How To Drive Traffic to Your Blog With Pinterest

One of the easiest ways to drive traffic to your blog is with Pinterest.

Pinterest is easy to use, and it has millions of daily users. And unlike Instagram, your posts, that is your pins, are not fighting for 2 seconds of fame when people doomscroll. No, your pins are like little ads that remain, live on, can be saved, and will be shown again and again – at the pleasure of the algorithm, of course.

Write Your Content

My blog is very niche, as in I write mostly about something with a very limited audience: gang-stalking. I use Pinterest to drive traffic, and even though my blog niche is minuscule, it has worked for me for years.

Most advice out there says you should have at least 20 blog posts before you start driving traffic, which makes sense. You don’t want to put in all that hard work to get people to your website or blog, only to have them be annoyed that it looks half-finished.

So, before you start pinning to drive traffic, write a sufficient amount of great content, check and update all SEO, categories, and tags to ensure everything is consistent and correct. Remember, layout is catchy, so when you publish blog posts, make sure they have not only catchy titles but also good structure and great imagery.

When you are sure you have enough content, create a Pinterest account (if you don’t already have one) and set up Pinterest boards that align with your blog niche or niches. I like to fill my board with pins in the right category BEFORE pinning to my own boards. A board with just one or two pins looks inactive. So, surf and save pins to your boards.

Customize Your Pins

Now is the time to create a Canva account if you don’t already have one. You don’t need a paid account to create pins, but you do need a paid account to access all the features Canva offers. If you end up using Canva a lot, a paid account is a great idea, because Canva has so much to offer. But at first, you just need an account.

In Canva, you can either create your own pins from scratch, use the templates that Canva offers – remember to read the license agreements – or you can buy Pinterest templates. Use imagery that corresponds with your niche and pin texts. You can use your own pictures or buy stock photos, or create something else, like graphics or drawings. It is up to you, so find out what works best.

Create your pins and write your Pinterest texts. Brainstorm, edit, be honest. Short text and short titles are best because people will see the pins on their phones, and tiny lettering can be challenging for some. And for those who don’t find it a challenge, it can be annoying. And annoying means they will not click on your pin. You got a split second to hook people when they scroll, so the pin should be catchy.

I think your pins should reflect the style of your website and blog. So, if you have a fun, colorful, and perky site, don’t go for beige and black pins with a somber vibe. Colors and fonts should be of the same style as your website and blog, even if not identical. This is just my personal preference, though. You should find out what works best for you.

Hashtags

Write hashtags for every category. It is not necessarily according to Pinterest, but I use them; you never know what the algorithm picks up on. You can find up-to-date hashtags on Best Hashtags.

Start Pinning

And now to the pinning. Apart from the guidelines on Pinterest, there is so much advice out there on how to pin; it can be rather confusing, but good rules could be:

Try not to pin too many pins directing to the same link.

Try not to pin too many pins about the exact same topic in one go.

Pin 1 – 5 pins at a time – don’t just throw 20 pins up there in 5 minutes.

Don’t use the same picture on multiple pins.

Don’t use the same template for all your pins. Reuse, yes, but not a single template for all your pins. Mix and match, find your own style, and remember, people see approximately 9 pins at a time when they view your profile on their phones; try to make it look nice.

Okay, now you are all ready to pin your heart out!

1. Never Victim-Blame

It is easy to fall into the victim-blaming trap, especially when you talk to other people, who more often than not will ask something in the line of:

But what did you do?

I have heard this question in more varieties than I care to remember, including from police officers in the Danish police force. My answer to what I have done:

I existed and crossed paths with a raving loony and his group of similar monsters, with links to the police force, social services, as well as ethno-religious social control networks in Denmark and in France. That is what I did.

My point is that you should never lose sight of the fact that you are never to blame for being a victim, and it is not your responsibility to explain the reasons why criminals do what they do. Do not waste your precious life and time searching for reasons for other people’s violations of you.

And here is a special instructive note to the Danish police force:

Please read that last bit again and again until you get it into your thick heads NOT to ask women what THEY did to be victimized by criminals. Stop victim-blaming and start doing your jobs, the jobs paid for with taxes, also from the women whose lives you crush with arrogance, indifference, and ignorance.

2. Creative Outlets

Play an instrument, draw, paint, write – whatever lets you use those creative talents, because it relaxes you, makes you happy, and takes your focus off whatever others are doing to you. I write.

I used to do photography too, but it is on the back burner because whenever I leave my house, someone from the group follows me.

An example of such a situation is from 2021, when I went to have coffee. Three women from the group followed, talking loudly enough for the entire establishment to hear them say I was on supervised temporary release.

That’s the kind of thing the monsters do wherever I go – including Paris. And the Parisians fell for it, and let the monsters into their homes and minds, as numerous Danes have done over the past nine and a half years. Seemingly, even the Parisian police force was deceived by their lies, as the monsters claimed to have worked alongside the local police, a scenario only possible if they were fooled by the monsters’ lies. I doubt it, but one should never say never. 

The above type of gang-stalking has socially isolated me completely because Denmark is a tiny country, and gossiping is a national sport. The extreme gang-stalking situation has forced me to change my way of life, but I won’t let that stop me from living or creating. I flower where I grow, and so today I focus on creative activities I can do inside my home:

I read, I write, I cook, and I have begun doing a bit of digital design, just for fun.

My point is that even if you are socially isolated, stalked, and harassed whenever you leave your house, you can still find creative outlets, life-confirming creative outlets that make you happy.

3. Physical Activities

Find activities that calm you and improve both your physical and mental health, as strong health and inner peace are crucial for enduring life’s constant stresses. When being a stalking victim, your mind and body are in a constant state of defense. Your primitive nature, your lizard-brain, will most likely react to the danger, that is the stalking, in one of three ways:

Take flight, fight the bastards, or hide.

I bet you have felt that way, right? You have considered moving - taking flight. You have considered using that baseball bat - fighting. And you stay where you feel safe - hiding, like a Neanderthal woman seeking safety from a big bear inside her cave, right?

There’s nothing wrong with that. However, for all three activities, your mind and body need to be on alert and energized, which is, in effect, a stress situation, because your body reacts by pumping hormones, your blood pressure rises, and other physiological reactions occur. You are always ready for a fight, even inside your cave, because the big bear could come in and eat you!

And that’s great for a here-and-now situation, such as running fast to escape an angry bear or lifting a car to save someone. However, it’s a dangerous situation if it lasts for years. Worst-case scenario, you can die from the stress that being on constant alert exposes your mind and body to.

Finding an activity that relaxes both your mind and body is therefore vital. The activity or activities you choose will, of course, be conditioned on your financial situation, your abilities, and location. So, find a physical activity you love and that relaxes you, which you can do safely within your financial limits.

FYI, even if picking up a baseball bat and crushing skulls seems like the perfect physical activity sometimes, being cheap, straightforward, and satisfying, I would imagine, it isn’t a good idea. Repeat that:

Crushing skulls is a bad idea!

And now, try to believe it!

4. Find Peace and Happiness in Stories and in Your Thoughts

Reading, watching, listening, whatever relaxes you and makes you happy. Anything that brings you happiness can help you relax, even if it is the 20th rewatch!

Your time is your own, and you need to respect yourself more than any expectation, trend, or what is politically correct right now to stay strong and mentally healthy.

5. Lose All Toxic People

Toxic people not only drain you; they make you doubt yourself with their remarks, their lack of faith in you, and their arrogance. If people don’t believe in you, they are toxic and need to go; and you don’t have to forgive someone who betrayed, hurt, or walked out on you.

If someone betrays you once, they will most likely betray you again, because it is in their nature to betray. If someone hurts you once, they will most likely hurt you again, because it is in their nature to hurt others. If someone walks out on you once, they will most likely walk out on you again, as it is in their nature to do so.

The above may not be true for everyone, but why take chances on people when they have already proven that you cannot trust them? If you forgive people who failed you or trespassed against you, you disrespect yourself and open yourself up to even more pain and anguish.

Respect yourself, accept that toxic people need to be removed from your life, regardless of who they are.

I hate everybody who has partaken in the criminal madness against me over the past nine and a half years, and I wish every last one of them a slow and painful death. But I hate those who turned their backs on me even more.

Summing Up!

The point is to live in a way that takes away focus from the monsters destroying your life, continue to build mental and physical strength, stay healthy, and find a way to keep calm amid the nightmare others are throwing at you.

People who lose control of their feelings and thoughts rarely reason well and make rash and reckless decisions. If you are a stalking victim, you cannot afford to make rash and reckless decisions.

Happy Fall!

Best season of them all, right?

Fall is the season that makes you want to crash in front of the TV, read books, and listen to your favorite audiobooks and playlists. It is the perfect excuse to indulge in behavior such as baking more-than-good-for-you cakes, muffins, and cookies, even now, with the current stomach-turning price levels for electricity and food.

It is absurd that life has gotten so expensive, isn’t it? It was bad enough five years ago, but now, wow! I didn’t vote for that!

‍Those are my suggestions for classic fall watching and reading, while I am still here, stuck in stick’o’tory, something I had not seen coming three years ago, when I wrote that it would be my last fall in Denmark.

You’re Part of My Problem!

That was when I had concluded that the Danish judicial system, and in particular the police force, could never be part of the solution to my extreme stalking and harassment situation because they are part of the problem. Yes, in the fall of 2022, I thought I would be gone from Denmark and Europe in 2023 – starting over in a land without Danish monsters.

‍However, that didn’t happen, also because so many terrible things have occurred in the world since then. And if I couldn’t move me and my mom away from here for good, I couldn’t leave, because I couldn’t leave her behind to have her house robbed, and her life ruined by a group of monsters, who have even made remarks about burning down her home when she sleeps. Apparently, judging from statements uttered, that is humor to this group. Plus, they seem to be convinced that they can get away with murder…

‍So, I stayed.

Needed: A Dane With a Brain

In November 2019, it ended badly, but not fatally for me in Paris. Since then, I have done my best to avoid all potential confrontations with the monsters. However, given that some people still house them close to my home, this has not been possible.

