The podcast is in conjunction with the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum Journal at BC Law. The first episode features BC Law 2L, Kristin Beale. Last year, as a 1L, Kristin published an article for the IPTF Journal on the &#8220;CRISPR&#8221; patent battle, and it has now been picked up by Cravath, Swaine &amp; Moore LLP to be distributed at the NYU&#8217;s &#8220;Issues in IP Conference&#8221; in New York City. The podcast is hosted, produced, and edited by me, Ryan Sullivan.</p>
