The Sage YMCA has guidelines in place for our Fitness Center and Weight Room to encourage the safety of youth and teens. Anyone under the age of 16 may not use the Weight Room. Youth ages 13 - 15 years, must take a Teen Machine Orientation to be able to use certain equipment in the Fitness Center.