They continue their constant surveillance due to not only their extremist ideology and hatred, but also due to fear of exposure. Judging by behavior and statements, they are scared to death that the story will get out; scared that some day I will be able to reach that one person in Denmark who has a brain and who is not corrupt, who will look at this and see who they are, what they are, and how they have been doing this for decades. Thus, they are still here 24/7.

The Danish monsters are pathetic, weak, and scared scumbags who fear prison and that their setup and decades of criminal activities will be revealed, and perhaps end their comfortable way of life, which necessitates idiots believing the lies they feed them.

The group of monsters who have been stalking me for nine years consists of individuals from lower-middle to middle-class backgrounds with a corresponding socioeconomic status. Their means and lifestyles, however, seem to go beyond these income levels. This could be due to other activities they are involved in.

Theft

This group of monsters steals from private homes. This is a more or less risk-free activity in Denmark, given that the police rarely investigate thefts. Criminals know this. And as I have learned over these past almost ten years, even normal people with regular jobs steal.

People enter your home, take things, and smile at you the next time you pass them in the hallway – personal observation! So, today, it is clear to me that many Danes do not see breaking and entering and theft as crimes, also judging by statements such as these, and I quote from memory:

“I didn’t steal anything; I just took a few things from her apartment.”

“I didn’t break in; I just looked around. She wasn’t even there.”

Location, Location, Location

Here I have pieced together what appears to be the modus operandi of this group of monsters, not just for stalking but also for their burglaries:

They arrive at the location and befriend locals who help them spread rumors to isolate the targeted victim, and from whose homes they surveil the home they plan to rob. They surveil the home until they are familiar with the layout and the exact location of all valuables.

These robberies appear to be the primary reason for operating from homes near their targets, as this allows them to quickly and frequently access the target’s home and possibly other homes. It’s easy to remove everything of interest from a home in 15 minutes if you know where everything is.

Not Fun Fact: Conversations from a nearby garden show that they have already divided up my mother’s belongings, all of it - from jewels to furniture.

Fun Fact: Judging by the loud exclamations in Ansgargade in 2016, this group of monsters sees an alarm system as unfair. When I installed an alarm system in my apartment in 2016, it provoked anger in that sociopathic way – you know, when adults behave like a hysterical five-year-old.

Trophy Hunters

If you have followed this blog, you will know that I have touched on the thefts committed by stalkers, driven by their evident need to collect trophies. These are the thefts they commit where the stolen object does not necessarily have a high value, but plays an essential part in their twisted fantasy world. Stalkers make up stories about friendships and relationships with their victims, relationships they have never had. The physical objects they steal – the trophies - are their ‘proof’ that the relationship is genuine.

Whether the break-ins this group of stalkers commits are solely to collect trophies, I don’t know. I do know, however, that locals in at least two locations have participated in the break-ins, and their objective was NOT trophies.

How I Know

I first became aware of this group of monsters’ continuous thefts in the summer of 2016 in Ansgargade in Odense. I did so because I had nanny cams in my apartment, a habit I had developed during my years in Paris. I hadn’t thought of checking these until one specific event made it clear to me that they had been in my home.

I looked at the recordings from my bedroom and wanted to burn everything - even my Laura Ashley bedspread! It was sickening to watch sick bastards walk around in my home, go through my belongings, and worse, touch my dog! I installed an alarm system. Unfortunately, the alarm system had flaws – but that’s another story.

When this group of monsters chased me out of my home in 2017, I rented an apartment on Skibhusvej in Odense. I had an alarm system installed as soon as possible. However, since they were already in the building when I arrived, my home was open to them for a while. Locks are no problem for this group; they have various methods to obtain keys.‍ ‍

It was on Skibhusvej that I became aware of this group of monsters’ use of a specific private security firm.

Technology-based Abuse

I came upon this fascinating article that deals with how intimate partner violence, stalking, and technology-based abuse intersect more and more as online surveillance has become more easily accessible to everyone. 

The subject of technology-based abuse is also relevant to non-partner-related gang-stalking because the methods of technology-based abuse used by gang-stalkers and a former intimate partner are the same.

Technology-based Abuse Represents a Serious, Possibly Mortal Danger to Stalking Victims

Today’s technology and surveillance equipment give even retards the opportunity to surveil their victims 24/7 – online, in their cars, in their beds- and bathrooms. As long as the stalkers have a credit card and internet access or know people who have access to surveillance equipment and the skills to enter people’s homes – e.g., police and private security firms - surveilling others 24/7 is possible for even the dumbest of criminals.

That is the world we live in.

Having endured nine years of gang-stalking, it is clear to me that technology-based abuse represents a danger to stalking victims. Technology-based abuse allows stalkers full access to every part of the victim’s life, including the opportunity to observe people in their homes and intimidate them with various techniques that are invisible to the naked eye, e.g., sounds. This extreme access reinforces the objectification of the victim, I believe.

Humans Love Screens

It is evident that humans love screens; we love to watch, dream, imagine, get absorbed in, and possibly believe what we see. And when we watch, we can objectify and pretend to know or possess what we see on the screen.

Therefore, what screens deliver may lead to extreme needs, opinions, behavior, and even crimes if you are a bad person, for lack of a better term, unlike the rest of us who just squander our time in a strictly platonic, one-way-only relationship with Brad Pitt for over 30 years.

Joking aside, human beings are visual creatures who objectify what they see – we are the subjects of our own lives; what we see is not. Combine that with technology-based abuse, and you have a situation that could present an extreme and possibly mortal danger to stalking victims.

“Earlier conceptualizations of technology-based abuse have given less attention to humiliation; that is, one partner publishing information online with the intent of hurting the other partner. … In addition to inflicting immediate pain on the victim, with this form of abuse, the perpetrator shows disregard for potential long-term damage. Attention should be directed towards understanding both the perpetration and consequences of acts of humiliation used to control a partner or as an act of revenge, as well as the use of social media to maintain control over a couple’s public image … across different measurement and sampling strategies, survivors of IPV commonly experience direct stalking and technology-based stalking and harassment as a part of the pattern of coercive control. Research should continue to examine these forms of abuse and consider the relationship of technology-based abuse with risk for future violence and homicide.”

Technology-based Abuse Reduces Victims to Objects

What we see on screens, we objectify. It is an object we are looking at. And we control it as much as we can, turning the screen on and off as we please. The object on the screen is ours for as long as we observe it.

If it is a person, such as a character in a movie, we can judge as we please – they are ugly, stupid, hot, dumb, annoying – without consequences; and we can do so too with non-fictional beings on our screens, like a YouTuber. We may even interact with comments.

To gang stalkers, their target is an object, a thing, and sometimes a thing on a screen, that they observe and control. It is an absolute dehumanization of a human being, and it has extreme consequences for the target.

The monsters that have been violating every aspect of my life for the past nine years do not see me as a human being. Judging by their statements, I am a thing, an animal on a screen in their group fantasy, a reality they control. And I was supposed to have died long ago.

Technology-based abuse is more than GPS-tracking and cyberstalking; it is reducing victims to objects in a game psychopaths play.

Hate Changes a Person

However, no matter what a bunch of Danes want, I am still alive and plan to stay that way. I do have injuries, but I am learning to live with those. However, I am in hate with the Danish state, and maybe that is worse than any physical injury.

To begin with, I hated Funen Police (Fyns Politi), the prosecutors, and the group – a citizen militia of scumbags from Region Southern Denmark, and their kids. Today, I hate the Danish state and system; I fertilize on this hate every day; it keeps me strong, but it has changed my life more than any injury ever will.

The person I was before the citizen militia and its minions were de facto permitted by Funen Police (Fyns Politi) to steal and crush my life has changed fundamentally. I am still me, though; I’m tired, but I remain the same optimistic person who loves life, but I no longer need humans in my life, nor do I trust them. And I don’t want to be responsible for another life again.

So, despite my love of dogs, I don’t want another dog in my life – I would always be afraid that someone would poison my fur baby.

Gluteus Maximus

Years ago, when I had to communicate with individuals from less reputable backgrounds, I was concerned that this might be flagged by the Danish Police Intelligence, called PET. However, someone in the loop told me that I shouldn’t worry, and I quote:

The Danish PET couldn’t find their own asses if they had a map!

The years have passed, and many things have happened in this country and the world that should have prompted this Danish intelligence service to locate their asses. However, based on my updated experience, it appears they are still looking for their gluteus maximus. Because it is evident that the Danish PET doesn’t consider a Danish group of criminals with links to the authorities, operating right underneath their noses, relevant to them. Please, let me explain.

Not Our Problem!

When it became clear to me in November 2019 that the group of monsters who had followed me to Paris and gained access to my buildings in the 5th and 14th arrondissements was there to, as they used to term it, get rid of me, which would be desirable for them as well as their Parisian buddies, I informed the Danish PET in writing about the situation, swallowing my pride and asking them to please call the French police on my behalf. Approximately one week after the group had literally discussed killing me, a conversation I was privy to, and days after I had left France, I received an email from the Danish PET, and it did not say,

Don’t worry, we got this!

It was more like:

Template statements amounting to: That is not our problem, dumbass!

And that was it – no follow-up.

That answer made me wonder for a while how an intelligence service could be so arrogant. But more importantly, it made me wonder how Danes with links to the authorities who travel to another EU country under false pretenses, hook up with their criminal BFFs in said country to commit various crimes, including debating killing the person, victim, and witness, they had followed to said country, could not be PET’s problem.

Is Denmark and the security of the Danish nation no longer their problem? Do they not acknowledge that corruption is a grave danger to any nation? Do they share the hatred of the monsters and their Parisian buddies – women, Jews, Americans, military personnel, and other inferior existences?

I Wonder No More

My wonderings about the Danish PET are behind me now, however. I have been through the acceptance phase. I have accepted that the Danish PET doesn’t care or chooses not to care about crimes committed by groups of Danish criminals with extremist convictions and links to the authorities and criminal groupings in other countries against Danish women.

Today, I understand that to the Danish PET, extremist groups are something you talk about, not something you do something about, and if the extremists are connected to the authorities, you don’t even talk about them; you ignore them. Or perhaps these groups receive template emails as well. It is not for me to say.

What is for me to say, or at least what I want to say in this context, as a Dane and European who knows her history, is that this apparent attitude is one, very naïve, and two, dangerous. Because on this continent, the worst, most murderous, and politically extremist criminals have been the states and their minions – the monarchies, the churches, the fascist regimes, and the police forces and courts that protected them.

