    <itunes:summary>Seat Time started as a weekly video-cast about the weekly moto news that goes on. We follow riders on Twitter, talk about Facebook updates and cover as much racing as we see fit (or that fits into a reasonable amount of time). We started interviewing riders over Skype, FaceTime and iChat because we liked seeing the riders reactions to questions and the emotion behind what they were saying. Follow along as we talk with riders, racers, managers and fans about the sport that they love!</itunes:summary>

<itunes:subtitle>Seat Time catches up with Johnny Girrior after winning a Silver Medal at X Games 18 in Enduro X.</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>Johnny Girrior is a 16 year old kid from Southwick, MA. When you listen to him talk you think either Jimmy DeCotis (if you are a motocross fan) or Good Will Hunting. There is a certain way that they accent their words that just makes it fun to listen to them talk. But we didn't interview him because of the way he talks, we interviewed him because of the way he rides. Girrior has been competing in the new J Day Offroad Series and has done surprisingly well considering he hasn't been racing for a few years. He took some time off of racing when his dad and close friend passed away. After some healing time though, he decided he would like to do some more racing. The J Day Offroad Series gave him a prime opportunity to race, have fun and maybe make some money.

Girrior has won five of the six races so far this year in the Series. A blown bike at the third round cost him six straight overall wins. With nine more races to go in the Series, Girrior has some time to widen his points lead and claim his first AA title.

The future for this 16 year is bright. He has a new YZ 250 two stroke and is having fun while riding his dirt bike. As long as he keeps doing that, he will keep winning, keep getting noticed and keep putting some extra money in his pocket. It was great to talk with him and we wish him the best of luck!</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>Louise Forsley is a 24 year old, originally from Massachusetts, who lives in Phoenix, Arizona racing her dirt bike for a living. She competes in the Endurocross Series, the National Enduro Series, the National Trials Championship and a few of the GNCC's. She rides a MotoFit KTM 200 with support from Stillwell Performance in Scottsdale, AZ.

Just under two weeks ago, Forsley joined a group of other Top Offroad Women at X Games 18 for the Enduro X competition. She showed her trials and bike skills to the crowd by racing to the finish for a Silver Medal. She recently beat out X Games Enduro X winner, Maria Forsberg, at Round 2 of the Endurocross Series in Sacramento. This confidence showed as she rode aggressive and showed the fans why she is a Top Level Trials athlete.

Thanx to Louise Forsley for her time and we hope that our technical difficulty doesn't take away from what is offered in this video. She is a super nice young woman who has been working hard and the hard work has been paying off. Remember to always Enjoy a Pint Full of Awesome and we'll see ya at the races!</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>Cory Graffunder, the guy who rides the weird bike, earned himself a Bronze Medal at X Games 18 in Enduro X. We haven't had a chance to talk to Cory before his great result at the X Games, but after this interview, we know we will have to do so regularly. He is funny, witty and Canadian, which makes for some funny conversations.

Cory has been competing in the Endurocross Series for a few years and this is not his first podium in the Series. But he was hurt last year and had to watch the Enduro X event from the sidelines. This year he was healthy and did a great job coming back from the LCQ to get his first X Games medal. I'm sure he wants to see if he can gain a different type of medal in the coming years. Only time will tell and we look forward to seeing Cory rocking the EX Stadiums to come.</itunes:summary>

<itunes:subtitle>Seat Time catches up with Cody Webb after surviving a trip to Mexico and winning a Silver Medal at X Games 18.</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>In the Endurocross world, more and more riders are coming out of the closet. They are finally admitting that they once wore the tight kits of a fashionable Trials rider. Cody Webb is one of those riders who has turned in his tight wardrobe ways for the more loose fitting gear of a big bike enthusiast. But having a trials background isn't a guarantee that you are going to stand on the podium at an Endurocross event or win Gold at the X Games. Endurocross riders have become their own breed of racers and have really started to showcase a whole new skill set that you cannot find anywhere else in the world of off-road racing.

Luckily Cody Webb had just gotten done reworking his endurocross track and gave us some insights into what changes he made and why. He also just spent a few days in Mexico fighting off food poisoning while filling in at the Nuclear Cowboys show. Looking forward to training for the Ontario round of Endurocross, he is going to hit a few races this summer. Driving across the country will be a fun time, he can always call us if he gets bored and needs a laugh.

