Using an Instant Pot or pressure cooker is a great way to transform ordinary ingredients into a tasty recipe in minutes when you are tight on time and/or money.

Instant Pot Rotisserie Chicken Soup

In this post, I’m going to share how to use shredded rotisserie chicken to make a delicious hearty Instant Pot Soup in minutes.

This easy cheap meal is sure to be a hit with all ages.

Ingredients:

1 Rotisserie Chicken
32 oz Chicken Broth
1 Cup Chopped Carrots
1 Cup Chopped Celery
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
2 Cups Noodles

Instructions:

Here is how to make this rotisserie chicken soup recipe.

Shred the rotisserie chicken and chop up the vegetables if you have not already done so.

Place the chicken in the instant pot.

Add the celery, carrots & noodles and pour in the broth.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Close and seal the instant pot.

Set the pressure cooker on manual for 12 minutes and do a slow release.

Serve up this rotisserie chicken soup with your favorite bread recipes or crackers.

This would be great with our air fryer cornbread or topped with our homemade croutons.