Ignoring that there are groups of people today who do not respect the laws, abuse their positions to cripple the rights and dignity of others, and view themselves as having the right to do so because they work for or have worked for the Danish state, sometimes teaming up with other criminals to commit crimes, will not make these groups disappear; it will more likely make them grow bigger and stronger.

Deny it if you need to, but you know you will be lying.

Criminals Don’t Stop. They Have To Be Stopped!

The fact that the Danish police and PET refuse to investigate and stop this particular group of Danish monsters with extremist convictions – and by doing so, gain insights into how these groups think, structure, and operate - leaves very few options within the boundaries of the law to prevent this particular group from continuing their crimes. However, if they are not stopped, they will continue until they reach their destructive goal. And once this is achieved, they will move on to the next target.

How To Get Through Tough Times

”OMG, how do you get through that?” ”Oh shit, how do you deal with that?”

Do you know those questions, questions you might even ask yourself from time to time? Or do you crumble under pressure and hear this:

“Oh, I am so sorry. Are you okay now that your prescribed psychopharmaceutical is kicking in?”

The Danish pharmaceutical industry is one of the most lucrative industries in Denmark, and in this quasi-socialist nation, doctors hand out addictive psychopharmaceuticals as if they were candy. It’s good money for doctors and pharmaceutical companies alike. And some doctors will try to push psychopharmaceutical and other addictive drugs on you, no matter what.

The way I see it, human beings managed to get through life, even the toughest days, before the pharmaceutical industry came up with addictive happy pills. And that is still an option. I’m not judging; I’m just sharing my beliefs and how I do things.

The only thing I can accept being addicted to is coffee.

How To Get Through Hard Times

So, how do I get through and deal with hard times, apart from coffee? Well, my method is the offspring of almost ten years of being persecuted by Danish extremists and criminals, which has, truth be told, now and then left me in the dumps.

Here’s a brief overview of my method for maintaining balance, a positive spirit, and sanity when the world around you is horrible.

I Keep Calm.

I stay calm and balanced at all times. Nervous and stressed individuals make poor decisions. Apart from living with my almost 80-year-old mother, which has taught me self-control beyond what I thought humanly possible (!), writing, cooking, and yoga are my go-to methods for shutting out the world, relaxing, and releasing all my feelings, including my hatred.

Some days, I think it would be better for me and more de-stressing to beat the living s*** out of one of the monsters; but that would be illegal, and I am not a monster, so I don’t do that. I write out my hatred, which brings us to point number two.

I Hate.

I hate from the bottom of my heart; I hate this group of monsters, anyone who has helped them, anyone who has housed them, anyone who has libeled me, anyone who refused me help, and the system and state that makes it possible for these monsters to hunt people at will – people who got in their way, witnesses to their crimes as well as human beings they consider worthless – and I wish all of the above a fiery stay in hell.

Leaving my wishes for the future aside, in my experience, hate enables you to do what you have to do because it strengthens you and makes you more determined. And strength and determination are what you need to get through bad times. So, I don’t suppress this very human feeling.

When I’m up to my neck in it, I fertilize on my own hatred until I’m in the clear; then, I can be a good person again if I feel the need for it.

I Contextualize.

I contextualize. What do I mean by that? I mean, I find a situation or a person I know who has made it through something worse than what I’m going through. I see my problem in this context until I’ve convinced myself that things could be worse. If this person could get through what they had to, I can get through whatever I have to. I contextualize my life and conclude:

Things could be worse, a lot worse, and I will get through this!

Summing-up

To Get Through Tough Times:

• Keep Calm

• Hate – or use whichever emotion that energizes you

• Contextualize

Danish Police Officer Charged

A 48-year-old police officer at Fyns Politi (Funen Police) has been charged with numerous cases of abuse of position and breach of confidentiality. The sentence is up to three years in prison.

According to the indictment, the police officer in question conducted a number of searches in police databases “without proper cause” and, in one instance, allegedly created a fictitious case. The officer is also said to have shared confidential photo material.

Am I shocked? No. Am I happy? No. But I am content that the shady procedures at Fyns Politi (Funen Police) are being disclosed. Because their ways leave victims helpless and monsters at large.

Danish Investigation Techniques

However, it seems Fyns Politi (Funen Police) is not the only bad apple in the bunch. In March 2025, it was revealed that the Danish police dump numerous cases without investigation. And that’s not the worst part. The worst part is the way they do it, which, according to experts, is illegal and appears to be systematic. Now, for those unfamiliar with the Danish language, let me tell you about one of the ways the Danish police force investigates crimes – it is not a joke, by the way:

1. They ask the victim to name the offender or offenders.

2. They call the offenders to ask if they committed the reported crime.

3. If the offender says yes, they did this, they might investigate.

4. If the offender says, "I did not commit the crime," the police close the case and return to their coffee mugs!

There are numerous reliable translation software programs you can use to translate the articles. I advise you to try it if you want to understand how the Danish police treat people and how the situation is for victims in Denmark.

Monsters Can Do Whatever They Want

Since the above articles and news stories broke, other situations have reached the media. To me, personally, it is thought-provoking that none of the situations made public by the media seems to be even remotely as extreme as the one I have been trying to get someone to acknowledge for years – a group of Danish thugs with ties to the police force, as well as other authorities, and to what is legally defined as organized crime,

A group of people working together on a continual basis to plan and co-ordinate criminal behaviour and conduct. Their motivation is often, but not always, financial gain.

Their crimes in Denmark are never investigated, and the police force allows them to control the narrative with their lies, painting the victims as human trash, crazy, and criminals.

Equality before the law is an excellent principle, but it does not exist in Denmark, not for criminals nor their victims.

So it is hard to do anything but laugh at what is going on in Denmark right now – a few cases have been exposed, a few police officers admitting what they do, and a few whining speeches have been heard from blue police bosses stating how important it is for them that people trust them. But I have a feeling that that will be that.

When the mainstream media forgets about the police again, everything will go back to normal – people covering up for each other, women being violated and killed, information passed on illegally, fake reports written ad libitum, libel used as evidence, and cases closed without investigation, leaving the victim in danger and the criminals to continue their crimes, no questions asked.

The Dangers of Democracy

Like most other European countries, Denmark was a brutal monarchy for centuries, with barbaric punishments and few rights for the people. Today, this is quietly forgotten as we indulge in the beauty those dictatorships left behind—castles, churches, art. But the fact remains that European monarchies were brutal dictatorships backed by powerful churches for centuries.

I have an ancestor, Frederik Horn, who was head of the Copenhagen police force in the 18th century, before the democratic Constitution of 1849. Back then, the monsters would have been, at a minimum, branded like cattle, whipped, and in chains for life for their crimes against my family and me.

That was then, and it is good that this is no longer the case because the laws of the 18th century were horrifying! But the problem is that today, benighted thugs and ruthless monsters roam free, the police force neglecting their duties and thus these criminals endangering the population.

And today, in Denmark, morally lacking, unenlightened individuals surfacing from dark backgrounds, filled with hatred and the desire to destroy, who consider themselves above the Danish Constitution because they work for the Danish state, the very same Constitution that gave this nation, including their ancestors, rights, freedom, and dignity and released them from a life of oppression and servitude, can do whatever they want, protected by their job titles.

At times, freedom, democracy, and the rule of law can seem like such a boomeranging bitch, right?

Let me stress, for the record, I am not against a free democratic society or the Danish Constitution, in its present form, except for the monarchy and state church parts; as a republican, I am against the monarchy and state church. All I am saying is that the package deal consisting of freedom, democracy, and the rule of law without ethics and enlightenment in the hands of the immoral is dangerous and destructive, and turns civilized societies into criminal nations.

Taxes & Lies

They say life happens when you are busy making other plans – well, that may be true, but sometimes life stops when you are busy living. The world keeps spinning along; you are still breathing, but something got in the way of your life.

My life, which I once thought I would live out in Paris, has been a long series of stops, and three of those were in Paris.

First, due to financial horror stories, when someone my brother knew well—who at the time called herself a legal tax expert (*skattejurist) and I believed her—told me that I should leave France as soon as possible due to double taxation, which I had no idea what was. If I didn’t, I would be taxed in both Denmark and France on my income.

The above wasn’t true, but in 2009, I wasn’t accustomed to socializing with people who find lying socially acceptable, so I didn’t have my read-people antennas up. Instead, I trusted what was said and left behind the good life I had made for myself, in order not to pay 90% in taxes!

When I realized that I had been lied to, I was devastated. I had worked hard to build a life for myself in Paris, with a small business and an apartment in the 7th arrondissement between two parks so that Gavroche could have a great little terrier life.

Back Again

What was worse was that I had nothing to come back to in Denmark. So, after a few months of being laughed at and belittled by devoted Jante-worshippers, I decided to do it all over again – Make the money, get the apartment, and get on with my life where I felt at home.

I moved back to Paris in 2011. My former landlord offered to rent me the apartment I had left in December 2009 from spring 2011. And I was back with a much more interesting life and future projects.

But an interesting life often comes at a high price. By 2014, I had gotten myself into so many messy stories, putting me on the radar of some dangerous people. In the summer of 2014, I was so afraid that I left Paris with the intention of relocating to England after having licked my wounds at home with my parents. Then shit happened, as shit does.

First, my dad was diagnosed with cancer, and then I crossed paths with a madman and his group, the monsters.

Paris, the Third Time Wasn’t the Charm

In 2019, I went back to Paris to get away from the Danish monsters, who had hunted me like prey since 2016. However, the Danish monsters followed, and in Paris, they teamed up with their Parisian buddies and continued their madness. You can read about that here.

I left Paris again in November 2019, emotionally and in every other way bruised, and in what I would say a state of shock – Me and the world, it was over. I was done with human beings, done with all of it. After so many years and so many deaths and nightmares, I had finally had enough. I swore never to set foot in Paris again for as long as I lived!

However, in 2022, I won in court against the landlord in the first building I had moved into in 2019, in Rue Malebranche.

