To keep it from getting unwieldy we suggest you set columns and pick lists for such categories as Still photography, Video, and Audio, another column for media type, eg. still photo, motion picture poster, motion picture excerpt, audio clip, music poster, music album cover, etc.You will need a few columns to help you manage sources and credits. Please create a pick list of abbreviations for your sources (eg, Getty Images, could be &amp;quot;Getty, United Press International, &amp;quot;UPI&amp;quot; etc. this will keep the naming more consistent. Ideally we want to be able to sort the sheet by source, so we can negotiate the best terms for a group of media. <br /><br />
