Janika’s The Five Steps to Accessing and Embodying Your Story

Silencing: Internalizing messages that your voice doesn’t matter. The antidote is to consistently affirm that your opinions are valid.

Step 1: Honor Your Past: Understand your entire life story, ancestry, and heritage. See the “gem” of knowledge in past experiences, especially difficult ones, rather than fixating on trauma.

Step 2: Know Your True Self Now: Discover and become comfortable with your authentic “true soul self” in the present moment, beyond external labels or past narratives.

Step 3: Develop a Strong Story Core: Identify your core purpose or archetype, often distilled into a single word (e.g., “Freedom,” “Mentor”). This is about an embodied way of being, not a job title.

Step 4: Effectively Communicate Your Core Purpose: Express your story and truth authentically through various forms like speaking, art, or simply your way of being in the world.

Step 5: Avoiding Storyteller Pitfalls: Recognize and navigate common traps:
Comparison: Comparing your journey to others is counterproductive. Reframe it as being part of a collective “team sport” with unique individual roles.
Imposter Syndrome: The feeling of being a fraud. The antidote is to fully embody the role you are claiming.

This heartfelt conversation explores what it means to honour your sensitivity, reclaim your voice, and allow your spiritual gifts to unfold in their own time.

In this powerful and deeply moving episode of The Lightworker Podcast, host Natalie is joined by Carine Armstrong from Goddess Health & Wellness, for an honest conversation about motherhood, intuition, courage and conscious living.

Carine shares her personal journey of advocating for her son, who was diagnosed with autism, within a school system that ultimately proved harmful to his wellbeing. What began as a mother’s fight for her child became a profound awakening. One that called forth a primal courage to set boundaries, question authority and walk away from a toxic workplace in order to honour truth, self worth and alignment.

“Boundaries are limits that define personal space, acceptable behaviour and responsibility, crucial for healthy relationships and self-preservation, encompassing physical, emotional, mental, time, and financial aspects, and involve communicating what’s okay and not okay to protect your well-being from being overwhelmed or manipulated. While often seen as physical lines, they are more about personal guidelines, like saying “no,” knowing your limits, and distinguishing your needs from others’, preventing burnout and fostering respect.”

Through this experience, Carine discovered the importance of embodying self respect and teaching her children to trust their own inner knowing. She offers practical tools for navigating anxiety during difficult conversations, including simple yet powerful strategies to stay grounded, focused and clear when emotions run high.

The conversation flows into the transformative impact of homeschooling, with Carine reflecting on how her son is now thriving in an environment that truly supports him. This naturally leads into her work as a beauty therapist who integrates holistic modalities such as Reiki and homeopathy. Practices she was first drawn to through supporting her son’s healing journey.

Explores the critical importance of achieving personal sovereignty by learning from a past era on Earth, referred to as Atlantis.

Drawing from numerous regression therapy case studies Natalie has facilitated, the speakers describe a time characterised by megalithic structures, advanced human abilities like telepathy and shapeshifting and a society governed by “masters” who ultimately misused their power. Tara Hegerty, we explore her deeply personal and transformative journey of awakening. After experiencing the heartbreaking loss of her baby during pregnancy, Tara was thrust into a profound period of grief, reflection and ultimately spiritual discovery.

What followed was a soul-led path of self-healing and intuition. Tara opens up about how she embraced her spirit babies, connected with the unseen and began a daily practice of inner work that not only helped her heal but also awakened her purpose. Tara and Natalie chat about Crystal children and parenting.

Through learning and embodying modalities like Kinesiology, Holistic Counselling and the Akashic Records reading, Tara began to piece together a new way of living, one grounded in consciousness, alignment and deep trust.

Today, Tara is a conscious mother, wife and business owner holding space for others walking through their own dark nights of the soul.

The turning point came in 2020. Adopting a dog became an unexpected lifeline, leading Jess to gradually taper off anxiety medication, rethink her lifestyle, and ultimately transition out of both her DJ career and healthcare role.
