Greetings all,As many of you know, Open Road Media released twelve Johnny Dixon paperback titles in 2014.  Curiously, they come in two distinct trim sizes:Smaller size · 5¼" x 8"The Curse of the Blue FigurineThe Mummy, the Will, and the CryptThe Secret of the Underground RoomThe Bell, the Book, and the SpellbinderLarger size · 5½" x 8½"The Spell of the Sorcerer’s SkullThe Revenge of the Wizard’s GhostThe Eyes of the Killer RobotThe Trolley to YesterdayThe Chessmen of DoomThe Drum, the Doll, and the ZombieThe Hand of the NecromancerThe Wrath of the Grinning GhostThe difference between formats is ½" in height and ¼" in width.  In the table below, titles in yellow background mark the larger 5½" x 8½" editions. Does this variation reflect page count?
