&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Update @ 10:23pm CDT:&lt;/strong&gt;  We are currently performing emergency maintenance on the host, and should have things back up running shortly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Update @ 10:30pm CDT:&lt;/strong&gt;  Maintenance has completed and the &lt;strong&gt;s1&lt;/strong&gt; Shared Hosting server is back online.  All services should be accessible at this time.  So sorry for this unexpected outage and thanks for your patience!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Update 3/26 @ 3:00am CDT:&lt;/strong&gt;  Additional emergency maintenance is required on &lt;strong&gt;s1&lt;/strong&gt;, and we are working with our hosting partner Rackspace to perform this as quickly as possible.  There will be intermittent Shared Hosting outages until the host system can be stabilized.  We will continue to post updates as they are available.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Customers whose domains use ns1/ns2.ev1servers.net (ns1/ns2.theplanet.com) for authoritative DNS were affected, since DNS queries to those domains were not resolvable.   Seeing as we eat our own dog food and use these DNS servers for our own domains, our website and our support contacts were also offline.&lt;/p&gt;
