Hola, Creeps! This here is Episode 15 of This Island Surf (the novel sound ep 93) inspired by my buddy Hugh who said to me, “Erik, do an episode of all bands that start with Los!” And here it is.
This episode’s drink is the ever fashionable and always delectable Sidecar: Riding shotgun is always the best choice.
Another buddy, Knute, introduced me to this drink of greatly disputed origin, and now I’m passing it on to you. It’s as easy drink to make, but it takes a bit of alchemy to get right. So get practicing.

The Sidecar:
·  2 ounces VSOP Cognac, Armagnac, or good California brandy
·  1 ounce Cointreau
·  3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice, to taste
