You may ask, why!? Well, as somebody who has spent 3-4 years doing a lot of obstacle racing from the age of 30, which involves a LOT of mud, this is an almost obvious addition.

A mud volcano or mud dome is a kind of volcano that is made by liquids and gases from the earth. There are many different ways that mud volcanoes can be made. Temperatures in a mud volcano are much cooler than that of a regular volcano. Most of the gases given off by mud volcanoes are methane. Other gases given off include carbon dioxide and methane. They usually spit out liquids with solids in the liquids

Azerbaijan has the largest number of mud volcanoes in the world. With a total of least 400, Azerbaijan has one-third of the world’s mud volcanoes. 200 of these are located within a range of a thousand kilometres area, and some have created temporary and permanent islands and submarine banks. The two biggest mud volcanoes in Azerbaijan are Turaghai and Boyuk Khanizadagh. However, the world’s largest mud volcano is the Sidoarjo Mudflow, located in Lusi, Indonesia, which has a height of 2,300 feet and a width of 6 miles. This mud volcano has been spewing mud since May 2006, when it killed 14 people and displaced 25,000 in four square mile countryside. Scientists project the Sidoarjo Mudflow will continue for 25 years, and believe it may have been triggered by a 6.3 magnitude earthquake 280 kilometres away, which was recorded two days before the mud volcano began.Other large and notable mud volcanoes include El Totumo in Colombia, with a height of 50 metres, and the Chandragup mud volcano in Pakistan, with a 450 foot wide crater. Trinidad and Tobago, Turtle Islands in Philippines, California, and Eastern Venezuela are other countries or regions with mud volcanoes.

The strip is over 4 miles long, packed full of iconic architecture, lights, attractions, entertainment, hotels and casinos. All of this makes the strip of the most popular and iconic tourist destinations in the world.

I am not a big gambler, but you really don’t need to be to enjoy some time in this fabulous location. A flutter at the tables is always fun, but you can easily spend time admiring the architecture, hanging out in the pool parties, and any trip to Vegas wouldn’t be complete without heading to the Grand Canyon

The Sistine Chapel is a large chapel in the Vatican City. It is renowned for its Renaissance art, especially the ceiling painted by Michelangelo.

The Sistine Chapel stands on the foundation of an older chapel called the Capella Magna. In 1477, Pope Sixtus IV instigated a rebuilding of the chapel, which was then named for him.

The chapel is 40.23 meters long, 13.40 meters wide, and 20.70 meters high – reputedly, the dimensions of Solomon’s temple in Jerusalem, which was destroyed in A.D. 70. The chapel’s exterior is simple and unassuming, giving little hint to the splendid decoration inside.

Pope Sixtus IV commissioned celebrated painters, including Botticelli and Rosselli, to decorate the chapel. At this point, the Sistine Chapel’s ceiling was painted like a simple blue sky with stars.

In 1503, a new pope, Julius II, decided to change some of the Sistine Chapel’s decoration. He commanded artist Michelangelo to do it. Michelangelo balked, because he considered himself a sculptor, not a painter, and he was hard at work sculpting the king’s tomb. But Pope Julius insisted, and Michelangelo began work on his famous frescoed ceiling in 1508. He worked for four years.

World Nomad Games are an international sport competition dedicated to ethnic sports practised in Central Asia.

The countries taking part in those games are Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan,  Mongolia, Turkey, Afghanistan, Philippines, Russia and the United States

The first three World Nomad Games were held in Kyrgyzstan, however Turkey has been announced as the host of the fourth games.
