Portuguese Tiles Give Life to the New Line of Lousani Amenities

It was from the Portuguese tile which adorns buildings, streets and alleys through Portugal that the graphic concept for the new amenities line of Lousani Luxury Amenities came form. A brand that provides the most important national hotel units. This line honors Portugal and pays tribute to the most portuguese feeling, “Saudade”. It’s the feeling of missing something or someone. With 500 years of production, the portuguese tile is very associated with traditional and classic. However, to focus the brand strategy the packaging design is contemporary. Blue an white and each tile has a history to tell that creates a fresh pattern. This new amenities line could be part of the decor of the room.

Talha Wine Labels by M&A Creative Agency

In Portugal, the Alentejo region has long been the guardian of talha wines. Here, the techniques developed by the Romans for making wine in the clay amphorae called talhas have been safeguarded. It is in the region of Vila de Frades, a small town in the heart of Alentejo with less than 900 inhabitants which is recognized today as “the Capital of Amphora Wine”, and where Honrado family began 15 years ago this production of wine. In 2016, with a growing interest in winemaking, Ruben Honrado decides to create a new project of amphora wine. Our team was inspired by this millenarian technique of fermenting grapes in clay hoists to develop the creative concept for packaging design and photographic production. The bottles are painted in clay tones and the label has the shape of one Talha.

There are two different labels: one is simplest and minimalist and the other, a limited edition with thousand enumerated bottles, has an illustration of a Roman festival, referring, clearly , the origins of the nectar. In addition, we also created the branding inspired by the Roman Ruins of São Cucufate where traces of artisanal wine production have been found.

Carrousel Rebrands Leading Legal Firm in London

Laurus approached us to look at the branding and strategy of their thriving family law practice. With no driving strategy, their branding was lacking the focus needed to take it to the next level. We proposed a new positioning statement “For life’s challenges, count on us.”

This new ethos is all about offering a warm, supportive and completely dependable arm around the shoulder, guiding their clients through legal challenges within the key focus areas of property, family and legacy. Essentially Laurus take all the complexity out of the legal process and offer a guiding hand during some of the most stressful times in their clients lives.

This emphasis on “US”, derived from the last two letters in their name, allowed us to create effective copy lines and works well in animation.

This complete rebrand, involved addressing their identity at every touchpoint from print and advertising collateral to a completely custom icon suite and a bespoke font.

Brand Identity for Alpine Modern by Cast Iron Design

Cast Iron Design specializes in branding, web, packaging, and environmentally responsible print production. For their recent project, they provided everything from Brand Identity to Collateral Design to Illustration for Alpine Modern.

Alpine Modern is a lifestyle brand combining an appreciation for modern design and love of the outdoors. Their ever-expanding ventures span retail, editorial, consumer goods, dining, and coffee. Cast Iron Design redesigned their brand identity and helped them branch into new sectors.

Alpine Modern Café is a natural extension of the broader Alpine Modern lifestyle brand. The café provides upscale coffee, espresso, and dining inside of a beautifully reclaimed cabin. Cast Iron Design expanded the Alpine Modern brand to give the café visual distinction while maintaining the quiet beauty and modernity of the parent brand.

André Gonçalves Design – Lunar Industries

Lunar Industries Ltd. is the mysterious company from the movie Moon, directed by Duncan Jovens, which plays out in the year 2035. It is the world’s largest producer offusion energy, the solar energy captured on moon rocks, carried by the H3 element — helium3 — harvested by machines on the face of the Moon. Lunar produces enough energy to support nearly 85% of the world’s population needs.

We begin by seeing the entity as revolutionary in the energetic field and because of the good impact it has on the planet. The company presents itself as such. However, as the story unfolds, we understand that Lunar Industries hides one of its sides and that behind the innovating politics are dark and upsetting secrets which put the brand’s integrity at risk.

This dynamic and repetitive act of showing and hiding is a central point in the development of my proposition for the rebranding of the company’s graphic identity. That repetition, not only is explicit in the movie, but it will also be in the presentation of this new identity. Cloning, daily routines, the moon’s cycles, the cycle of energey harvesting, are some of the concepts in the movie that support this approach.

Tunde Molnar Designs Branding for Yoga Studio

“I decided to create a fictional yoga studio brand that represents the antique traditional and fresh modern qualities of the yoga culture. First I came up with the name The Inner Horizon that symbolizes the intrinsic mental and extrinsic physical growth the of human soul and body, and later I shortened it to Horizon. Mainly I was inspired by the fragmented textured marble covers and lush vegetable environment of the ancient Indian monuments. That resulted the primary deep green, the secondary lowly saturated colored tones and the archaically elegant typeface. I wanted to create a clean yet reminiscent visual appearance for this brand.”

Identity for Creme de la Creme in Vienna, Austria

Bureau Rabensteiner created an identity for Creme de la Creme, a small family run cafe and patisserie, based in the heart of Vienna, Austria. They developed a clean and minimalistic identity inspired by the old Viennese »Kaffeehaus« chic with art deco elements and a french twist.

The identity stretches across signage, flags, coffee cups, paper bags, coasters and boxes for pastry and cakes.

LEKSTE is a food delivery service based in Vilnius, Lithuania. LEKSTE worked with 100 of the best distributors, to put the best food all in one place. It brings your favorite meal delivered to your home or office.

The goal of LEKSTE branding was to make the brand feel playful, modern and personal. Andstudio created the visual identity, branding manual, flexible patterns, packaging, logotype and various branded materials. “Iconic patterns tell a visual story about a food delivery journey. Eye catching colors create warm and pliable visual expression for LEKSTE. Sophisticated and light typography speaks with audience in professional and trustful manner.”