I temporarily renounced my former decision because, with this court ruling and what followed, I knew I was onto something huge. You can temporarily take away my will to live among human beings, but never my will to live and work. And FYI, the story is huge, with so many aspects and characters, it would make Tolstoy proud.

Looking back today, I know that had I just gone back to Paris in 2011 and continued to look into working conditions in language schools and such things, translating and writing this and that, editing for various news outlets, being less openmouthed about specific situations, I would probably still be living in Paris, and none of what has happened over the past 12 years would ever have happened. But it did because:

• I was never one to say no to an exciting opportunity.

• I don’t get scared easily.

• I was never one to turn my back on people who needed me.

• In Europe, women are, in certain social circles and classes, considered second-rate human beings and treated like garbage.

• The Danish monsters and certain criminals in Paris knew each other, and both groups seemingly wanted to get rid of me as a witness to their criminal activities.

I also know that if I hadn’t crossed paths with the Danish monsters in 2016, had they not been hunting me for all these years, they would have victimized other women during these years, who may not have persisted and endured as I have.

One of the primary monsters has continuously justified me as a target with the lie that I used to be a welfare client. He sees women who have been on welfare as things he can do with as he pleases, judging by his own statements. He gets away with this because Funen Police (Fyns Politi) de facto supports him by refusing to stop him and his equally sick-minded buddies.

Today, there’s a certain amount of anger and frustration among the monsters that I am not dead yet. The fact that I am alive means there is a witness to their crimes, someone who knows their setup, who is not dependent on the Danish state, who can tell the truth, tell who they are, and document what they have done to me.

In this context, it is thought-provoking that regardless of whom I turn to in the Danish judicial system, I am ignored.

Over the past almost nine years, it has been made very clear to me that the Danish system and the people working in it equate your human worth with a pig on an industrial farm if you are or have been on welfare. However, I am still alive, and I am not and have never been a welfare client. But I am angry, filled with hate, and driven by the need for revenge.

What the monsters and their buddies did to me in November 2019, when I was alone, outnumbered, and vulnerable in a studio with just one door and one window, has lingered in the back of my head for years and kept me from moving on.

But even that is fading away now, a distant memory of how the human race is when it is at its worst – and I believe that I am stronger and tougher for it today.

But the fact remains that had I stayed in Paris, had I taken one more chance in November 2019, I would more than likely have been just one more woman gone missing in the EU in a country not her own. I would most likely have ended my life in some forest outside Paris, buried in a hole in the ground, never to be found. And the monsters and their Parisian buddies would have walked away from it with one witness less to worry about.

After 2019, I found safety in numbers in my mom’s house with my mom. The house is secured as if we were stocking nuclear weapons – we are not, by the way – so that the monsters and their buddies out here in the sticks cannot break in or enter the garden anymore without getting caught on camera, nor can they get into our house without being detected.

The fact that the monsters are linked to Funen Police (Fyns Politi), who have de facto deprived me of my human and civil rights by letting this group continue the hunt for soon-to-be nine years, plus the scope of the monsters’ network, within the public sector as well as without, I can never be safe in Denmark on my own ever again.

However, I cannot live the rest of my life in my mother’s basement!

Fact Box

Approximately 10.000 human beings go missing in the EU every year. To my knowledge (read: experience!), the systems don’t care if a woman disappears in an EU country, of which she is not a citizen.

Human life does not hold much value in Europe.

But then again, that shouldn’t come as a surprise on a continent with a history as bloody as that of Europe, a mentality that burned women at the stake by the thousands, and created hells like Auschwitz, Belsen, Dachau, and Sobibor.

2025

So, what to do when you have, due to a police force and a system granting some people rights beyond the law, beyond the constitution, to hunt humans like prey for years on end, reached your end of the road in your birth country and on this continent? Well, I have decided that there is only one thing left for me to do:

Tell the Truth.

This year, my keyboard will be mightier and more destructive than years of libel, threats, high-tech surveillance equipment, and monsters housed by the intelligence-challenged and primitive suburban bottom-dwellers on Fyn (Funen) who seemingly are in it for the loot! Or, to put it into words, the retards will be able to understand:

You stole my life with lies. I will crush yours with the truth.

Some people warned me against that, and others have told me it is the only way. By now, I have tried everything else, banged on every door, appealed to the morals of countless Danes (evidently, they have none), reasoned with retards, and dealt with devils, and I am done trying.

Oh wow, I made it through the third anniversary of my dog’s death without wanting to hide away in a dark room with gloomy classical music and pictures of Gavroche. I would say that that is a good sign.

Fact Box 1

Complaints About the Police

In theory, one can complain about the Danish police and their conduct to the DUP, but evidently they can decide to return the complaint to the precinct in question, which means that the precinct complained about gets to determine if the complaint is valid. This way, they can bury any complaint without questions being raised.

In theory, you can complain about this, but it is better not to. In general, in the not-so-enchanted kingdom of Denmark, it is better not to question and criticize:

• The Royal house

• The authorities

• The networks (e.g., VL – www.vl.dk)

  Denmark is a nation of networks, clubs, fraternities, and people networking in the shadows. Many things happen behind closed doors in Denmark, and many people know each other too well in private.

Leaving that aside, as described above, was how my complaint to the DUP about the unacceptable conduct of Funen Police in 2018/2019, as well as how Funen Police had treated and ignored me since 2016, ended up on a desk at Funen Police of someone who should have been declared ineligible in this context.

When asking lawyers what I could do about this de facto burial of my situation, the answer was:

Nothing!

That aside, given Funen Police’s longstanding professional relationship with some of the primary monsters, my situation as a whole should have been turned over to another police precinct and district as early as 2016. It wasn’t. Instead, something that should never have happened in a democratic state ruled by law happened.

*Skattejurist is a title not protected by law in Denmark; anyone can call themselves a Jurist (Eng: Legal Expert) in Denmark.

In Denmark, you have Jurist (Legal expert) and Advokat (Lawyer), which is the term used when a Jurist has earned the title Advokat - the very short and highly inadequate version!

Advokat is a protected title; Jurist is not. However, when people call themselves Jurist, I used to assume they had a law degree, but that is not a given.

My brother’s friend called herself a Skattejurist and thus did not break the law. But she lied to me when presenting herself as an expert on a matter of which she knew absolutely nothing.

But it was my bad; I trusted someone I barely knew without questioning her credentials because she worked in a fancy firm and was a good friend of my brother. That was naïve. That was stupid, and that ruined my life for a while.

I Am Taking It Step by Step

A reader of this blog wrote me an email with her own story—thank you so much for sharing. Reading and responding to this email made me think a bit about what I had actually done to end my stalking nightmare after I realized in late 2019 that you cannot escape gang stalkers. The five steps below constitute the route I have taken to go from an absolute nightmare to what will hopefully be a lasting solution.

Accept, Reflect, Secure, Plan, Execute

1. Accept

Accept where you are and what has happened to you. Acceptance does not mean liking or bowing your head, though. In this context, it means acknowledging that a problem exists, instead of ignoring or even denying the problem because it is too much to handle emotionally.

The way I see it, whatever happens in your life, accept it, however much it hurts to do so. If you don’t, Freud and his demons will be coming for you one day. You need to acknowledge that a problem, a situation, or a thing exists before you can deal with it. It is that simple.

2. Define

When you have accepted the problem, reflect on what you can do to deal with the situation the problem has led to. In my context, the problem is the stalkers. The situation is what they are doing, how they manipulate, and everything else they do.

POINT: Make it very clear to yourself what the problem is and what situation it causes, so that you target the problem, not its consequences.

Remember, reflection is not narcissism. It is a way to understand and gain perspective, which will help you define your problem and the situation.

Once you have defined the problem and the situation, you will know what you have to deal with. Take as long as you need, write, talk it out, possibly with yourself (make sure you are at home when doing so 😉), work through it, and go back if things change.

3. Secure

Now you need to feel safe and secure, e.g., your income, your job, documentation, your memories, your dog, and your secret recipes. I am sure you get the picture. So, for argument’s sake, let’s keep it simple and say that now you need to secure the premises and make sure you, as a person, are safe.

Do whatever you have to do within the boundaries of your financial limits and the law to ensure your safety.

4. Plan

When you feel safe, you can begin to think about a solution. Feeling safe means you relax, and when you relax, you are rational. Frightened and panic-stricken people never made good plans.

5. Execute‍ ‍

When you have your solution, whatever it may be, let nothing stand in your way except the law, of course.

That’s the Way It Is,

as Céline sings

And then there is the day after the deed, after you have made it through, and you no longer want to listen to Bessie Smith confirm your hard-earned knowledge that nobody knows you because you are down and out. And this is the day when you have to accept that all the things we do in this life will change us.

At the end of the day, we are what life makes us via the life we live. So, accept that the problem might have changed your life as well as how you think, and that the solution you come up with will most likely change your life, too.

From Chaos to Structure

Summing up my suggestion for a structure that will take you from chaos and emotional turmoil to putting an end to a situation:

Accept,

Define,

Secure,

Plan,

Execute!

Happy Halloween! The perfect opportunity to write about monsters and one of the fastest-growing yet mostly ignored crimes worldwide – gang-stalking! So here’s my Halloween contribution:

How Stalkers Get People to Socially Isolate a Targeted Victim

Can I Have Your Attention, Please?

First things first, they have to get people’s attention. They have to get people to listen to them and preferably believe them, which seems to be frighteningly easy. Once the stalkers have the attention of the people they want to include in their crime, they can get them to work actively to isolate the targeted victim socially by spreading extreme rumors to socially engineer the victim’s life so that the victim is someone people fear, hate, and dehumanize, and thus feel above, feel the right to hurt, humiliate, and slander, and in all ways of life, socially isolate.

And then we have the why, who, what, and how?

Why

Why do stalkers get people’s attention in the first place? Why do people listen to individuals or groups of liars slandering other people? That is, why do stalkers succeed at spreading slander that encourages people to hurt and isolate a victim?

The reasons could be that their chosen audience longs for:

• Belonging to a group and being part of something that makes them feel powerful and important.

• The attention forwarding the lies will give them.

• The chance to violate women.

• The excitement of socializing with an important person, even if the important person is someone who lies about their identity.

• The opportunity to be cruel without consequences.

• The opportunity to rob houses with minimal risk of getting caught.

