Just what I would expect from Iris! - Iris has given me hundred of hour of enjoyment. This album will do the same. Why some would expect anything less is a surprise to me. Cancel her if you must but her political stance is no surprise to me. She makes clear in the title track how she feels and I'm happy she said it. Tom Petty said it best " I'm not on the left, I'm not on the right. Not even sure if I have a dog in this fight". I don't agree with all her conclusions but I will never stop listening to what she has to say. If that were the case I'd feel it was nessasary to cancel Bob, Lucinda, Nanci, Jackson, Nina, Willie, etc, etc.... Recording were are original social media. That piano she plays everytime. She's been a good friend even if we never meet. Keep up the good work Iris!

Her Best Work - I absolutely love this album. The piano is awesome, lyrics are heartfelt, and it just makes me feel blessed to listen to it. I could listen to this all day and all night and never tire of it. In a world where most current music is crap and studio generated, it’s nice to know there are still true artists like Iris who can write and sing songs with conviction and truth.

Disappointing - Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. I really enjoy Iris Dement. Her voice is a treasure. And the songs she usually sings play to her strengths - but this album is full of clunkers. John Prine and Nanci Griffith are gone but there’s still SO many good songwriters out there these days. Why is their material not making it onto her album? Someone - either she or her management - is doing her career and her fans a real disservice.

Did you just make me a country fan? - I’ve followed Jensen’s career from Supernatural and when I found out he could sing, I was excited to listen to Radio Company. The first two albums were amazing and I was hesitant about the third one having more of a country edge to it as I’m not typically into that much. But slap me silly I LOVE this album. Their storytelling alone gets me invested and then the music, still with the rock influences in many songs, is just so captivating. I think four times in a row the first time i turned it on. Already have my favorite songs and just hoping they choose to do another concert sometime soon!

A Perfect Pairing - Eric Peters has been singing beautifully and writing incredible songs for years now but I think the production on this record may have finally captured him at his pop-friendly zenith. Despite the sometimes heavy subject matter (which he handles deftly), Eric's melodies are undeniably catchy and his voice belongs on the radio. If you buy this record - and you should - you're going to find the sensibilities of a seasoned singer-songwriter paired with a refreshingly modern sound design that invites lots of re-listening. I hope Eric and Asher Peterson make many more records together.

Great album - great depth - Another great album from Eric. This album is one of his best so far. From what Eric has said it was a fight to get these songs. He took all the trauma of having his home obliterated and the chaos of the last couple years and gave perspective. They have more depth than even his usual songs. The Bread is one of my favorites because of the parallels between his experience saving the life of his son during the Nashville tornado and what communion symbolizes. Definitely recommend.

Perching on hope's repair... again - Another gem from this master craftsman. These songs drip with hard-fought lyrics that will speak to the depth of a thirsty soul. And the melodic folk-pop soundscape (thanks to Eric's songwriting and the production work of Asher Peterson) give a boyancy -- in some ways showcasing that life is often this tension between sorrow and joy. I'll be listening again and again and again!

Oh god - Hello. Thank you for reading this. The only reason I gave this two stars was because the only good song was disturbia. I absolutely HATE Kidz bop. It’s really awful to hear. Around Kindergarten (I’m in th grade now), My teacher would make us do a GoNoodle that had Kidz bop on it. The song on it was fight song. Even years ago (I’m currently) I hated that song. And Kidz bop did it? That’s just bad, terrible, awful, and a disgrace to humanity mixed together. If anyone is interested in knowing when this was made, I made this on February th . Skeletons - I am from Michigan so I have have been listening to Pop Evil since the beginning… I love that they are still releasing new music. I have seen them times live; they are better in smaller venues but still a solid band. I like most of the tracks on this new album especially “Dead Reckoning”, it’s an in your face hard rock song then on the flip they do a ballad like “Worth It”. I recommend getting it if your fan… feel like this band should be bigger.

A No-Skip Outstanding Masterpiece - Collide was worth it, Comatose was great, but Awake blows every Skillet album before it straight out of the water. All said, this ties with Dominion for my nd favorite Skillet album, there is literally no bad song here! The worst (but not bad) one would be Should’ve When you Could’ve, but let’s focus on the good. Hero, Monster, and Awake and Alive are timeless masterpieces. Dead Inside might be my favorite bonus track Skillet has. Every other song is great for other reasons. This album is / material from one of the greatest bands that has ever existed.

