They claim someone else used my account and recquire my phone to unlock it since 2011 (account created circa 2002) I still haven't given them my phone and never will.

Yeah, but, Lightning nodes don't actually take custody of your money. They enable the transmission of payment information like an internet router does with packets. In fact, the intermediate nodes don't even know the source or destination of transactions that they forward. Using your logic, every bitcoin node would be a money transmitter when it forwards transactions across the network.

The prices are different because each crypto-exchange essentially is a closed eco-system of buyers and sellers. Pricing gets pushed around quasi independently by these exchange centric groups.

If the bid/ask prices from all exchanges were collected together on a master exchange like the NYSE or NASDAQ does for a stock listing, there would be a single worldwide Bitcoin price.

I've been hacked once only and the attacker got into my DNS registrar (there was no 2FA) and installed a blanket email redirect so all email for a domain was going to the attacker. In this case my actual email had strong passwords but my domain registrar account didn't, resulting in the attacker getting my emails.

Use 2FA wherever and whenever you can.

The US and other governments have been collecting bitcoins by confiscating the currency from criminals. Perhaps it is time for them to dump all of it at once. Since bitcoin has no real assets behind it the currency would go to zero. The first try would end bitcoin since the only thing it has backing it is a belief system.