Who

Who are the people (in stalking terms: Flying Monkeys) who listen, preferably believe, and willingly participate in the socially isolating slander, as well as all other criminal activities associated with gang-stalking? In my experience, they can be divided into the following groups:

1. The Attention Seekers

This group consists of ordinary people with ordinary lives who long for attention, which can make them feel special, valued, in the loop, influential, and heard before they go back to their ordinary lives. By spreading shocking lies, they become interesting, and other people listen to them. This situation serves a dual purpose for the primary stalkers (in stalking terms: The Rat/Rats):

Their new BFFs feel good, get more of the attention they long for, and are thus encouraged to continue being part of the group and spreading lies. And some of the people who listen to the lies will spread them, too. Hence, the lies continue to be spread far and wide without the stalkers having to recruit more people.

2. Those Who Believe They Serve a Higher Purpose

This group is the fanatics – political, religious, etc. – who believe they serve a higher purpose by destroying the victim, whom they regard as subversive, inferior, as well as dangerous to them as a group.

3. The Really Stupid People

All other groups aside, there’s also the group I would call the really stupid people, as in very low IQs, who believe whatever they are told. These are people who can be convinced they are participating in solving a crime and think they have been handpicked by undercover police agents, or whichever story they have been told, to assist the state in its hunt for whatever crime they have been told the victim has committed. They don’t understand the law, and they will believe whatever they are told as long as the person talking to them is from the authorities – or claims to be.

4. The Thieves

For some gang-stalking seems to be a strength-in-numbers opportunity to rob the homes of the discredited victims. Highly sociopathic but evidently predominant among certain groups.

FYI: In Denmark, robbing houses is a minimal-risk crime, given the Danish police force’s apparent indifference towards this crime, or should I say indifference towards this crime as well?

5. The Sadists

Gang stalkers also reach out to people who will do anything to get the opportunity to physically hurt and humiliate others because they are, at heart, sadists. They are helpful when violence becomes part of the game. It can be shocking to read about how many human beings of any given humane population are sadists. To experience them up close is even worse.

6. The Sexual Sadists

Last but not least, there are the highly sadistic males who express a desire to hurt women sexually. Those who fall into this category, who are part of the group stalking me, seem to have a fanatical hatred towards women. I am not a psychiatrist or anthropologist, so to categorize these men is not for me to do.

What

What can be said to isolate a victim depends on the victim, but if you spread rumors that a person has a mental illness, is a drug addict, or is otherwise criminal, gullible people will shy away from the victim rather than question the lie, which leads to social isolation. And any attempt to confront the ignorance with reason will only make things worse, in my experience.

In my experience, people who have bought into a lie will become angry and aggressive toward you if you try to reason with them. So, when reaching out to reason with people, things can get ugly.

I have earlier written a post about which lies you may hear about yourself and what can be said to isolate a stalking victim; here’s the list of lies stalkers may spread, stating that you:

• Are a drug dealer,

• Are a notorious liar,

• Are a prostitute,

• Are a schizophrenic,

• Are an alcoholic,

• Are dangerous,

• Are mentally unstable,

• Are paranoid,

• Are rat back crazy,

• Commit social fraud,

• Commit tax fraud,

• Frighten children,

• Harass your neighborhood (i.e., victim-blaming, claiming the harassed is the harasser),

• Have connections to terrorists,

• Have killed a family member,

• Have killed someone,

• Have sex with everything in sight,

• Have stolen various artifacts from the stalkers

• Stalk people,

• Were formerly committed to a psychiatric ward

How

How do stalkers spread their lies to make others isolate their victims? In my experience, any way they can. However, a classic way is for them to appear as experts who come to save people from the person they target, whom they make out to be, as stated above.

In this scenario, they can claim to be shrinks, social workers, or police officers coming to inform the people they want to include in the crime about the dangerous target. Or they can turn the whole thing around and claim to be the victims of their targeted victim. That is, the stalkers invent an enemy, a person they target, and create an image of that person they present to the people they want to involve in their crime, and offer to save these people from that enemy in return for loyalty, access to their private homes, internet connections, etc.

That’s How They Do It

And that is, in my experience, how stalkers get people to participate in distributing lies to isolate a victim socially, as well as partake in their other criminal actions.

They pick people who are, for one reason or another, willing to listen, preferably believe, and spread lies about a person the stalkers have decided to target. And given that lies have a way of taking on a life of their own, eventually, the lie will become a collective truth, and the victim will eventually be completely socially isolated because, evidently, if you tell a lie enough times, people will believe it.

I have experience with most of the above – more than eight years of lies being spread about me and people buying into them and spreading them to other equally stupid, sadistic, or fanatical people. Summing up, I am really dangerous! My almost 5.5-foot frame is super dangerous—I mean, if I stand on my toes, I can take a swing at anyone who stands still for long enough for me to really punch them with my middle-aged yoga-trained biceps!

Why Do People Believe Gang Stalkers and Their Lies, and Why Do They Not Stop Them?

I am sure there are many answers to these questions – over the past eight years, I have come up with my own. Here are three of many!

1. People Are Stupid!

I know that doesn’t sound nice, and I am not just saying this because I have met too many morons in my life. I repeat what a boss in an advertising agency I worked in many years ago told me about why advertising works.

Many people dream of a better life, a different life, or just a bit of beauty and excitement now and then. And that is what advertising delivers: A dream that you can be more if you buy a specific product. You will stop being unsatisfied with unfulfilled needs and instead be happy and content, someone who has grabbed your part of the good life—embodied in the product—a phone, a bag, a car.

The advertising industry does not sell products; it sells dreams, worlds, and the idea of a better life.

I don’t think we buy what they want us to buy because we are stupid, though.

I think, not being a boss – except my own - and genuinely hoping not to turn out an utterly disillusioned human being, we humans buy the products because we need to believe.

We need to believe because human life is challenging and always comes with an expiration date – summed up, our lives are short and often hard.

We all have a lot of problems in life, such as bills that are hard to pay, illnesses to overcome, jobs that suck your will to live, and annoying relatives and spouses, knowing very well that life has few backsies. So, we buy a new phone, bag, or car, ignore the bank, buy the yummy stuff, Netflix for hours, and we are happy.

But that doesn’t cut it for everyone.

Monsters Don’t Settle for Phones!

Monsters don’t settle for the phone, the bag, or the car. They don’t get their happy fixes as consumers; they get their happy fixes from the pain and suffering of others. That’s the product they need to feel content in life.

Being part of a gang-stalking group delivers that product. Because gang-stalking groups provide monsters with the project, power, and opportunity to degrade, humiliate, ruin, torture, and even kill. And that leads to my second answer:

2. People Can Be Cruel

Statistics vary on this subject, so for argument’s sake, I have chosen to rely on a relatively conservative as well as popular statistic, stating that roughly eight percent of any given human population are sadists. That is, eight percent of human beings enjoy inflicting pain on others. Click here to read the article.

In my experience gang-stalkers are sadistic human beings who find their identity and illusory rights and strengths in a dysfunctional, criminal group established on the illusion of their own superiority and the paranoid illusion of a by the group dehumanized enemy, an enemy the group has given the group the right to degrade and torture, self-ordained rights based on the enemy’s dehumanized status, as defined by the sadists. - A stomach-turning Catch-22! 

3. People Can Be Weak, Narcissistic, and Hide From Their Own Nature

In my experience, frighteningly few people will stand up for someone else. Instead, people will close their eyes and ignore evil, even when it is right in front of them - like a train bound for Neuengamme or a trafficked Romanian sex slave in the house next to them. They might even rape the girl once in a while for pennies and tell themselves they are buying a service!

Those who react, who fight the monsters who live among us, who can look into the eyes of the Devil and not be destroyed by it, are heroes, but they are few and rarely appreciated while alive.

Shaped By Experience

There are all sorts of stalkers. Even if they have their evil deeds in common, they are as different as people in general. Some stalk alone, and some stalk in groups, and their motives for their criminal behavior differ as well, even if these motives fall into certain categories – revenge, delusion, infatuation, and so on.

The distinctions below show how experts classify various types of stalkers. Click on the link to the open-source article below to read more.

My personal experiences are with a pack of criminal, delusional, psychopathic, and sadistic monsters, or a combo of the categories 4 and 5, I would say. And I have become aware of how much my personal experiences with this group color and shape my writing.

One widely acknowledged classification posits stalking as a violent reaction to rejection, proposed by Mullen and colleagues (1999). They identify five stalker typologies:

1. The Rejected Typology: Stalking arises from the breakdown of a close, often sexual, relationship. The initial motive is reconciliation, potentially shifting quickly to revenge against the one who ended the relationship.

2. Intimacy Seeker Typology: This type targets strangers or acquaintances without prior emotional connections. Motivated by loneliness, the intimacy seeker believes in a connection with the person being stalked, irrespective of rejections.

3. The Incompetent Suitor Typology: Like the intimacy seeker, individuals in this category target strangers or acquaintances but don’t assume an existing or destined relationship. Their motivation is loneliness or sexual desire.

4. The Resentful Typology: Driven by a sense of mistreatment or victimization, these individuals seek revenge and justice, often collecting evidence of perceived injustices. Harassment by resentful stalkers tends to be prolonged.

5. The Predatory Typology: Constituting a minority, this group stalks primarily to fulfill sadistic and/or sexual impulses. Stalking serves to gather information for potential acts of violence or sexual assault.

Life Toughens You

Researchers tend to divide stalking into categories of type and severity. I am sure that it is a good idea to do so for scientists and research, but for the victims, even what would be defined as not-so-dangerous stalking can have extreme effects on a young person, like a young woman in her 20s, whereas an older woman in her 40s might just brush it off.  

I barely remember being in my 20s – but I do remember being a lot more emotional than I am today and a lot less tough. Life toughens you, so I am very sure that had what had happened to me over the past years happened when I was in my 20s, I would have died. And I don’t mean to exaggerate.

What this group of monsters has done to me, including physical and sexual violations, I would not have been able to get through on my own when I was in my 20s, as I have had to do today, and have done, and quite frankly, am the stronger for it.

My point is that how old you are and how tough you are when stalked matters, too.

