LET RESULTS September 2026: Elementary, Secondary List of Passers

LET RESULTS 2026 – The September 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) results, including the complete list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools, and performance of schools for Elementary and Secondary levels, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on or before November 27, 2026, forty-seven (47) working days after the exams.

PRC administered the second regular LET this year on Sunday, September 20, 2026, in 46 testing centers all over the Philippines, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Testing centers include Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Antique, Bacolod, Batanes, Bayambang, Bohol, Catarman, Cauayan, Digos, Dumaguete, General Santos, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kidapawan, Laguna, Lipa (Batangas), Marinduque, Mati, Nueva Vizcaya, Oroquieta (Misamis Occidental), Romblon, Roxas, San Jose (Occidental Mindoro), Tagum, Valencia, Santiago and Municipality of Balangkayan (Eastern Samar).

The Board for Professional Teachers consists of Dr. Rosita L. Navarro as Chairman, Dr. Paz I. Lucido as Vice Chairman, and Dr. Paraluman R. Giron, Member.

To pass the LET, an examinee must obtain an average rating of not less than 75% and must have no rating lower than 50% in any of the tests.

Release of LET Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the September 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) results will be released on November 27, 2026 (Friday), within forty-seven (47) working days after the exams.

Please note that the release of results may occur earlier or later than the target date without prior notice. This may be affected by several factors, including the total number of examinees, possible work suspensions due to calamities or unforeseen events, and the time required to process and check the pencil-based test papers.

We advise examinees to monitor announcement of results starting Thursday, November 19, 2026, after the 49th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits holidays.

Registration Details

The schedule for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration for both Elementary and Secondary level passers will be posted here once the results are released online.

Those who will register must go to PRC's official site https://online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for smooth transactions. Ensure that you have below requirements ready:

PRC said that successful examinees should PERSONALLY register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Oath-taking

The PRC announces oathtaking schedules shortly after releasing exam results.

Face-to-face oathtaking: Register online by 12:00 NN the day before, print the QR-coded Oath Form, and submit it during the ceremony.
Alternative options: Attend online oathtaking (register at least 5 days before) or request a special oathtaking; announcements are posted once confirmed.
Online oathtaking: Select “e-OATH” on PRC’s website and print the Oath of Professional form.
After oathtaking, proceed with Initial Registration by booking an appointment online.

Coverage of Examinations

The September 2026 LET had two parts for Elementary (General Education – 40%, Professional Education – 60%) and three parts for Elementary with Specialization and Secondary (General Education – 20%, Professional Education – 40%, Specialization – 40%).

General Education covers English, Filipino, Mathematics, Science, and Social Sciences. Professional Education includes topics such as the teaching profession, principles of teaching, educational technology, curriculum development, child and adolescent development, student assessment, developmental reading, field study, and practice teaching.

Specializations include Early Childhood Education and Special Needs Education for Elementary, and for Secondary: Culture and Arts, English, Filipino, Mathematics, Physical Education, Science, Social Studies, Technology and Livelihood Education (TLEd) – Agriculture and Fishery Arts, Industrial Arts, Home Economics, ICT, and Values Education.

These new specializations, introduced through the amendment of the Teacher Professionalization Act of 1994, mark the first major overhaul of the LET in three decades, aligning the exams with modern teacher training programs and the evolving needs of the profession.

Previous Examinations

In the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LET), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results after 39 working days. The Elementary Level recorded 18,376 passers out of 32,796 examinees (56.03%), while 45,001 out of 61,561 examinees (73.10%) passed the Secondary Level.

For the September and November 2025 LET, PRC released the results after 63 working days. A total of 21,967 out of 43,035 examinees (51.04%) passed the Elementary Level, while 57,729 out of 79,493 examinees (72.62%) passed the Secondary Level.

Meanwhile, the March 2025 LET results were released after 41 working days. PRC recorded 16,282 passers out of 34,810 examinees (46.77%) in the Elementary Level and 38,747 out of 62,225 examinees (62.27%) in the Secondary Level.

About the Professional Teacher Profession

Elementary school teachers facilitate the foundational learning and development of pupils from Kindergarten to Grade 6, while secondary school teachers guide and strengthen the progressive learning of students from Grades 7 to 12.

As mandated by law, passing the licensure examination and obtaining a valid professional license from the Commission are required to practice the teaching profession in the Philippines. Violators may face fines and imprisonment under the penal provisions.

A four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) program typically costs around Php 15,000 to Php 30,000 per semester, while a Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) program usually ranges from Php 20,000 to Php 40,000 per semester, depending on the school.

Release of Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the October 2026 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Exam (CPALE) results will be released on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, five (5) working days after the exams.

The release of the CPALE results may vary depending on the volume of examinees and other relevant factors. Results may be released earlier or later than the target date. For reference, the May 2026 CPALE results were released four (4) working days after the last day of the examinations.

