It’s Day 3 of Stamping Bella‘s Summer Release previews! All stamp sets will be available for purchase tomorrow. Do you have a favorite? Or favorites? I’m not sure I can choose. I do love the Uptown Girl Swifties (featured yesterday) but the mermaids….I just don’t know. I love too many.

I have three Bundle Girls and two mermaids to share today.

Tiny Townie Mermaid Isla set

Tiny Townie Mermaid Isla is a set of three images. With her I used a Mermazing Sentiment. Once the card front was assembled, I adhered several clear dew drops as a little 3d touch. (I used this clear craft glue.)

Whimsabella Mermaid Bubble Bliss

Here I used another Mermazing Sentiment with new Whimsabella Mermaid Bubble Bliss. And, of course, I had to add more clear dew drops.

Beach Bundle Girl with a Floatie, Beach Vibes Sentiment set

How cute is this little Bundle Girl with her seagull friend in the floatie? I paper-pieced her swim hat and suit then added white dots to the floaties using a white Sharpie. Behind the image panel, I adhered die-cut waves cut from the pink patterned paper, edges brushed with ink, to help them stand out.

Beach Bundle Girl and her Seagull are taking a little stroll along the beach. After coloring, I added white dots to the flower centers as well as onto the towel. (Cloud and sun dies are retired.)

This little Bundle Girl has a wee bit of a problem, haha. I added dots to her swim attire and tiny dots of Stardust Stickles in the sand.

Uptown Girl Loves to Perform, Shake It Off Sentiment Set

I was so excited to see the new Uptown Girl images this month! As the mom of a Swiftie, I knew there would be excitement in the house, even at age 23.

I colored the image with Copic markers, carefully shading the mismatched outfit then topped with Stardust Stickles. I masked the image and blended in stars using Spellbinders Star Bright stencil. (It appears to no longer be available from Spellbinders but Simon Says Stamp as well as Scrapbook.com both have the stencil in stock.) The sentiment is from new Shake It Off Sentiment Set which works perfectly with the new images. Love, love, love.

How sweet is this little Butterfly Baby? I love her. She’s paired with a Hello Spring Sentiment (and random retired patterned paper).

Buzzy Bee Snoozing, Buzzy Bee Sentiment Set

This buzzy bee is super cute snoozing atop the flower. With the image I used a sentiment from new Buzzy Bee Sentiment Set and Queen & Company Heart Throb patterned paper.

Bundle Girls in the Easter Basket, Easter Sentiment

I think Bundle Girls in the Easter Basket is so very sweet. I colored with Copics then used a white sharpie to add dots to the purple egg and portions of their outfits.

Spec-tacular Pair Letter & Pencil, Spec-tacular Pairing Sentiment

Spect-tacular Pair Letter & Pencil is just one of several new Spec-tacular images. The Spec-tacular Pairing Sentiment Set works great with these images as well as others. I used a few on Whimsabella cards in yesterday‘s post.

After coloring (again with Copic markers), I used my much loved white sharpie to add highlights to the eye glasses.

Whimsabella Petal Shimmer, Spring Backdrop, Spec-tacular Pairing Sentiment

How cute are these new Whimsabellas? I was so very excited when I saw them! Here I used Petal Shimmer with new Spring Backdrop and a new Spec-tacular Pairing Sentiment. I only used a portion of the backdrop here. The stamp actually has flowers on the left and right sides with horizon lines from left to right. The visible horizon lines within the left and right flower clusters can be carefully omitted when inking the stamp or use a flower die-cut to cover the lines. I have also used a white Sharpie to carefully trace over the small bits of lines that I don’t want to show.

Whimsabella Daisy Dream, Spring Backdrop, Spec-tacular Pairing Sentiment

Whimsabella Daisy Dream might be my favorite but I’m really not sure. I love them all. After coloring with Copic markers, I added wisps of grass and highlights and dots using a white Sharpie.

Here I placed Flitter Fly on the stump by stamping her first, then masking and stamping the right side of the Spring Backdrop.

Here I omitted the horizon lines from the backdrop stamp as well as the tulips on the right side of the stump. (I used a corner of a baby wipe to wipe away any unwanted edges.)

Baby Boy & Girl Set, Spring Backdrop, Baby Sentiment Set

Baby Boy & Girl Set is actually a set of two babies facing each other, girl and boy. I only used the girl. After coloring, I added two die-cut flowers to cover the horizon lines from the backdrop stamp.

Oddball Baby on the Way, Baby Sentiment Set

And lastly, I have new Oddball on the Way with a new Baby Sentiment. I love that she’s holding a tiny pair of boots to match her own.

Oddball Witchy Sistah 3

I think she is rather mysterious and spooky (in a fun, cute kind of way). I colored her with Copic markers (listed above) after stamping onto X-Press It Blending Card. Once the web banner was adhered, I drew a web (line) and legs using a 0.1 Copic Multiliner then stitched a small black button as the spider. Sentiment is from Spooky Sentiment Set.

For this week’s challenge, we were to create using any tutorial as inspiration. I used Tiny Townie Astrology Chart.

I first stamped the girl, then stamped her again onto a Post It Note, cut her out and adhered the cut out shape over the stamped shape. I then stamped the chart and colored all. Once assembled, I added some small wood stars (colored with a fine tip white Sharpie) and super cool tiny clear dew drops.

Lunettes Christmas Girl might be my favorite from the new release…or at least one OF my favorites. I used a white Sharpie to add little dots to her dress and the package, and stamped a Long Distance sentiment beneath.

Christmas Stories are the Best

Lastly for today I have Christmas Stories are the Best. Using my MISTI I stamped a Long Distance Sentiment onto the bottom book. (I don’t know how I managed to stamp before the MISTI came into existence. I love it so much.)

Tiny Townie April & her Bunny Love Easter

How sweet is Tiny Townie April? I just love her. After coloring, I added a few dots of glitter but they’re hard to see in the photo. An Easter Sentiment finished off the card.

Tiny Townie Bethany Paints Easter Eggs is adorable! I added dots to the eggs using a white Sharpie, stenciled in a background and added a bunny banner with tiny pompom bunny tails. Sentiment also from Easter Sentiment Set.

Bundle Girl Among the Tulips

My first card features new Bundle Girl Among the Tulips with a new Hello Spring Sentiment. After stamping and coloring, I used a tiny blending brush to add a bit of blue sky in the background. To add white dots and butterfly spots I used a white Sharpie.