So, my extreme descriptions may not apply to your situation as a stalking victim. However, I believe my advice on coping can be helpful to any stalking victim out there. Because no two stalkers are alike, but they do have in common that their actions destroy our lives.

SMI & Criminals

In Denmark, people with SMI (serious mental illness) who pose a threat are not necessarily locked up in psychiatric wards, and too many criminals are never sentenced for the crimes they commit and thus roam free. Given how the monsters define themselves, I am beginning to wonder if some of them have SMI.

Over the years, the monsters have claimed to be anything from psychiatrists to friends of my parents to police officers to public prosecutors to PET agents (Danish Police Intelligence). And I wonder, are they psychopaths who know that they are lying and thus fully capable of understanding the crimes they commit and the consequences of these, or are they, in fact, people with SMI?

I have a feeling it will take a very qualified psychiatrist in a room full of dolls to get to the bottom of the mentality of this group of thugs. I don’t have the answer; I have questions.

Who Are They?

Are these monsters a group of psychopaths who know exactly what they are doing, who collaborated with a group of criminals in Paris in 2019 to achieve a common goal – to kill a witness?

Are these monsters a group of mad people who play games with real-life characters, women they hunt, terrorize, and destroy, but only see as objects on a screen in a game they play?

Or are these monsters people with SMI who believe their own lies, including those told in Paris in 2019, when, to my knowledge, they lied their way into two buildings (one in the 5th arrondissement and one in the 14th arrondissement) to continue their criminal activities? Do they believe they are who they claimed to be to gain access to these two buildings to commit crimes alongside their BFFs? Do they actually believe they are victims of a fictitious crime cooked up in their sick heads that has never been committed?

Or all of the above?

“Given the nature of stalking… (i.e., frightening, threatening, harassing, and intrusive behaviors repeated over time), a small number of studies have begun to investigate the link between psychological dysfunction and stalking. Prior research indicated an association between stalking and psychological disorders, defined broadly (Kamphuis, Emmelkamp, & de Vries, 2004; Kienlen et al., 1997; Meloy, 1997; Mohandie, Meloy, McGowan, & Williams, 2006). According to several studies, most stalkers do not display symptoms of severe psychological disorder, like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or major depression (Kienlen et al., 1997; McGuire & Wraith, 2000; Mullen et al., 1999). Instead, stalkers are more likely to show signs of comparatively minor psychopathology, in the form of personality disorders (Kamphuis & Emmelkamp, 2000; Kienlen et al., 1997; McCann, 1998; Meloy, 1996), anger-related problems (Davis et al., 2000; Del Ben &Fremouw,2002;Meloy, 1996), and mild to moderate depression (Kienlen et al., 1997). Though it is generally accepted that stalkers may suffer from various minor psychiatric conditions, and less frequently from more profound disturbances, the studies that had focused specifically on the possibility of a relationship between stalking perpetration and personality disorder did not necessarily present a consensus on what types of personality disorder may be most prevalent among stalkers. For example, in their review of psychiatric diagnoses of stalkers, Zona et al. (1998) discussed as many as seven potential diagnoses in this area alone, including antisocial, borderline, histrionic, narcissistic, paranoid, schizoid, and dependent personality disorders.”

I will leave it to qualified professionals to define what these monsters are. I will only say that regardless of what they may be defined as one day, they are still here because Danish society runs on more than Novo, Vestas & Ørsted money, self-glorification, and happy pills – it also runs on a refusal to step up, face facts, and call the Devil out when you see him!

Don’t Forget the Good Times

Life can be a rotten deal sometimes, but that does not mean everything in your life has been bad, even if it feels like that when you are neck-deep in a situation that seems only to be getting worse by the minute.

When my dog died – may he find all the chicken & treats he can eat in doggy heaven – I lost my last friend and soulmate in Denmark. That left a gigantic void, and I will always hate the Danish police for granting a group of psychopaths carte blanche to crush the last years of his life, crush the perfect settings I had found for his senior years – an apartment in his home-town Paris, with a little courtyard and close to his favorite parks. I will hate them forever for that, as I hate them for letting the same group of psychopaths pester the last two years of my dad’s life.

Reboot to Happiness 2.0

When life is like that, one of the remedies to stay happy can be the psychological trick of an emotional and visual return to happy moments. It is the same as when you fix your computer by returning to the last point where it worked. You know, before that outrageously annoying Windows update screwed up the rest of the hard drive.

Life, the way I see it, is basically a long line of events: good, bad, great, horrible, beautiful, traumatizing, unique, and so on; if you visualize your life as this long line of events, you can find and focus on the points in time, like dots on the line, where you were genuinely happy and pick one to reboot from emotionally.

To do this, ask yourself: When was I truly happy, and why? The when is not so important. But the why will be your source of renewed energy. The why tells you what you should focus on to be happy.

To illustrate, I will resort to childhood memories. Don’t worry; I won’t eat a cookie and go on for 3000 pages!

Indiana

My two summers in Indiana in the 1980s will always be some of my happiest memories, also because these summers were very different from my life in Denmark, which included a private school I didn’t like, being socially shunned where I lived because I went to that private school, and like most middle and upper-middle-class kids in the 1980s with two workaholic parents who also traveled quite a lot, mostly left to my own devices.

Summers in the States were life, people, BBQ-get-togethers, pools (so many pools), and things you couldn’t get in Denmark at the time – little ordinary things such as seriously girly magazines for pre-teens and teens; Sweet Valley High paperbacks; huge malls; themed amusement parks, and cartoons on TV in the mornings.

In the 1980s, life in Denmark was boring for kids compared to life in the States. And I am not even comparing Denmark to big cities like Chicago, Houston, and New York; that wouldn’t be fair. I am comparing small to small.

The two summers my dad worked at Notre Dame and Purdue University will always be some of my favorite childhood memories, so I will use those as an example of what I mean by emotionally rebooting.

South Bend, Indiana

In South Bend, my dad worked in Morris Pollard’s lab at Notre Dame University. Morris and his wife, Molly, were some of the nicest people I have ever met. The way they opened up their home to all the visiting (associate) professors’ and teachers’ kids is something I look back on with happiness and gratitude.

Also, it was in the house of Morris and Molly Pollard that I, for the first and only time in my life, saw original works by Picasso and Chagall in a private home, gifts from the artists themselves. Sadly, I missed the moment because I had a more profound interest in sports than art back then. I was in a house that had guested Picasso AND Chagall, and I did not think it was that big a deal!

Leaving my childhood mishaps and misjudgments aside, there was one more thing that was genuinely exciting to me and my budding romantic notions, and this was the fact that one of Morris and Molly's sons was an intelligence analyst, or, in my childhood way of seeing things, a secret agent! This was the stuff you saw in the movies! It was so exciting, a real-life agent – much more interesting than two dead painters.

In my romantic and innocent eyes, Jonathan Pollard was the South Bend version of James Bond!

Rebooting

So my reboot is an emotional time when people were loving and opened their homes and hearts to me; a time before I learned that no matter what happens to me, I am on my own; a time when I still believed that life would always be good; a time when I loved all animals never realizing they had to die; a time before extreme violence and meaningless deaths.

Summers in Indiana are some of the places in time where I find my day-to-day energy and inspiration– this magical place in time, those two little dots on the timeline of my life.

Going Home

I have left Denmark again and again. Dumb as I am, I have made the mistake of going back. I have been under the illusion that I was going home. I was wrong. And now that I have turned 50 – How did that happen? – I am done lying to myself.

So, the next destination will be home, and when I reach my destination, I will reboot one more time from all the happy dots on the timeline of my life, rediscover that joy of living, forget Denmark, and trust that life can be good and beautiful, get working on that dream garden filled with lilacs and roses, try to love people again – and maybe this time look at the Picassos and Chagalls if I get the chance 😊

Fact Box

A stalker is herein referred to as He. This is not an expression of non-acceptance that a stalker may have another gender. He is used solely to make the text as straightforward as possible.

Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde

In university, I learned that The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde was a literary depiction of Victorian repressed sexuality. Jekyll was the Victorian man as he should be, and Hyde was the dark, sexual side of human nature, which Victorian society wanted to suppress.

That may be so. I don’t read it like that, but to each his own.

What is evident, regardless of which literary theory you adhere to, is that the dual character of Jekyll/Hyde is an excellent depiction of the two-faced nature of a psychopathic stalker:

Jekyll, the good and decent person, and Hyde, his true nature, Jekyll brings forth with a potion,

“Mr. Hyde was pale and dwarfish; he gave an impression of deformity without any namable malformation, he had a displeasing smile, he had borne himself to the lawyer with a sort of murderous mixture of timidity and boldness, and he spoke with a husky, whispering and somewhat broken voice, - all these were points against him; but not all of these together could explain the hitherto unknown disgust, loathing and fear with which Mr. Utterson regarded him. ‘There must be something else,’ said the perplexed gentleman. ‘There is something more if I could find a name for it. God bless me, the man seems hardly human! Something troglodytic, shall we say? or can it be the old story of Dr Fell? or is it mere radiance of a foul soul that thus transpires through, and transfigures, its clay continent? Man’s Dual Nature

If you read Jekyll/Hyde as a fictional depiction of the dual nature of a psychopathic stalker, Jekyll is the façade the stalker shows the world, where Jekyll presents himself as:

• An amiable person

• A truly good yet still modest person

• Charming

• The one who wants to help others

• The skilled person with expert knowledge

• The subservient, sometimes almost self-effacing person who does not ask for much and is content with just a little attention and help.

• The victim!

But the stalker’s true identity is Hyde, the nature his victims know, and Hyde is:

• A notorious liar  

• A persecutor  

• A criminal

• Demonic  

• Hateful

• Sadistic

• A monster!

Monsters & Monkeys

Dr Jekyll is the façade the stalker uses to lure people into his web of lies, to establish a possible gang-stalking group, the façade he uses to convince, trick & deceive people into believing he is the victim of The Other (the actual victim of the stalker’s/Hyde’s crimes), and Jekyll/Hyde needs help and humbly wishes to save other people from becoming victims too.

In gang-stalking terms, the leader is sometimes called The Rat, and the helpers are Flying Monkeys. From hereon, I will refer to whoever helps Jekyll/Hyde as Monkeys.

