The guys then discuss their preferred methods for picking up a new programming language and or framework.  Kashfi touches on Constructivism and how he uses his prior experiences with literary studies to help him master a new framework.  

We revisit, "What Makes A Great Software Engineer?" and check out the external properties of what the authors propose makes a great software engineer.
