Then we discuss the Trump administration agreeing to pay a French energy company $1 billion dollars to stop them from building East Coast wind farms, Trump’s latest round of insane social media posts, and a New Mexico jury finding Meta committed thousands of violations that put children at risk as well as a Los Angeles jury finding Meta and Google liable for harming young users’ mental health. Next we discuss Democrats Emily Gregory and Brian Nathan flipping 2 Republican held seats in the Florida State Legislature, a Trump-endorsed North Carolina state Senate leader loosing an election by 23 votes after a recount, and a Federal prosecutor admitting that the government lacked evidence of misconduct in it’s investigation of Fed Chair Jerome Powell. Then we discuss Minnesota suing the Trump administration for evidence from the Renee Good and Alex Pretti killings, Delta Airlines temporarily halting perks for members of Congress until they end the TSA shutdown, and TSA officers saying that the ICE deployment to airports won’t ease security lines. Next we discuss Epstein’s accountant and lawyer telling Congress that they were never interviewed by federal investigators, the U.S. sending Iran a 15-point list of demands to end the war and Iran rejecting it, and Pete Hegseth saying ‘we negotiate with bombs’ at a press conference. Then we discuss Trump’s approval sinking to 36% after starting the war in Iran and soaring gas prices, Trump saying that Iran gave the U.S. ‘a very big present’ related to oil and gas, and Ukraine saying it has irrefutable evidence that Russia provided intelligence to Iran. Next we discuss Federal Housing Finance Agency director Bill Pulte making two criminal referrals of New York Attorney General Leticia James for supposed insurance fraud, a Democratic lawmaker asking a Judge to take Trump’s name off of the Kennedy Center, and Melania Trump walking out with a humanoid robot at the White House event. Then we discuss the Army extending the maximum recruitment age to 42 years old, at least 1,000 troops from the 82nd Airborne set to deploy to the Mideast, and the revelation that Jack Smith found that Trump showed a classified map to passengers on his plane in 2022. Next we discuss Trump’s signature being put on U.S. currency starting this summer, Trump signing an Executive Order to pay TSA agents during the DHS shutdown, and a Judge blocking the Pentagon order branding Anthropic a national security risk. Then we discuss the DOJ admitting that ICE court house arrests relied on erroneous information, Trump extending his pause on striking Iran into April, the Pentagon weighing sending 10,000 more ground troops to the Middle East, and the financial markets falling to a new 2026 low as oil prices rise again. Next we discuss Mike Lindell losing his bid to overturn his defamation verdict as well as his lawyers facing sanctions, the U.S. voting against a U.N. resolution labeling slavery the gravest crime against humanity, and an Iranian attack on a Saudi base injuring 10 U.S. troops and damaging several planes, and videos showing an Iranian missile nearly hitting a U.S. F/A-18 fighter jet. Lastly we discuss that Defense Secretary Hegseth intervened to stop the promotions of black and female officers, FBI Director Kash Patel’s personal email getting hacked by a pro-Iranian group, Trump saying Cuba is next in a speech toting U.S. military successes, and Speaker Johnson rejecting the Homeland Security funding bill passed by the Senate and calling it ‘a joke’.