, I cannot - This is where Skillet went wrong, from being a great band to being a very bad one. Comatose put ‘‘em on the map, and what’d they do, they did what a lot of suddenly successful bands do—they milked out the formula of the winning LP. The earnest lyrics got traded for inanity (Should’ve When You Could’ve? Seriously?) and the music got overloaded with the strings (which worked on Comatose but not anymore), anthem rock and very lame ballads, crammed into the compositions so nothing flowed well (except Monster and maybe Never Surrender) and were just cringy. Sadly, Awake continued the success rather than killed it, and the downward spiral gained momentum; the following travesties were so bad that they came close to comedy. Which is a shame considering the albums they made up to Comatose, especially Alien Youth. Like other reviewers have pointed out, Awake’s success created a false impression of Christian metal with secular audiences; go back and listen to Alien Youth and then try to tell me that this is even remotely metal. Before this Skillet we’re anything but clowns; with Awake on out they morphed into them, and years later it still stings. There are other Christian hard rock/metal albums worth more of your time than Awake, and certainly deserve more recognition than this decliner.

A Musing On Heavener - After listening to this album all the way through, I honestly am more than a little disappointed. I can’t see why so many people are so excited for this. The production is just too clean, there are so many layers but nothing seems to get lost at all. I could probably listen to this album thirty times and hear something completely different each time. I don’t want that clarity, I just want something incredibly simple that I don’t have to think about. They need to take a page from Norwegian black metal and make the production as muddled as possible, you know so it sounds like it was mixed in a garbage disposal. The guitar work is overpowering as it’s too complex and those insane riffs and breakdowns aplenty just remind me that I’ll never be able to play any of these songs which saddens me. The drum work is so clear, almost too clear, I want the China to be muddled in with the rest of the instrumentation and lost. The bass isn’t drowned out by everything else, you can actually hear it prominently in the mix. We need to knock that bassist down a few pegs, he needs to know his place. Meanwhile the vocals are so emotional, from the beautiful brutality of the screamed to the angelic cleans, it’s like he poured his heart and soul into them; dude must be emo or something, yawn. The lyrics are FAR too deep and meaningful for me, I much prefer the empty, cookie cutter songwriting of many (though unfortunately not all) contemporary country artists. Don’t get me started on the album artwork. Sure it’s “beautiful” and would make an amazing painting but it’s just too much. I just want a simple album cover with not much going on, maybe just a bunch of shirtless dudes acting hardcore; that’s the perfect album artwork right there. Songs I especially hated were Elysium, purity weeps, labyrinthine, and false meridian. So what if I got chills listening to them (and every other song on this record), they didn’t make me want to puke like a maroon five song would. That’s how you can tell real musical quality. Sure the terms “masterpiece” and “their best work yet”could be used to describe this album, but for those, like myself, who just want stale, generic, empty cookie cutter songs, this album is sure to be a pure disappointment through and through.

The Best of Kamelot - This album sounds perfect, like the quintessential Kamelot album. It’s as if they were asked to release a Best of Kamelot album, but instead wrote songs that sound like all their best styles, phases, and in some cases, melodies. That’s the album’s strength, but it’s also its weakness. There’s little new ground broken here. “One More Flag in the Ground” may be their greatest ear worm yet. As usual, two of the stronger tracks, “Midsummer’s Eve” and “New Babylon” are the ones featuring excellent guest performances (I love Melissa Bonny in everything she guests in…I should probably start listening to Ad Infinitum at some point). “The Looking Glass” is a prog metal highlight, though very reminiscent of a couple older Kamelot songs. “My Pantheon (Forevermore)” is a powerful, dark symphonic opus to close out the album…my early favorite. “The Awakening” is a pleasure to listen to, but is more of a desert island album than it is challenging or new.

Vintage Van - Yes, this is an album of covers. Some will roll their eyes at the idea, but rest assured that this album is also quintessential Van. He takes old skiffle tunes - many of which most of us have heard countless times - and stamps them with his stylings and makes them feel really fresh. There’s nothing terribly deep here, but it’s an incredibly fun listen. Musically it’s top notch - the sound is full and rich. And Van’s vocals are as strong as ever. Impressive for a guy in his late ’s! Early standouts are Green Rocky Road, Sail Away Ladies, Gypsy Davey, Oh Lonesome Me, Worried Man Blues, This Loving Light of Mine, and In the Evening When the Sun Goes Down. / stars from me.