Previous CPALE Examinations

In the May 2026 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination (CPALE), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results after four (4) working days. A total of 3,004 out of 9,745 examinees passed the examination, with James Al Alcayde Serondo of the University of the Philippines (UP)–Diliman topping the board with a rating of 91.17%.

For the October 2025 CPALE, the PRC announced the results after five (5) working days. Of the 10,171 examinees, 3,460 passed the licensure examination.

In the May 2025 CPALE, the results were released within five (5) working days. A total of 3,156 out of 9,533 examinees successfully passed the examination.

Meanwhile, the results of the December 2024 CPALE were released after six (6) working days, with 3,058 out of 10,136 examinees passing the licensure examination.

In the May 2026 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination (CPALE), James Al Alcayde Serondo of the University of the Philippines (UP)–Diliman topped the board with a rating of 91.17%. Miko Andre Reyes Villenas of Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)–Lucban secured second place with 91.00%.

For the October 2025 CPALE, Mike Ronnel Diwa Castro of Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University emerged as the topnotcher with a rating of 91.83%. Hannah Katrina Ballesteros de Vera of Kingfisher School of Business and Finance followed in second place with 91.50%.

In the May 2025 CPALE, John Elrich Ramirez Gamboa of UP–Diliman claimed the top spot with a rating of 92.67%, while Aleya Francis Romanes de Guzman of De La Salle University–Manila ranked second with 91.00%.

Meanwhile, Jianne Ilysse Dy Yu of the University of San Carlos topped the December 2024 CPALE with a rating of 89.67%. Julianne Nicole Luban Vitug of UP–Diliman placed second with 89.50%.

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the complete results of October 2026 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Exam (CPALE) — including the top performing schools and performance schools — on or before November 3, 2026, five (5) working days after the last day of the exam.

PRC administered the second CPA board exams this year in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on October 24, 25, and 26, 2026.

Previous Examinations

In the May 2026 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination (CPALE), the University of the Philippines (UP)–Diliman was the sole top-performing school, recording a 98.15% passing rate, with 53 of its 54 examinees passing.

For the October 2025 CPALE, Bicol University–Daraga was the only school to qualify as a top-performing institution, posting an 84.85% passing rate, with 56 out of 66 examinees passing.

In the May 2025 CPALE, UP–Diliman topped the list of performing schools with a perfect 100% passing rate, as all 60 examinees passed. Bicol University–Daraga ranked second, with 53 out of 60 examinees passing, equivalent to an 88.33% passing rate.

Similarly, UP–Diliman led the top-performing schools in the December 2024 CPALE, recording a 98.04% passing rate, with 50 out of 51 examinees passing. De La Salle University–Manila placed second with an 80.53% passing rate, as 91 of its 113 examinees passed.

METELE RESULTS: October 2026 Metallurgical Engineer Licensure Exam, List of Passers, Top 10

METELE RESULTS 2026 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases results of October 2026 Metallurgical Engineers Licensure Exam (CBLE), including the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools, on October 26, 2026, two (2) working days after the exam.

As announced, 36 out of 42 (85.71%) passed the October 2026 MetELE.

PRC administered the computer-based Metallurgical Engineer board exam on October 20, 21, and 22, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Lucena, and Pampanga.

The members of the Board of Metallurgical Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Agustin M. Fudolig, Chairman and Engr. Juancho Pablo S. Calvez, Member.

Release of Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the October 2026 Metallurgical Engineers Licensure Examination (MetELE) results will be released on Monday, October 26, 2026, two (2) working days after the tests.

However, the release of MetELE results may vary depending on the volume of examinees and other factors. Results may be posted earlier or later than the target date. For reference, the October 2025 examinations were released two (2) working days after the tests.

Registration and Oathtaking

Note that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Date of Registration: Starting November 12, 2026

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be announced later.

Verification of Rating

All examinees of the recent Mining Engineer board exam may verify their ratings online through PRC's verification of rating page. Just enter the required information in the appropriate fields to verify your identity.

Coverage of Examinations

The three-day examination for Metallurgical engineers covered the following subjects:

Metallurgy I: mineral processing, pyromettalurgy, metallurgical fuel, technology, refractory science, hydrometallurgy, electrometallurgy and metallurgical physical chemistry

Metallurgy II: physical metallurgy, mechanical metallurgy, crystallography, metallography, iron and steel metallurgy, non-ferrous metallurgy and foundry metallurgy

Metallurgy III: inorganic qualitative and quantitative chemistry, metallurgical law, jurisprudence, ethics, statistics and experimental design, engineering economics, mechanics, hydraulics and design of simple metallurgical process, operation, plants of facilities

Previous Examinations

In the October 2025 Metallurgical Engineers Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results after two (2) working days. A total of 47 out of 64 examinees passed, with Lara Santiago Roxas of the University of the Philippines (UP)–Diliman topping the examination with a rating of 87.90%.

