets stranger. I did checkout at the new register purchasing 2 and got the $6 ECB so still a MM. Normally, it will reduce down at the new registers. Just might be that variety that doesn't attach.

Here are some other clearances I found. The $20 off of two Olay dg reduced to make these free and the L’Oreal $5 crt reduced down on these eye creams to make them free.the other products had IB’s I picked up to help complete my bonuses. Dyes were $3.75 and Lume was $4.12. There were quite a few other Olay to choose from and there were additional L’Oreal that would make them a small out of pocket. The refill brushes are on a countdown.

Have you checked out the Poise, CVS brand and depends. I have seen these on clearance also. And there are tear pads in the isle for Depends. I’ll probably do my shopping on Tuesday I’ll take some pics if I can remember. I was looking to try and turn some of my ecb’s into IB cash so I went for them.

I bought the Native clrx cream deodorant at first store and at new register did get the ECBs.
Bought the stick version, also clrx, at next store new register, NO ECBs.
Only bought two each time and DQ adjusted down to make them zero OOP
I noticed when I got home after scanning item in APP the stick version does NOT show it as receiving the ECBs but the cream version does. Might help with knowing whether or not this little perk we've been given works or not.
BTW Summer's body wash clrx for Nivea and Irish Spring are still showing full price at my stores :( BUT the native were all 1.64 each. Take what you can get I guess.