My Cosmos is Mine - It hisses and drops, then bumps and also has elements that sound like a scratched record coupled with words spoken backwards. The song grows on you hypnotically, seems to be pushing a message of us being masters of our own domain, to not allow others to interfere. It’s all positive but so much like a mantra we all need in our lives. I love the song, Dave’s voice is as powerful as ever. Martin is in the background vocals as is often the case. It grew on me and that’s a sign of something presented in a slightly new way. It is very reminiscent of their style but somehow the combination is freshened a bit. Once again, love this song. I’m pleased they chose this as the introduction to the album.

So far so good… - Been listening to Depeche Mode for decades. I can say that I’m repeatedly disappointed on each initial listen of their new albums… year after year, decade after decade. But then I listen again and hear something new. And then I listen again and hear something new… and so on. I ultimately love that to which I initially gave a “meh” response. And—to me—that’s Depeche Mode. I give each album an “okay, there are a few songs here that I like…” response, but upon repeated listens eventually acknowledge, “this is downright brilliant and I want to share it with others” with evangelistic enthusiasm.

Why Reinvent Perfection? - I felt the same ambivalence about this record as I did when Bon Jovi ‘re-imagined’ their hits catalog by stripping them down to simple acoustics on ‘This Left Feels Right’. Bruce Springsteen has repeatedly done the same thing over the years. I get it. But most times records of ‘reinvented’ or ‘reimagined’ masterpieces feel more like a band fulfilling their recording contract with their th out of records. It’s a testament to U that these greatly unrecognizable renditions stand on their own as significant masterpieces no matter how they were produced. But given a choice between this and new material, I’d trade this release for new material any day.

The haters are narrow-minded. - U weren’t out to replace the original versions of the songs presented here. Those original recordings still exist. The band didn’t set out to “improve” the songs. This is about finding intimacy in these songs, as many of them, The Edge explained, the band have outgrown. The band didn’t butcher anything, they experimented with their craft. That is what all good artists do. And it’s not like U don’t have new music on the way. And this isn’t a cash grab, because the project took a lot of effort to create in the first place. A lot of experimentation. The trouble is, the people who trash talk “Songs of Surrender” don’t know how to appreciate music made in this fashion. They want everything to be the same. They don’t know how to accept change, and frankly, as with ANY U album, this one will take many listens before it will sink in for the listener and the listener will like it. And that’s okay. This is music made by ARTISTS; not Billboard top pop crap made for people with no taste. This is ART.

Interesting but…. - what am I listening too??? Re-recordings their best songs? I don’t like what I have heard so far. They should focus on new music. Now I have heard the entire disc it is a dud. I love most of the originals and love when a band mixes it up a little in concert. It this just drags on. Not even inventive. Everything is just slower and the edge in the songs has been removed. All Acoustic Grown Up - Very risky to put out this type of music, knowing that there would be a lot of people that would not be willing to accept it from one of the biggest rock bands ever. I loved the stripped down versions, some were better than others, but overall I am pleased with these versions. Talented artists will always step outside their comfort zone, and clearly, U doesn’t have to prove anything to their public. They are all grown up, and I’m digging it.

Interesting, but ... - It's interesting that many musicians have used the time of the pandemic to review their catalogues and write some really interesting new songs music, U has chosen to reflect on older songs and revisit some stripped arrangements of them. Some of these revisits are worth a listen, others are not. I'll probably listen to these on YouTube rather than chosing to buy this collection, but I am impressed by their effort as always.

A new perspective - I admit, that as a diehard U fan for over years, some of these songs are a shock to my system when first hearing them. However, similar to how I’ve seen them rework songs numerous times in concert to give us a new perspective, these are very special in their own right. Lou Reed and Frank Sinatra would be proud. (As the band has confirmed were just as influential on U as the ’s punkers that shaped their original sound.)

Not for Everyone, but I Love It! - If you can’t appreciate these artists doing what they do, then don’t go see them (or any artist for that matter) live. What Bono and the Edge are doing here is simply experimenting with their own music. How is that any different than doing what many bands have done over the years when releasing cover albums? They’re just doing it with their own songs and I think several of them are just as good, possibly even better, than the originals. Love it! Well done Bono and the Edge. Can’t wait to hear. These versions in Vegas.