The Monkeys will see Jekyll/Hyde as a lovable and gentle being, perhaps gawky and shy, even clumsy, and believe his lie that it is The Other, the actual victim, the target, who victimizes Jekyll/Hyde cruelly, even if there is no sense to the story of the fictitious crime. The lie Jekyll/Hyde tells may even indicate that the Monkeys themselves are in danger of becoming victims.

So, everyone Jekyll/Hyde lures into his fantasy will feel sorry for him, despise The Other, and help Jekyll/Hyde. If The Other tries to reason, no one will believe one word of it. The Monkeys have their truth and will not listen to anything else from now on.

Jekyll/Hyde is a lovely, helpful, and charming person. The Other is full of lies. The Other is insane. Jekyll/Hyde would never be anything but friendly. Jekyll/Hyde couldn’t hurt a fly!

And, important to note is that, behind Jekyll/Hyde’s fake gentleness, there is an unspoken threat lingering in the background, should the Monkeys betray Jekyll/Hyde:

Look what I can do to you if you betray me. Look how easily I can destroy you!

Fiction & The Real World

In the novella, the façade cracks in the end; Hyde cannot be stoved away anymore, and Jekyll gives in. Hyde is the true nature; Hyde defeats Jekyll,

But in the real world, the problem is that the psychopathic stalker, Hyde, can hide forever, not because he is not Hyde, but because the Monkeys don’t want to accept the truth and see Jekyll/Hyde for what he truly is. This would force them to ask and answer questions such as:

• Do I help to persecute The Other because I genuinely believe Jekyll/Hyde is The Other’s victim, or because I indulge in the perverted and primitive power that persecuting another human as a group gives me?

• Do I spread libel because I believe this libel to be true (because I am too stupid to check my facts and too scared to face The Other and ask) or because I am primitive and sadistic, someone whose life is so worthless that lying about another person, a person I may not even know, improves my meaningless existence?

• Do I rally around Jekyll/Hyde because I like him or because this horrible human being delivers what I long for, a leader that will support my need for malice and sadism?

• Do I genuinely believe The Other poses a threat to me, or do I dream of killing another human being for fun?

• Or all of the above?

Hyde Will Not Stop

As long as Monkeys protect Jekyll/Hyde and remain loyal, the façade does not crack because it doesn’t have to.

The monster Hyde can safely continue his sinister double life behind his Jekyll façade… as Ted Bundy did for years across state lines and with murder after murder after murder on the conscience he most likely didn’t have.

The bottom line is that when you cover up for Jekyll, you’re protecting Hyde, and Hyde is a monster.

Keep Calm

The stress of constant harassment, surveillance, death threats, slander, people entering your premises, and worse, via smart technology, is a killer.  

Stress can lead to heightened blood pressure, depression, diabetes, you name it. And stress can ultimately kill you. Stress can also make you irrational, leading you to fear what you do not need to fear.

When you lose control of your mind, which you can when being strung out on stress, you forfeit your objectivity, make rash decisions, and do not keep calm amidst monsters and madness.

Controlling your stress level is crucial when you are a stalking victim.

Find Your Inner Peace

I have learned that inner peace is crucial to dealing with stress. And it can be done, even in the worst of surroundings, as long as you think of yourself first. And that is not as selfish as it sounds.

If you are a wreck, you are no good to yourself or anybody else. Putting your mental and physical health and well-being first will make you a better, stronger person who can help yourself and others.

Below are a few pieces of advice on how to control stress, keep calm, and regain control of your life.

1. Let Go of Toxic People

When you tell people how stalking affects you, most people will not understand unless they have been there. Ignore and cut them out of your life if they are not empathetic and helpful. Being belittled and brushed aside by people, especially those close to you, can feel even worse than the crime itself. That’s my experience.

It sounds harsh, but in this world, you have to let go of toxic people, no matter who they are. No matter how close a person was to you when you were okay, if they don’t back you up when you are down, forget them, hate them, ignore them, but do not forgive them, and never trust them again. They have proven unworthy and unreliable, and you know now that they will let you down when you need them.

2. Keep Calm & Yoga On!

Taking care of your body is vital. You need to actively combat the physical effects of stress, and that is not done in front of Netflix with a Gilmore Girls marathon or ten Bradley Cooper classics in a row and a box of cookies. The fact is, you need to get off the couch when you are down, even when it is most challenging.

Physical activities make us happy, make us feel better about ourselves, lift our spirits, and provide us with renewed energy, confidence, and moral strength to get through whatever we have to get through.

By physical activities, I do not necessarily mean strenuous activities that make you sweat. I mean, I can run, but I prefer not to. I have found that the key to physical health and stress relief is to find physical activities that suit you (and your income level), make you happy, and get you moving. One is as good as the other as long as you feel good about it and move your body.

I was hopelessly active as a kid and young person. These days, I choose to rest on the laurels of a cardiovascular system that doesn’t seem to bail on me. So my choices today are walking and yoga, given my current location and the possibilities.

Yoga and walking are two of the most relaxing and stress-reducing activities I can think of. And you can walk and do yoga wherever you are.

3. Structure You Life

Stalking and its ugly twin sister, gaslighting, turn your world upside down in more ways than non-victims can imagine. It can feel as if right is wrong and wrong is right sometimes, because stalkers de facto take over your life by taking control of it.

You have to take that control back. You cannot let stalkers dictate your life. Easier said than done, and you don’t win every battle. But you have to keep trying.

Bringing order to chaos is vital. Keeping track of and creating a safe, ordered heaven amidst the chaos can make you feel more at ease and comfortable in your own life. And the more you feel at ease and in control, the more you can block out the stalkers, calm your body and mind, and relax.

To do this, I found a perky activity that I would have made fun of years ago, but which I have discovered has helped me gain perspective, create structure, and develop a general outline of my life, health, sleep, and diet: Bullet Journaling.

In my bullet journals, I keep track of my diet, exercise, sleep patterns, and so on. It has given me an outline of my physical health that I can turn to and see how the psychological torture I have been subjected to for years affects my overall health and well-being. And I can say without a doubt that eight years of continuous gang-stalking takes its toll, even on an initially very healthy body and mind.

I combat this emotional and physical stress with as healthy a living as I can handle and afford. If I didn’t, I would have been done for years ago.

4. Creativity

You don’t have to be Chopin, Kapa, Nigella Lawson, or Karl Lagerfeld to create. So go ahead and find that creative outlet that lets you retreat to your own little world of peace and happiness.

I used to do photography, but because I couldn’t go anywhere without one or more psychopathic stalkers following me - including all the way to France - I eventually stopped. So, my creative outlet these days is writing and cooking.

I cook, not as much as I would like, for various reasons. But I cook, which I have been doing my whole life, literally. My dad’s dad was a chef – a top chef, so food and cooking have always been a thing in my home. And what is important is that I associate cooking with happiness.

Find that creative outlet that makes you happy. It is a de-stresser.

5. Write It Out

I have been keeping journals since I was a pre-teen – we didn’t have social media; heck, we didn’t even have our own phones! I am 49 now, and I have quite a lot of recorded experiences. But during the past almost eight years, I have learned that journals are also a great way to let go and get angry all by yourself.

Write out your frustrations, anger, disappointment, and sorrows. It can also be a way to record what is happening to you in detail and in harsh wording. I write who, I write when, I write what, I write how. And I write down how much I hate. It helps.

But what helps me the most is to write therapeutically by turning my real-life experiences into fictional stories. Fiction is a safe space; there is no right or wrong there, and you don’t have to worry about what you write, because it is fiction. I find that turning real-life experiences into fictional stories is a great way to blow off steam.

Point: Stay Offline

A super tech-wizard guy once gave me a piece of his mind on how it is out there online:

Everything you put online should be considered public information (Translated).

I always keep that in the back of my head. Whatever I write online, even emails, I assume can be read by people for whom it is not intended.

You can write more or less everything in a private journal that is for your eyes only (depending on the laws in the country where you live). But you cannot write everything online without risking breaking a couple of laws. And if you name a perpetrator, stating this person broke this or that law, and you don’t have tangible proof, you could be in a lot of trouble.

I always (try to) keep a civilized tone online and all my innermost private thoughts offline. There was a world before the Internet. Pretend it is 1992, write your private thoughts in journals, avoid breaking any laws, don’t get in trouble, and protect your privacy.

6. Read

My last advice may be predisposed, given that I have a degree in comparative literature, but my last advice would be: Read fiction.

Reading fiction is a way to shut out the world, as well as a way to contextualize your own situation in that of fictional characters. And yes, there is a lot more to be said about reading and how it affects our minds, ability to feel empathy and understand others, and ourselves. But right now, I will just say: Read fiction.

Just don’t fall into the trap of making reading a competitive sport. Bookstagrammers, TikTok, and YouTube influencers can sometimes treat reading as a competition: How many books you read a year? If you listen to that, this can make you feel you are not reading enough or the right things. That’s BS. Whatever you like to read is the right thing for you, and that goes for pace and quantity, too. Just read.

Take Your Life Back

So, how do you regain control of your life, mind, and stress level? Well, here is my humble, non-professional advice:

1.      Let go of toxic people who cause you anguish or make you feel bad about yourself and your situation.

2.      Find a physical activity where you can let go and ignore the world, as well as one that stimulates peace and lowers stress and blood pressure levels. Financial situations vary, so remember to adjust your activities to your financial situation so that paying money you may not have does not cause you even more anguish.

3.      Structure your life.

4.      Creativity. Find that creative outlet that lets you retreat to your own little world of peace and happiness.

5.      Write it out. Write out all that frustration, anger, and hatred. You will feel better afterward, and you will have a record of what you have been through, your words, your truth, all names, places, and possibly dates, whether you are journaling or turning your real-life experiences into fiction, or both.

6.      Read fiction.

Keeping stalkers at a distance is vital to your inner peace. So even if you cannot keep them away from your internet connection and social media accounts - including the possibly fake ones created in your name - and cannot keep them from spreading lies about you, you can do your best to keep them out of your home and off your property.

Things that can keep stalkers off your property in a world where landmines in private front yards and gardens are illegal.