For the October 2024 examination, the PRC released the results after just one (1) working day. Of the 67 examinees, 41 passed, led by Russel Hibaya David of UP–Diliman, who earned the highest rating of 86.65%.

Similarly, the October 2023 results were released within one (1) working day. A total of 39 out of 64 examinees passed, with Aaron Dave Tabuzo Tomas of UP–Diliman securing the top spot with a rating of 87.95%.

In the October 2022 examination, the PRC announced the results after two (2) working days. Of the 47 examinees, 31 passed, while Christian Jiminez Basa of UP–Diliman led the successful examinees with a rating of 84.65%.

For the October 2021 examination, the results were released after three (3) working days. A total of 20 out of 38 examinees passed, with Agustin Dominic Escano Laplana of UP–Diliman topping the examination with a rating of 86.55%.

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the full results of October 2026 Mining Engineers Licensure Exam (MinELE), including the list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools, and performance of schools, on Friday, October 23, 2026, one (1) working day after the exam.

As announced, 242 out of 279 (86.74%) passed the October 2026 MinELE.

PRC administered the Mining Engineer board exam on October 20, 21, and 22, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Lucena, and Pampanga.

The members of the Board of Mining Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Ramon N. Santos, Chairman; Hon. Rufino B. Bomasang and Hon. Augusto C. Villaluna, Members.

According to the latest advisory from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Friday, October 23, 2026, the results of the October 2026 Mining Engineers Licensure Examination will be released today, ahead of the October 26 target date originally set under PRC Resolution No. 2113, series of 2025.

Registration and Oathtaking

Date of Registration: Starting November 24, 2026

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be announced later.

Coverage of Examinations

The three-day examination covered mining engineering I, II and III subjects.

Mining Engineering I (35%) includes mineral prospecting and exploration, sampling and ore reserve estimation, mining methods, mine planning, designing and developments, ventilation and mine safety, rock mechanics in mining engineering and applied mathematics in mine mathematics.

Mining Engineering II (35%) covers mineral economics, mine evaluation and feasibility studies, applied mathematics in mining engineering, mine management and computer application, mine and mineral land surveying and mining law and ethics.

Mining Engineering III (30%) includes general geology, mineralogy and petrology, economics geology, structural geology, principles of metallurgy, mineral processsing and assaying and applied mathematics in geology and mineral engineering and ecology.

Previous Examinations

In the October 2025 Mining Engineers Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results after one (1) working day. A total of 214 out of 290 examinees passed.

For the October–November 2024 Mining Engineers Licensure Examination, the PRC announced the results after five (5) working days, with 259 out of 365 examinees passing.

In the August 2023 Mining Engineers Licensure Examination, the PRC released the results after just one (1) working day. A total of 242 out of 351 examinees passed.

For the August–September 2022 examination, the PRC released the results after three (3) working days, with 253 out of 389 examinees passing.

Meanwhile, the results of the August 2021 Mining Engineers Licensure Examination were released after three days. Of the 274 examinees, 206 passed.

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces today the top performing schools and complete performance of schools in the October 2026 Electronics Engineers Licensure Exam (EELE) and Electronics Technician Licensure Exam (ETLE).

PRC administered the second Electronics Engineering licensure exam this year in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on October 17 and 18, 2026 (EELE) and October 19, 2026 (ETLE).

The agency also conducted Electronics Technicians (ECT) board exam on October 19.

Release of Results

Update as of 9:00AM, October 23, 2026: PRC has confirmed that EELE and ETLE results will be released today.

To quote, PRC said: "The October 2026 Mining Engineers (Computer-Based) (MinELE), Electronics Engineers and Electronics Technicians Licensure Examinations (EELE and ETLE) and October 2026 Professional Electronics Engineers Technical Evaluation / Oral Examination results will be released soon!"

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the October 2026 Electronics Engineering Licensure Examination (EELE) results will be released on Friday, October 23, 2026, four (4) working days after the tests.

Previous Examinations

In the March 2026 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination (EELE), the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP)–Visayas emerged as the top-performing school, recording a 91.67% passing rate, with 55 out of 60 examinees passing. Mindanao State University–Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) ranked second with a 91.30% passing rate, equivalent to 21 out of 23 examinees.

For the October 2025 EELE, the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman and Ateneo de Davao University shared the top spot, both achieving a 100% passing rate. UP Diliman had 44 passers, while Ateneo de Davao University had 12. De La Salle University–Manila placed second among the remaining schools, with 25 out of 27 examinees passing, equivalent to a 92.59% passing rate.

In the April 2025 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination, UP Diliman led the schools with a 94.00% passing rate, as 47 out of 50 examinees passed. TUP–Visayas followed in second place with an 88.16% passing rate, with 67 out of 76 examinees successfully passing the examination.