Listen Before You Review - Been a fan for years, have seen U times over tours. I love the dark, gritty, 's U the most, so I was very skeptical of a more acoustic reimagining of past songs. But I was SO wrong. This surpasses my expectations in every way and then some. The sad part is that U haters will come and bash them without listening to a single full song. Other will bash them after hearing the first or songs released early. The truth that over half of these reviews were written before the album was released. And if you just go through and listen to clips, you don't have any idea about this album. The full songs shift and change in ways that you don't see coming. Sadly WOWY is one of the weaker songs on the album. but there are that are pure magic. Just phenomenal. Stories for Boys is jawdropping, O'Clock Tick Tock, Out of Control, Bad, The Fly, Still Haven't Found, Stay, Dirty Day, Invisible, Little Things, Stuck... The list goes on and on. There is absolutely beautiful work here, with maybe songs that I would consider not so great.

A refreshing take on some of their great songs - Die hards I think will like this album. I wouldn’t really classify this as a new album as they are re-recording their old tunes. I really enjoyed this especially driving through the American Southwest (of which U drew some of their inspiration on a few of these songs) on a recent road trip. Love the new version of Pride, Dirty Day, Until the End of the World, Desire, Two Hearts Beast as One. Are they as good as the originals?- maybe not but it is nonetheless refreshing and uplifting to hear these re recorded songs with new instruments and beats. More please!

Recycle symbol - (put it in the trash and be done with it) - I so wanted to enjoy but it's weird that a seminal bandmember and the key to so much amazing percussion (Irish!) is not on the interpretation of the old songs. There's some great reinterpretations but I'm hard pressed to name a standout. I remember as a freshman in college jogging (running!) with a Sony Walkman listening to Boy and and later, War. Their continued evolution was amazing and so enjoyable. Achtung Baby still resonates with me to this day, albeit driving listening to it on the car stereo with an old iPod. This just falls so flat that I'm saddened but encourages me to reignite the old albums again.

Barf Emoji - I grew up with these guys, but this is boring and pretentious. Unplugged is one thing, but this is something else. Sometimes people think they will sound more profound if they speak softly and slowly. It might be tolerable if it were new songs or if they took old songs and reimagined them into different genres. Make one a reggae song, make one a punk song. Whoever came up with the idea to make every one droning with minimal instumentation shows a lack of imagination. I'm not enjoying leaving a bad review, but this whole exercise is not fun.

look at the dates of the review-bombs, people - This album was released //. Look at how many -star reviews with maybe one word like "Ugh" or "Horrible" were written BEFORE THE ALBUM CAME OUT. The -star reviews don't talk about the album, while the longer and more thoughtful reviews DO talk about it. Will most of these versions REPLACE the classic versions? No. But there's a place in the world for a U Songbook Unplugged album. The changed lyrics are a mixed bag. Hard to get used to, but I'm just taking it for what it is--not the "finished" versions Bono claims, just a "where U in their s are feeling about songs written when they were younger." But I've always loved U unplugged. The unplugged Stuck in a Moment has always been better than the album version. And for people saying "record something new," U has put out more recent albums of new material than just about any act of their age that you could name. So chill. This was their pandemic unplugged version. And it's cool to hear the songs without the bombast. Some of the stuff from forward has been overproduced to the point where unplugged and live versions are better than the albums.

Mixed bag, literally. - Growing up in the s you had the one cassette and maybe you were fortunate enough to see them live. years later im not a fan of alternate versions from WAR, Joshua Tree, Achtung Baby and even Rattle and Hum. To me its like an artist from The Voice is trying to "make it there own". A Beautiful Day sounds a lot like the original as well. And for that reason, i'm out.

Throw in the towel, it’s time to Surrender - I understand the tie in to Bono’s book. But, they supposedly have lots of new material to record, and they come up with this? I bought the first album in the month it was released back in , and have bought everything since, but will skip this one. Yes, U, I have spent thousands on shows and albums and given you a great life, as you often thank your fans, but no more. Give something back that is new and % original, not un-plugged versions.

U Re-imagined - Beautiful. Inspiring. It’s an incredible reworking of their songs and their classics that are now different. But at the same token, it follows the same path as an “unplugged” album that so many bands use to do and we loved. Streets and Stories for Boys stand out. So do City of Blinding Lights and With or Without You and The Fly. Keep the originals in mind, but don’t for a second believe it’s simply “stripped down” versions of those songs. These are different. And I think most fans, especially after a few listens, will find this collection to be extraordinary

Do NOT pay for this!!! - This is a big hot mess! Absolutely a waste of time listening to. We all have these songs, we don’t need to re-buy them. There is really nothing worth checking out here. It was a painful hours plus listening to this. Is this U saying they are done? Cannot think of something new to do? Or is the mighty Bono done? Stream this hot garbage first before you pay money for it.