Discovery and Trump’s demand that Netflix remove Susan Rice from their board, Trump scrambling to fix his crumbling tariff strategy after losing in the Supreme Court, and a new poll that showed that most American’s say that the country is worse off than it was a year ago. Then we discuss Fedex and other companies suing the government to get the tariffs money they paid refunded, the Pentagon reaching a deal with xAI to use Grok in classified systems, and AI company Anthropic’s refusal of Hegseth’s demands to allow their software to be used to fire on targets without human intervention as well as being used for massive surveillance on Americans. Next we discuss the Democratic Senators introducing a bill to refund the illegally assessed tariff money, France baring Ambassador Kushner from meeting with French officials, and Ambassador Huckabee saying that Israel can take any part of the Middle East that it wants. Then we discuss DOJ not releasing documents from a victim that alleged that Trump sexually assaulted and hit her in her early teen years, around half of Democrats skipping Trump’s State of the Union speech, and the dementia addled rambling speech that had no basis in reality. Next we discuss the Supreme Court ruling that an ICE detention contractor can’t use it’s detainees as slaves, Clarence Thomas creating a threat to mail in voting by deciding that U.S. Postal workers can’t be sued for not delivering people’s mail, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce saying that the SCOTUS ruling on tariffs undermines Trump’s $100,000 H-1B visa rule. Then we discuss the Trump administration considering requiring banks to collect citizenship information, Cuba saying four people were killed after a U.S. boat violated it’s territorial waters, and the Trump administration pausing Medicaid funding to Minnesota. Next we discuss the FBI firing 10 agents who worked on the Mar-a-Lago documents case, a Federal Judge rejecting the Trump administration policy deporting immigrants to 3rd party countries, and Rep. Nance Mace saying she will force a vote on releasing Congress members’ sexual misconduct reports. Then we discuss Surgeon General nominee Casey Means lacking support for confirmation in the Senate, Larry Summers leaving his Harvard teaching job over the Epstein files, and a Homeland Security official rejecting the suggestion that ICE agents will be at polling stations in November. Next we discuss the FBI raid of L.A. school superintendent Alberto Carvalho’s office and home after he refused to allow ICE agents in schools, a report that showed Kash Patel’s trip to Milan for the Olympics as filled with personal activities, and the depositions of Hillary and Bill Clinton. Lastly we discuss the rumors that Trump may sign an Executive Order to rewrite election rules since the SAVE act lacks the votes in the Senate, the blind refugee that was found dead after being released by Ice agents in Buffalo, NY, and a Federal Judge ruling that the Trump administration can’t force states to supply it’s food stamp data.

Lastly we discuss Trump’s claim that he’s closing his eyes from boredom in meetings instead of sleeping, Trump’s announcement that he is nominating Kevin Warsh to be the chair of the Federal Reserve and then DOJ releasing a batch of Epstein files that he is in, the Atlanta FBI chief being ousted by DOJ after balking at the 2020 election probe, and the Federal Judge’s order blocking key portions of Trump’s executive order aimed at tightening citizenship verification for voter registrations and absentee ballot applications.

Next we discuss Trump hosting the former Al-Queda senior official at the White House while President Obama greeted veterans on an Honor flight and thanked every one of them for their service, the US Treasury stopped minting pennies, and all of the scrambling over the release of the Epstein emails by the House Oversight Committee. Then we discussed Megan Kelly’s defense of pedophiles on her podcast, Matt Gaetz being back in the spotlight after a woman said he paid her for sex when she was 17, and why DOJ sued California over the Prop 50 redistricting. Lastly we discuss the prison where Ghislaine Maxwell is housed fired 4 employees after the whistleblower leak about her being waited on hand and foot, transgender service member are suing the Trump administration over the denial of their retirement benefits, Sen. Schiff’s bill to block DOJ from paying Trump $230 million dollars over Jack Smith’s indictments, and the upcoming decision by a Federal Judge about about the legality of Lindsey Halligan’s appointment as interim US Attorney in Virginia.

Next we discuss the Republican civil war happening within the party over Tucker Carlson’s interview with Nick Fuentes, how FOX News feel for AI deep fakes in this election cycle, and Zohran Mandami’s sweeping win for NYC Mayor and that he announced an all female transition team. Then we discuss how companies involved in the White House ballroom are taking their websites down, that a construction company involved in the demolition of the East Wing is filing a $75 Million dollar lawsuit against Trump because they haven’t been paid, and how FAA is cancelling flights in the lead up to the Thanksgiving holiday. Lastly we discuss how the Supreme Court arguments seen divided and uncertain on the legality of Trump’s tariffs and our thoughts on if we’ll see an end to the Government shutdown anytime soon.
