Here is a nice twist we hadn't seen before: using chopsticks to anchor an intro sheet, creating a brief unexpected interaction with the menu as the customer removes their chopsticks to start perusing. Design-wise, this is pretty nice, with a fun combination of typography and good use of colored paper and different size sheets.

A juice bar by day and a cocktail bar by night inside the Source Hotel + Market Hall, Isabel takes its name from the owner, Isabel Nesmith, of Colorado Ironworks, a company started in 1881. The identity takes elements from Nesmith's coat of arms and introduces a slick and contemporary blackletter that is juicily debossed on the tan-colored leathered menu that holds some nicely typeset and well-adorned menus with the offerings of each shift.