Follow Cody on Twitter, cause he tweets it hard. https://twitter.com/ex_trials_cody</itunes:summary>

With the current status of Kawasaki pulling out of Offroad racing, Strang is the perfect rider to talk to about what this means for the Industry going forward. Strang was riding for Suzuki when they pulled out of the Offroad scene after winning a GNCC Championship for them in 2010. He had a very good showing at the Monster Energy Cup in Vegas this past weekend. He went 8/7/6 for 6th overall, choosing to ride the 450 YZF over his 250 YZF. Moving forward into the 2013 year, he will stay in California and begin testing of the 2013 250 YZF race bike. <itunes:subtitle>Destry Abbott sits down with us and discusses his future and all the awesome he plans to take part in!</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>When you think of Offroad racers who have 'been there, done that', Destry Abbott isn't just another name. Abbott started in the desert and has been at the top of his game since winning Best of the Dessert in 1998. Through the years he has won multiple Hare and Hound Championships, competed as a member of the ISDE Trophy Team eight times and is a guy that is always willing to sit down and just talk through life.

Luckily Destry remembered to set his DVR to record Project Runway Allstars, so we didn't have to cut our conversation short. Actually, I would be lying if I didn't tell you the truth in that it was I who was recording PR Allstars. I apologize to you now for what marriage has done to me.

Destry Abbott finished 21st in the E2 class this year in Germany at the ISDE, he is about to leave for Mexico to compete in the Baja 1000 for the THR Team and has a sly computer skill when it comes to quickly snatching pictures off the Internet. This a 40 year old man that everyone should be friends with and hope to have on their team for 2013.

Hopefully someone will hire him as a Team Manager for their Offroad team so he can pass along all of his knowledge. Not that he shouldn't race anymore, we just shouldn't let such great resource find a different avenue outside of our great community.

Enjoy a Pint Full of Awesome!</itunes:summary>

<itunes:subtitle>We sit down with Josh Demuth to discuss moving forward after the loss of his left leg due to an infection after a crash.</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>Even though Josh Demuth is not a native Texan, he has easily been adopted by the Texas Motocross family and has quickly become a house-hold name. He is nicknamed Sheriff; when asked why, his response is 'Why Not?'. Demuth is a three-time Arenacross Champion – a straight forward dude, covered in tattoos, with almost as many broken bones and surgeries as Evil Knievel! To say life has been easy on Demuth would be a flat out lie. He has walked out of more hospitals than Obamacare will shut down and will probably ride till the day he dies.<br />
<br />
Knowing that he was beaten up and tired, Josh retired from racing in December of 2011. He wanted to spend time with his family, relax and just enjoy life a bit more. Unfortunately, his bad luck didn't retire with his racing career. In May of 2012 he had a horrific crash that resulted in the loss of his right leg just below the knee. He still has to have surgery to fix multiple foot and shoulder issues. He has learned how to laugh about his new nub and even has a few tattoos in mind for it.<br />
<br />
Sitting down with Josh was an awesome experience. He is just as fun to hang out with as you would expect. Hope you enjoyed this look into the life of Josh Demuth, aka Sheriff, and his determination to enjoy life to the fullest despite the many struggles he has been through. <itunes:subtitle>This week we had the pleasure of chatting it up with Ryan Morais. He has had a very interesting past 11 months, which brought him from the hospital to Team Manager of the Star Racing Yamaha Team.</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>At round three of the 2012 Supercross Season, Ryan Morais landed on Trey Canard. Both riders had their own injuries to deal with, and Ryan’s injuries were so bad that he had to have his jaw wired shut to help it heal correctly. Through his recovery, there were three jaw surgeries and multiple smoothies.<br />
<br />
Once he got back on the bike and started to make his return to racing, then Manager Doug Schopinsky parted ways with the team and Morais was offered the position to finish out the Outdoors Season. He has stayed on as Team Manager for 2013 and is looking for his riders, Kyle Cunningham (West Coast) and Jeremy Martin (East Coast), to make a statement during their respective 250SX Seasons.<br />
<br />
Almost 30, Ryan Morais is in a great position to help his team and riders grow and gain podium positions. The Star Racing Yamaha Team is Factory Supported and are looking to even the playing field with teams like Pro Circuit and Geico Honda.<br />
<br />
Thanx to Ryan Morais for his time and remember to always enjoy a Pint Full of Awesome!</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>If you have stayed up to date with your Seat Time shows and interviews, you know that Kurt Caselli comes up more often than is comfortable for most people. We here at Seat Time have a bromance with Caselli and are always excited to see new pictures, hear new stories and especially when he agrees to a new interview. We knew that when he replaced Marc Coma, who couldn't compete due to injury, at Dakar this year, we had to have been back on the show to learn about this amazing experience. <br />
<br />
There is a lot that goes into competing at Dakar, and Kurt shares all of that with us and more. There is more Baja testing in his future and defending his NHHA Championship.<br />