I am all in!! - I really enjoy hearing them reimagine these songs. You can see each member’s personality in the songs that they chose and the manner in which they were rearranged. My personal favorite is Edge’s. I’m a car singer, and this collection is lots of fun to croon to on the road. Lots of artists did vanity projects during COVID, and this surely isn’t among the worst.

Stripped down and acoustic - Some of these are better than the originals! At first I was suspicious they were re-recording old songs as a gimmick, but the new documentary A Sort of Homecoming puts this recording project into perspective. They wanted to capture the sound they have when performing live in the present day. I have always been a fan of U live shows more than the studio albums and I have quite a collection of live show bootlegs for that very reason. The live songs really do sound different from the studio albums we all got used to on the radio. This collection captures the magic of the loudest Irish folk band ever. If you enjoy the U concert experience, which always includes a stripped down acoustic segment where they slow down and create a floating dreamscape, this collection is awesome.

Delightful Surprise - This is such an enjoyable surprise. I was not expecting to like this after hearing the first couple pre released songs. I had it playing while doing stuff around the house, and I enjoyed so many of these reimagined versions. Not necessarily better than the originals but these versions offer a softer and unique interpretation that allows me to listen to these songs even in a quieter mood. Stand outs are Stories Fir Boys, The Fly, Desire, If God Will Send His Angels, and Bad.

Aurora by Daisy Jones and The Six - I was anticipating this album as it seemed so real while reading the book, however, actually listening to the tunes I am deeply disappointed. Each tune set to the lyrics sounds exactly the same. I expected more variety of sound, some folk, some rock, some authenticity to what Daisy was writing in the novel. The best song to me is More Fun To Miss, only because it doesn't sound like all the other songs. Riley Keogh has a great voice. All the voices are great, the songs themselves just meh. Sorry, it's just how I feel about them.

The versions I never knew I needed - The voice, the arrangement, the energy. I love hard driving rock. And I also love the music of Disney music. I never thought that I would ever here those songs in a way that just slams into my soul in such an amazing way. But Peyton Parrish does just that. Absolutely amazing.

Loving the Album So Far! - I will say this album is starting better off in my opinion than he last album, even thou his last album had bigger known hits that are highly valued and viewed! Growin Up & Gettin Old is a great song, good way to finish off the double album release, Love You Anyway is a song a lot of ppl have been waiting for and there’s a couple more that ppl have been long waiting for too that still have been released and it’s a massive hit already and I’m in love with it! I think my favorite release so far has to be Joe, such a wholesome song that is so Luke Combs personality and he brings his same demeanor to it with a story of which he’s good at! I’m so excited for the rest of the album coming out soon so I can listen to all! I think ppl often hate on Luke these days cause they miss the music type that made him popular, but people have to realize those songs made him popular cause he was going thro a breakup and was still young and livin life to the fullest, now that’s he settled down and married with his wife he’s trying to focus his music on the more serious but still upbeat vibe. Let’s not forget y’all, this is still Luke Combs, and in each album he always knows how to spice it up with some party songs, I jus think his wild crazy party like mentality that he had when he was younger isn’t as strong, he is in his s now and focusing on life, but either way, love the music so far and ready for more!

Listen to the ENTIRE album - Another triple album. It’s humorous seeing those leaving “he’s a racist” reviews, when they act like they’ve never said anything offensive or poorly EVER in their life. (You’re only lying to yourself). Pretty sure these reviews are from listeners who listened to ’s and early ’s rap and hip hop, where homophobic slurs were used on the regular in SONGS, nonetheless outside of the studio. Still breaking chart records despite people who just want to bring him down over poor judgment; without even personally knowing the dude. After listening to all tracks, the non-single tracks are actually the best ones, and the singles are still great tracks. There are only - songs that I would prob skip over on next play through; those being the heavy hip/hop influenced ones- just not my jam, personally, but to each their own. The album is flooded with great singer/songwriter tracks; and I’d say about % of the album can EASILY be justified as “country” (those saying this “isn’t country” have not listened to any track other than the previously released songs containing trap beats; it’s quite obvious- listen to the WHOLE record :) Won’t be surprised if this album is charting in the top country albums for the next years, as Wallen’s previous double record had already done. SOLID triple album filled with good stories for lyrics; music is excellent as well.

