            <description><![CDATA[<p>Pending on 2022-12-05T15:41:01-05:00 - We are aware that AWS is having an outage that is affecting a large portion of internet traffic on a global level which is in turn having an effect on some Postmark customers trying to send.  We're continuing to monitor until this is fixed on their end. https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status.  Sending via SMTP is not affected.</p><p>Pending on 2022-12-05T16:07:14-05:00 - AWS is now reporting that they are in recovery and continuing to work towards a full resolution.</p><p>Resolved on 2022-12-05T16:10:13-05:00 - AWS has confirmed the issue has been resolved and connectivity has been fully restored.  As always we will continue to monitor!</p>]]></description>

Link tracking data during this time will not show in the UI and will not be available.  We have deployed a permanent fix and improved internal alerting so that this does not happen again in the future.</p>]]></description>
