Team Navy ASRL Open 2016 - LIVE Video Streaming

It's official ... the Team Navy ASRL Open will be available worldwide .... LIVE!!!! The Team Navy ASRL Open along with the Interstate Championships and the Tran Tasman competition will be live streamed with live panel discussions, beach interviews, multiple cameras and expert commentary!

The live stream broadcast schedule is:

Friday 19 February 3:30pm - 5:30pm AEST (approx finish time) | Saturday 20 February 9:30am - 12:30pm AEST (approx finish time) | Sunday 21 February 9:30am - 2:00pm AEST (approx finish time)

Manly Carnival - Event Video Streaming Sat & Sun 23-24 Jan

This weekend (Sat & Sun 23rd & 24th Jan) the ASRL Committee will be trialling some new video technology that we hope will prove very beneficial to Members and all surf boat enthusiasts into the future. As part of the trial, Saturday's and Sunday's Manly Carnival highlights will be streamed via the ASRL's YouTube Channel at 12.00 midday on both Saturday & Sunday. Manly Open Boat Carnival Saturday 23 Jan:

Manly Open carnival is sponsored in the boat section by ASRL/Navy

Manly Saturday event entries close 7am on Monday 18th Jan

Wearing of the Navy singlet is a requirement of starting at this Saturday event at Manly

ASRL Membership:
ASRL Membership is a $25 fee in NSW payable upon crews entering as via the SLS Carnival Entry system in the ASRL section. Click on BOAT PRIZE and enter your crews into the National Short Course Championship event at Manly. For NSW and in fact all crews the payback is:
• Membership to the ASRL with voting rights
• Supply of this seasons YELLOW Navy singlet and sun visor
• Tokens in the NEW BOAT PRIZE DRAW
• Entry into the ASRL National Short Course Championship event held at Manly on Sunday 24 Jan
• Pretty good value for the $25 per head cost

Manly ASRL National Short Course Championship Sunday 24 Jan:

National Short Course Championship entries close next Wednesday 20 Jan at 11pm

Wearing of the new YELLOW Navy Singlet is compulsory for the Short Course event and those late entries that don't yet have the new singlet can collect at the morning briefing on Sunday if not at the Manly event on Sat.

ASRL Open:
Entries close 5pm Thursday 11 Feb at $40 per head. Late entries close 18 Feb at $55 per head

National Team Nominations 2016

Crews are reminded that they must complete the Official SLSA nomination form to be eligible to compete for selection as the Australian Surf Boat Test Team. The selection trial will be held at Elouera on Sunday 20 Dec commencing at 8am. No other restriction applies and any crew that completes the nomination form will be included into the draw.

For selection into The Australian Surf Boat Team, all nominations must be submitted via the Survey Monkey link by: 11pm, Sunday 13th December 2015 (link below).