Crazy girl - I I love this that I keep listening to it and it’s so fun that I just sing it to myself and I go out and play with my dogs when I’m listening to it. Another thing is that it’s not up to me if other people don’t like it and if other people do that’s their opinion. I personally like get up, fancy like call Ma I know the thing is old town Road and Bruno we don’t talk about Bruno one of my favorite things in that I just love this app and I’m glad it’s on my iPad my tablet my phone my TV like anywhere on the electronics. I still have people angry face and that I don’t know how to do that can you tell me. I want to be your friend because my iPad I have no friends. PLEASE READ THIS!! - If you guys really want to sound good you should… . Use less autotune. It’s better when you sing naturally. . Take some voice lessons. ( it would help A LOT!) . Make your own songs. You guys obviously like to make music. But, the reason you get so many bad reviews is bc you ruin other people’s songs. I once thought I couldn’t write songs but it’s really simple. I hope this helps.

Colaberative MIx - I am a fan of Dierks Bentley and I truly do enjoy his soundtracks. This record not only displays his homesome love for Colorado but for his music past as well. Sun Sets in Colorado (my opinion) is probably his best song he has ever made because it shows the view that most people have (especially me) of the Mountainous state, which is elevation euphoria. it goes through a clever song writing about his son while talking about his mountain west roots. Roll On also talks about his past but is the (Heart of a lonely girl) throwback Dierks we all love with a more Bluegrass twist (which I personally again is musically clever). To end the album review is the appreciation for the absolute beer busting banger of a song Beer at my Funeral. It is Dierk's crassy side meets with I don't care truth. I think this album ( as a whole) is his best work yet. Keep the colorado hits comin' Dierks

Solid return to roots - With maybe the exception of “Beer at My Funeral” there’s none of the tongue-in-cheek humor tracks here. Instead, Dierks has delivered what seems to me to be a back-to-roots heart felt and personal album that feels like more of his early albums. On first listen, no track really stood out. But on each listen since, it’s because each track is strong in its own way. The album isn’t gimmicky. I heard Dierks say he recorded this album three times because he wasn’t happy with the result. The dedication to quality on this one is not unnoticed

Awesome New Album - Didn’t realize this was released yet. My favorite so far is Heartbreak Drinking Tour, Sun sets in Colorado is fantastic as well. Something real really brings back what made me dig Dierks music is this punchy entrance of drums . Still is a reflection song (reminds me of the track Living from his song a couple albums ago). Beer At My Funeral is a great drinking song, I see this as a song along at concerts like Drunk On a Plane. Love Cowboy Boots, very traditional slow country song that Dierks does so perfectly, should be a hit on the radio within a week. Gold- an upbeat song along. The most popular song on this album so far. Waking Each Other Home is a fantastic song. Roll On, a great on the road track, especially a road trip. All the Right Places, a great new track. Old Pickup, is my new favorite just sampling this album. High Note, great song with Billy Strings.

Dear Heart, …. Love, Soul - Bailey Zimmerman’s poetic lyrics serve as a love letter (or heartbreak letter) from the soul to the heart. An expertly crafted letter I should add. The pain, emotion, and ache that break through his lyrics make their voices loud and clear, which is exactly what is needed. To be able to feel and empathize with his words, finally having someone be able to express exactly how it feels, gives that soul vindication. The trials and tribulations of what the soul went through with the heart were all for not. The outcome is this gorgeous album that makes you feel like you are reading your favorite book that you can’t put down, no matter how much it’s breaking your heart to read. It’s too good to stop reading, too good to skip any songs. It’s been a long time since I have been able to listen to an album from start to finish. But before you know, the album is over and a cathartic sense of calm washes over you. Everything that was kept in has been released. It’s like an emotional cleanse and I am here for it. Spend the $. Worth every single penny. PS: It’d be an honor to shoot one of your shows if you’re ever in the MD/VA/DC neck of the woods.

And for people to go out of their way to say stuff like “oh, these songs shouldn’t be country related, they shouldn’t even be on here.” Or “Why, don’t we have some Morgan Wallen music.” If you guys really want to listen to Morgan Wallen so bad then you by don’t you just look him up it’s not that hard. Calling this Country is making Hank and Merle roll over in their graves - This is NOT Country music. Whoever put this together should be fired. That being said, the songs aren’t terrible. The music is good, but they all need to to move to the POP genre. Like her or hate her, Taylor Swift got this right. When her music changed, she made the move to Pop. Nashville is killing Country Music like George and Alan sang about in Murder on Music Row… We need some actual Country singers y’all!!