Alarm Systems

If you don’t have one and can afford one, get one. Even a standard alarm system can be more or less 100% effective. Just remember, no system is perfect, and how well it works is also up to you. Remember to lock your front door when you are in the garden – if you live in a house. Don’t use the app on your phone to activate your alarm – makes it easier for others to hack the systems, according to my information. If your system has ‘doorbells’ on every sensor, activate them, even if they can be annoying to listen to.

Make it a habit to think rationally and be one step ahead of the criminals.

Outdoor Surveillance

Alarms are good, but in my experience, if you live in a house, outdoor surveillance is a must when dealing with stalkers, if you can afford it. Keeping stalkers off your property can sound like a given; it is your property. But in my experience, stalkers don’t see it like that.

Just like they regard you as something they own and have the right to control, they also see your home and belongings as theirs. Everything you have belongs to them; your life is theirs in their perception. But they still seem reluctant to be caught on camera!

The terrifying statistical fact is that the vast majority of stalkers do not stop until they are stopped or die. Still, alarms can keep them out of your house, and outdoor surveillance can keep them off your property. Unfortunately, what they do with smart and other kinds of technology, alarms, and outdoor surveillance, you cannot stop this way.

Stalkers Don’t Grow Up

Normal people stop obsessing about someone else’s life – like a celebrity - when they outgrow their teenage years and become adults, realizing that in the real world, famous singers don’t fall in love with a girl in the audience just because she shows up and buys all his records. So we grow up, begin paying bills, and create real lives of our own.

But stalkers don’t grow up. They continue to obsess about other people, targeting a person whom they want to know everything about, will do anything to get close to, and live vicariously through, delusionally fixating on an imagined friendship (romantic stalking), rejection (revenge stalking), or targeting to destroy (e.g., gang-stalking).

Unlike teenage girls who dream of marrying rock stars, stalkers have a toxic twist to their obsession: Their need to possess and control their victim. And one lesser-debated fact about (gang) stalkers is that they take what could be defined as trophies in their obsession with and need to possess and control another person’s life.

In my experience, gang stalkers are obsessed with owning some of the victim’s private belongings, e.g., clothing, books, photos, and unique personal bits and pieces.

Stalkers Resemble Poorly Socialized Children

From reading and experience, I would say you could define stalkers as people who remain in a narcissistic phase their whole life:

Everyone must love them, want to be with them, find them interesting, and adore them. And if someone fails to do so for one reason or another, they target the person as prey.

In quite a few ways, stalkers also resemble children who have been inadequately or not at all socialized:

• They copy others and claim achievements as their own;

• They cannot tell the difference between yours and mine;

• They are incapable of respecting others and limits;

• They don’t understand the difference between living and inanimate objects – everything is a toy, they can do with what they want, even destroy;

• They don’t understand that lying is wrong;

• They create fantasy worlds and claim these to be true; they do not understand that rules (that is, laws) apply to them too.

I think the points below underline the above. Please note that I am not a doctor or a psychologist; the information below is based on observation, reading, and experience.

Five Ways Stalkers Reveal They Are Unsocialized

Stalkers observe the lives of others and pretend to participate in these.

Stalkers are people who spend more time on their victim’s life than on their own. A typical adult will not spend their life observing, listening, pestering, and copying another person’s life. But stalkers know what you buy, what you read, what you eat, and when. They know everything, and they build their lives around and through their victims’ lives – they create an imaginary world.

Stalkers do not understand the laws or that these laws apply to them, too.

In my experience, and after eight years with this bunch, my take is that some stalkers are too stupid to understand the law. A good example would be a woman in this group, a lower-level public servant, who, for a while, handed out warrants and other court orders to her buddies or the investigation team, as they refer to themselves. Evidently, the woman did not understand that she could not hand out such orders.

Another example is that one of this bunch explicitly stated that he had the right to enter my home whenever he wanted. It was his right, he said. Just FYI, even burglaries are seldom investigated, it is still illegal to break into other people’s homes. This man did not seem to understand that. And he claims to hold a legal degree.

Stalkers steal.

Stalkers might construct stories about their friendships, relationships, etc., with their victims. They can fantasize about relationships they have never had. The physical objects they may have stolen – the trophies - are their ‘proof’ that the relationship is genuine.

They are like children and their imaginary friends; they construct friendships with their victims from lies they tell and trophies they steal.

Stalkers create their own worlds and deny reality.

In my experience, stalkers create a fictive relationship with the victim, as mentioned above, and if the victim’s life does not match their fantasy, they change the facts of the victim’s life with lies. These lies, the fake narrative they construct, also serve to isolate the victim.

Stalkers see other human beings as toys and entertainment.

When stalkers get to the point where they see their victim as their possession, they explode if the victim ‘betrays’ them or ‘neglects’ them. That is, they have no sense of the victim as a human being with rights, feelings, private life, etc. The victim is an object they possess or want to possess, like a teddy bear or a Lego castle. To them, humans are objects they have the right to take, play with, and destroy.

Stalkers Are Toxic

In my experience, stalkers act like psychotic and violent boyfriends when the ‘object’ does not play how they want it to. Like toxic men, they believe they have the right to control you, including how you react to them. You have to do and be what they want; otherwise, they will get furious.

My experience and knowledge also show me that when stalking goes on long enough, there will be a movement from stalkers claiming they have the right to enter your home and surveil what you do in your home to you being their possession that they have the right to control and destroy.

And if you do not ‘accept this,’ if you ignore them, ridicule them, or otherwise ‘misbehave,’ they will react with aggression – physical aggression, increased psychological violence, etc.

I have never been in a toxic relationship, so my comparison is based on what I have read and what I have seen girlfriends go through when I was younger. But I think it is justifiable to make the comparison.

In my situation, one of these lunatics used to explode if I ‘said the wrong things’ – so he would keep me awake all night with some seriously amateurish but efficient sleep deprivation. Clearly, he could not accept that I reacted with ridicule to his psychological violence or threats.

The man is a sadistic misogynist, and I believe he may be pathologically delusional because he often defines himself as an ‘investigator’ and his violence as ‘an investigation.’ He has even referred to himself as a PET agent (Danish Police Intelligence Agent). Whether he believes his lies or not, I cannot say, but I believe he is dangerous based on what he says and what he has done.

The above is not verified scientific research. It is acquired knowledge acquired the hard way. I am not a psychiatrist or a psychologist, so I do not conclude as one. I can only say what I know and what I have experienced. What actually goes on in a stalker’s head, I don’t know. I cannot read minds.

Stalkers Don’t Stop. They Have To Be Stopped!

Over the years, I have tried everything, including ignoring, which is advice you will get from most people because most people have no idea what stalkers are, so you get:

Just ignore them, and they will go away.

After eight years, I can testify to the fact that they will not go away. The madness, the psychological violence, etc., will only increase and worsen over time. And in my experience, ignoring them will make things just as bad as reacting.

Never Knowing What May Come Next

As a stalking victim, you never know what these people will do. All you know is that:

They are sadistic and violent people who don’t stop unless someone stops them.

Stalkers are monsters, and in my situation, their crime is not due to romantic rejections or friendships gone sour. They are nothing but a gang of thugs who live to hurt and destroy other people, a gang of thugs who believe they have the right to possess other human beings whom they regard as objects, toys, and entertainment. That’s what I know.

The Nature of the Lie

Stalkers isolate their victims by spreading lies. And in my experience, people will wallow in a sick lie instead of telling the liars to get lost.

A lie can make a person feel interesting. The person has something to say when forwarding the lie, making the liar the center of attention for a split second, their pathetic 15 minutes.

In the case of gang-stalking, being part of the lie can also make you part of a group, and some people spend their lives yearning for groups to belong to.

I know liars as insignificant, hateful, and pathetic people with too much time on their hands and no personal lives or interests worth speaking of, constantly seeking the approval and attention of others. And lying is an easy way to get attention; even a retard can tell a lie!

Lies Are Your Worst Enemy

Lies are your worst enemy in dealing with stalkers, in my experience. How do you stop a lie deliberately told to hurt and ruin your life? You don’t because you can’t.

Fighting a lie told by stalkers to people who accept a lie without question is futile. Because even if these evil-doers know they are lying, they will continue to lie, either because they are pathological liars or because they get off on it.

My conclusion: You cannot reason with retards, and you cannot appeal to the good nature of sociopaths because they don’t have one!

Lies Stalkers Will Spread About Their Victim to Isolate the Victim

Stalkers can spread lies that you:

Are a drug dealer,

Are a notorious liar,

Are a prostitute,

Are a schizophrenic,

Are an alcoholic,

Are dangerous,

Are mentally unstable,

Are paranoid,

Are rat back crazy,

Commit social fraud,

Commit tax fraud,

Frighten children,

Harass your neighborhood (i.e., victim-blaming, claiming the harassed is the harasser),

Have connections to terrorists,

Have killed a family member,

Have killed someone,

Have sex with everything in sight,

Have stolen various artifacts from the stalkers

Stalk people,

Were formerly committed to a psychiatric ward.

I have been the subject of some of the above lies, spread wide and far, including in Paris in 2019, where the Danish monsters ganged up with Parisian thugs and did what they had been doing in Denmark for years by then. But that’s another story. You can read about it here. 

My conclusion: You cannot fight lies with reason, and people willing to knowingly spread lies are not individuals a civilized person should communicate with. Ignoring is your best option, even if this is easier said than done. But ignore you must, and counteract lies with truth, but not in communication with the liars.

Counteract the lies by always presenting yourself in the best possible manner and keeping a nice and clean online presence that focuses on who you are as opposed to the lies spread about you. And remember to safeguard all your online presence with two-factor authentication!

Summing Up

• You cannot reason with retards, and you cannot appeal to the good nature of (pathological) liars because they don’t have one, so don’t even bother.

• You cannot fight lies with reason, and people willing to knowingly spread lies are not individuals a civilized person should communicate with. Ignoring is your best option, even if this is easier said than done. But ignore you must, and counteract lies with truth, but not in communication with the liars.

• Counteract the lies by always presenting yourself in the best possible light and maintaining a clean, focused online presence that highlights who you are rather than the lies spread about you.

• And, as always: Remember to live your life, and be the person you are, as opposed to the sick image someone else is painting of you. You are you, never lose sight of that. You define yourself, never forget that.
