One of the great things about Microsoft 365 is that it seamlessly integrates with Outlook, making it easy to access shared mailboxes without needing extra software. With your 365 subscription and Outlook installed, you can collaborate and manage emails from shared mailboxes anywhere.

Let’s walk through the steps to get it set up.

Support steps

1. Click on “File”

3. Type the email address of the shared mailbox you wish to add, then hit “Connect”

4. If you’re prompted for a “work or school account” or a “personal account”, be sure to select “work or school”.

5. You will be asked for a password, however before you enter it be sure to select “Sign in with another account”.

6. Type your email address and associated password.

7. If your account has MFA, you may be prompted to receive a verifications code.

8. If prompted to stay sign in “No, sign into this app only” is sufficient.

9. And you’re done.

1. Click on https://www.perthitcare.com.au/support/Anydeskformacos.dmg to download Anydesk for MacOS.

2. Click on the downloads button up the top right, then right click on the anydesk installer (Anydeskformacos.dmg), followed by left clicking on “open”.

3. Drag and drop “AnyDesk” into “Applications”

4. Open “AnyDesk” by clicking on Launchpad, clicking on “Anydesk” then clicking on “Open”.

Grant Anydesk permissions

5. Open System preferences

6. Open “Security and Privacy”

7. Click the lock to make changes

8. Enter your password, then click “Unlock”.

9. Click on Accessibility, then click on the checkbox next to Anydesk – followed by “Later” if asked to quit & reopen.

10. Click on “Screen Recording”, then click on the checkbox next to anydesk – followed by quit & reopen to restart Anydesk

11. Click the lock to prevent further changes, then close “Security & Privacy”.

12. That’s it, you can now provide your address to allow remote access – the address will be in red when you open AnyDesk.

In this guide, we will show you how to make and restore a backup for WordPress using a plugin called “All-in-one WP Migration”. By implementing a backup strategy, you can protect your website data and ensure that your website is always up and running.

WordPress.

Make a backup.

1. navigate to your WordPress login page (https://mywebsite.com.au/login) and sign in with your credentials

2. Click on “Plugins” and then click on “Add New”

3. Search for “all in one”, then click “Install now” next to “All-in-one WP Migration”

4. Click on “Activate”

5. Click on “All-in-one WP Migration, then click on “Export”

6. Click on “EXPORT TO” then click on “FILE”

7. Click on “DOWNLOAD WEBSITE.COM.AU button” and your backup will be downloaded to your device

8. After the backup file has finished downloading, click on “Backups” under “All-in-one WP Migration”

9. As you have already downloaded your backup to you device, find your backup in the list, click on the 3 dots on the right, then click “Delete”

10. Be sure to remove your backup from your hosting to prevent it impacting your performance / reliablility

Restore a backup.

1. Navigate to your WordPress login page (https://mywebsite.com.au/login)and sign in with your credentials

2. Click on “All-in-One WP Migration” and then click on “Import”

3. Click on “IMPORT FROM” and then click on “FILE”

4. Select your backup file and then click “Open”

5. Once the file has loaded, click “PROCEED”

6. That’s it, your website backup has been restored, you can then click “FINISH”

3. You may be asked to enter your Apple ID password

4. Open Microsoft Outlook

5. Enter you email address and click “Add Account”

8. If you are only adding one email account, press “Maybe Later”

9. Be sure to select “Turn On” the notifications below to avoid Outlook working improperly

8. A message will display asking whether you want to allow the Outlook autodiscover server to configure our settings. Check the “Always use my response for this server” and click “Allow”

9. Be sure to click on “Work or school account” if prompted

10. It’s important to note that when you fist open Microsoft Outlook it can take some time to sync your email data and may not be very nice to use while it does this

1. Press on the start button down the bottom left, then type “Control Panel” and click on “Control Panel”

2. Make sure that “View by:” is set to “Small icons”, then select “Mail(Microsoft Outlook)”

3. Click on “Show Profiles”

4. Click on “Add..”

5. Type your email address, then select “OK”

6. Click on “Manual setup or additional server types”, then click “Next”

7. Make sure that “Microsoft 365” is selected, then type in your email address and click “Next”

8. Verify your email address is spelled correctly, then click “Next”

9. Be sure to click on “Work or school account” if prompted

10. Enter the password you received when you commenced your email hosting with us – SMS from “PerthITCare”.

11. If MFA is setup, you will receive a code, please enter the code and click “Verify”

12. Click on “No, sign in to this app only”
